Amazing sandwiches and fries. The meatball sandwich is superb. They make their own crusty bread that s also great. Just wish the crust wasn t that hard. That s just me as I prefer a softer crust.

Saw this place on You gotta eat here last Saturday... Decided we had to try it and was not disappointed. Both me and my wife had the Philly cheese and it was delicious. Friendly service... Will definitely be back soon.

I lived in Orangeville as a kid and remember when this place first opened. It quickly became one of my favorite places to get lunch. I moved out of the area and havent had the chance to visit in a few years but I was driving through and thought I would stop by. Hands down this has to be the best sandwich shop Ive been to ever. Open for at least a decade or more, I cant remember exactly how old I was when they opened, and their sandwiches havent dropped in quality at all. The buffalo cheesesteak was everything I remembered it being and I couldnt stop myself from inhaling it like I was in my teens/early twenties again. Not only that, the owners were there and they remembered my name despite it being... Five or so years since I was in the area. The fact that after all this time they are still knocking it out of the park with their customer experience and food quality after years in business shows a level of care that is rare. Id give this place 10 stars out of 5 if I could hands down the best sandwich place in Orangeville if not all of Ontario.

First time there could not get in the store with my wheelchair as chairs were blocking the sidewalk . We tried the BBQ cheese steak with onion rings. The BBQ cheese steak was okay not much cheese and not much sauce, found it sort of dry. Onion rings were good but no mayonnaise for dipping? Went to try again but they were closed at 7:45 p.m. thought they were open till 8:00 too bad.

I wasnt a big fan of the philly cheese steak as I found it didnt really taste like one. But man oh man their poutine was insanely good. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back for the poutine.

First time here. Great food! Was fresh and real and so tasty. Had the special (philly steak) with fries. The bun was fresh. Ingredients were great. Great fries. Came out temperature hot. Will be back ! Thanks for a great lunch !

For the price, and hype , wasn t worth it. The Steak didn t taste seasoned, the mozzarella was very plastic tasting. We didn t taste the onions. Just basic seasoning is lacking. Pretty greasy as well, we don t mean to hate on them just our honest thoughts, Great bun tho. both myself and my father have 30 years of combined exp as a Chef.

Michelle & Joe make the best Philly sandwich Orangeville. If you haven t tried it I would highly suggest it. My favourite is the sweet & spicy or the new Jalapeño bacon Philly. They also have the best fries & gravy hands down. Never had a bad meal from this place. Keep up the good work!!

Been coming here for a little while now, love the classic Philli Cheesestake. If I had to make a couple complaints its the size of the sandwich and at times the lack of flavor in theeat. And they got way more then just Cheesestake if your not in the mood.....which is just ridiculous but none the less the menu is filled with great choices.

Very friendly and hard working staff here! They are always busy whenever I come in. Sandwiches are pretty good, I realize it is supposed to be authentic but I m just not a big fan of the buns that are used. Buns are hard and I feel like I m eating more bread than meat. For the price I would expect more. Fries here can be a hit or miss but when the fries are good, they re excellent! Large menu, lots of options to choose from!

Heard great things about this spot from a friend about their cheese steak sandwiches. I don t eat red meat so I ordered a chicken parmigiana sandwich with the works. the fries on the side was good .. The bread and toppings was good but the chicken parm and tomato sauce had no flavour very bland. I ve had chicken parm many times since I was little . Grew up in Toronto s little Italy neighbourhood and this is the first time I ve been so disappointed about the flavours from a chicken parm sandwich ..mostly the sauce. so sad.

Im not through Orangeville very often, but when I am Im sure to stop at the Philadelphia Kitchen.....great staff and awesome sandwiches

Specifically chose this place because of the high reviews. The sammie was underwhelming at best. The best part was the fresh baked roll. Not near enough cheese and it wasnt even melted. And it was on the bottom, under the meat! Asked for the mushroom version, but hardly noticed them too. Flavour, taste and texture all okay. Not a bad experience, just could be much better.

We only did take out, so not sure on the atmosphere but the place looks super clean and the staff was nice! And the food! The food is amazing! They are known for sandwiches, but they also have the best fries! You will not want to share them

Have gone to Philadelphia kitchen for their Philly cheese steak which is absolutely yummy. Decided to try something different and went for a breaded veal sandwich and breaded chicken with an order of fries. Very dissapointed in both sandwiches, they were basically tasteless and at 30 bucks for both Sammys and fries over priced. Stay with the Philly cheese steak.

Im sure that this restaurant has a 5 star rating 100 times over, theres a reason its been on Youve Gotta Eat Here never disappointed with any sandwich Ive ordered, its a bit of a greasy spoon so I recommend that you keep the sandwich in the bag if possible. One of the many great spots to eat that Orangeville has to offer.

Really enjoyed their sandwiches and fries. Ordered the Canadian steak and buffalo chicken sandwiches, and the regular as well as the loaded fries. They ve got a unique selection of soft drinks, too. Will definitely be back next time we re around.

Excellent place for fast and delicious sandwiches. The meat in the Philly Cheese steak is juicy, the toppings a wonderful addition, and the buns both fluffy and crispy. Perfect. The veal parmigiana sandwich was overall good, sauce what youd expect, but not as good as the Philly counterpart. Overall 10/10 recommend you try this restaurant.

I blame myself. Picked up 2 sandwiches, the veil and 2 boxes of fries before close. Soggy and flavorless with no seasoning. Had good steak in the past but they severely disappointed tonight. I hate wasting food and money but this slop went right into the trash. Dont get the veil and make sure the fries are fresh. This place lost my respect, wont return.

Ok, so I am a little slow to the game. All these years and never had a Philly cheesesteak. Not sure what they are like in Philly but if this what a cheesesteak taste like, I m hooked! Ingredients are fresh made to order and the taste is absolutely amazing. Staff or owners not sure which, but they are always friendly and atmosphere is great. I would recommend giving it a try. Many other sandwiches and sides on menu as well. Poutine was also amazing, and yes I have had poutine before LOL

Ordered the Canadian and chicken Philly with fries. The Canadian was an ok texture, but pretty bland. I dont think the chicken Philly was made fresh to order. It was cold and dry, again lacking seasoning. I do appreciate they tried to fix it, but the replacement needed flavour. The fries were ok, and the bread was nice. I dont think Ill be coming again.

We had the original sandwich. It was good, but not a flavourful as I had hoped. Staff were nice.

The veal is the best veal Ive ever had hands down. The veal is super tender, bread is freshly baked in store, and the sauce is fabulous. Philadelphia kitchen is a must have if your in town, and if your not in town it is worth the drive here!

I love the veggie delight sandwich and my husband usually will get the Buffalo chicken sandwich and poutine. It is the best place in town to get a good sandwich.

Large selection of menu items to choose from! Made fresh to order and it takes a bit of time to get your order but its hot and fresh so thats what matters! Decent prices for what you get! They definitely wont disappoint. Clean location that can get busy at times but decent amount of seats to dine in. Location is literally a hole in the wall and if not knowing it was there people would probably miss it! Look forward to my next visit! Keep up the great work

Have eaten here many times the last 10 years. The only true Philadelphia-style cheesesteak I have had in Canada, as mentioned in Alex Rustons review below. There are other good cheesesteaks that arent Philly, but I go whiz with when I come here (trust me on this one). Also - their fries are fantastic.

Delicious sandwiches. They choices seem endless.. They have the perfect bread to make the sandwich on . It was worth the 1/2 hour drive . I had the New Steak Sandwich with bacon and homemade BBQ sauce. It was excellent . My wife had the Classic Philly and my daughter had the chicken parm. Everyone was more than happy with their food. Definitely give this a try if in Orangeville

Trophy Philly Sammys, fries, service, value......hour drive for us, worth every bit. Will return whenever through Orangeville and will make a few side trips to sample other sammys on the menu. Look forward to that and will be telling our friends about this gem of a spot.

Philly steak was good. Meatball sub was gross. Undercooked meatballs. Place is supposed to open at 11 but nobody shows up until like 11:30 and then nothings ready until 12. Also their website and Facebook page says its open Mondays but they arent. Drove 40 mins to find out they were closed. Did go back but dont think its worth it.

My son and I finally got the opportunity to try it and it not only met our expectations but far exceeded them. Legit Philly sandwich done the right way. The perfect bun with melty cheese whiz, onions and delicious meat. Well be back often. Great job guys

My first time trying this place. My cousin told me it was featured on the TV show you gotta eat here. I tried the stallion sandwich... it was awesome! I love that they use panini bread instead of a sub bun. The steak, mushrooms and onions were fresh and hot! I would have been good with just the sandwich but I had to try the cheese fries. The fries were hot but there was very little cheese sauce drizzled on top... disappointing for me as I prefer the fries to be swimming in cheese like gravy on poutine! I will definitely go back... but next time Ill stick to the sandwiches!
