This Orangeville location is HORRIBLE. I have never tried Philthy Philly s before but just recently attended a wedding in Newmarket and tried the Newmarket location. It was fantastic we got fried cheese curds burgers poutine peroggies and a chicken sandwich s . It was amazing good flavour and customer service was spot on couldn t ask for better service. This Orangeville location was horrible both guys couldn t understand English I had to repeat myself multiple times for them to still get more order wrong. Two out of my three items were wrong on my recite and I did repeat myself multiple times and they still did it wrong I had to get them to redo my order and give me the difference in $ back witch was only 2$ and I still put it in the tip jar and said mistakes happen just get it right this time. Sure enough I watch them with no hair nets no gloves fry chicken cheese curds Mac and cheese bites fries and perogies all in the same oil and pack up my stuff in small boxes when I paid for regular size portions. At this point it s been almost 45 minutes my wife is calling wondering why its taking so long, And I m getting frustrated, they say sorry we re knew we re still learning. I ve never been so upset with a server before but yet kept my cool, these guys seemed like they had no idea. They couldn t even speak proper English our understand it witch for a franchise company is bad business for you. I don t recommend anyone spend there money at this location it was disgusting . The food was completely gross compared to a week before when I ate at the Newmarket location and it was really good!

Average fast food looking decor atmosphere Service was okay nothing special Cheesesteak, could barely taste anything other than the sweet barbeque sauce that was just okay but overpowered all the other flavors in the sub, just like other reviews have said quite small and underwhelming for the price Buffalo poutine tasted extremely salty and the buffalo flavor overpowered everything in the poutine. Poor experience, tried two things one overpowered by sweetness in sauce and one overpowered by saltiness in sauce. Definitey overpriced, dissapointed.

Got a Phillycheese steak it was good Waited 20 min at 1 on a Saturday and it was not busy Fries were cold Prices are more money then on the sign.

We came here by chance. Loved the advertisement thought we try it out. Loved the name Rocky Balboa steak sandwich. It wasTerrific! Chilli cheese fries awsome! They have burgers too. If you love American style food this is the place to try. Staff friendly helpful. Hard working. Super clean eating area. Love it!

Ive been a few times. The service has always been good and the restaurant appears clean. The burgers and steak sandwiches are decent, but, not great value. The reason I gave fewer stars for food is the fries. Ive had poutine on a few occasions, and the fries always have that previously frozen taste to them. Thats why I stopped going.

The food here is always hot, they make every order fresh. Poutines are on point and the cheese steaks are good as well!

The food is very good a little over priced but you get what you pay for service is great very kind and they know how to start conversation.

I wanted a pulled pork sandwich with no bun. I received plain pork no sauce. There was sauce on the side. But it still not real pulled pork. Disappointing.

Their pulled pork sandwich is very, very good, especially with no additional toppings but including their great signature BBQ sauce.

The staff at this location is awesome! So kind, friendly and personable. I got a veggie poutine and they put it in an separate bag - which I don t experience much from other restaurants, and I appreciate it! To top of our amazing experience, the food was de-licious! Hot, fresh, flavorful, and well priced

Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful and delicious food, the poutine is out of this world and their selection has enough to serve everyone Vegetarian options: Respectful about their procedures when it come to the vegan option, separate bags from the other food and is so delicious

Customer service was really good... Susan was more than willing to provide an extra large size of their garlic aioli.. front staff and cook were equally great... definately will be back

We went in to try it tonight spent 47$ on three mediums and a kids. The kids was larger then the mediums which were on microwaved hot dog buns . The meat felt like it had been in a slow cooker all day and was mush . And then buns were hard around edges. For 12$ each medium I would expect it to be somewhat filling not worth it for the size or quality of food. Tried to call in and speak to them about it and felt very brushed off . They claimed they made a mistake and put the kids on a 6 but the mediums are supposed to be 8 and the kid sandwhich was bigger. Drove all the way home to erin to find out it wasn t worth the drive back and forth

The service was good but overpriced for thin frozen patties and the poutine was to dry and we asked for a bacon cheesesteak poutine and go two regular and the burger was rubbery and dry

Have ordered from here 3 times now and only leaving a review now just to see if there was an random one offs- there wasn t. Every order placed has either had missing items or things are made wrong. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch poutine but came with no ranch(?), ordered a medium sandwich - got a small, ordered a normal philly sandwich with multiple toppings, came with nothing but lettuce. For the price they re charging, you expect things to be accurate. Unless you re walking in and watching them make your food, I d highly advise against skip orders from this place.

My dad and brother ordered a classic philly cheesesteak.. but the last thing that they got was a classic philly cheesesteak. It was soaked in BBQ sauce and did not come with onions or pepper which they strictly asked for. It was very soggy and was not even remotely close to the order. For $65.00 I expected much more. If you do decide to go here, make sure to let them know that a classic cheesesteak is not drenched in BBQ sauce without onions and green pepper.

I have been a huge fan of philthy Phillys for a long time since they opened in Newmarket, I just ordered a pepper corn steak poutine from Orangeville location and was very disappointed due to a spoon full of steak on my poutine.. Should have just ordered a regular...

Steak and provolone on fresh, light bread. Wish we ordered bigger portions, so good. We highly recommend

Best Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich & Veggie Poutine Friendly Staff & the ambience was Great.

Very good and friendly service but the food leaves a lot to be desired. It is more like a taco on a bun than a philly cheesesteak. It tasted okay but it was also a small serving size for the price, even when taking inflation into consideration. Wouldnt recommend but also wouldnt say its not worth a try if you want something different and dont mind paying a little extra for it.

The sandwich is really good, better than Subway for sure. I would also suggest trying their mango berry cheesecake; its better than some bakeries.

I had cheese burger over hear which I really liked a-lot whereas staff working hear are so helpful and cooperative will be seeing you guys very often.

Great place!!! Price it bit higher until you see the amount of meat they put and you take the first bite, for sure visit again.

Very slow service; poor quality of food for price; employees sitting around and running their hands through hair around food. GROSS. Watched as one sandwich from order sat for 5 minutes on counter before anyone prepared it.

Ive both dined in here and ordered from Uber, do NOT recommend . Waited 10mins they never even accepted the order so I canceled then told Uber they were already making the order so they could charge me for the food they never made . Wont do that again

Friday sept 8th. Ordered at 7:03pm and was told 20-25 min would be ready. Came back at 7:30 and didn t receive my food until 7:56pm. Over 50 minute wait. 3 other people complained about time waiting. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

Just left this place, was so looking forward to it. It took 15 mins before someone actually took our order. My husband had a burger and a regular poutine. I had the chicken bacon ranch poutine. Took 20 mins to get the food. I took 3-4 bites of my poutine and almost got sick. The ranch was definitely off. So disappointing.

Went here for the first time with my sister after eyeing it up for a while. Was very pleasantly surprised by how clean the place looked. Kitchen was in good order. Our service was awesome, they were very patient and helpful as we decided what to order. Food was just as good. Really great burger, reminds me of an old burger dive I used to go to. Really nice buns, freshly sautéed mushrooms and onions. The fries are unreal.

Ordered lunch special, sandwich & poutine, food not impressive at all, very dissapointed for my 1st time and will Not return, while waiting for my order, used the washrooms which where Philty, as per name!

Overpriced for what you get. You can go literally next door to firehouse subs and get twice the sandwich for the same price. Food is pretty good but not amazing, especially for the price. A little light on the meats and poutine was meh. $50 for 2 little sandwiches, fries and a poutine is too much.

Huge menu. It s actually too big. I ordered a medium Big Eh and a regular poutine from the Poutinerie . The sandwich was small and soggy with a measly amount of meat and the poutine was super cold. Like I mean cold. I had to nuke it before I could eat it. It was also terrible, the fries were mushy and clearly like frozen McCain fries. It is pretty much the same as Harvey s poutine so if you like Harvey s poutine you ll like this. For a place the says it s a poutinerie it s pretty junk. It cost me $24 for the biggest disappointment in town.

Got takeout - food was cold, burger bun smooshed flat and not very tasty. Frozen patties nothing fancy here.

Over-priced, sandwich was awful. A large fry was $12? Go to Chucks and get 2 beers and a burger for less than $15.
