Always loved going here! Sadly will not be back, as staff were rude and dismissive today. Not happy.

Very bad service , made us wait for 1/2 hour and even when tables were available , did not seat us . Uncourteous service staff .

I haven t so far met so rude and uncouth waiters in my life so far. Been asked to wait, we waited close to 30 minutes and when tables came available, waiter goes you need to wait more . I did not see anyone waiting along with us.

What a little gem this place is! Lauren was so lovely, and even though she was flat out busy, she still made time to have sweet conversation! The bread is so delicious and fresh (made each morning) and you get the best wedge of a pickle that is nom nom nom. If it s not grown in the owners own garden, they source everything locally. Even beers, wine and cider! Ooooooooooohhh my, is it good. You have to check out this little spot. We did the 1/2 sandwich and salad and it was an extremely generous amount. And the pricing is very reasonable. Can t say enough! You gotttaaaaaa eat here! Thanks Lauren! See you in BC!

Service was so friendly and food tasted good - stars off for the fact that it took way too long to get the food, the flies were insane and drove us crazy, and honestly it was very overpriced.

Tried eating here on 4 different occasions and each time I am turned away because they dont have tables. The last time I was there I was turned away. At least the staff can offer up a solution like, hey come back in 30 minutes, or 1 hour we will have a table, or 2 hours. Nothing. Zero. Ive lived in Orangeville since 2019. Maybe one day Ill get to eat here. Who knows. We will see.

100/10 always. My favourite is the Mac n cheese with bacon on top and their fries with chipotle is a major craving of mine, 24/7. Definitely one of my top 5! Food : 5/5

Overpriced but decent food

Very first time here and I will be returning over and over again! Not only have I drove by this place many times but reading the amazing reviews makes sense as to why its so popular. The atmosphere is stunning and cozy, the service is very efficient and quick. I ordered the winter sandwich and I wish I could have had 20. One of the best sandwiches Ive had in a long time, thank you for such an amazing lunch visit. See you soon again!

I am sensitive to wheat/gluten so this sandwich place is perfect for me. I order sandwiches on their fresh made sourdough bread that doesn t bother my stomach. I ve been coming here for a few months now and consistently get excellent food and service. My favourite sandwich is the veggie!

My favorite dish here is the steak sandwich and sweet potato fries. So fresh and delicious!

This place is one of a kind! From takeout to dine in, they never skip a beat. Food is always fresh and amazing. You re always welcomed the second you walk in the door and the exceptional customer service continues throughout the whole dining experience. You can taste the love they put into everything they make which is truly hard to find these days. We re so lucky to have a spot like Pias! I m a customer for life!

Good food and great service!

I had a peameal bacon sandwich, my wife had the summer classic, they were delicious. The poutine was baked in the oven so all the cheese curds melted into one large blob. Poutine doesnt belong in the oven.

Updating my review - I gave this place another go with my friends a few weeks ago and glad I did! I did the half sandwich and salad. I had the beet salad and the winter special and both were really good!! Definitely will stop by again for these items. I still standby my review of the portobello though. --- #1. Very drafty and cold in the winter #2. Portions are very small and each portion is sold individually (I.e. no sides with entrées) #3. I ordered the portobello burger... it was 90% a dry, huge white bun with razor-thin sliced cucumbers and a light skim of hummus. The mushroom itself was slimy and unpalatable especially due to the consistency. I sent it back and had the staff argue with me about it, demanding I pay full price despite me being physically unable to choke more than two bites down. The whole experience was very off-putting and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Best sandwiches!

I m SO happy we walked by this place and I followed my impulse to go in. Literally one of the best lunch experiences in my life. The place is cute, fresh, and friendly. Menu is mouthwatering. My cider was the best I ve ever had. My sweet potato fries were the best I ve ever had. The lightest little crunch and soft sweet potato goodness inside. Our sandwiches were amazing. Beet salad with 3 different prepared beets, amazing. Everything exceeded my expectations. I m already planning to come back again from KW. Thanks for everything you do.

Pia s is in a league of their own. 10/10! Vegetarian options: There is a veggie sandwich and they have excellent Salads! Parking: The parking is on Broadway so it s hit or miss but you can park on Mill St, in the meridian parking lot or up First St as well.

Ive eaten at every single restaurant in Orangeville, and Pias is easily the best one. Their Cobb sandwich paired with their beet salad is unmatched. I almost dont want to recommend it because youll become obsessed! Im a huge fan of spiced foods, heat, etc. The Cobb sandwich is not that. Its light and filling, the flavour is in the fresh ingredients, paired with a texture rich bun. Parking: I park at TD for pickup orders. Parking is a nightmare on Broadway

I have lived in Orangeville for 30+ years. Ive never been to Pias. First time diner. The service was immulate, food amazing! I would highly recommend quiche and beet salad. Absolutely delicious. The dessert was delicious.

Flavor with a Capitol F!! Working my way through the menu one item at a time. No disappointments yet! And the servers make you feel so welcome. A downtown Gem!!

We have been many times for breakfast, lunch and their chefs nights. The food is consistently OUTSTANDING. You truly cannot go wrong going to PIas! We continue to go to Pias and have tried just about every dish and truly everything is outstanding. Parking: Parking in any small town center is a challenge, but there is plenty of parking around, but you may have to walk at most 2 minutes, or circle until some street parking frees up...

Pias always gets a 5/5. Amazing staff and food keeps me coming back every week!

One of best sandwiches you will find and really friendly staff.

Made 1pm reservations for two, Saturday afternoon. We were seated and ordered our lunch , waiting 30 minutes , We were totally ignored. When we asked the waitress whats taking so long. She replied, we have a lot of take out orders to service. What about us (30) minutes l replied. Waitress looked confused and offered no apology for our inconvenience. We just got up and left, disappointed and never to return.

Stopped in on our way through and glad we did. Nice local spot with great sweet potato fries and sandwhiches. Service was good although a little understaffed when we were there but great experience none the less

Their food is literal perfection! I love having a reason to drive into Orangeville because I always get Pias while I am there. I crave it all the time. Make reservations in advance. It is a very busy place, which is a testament to their quality!

Its a cozy little space serving basics like sandwiches, salad, & soup. I ordered a winter sandwich (turkey and cranberry) and todays soup (tomato). Both delicious! Bonus points for having real flowers on the table and for having bathrooms on the ground level so I dont need to climb stairs.

If I could give service 6 stars I would! I visited today with a friend and my dog, we sat on the patio and were greeted so kindly by Taylor. She was funny, nice, and quick to help! We got the fried pickles to share, and they werent like any Ive had before. The batter was so crispy and tasty. Amazing. Were in waterloo but will definitely make the trip back just for Pias :)

I went here for lunch with my family today, and I was impressed. The service was great, interior clean & cozy. The food was delicious! We had the classic BLT, classic summer sandwich, Veggie vegan and Portobello sandwich. All so yummy! Nicole was very attentive and friendly. My daughter gave them million stars.

WOW two friends of mine took me to this place after a very long walk. best food i have ever had in maybe 5 years. celery root, potato, chives soup, and an order of poutine, with gravy , hot peppers and a side of hot dipping sauce. the staff was great she really knew how to engage with customers, and the music was so 60s 70s. the interior was bare brick wall and maybe a copper celling . I will be back.

Sandwiches are always amazing, my go-to is usually the Cobb but yesterday I opted for the roasted red pepper and tomato soup with a grilled cheese. The soup is just dynamite, you wont have another one better in town. Its comforting and hearty.

The service is exceptional. Every time I go there, it is full of friendly faces and attentive staff. In addition to this the quality of the food is very high and super fresh. The Turkey sandwich on fresh sourdough is incredible. A quality establishment with quality people! Highly recommend. Expect it to be busy at times.

Absolutely delicious. Strongly recommend ordering the COBB sandwich. You get that creaminess from the avocado and the sharpness of the blue cheese tie altogether making it balanced and with a side of fries that just makes things even better.

Such a nice atmosphere in here. I had lunch with a friend of mine here today and our server, Taylor was wonderful. Quick, responsive, friendly and helpful. The food was great, too. I had the Mennonite Salami with fries - delicious. Ill definitely eat here again soon.

You can really tell everything from the bun your sandwich is served on, to the gravy on your poutine is made in house. It was all so, SO delicious. The service was amazing, too. It really checked all boxes for us and we will be back in earnest!

We eat by chance on Saturday little busy but extremely well worth it , fabulous French Fries and great sandwiches beer selection a little low but nice craft beers from Ontario would I go back with out hesitation great food great service !!!!!

Steak sandwich is to die for!

6/5 Exceptional service coupled with delicious home made offerings and a tasteful décor, makes Pias a gem. The food is truly special, home made breads and hand crafted fresh accoutrements make the offerings unique and noticeably made with care. Smaller dining room so make a reservation, but you wont be disappointed. We will definitely be back.

Clean and efficient. I got the Turkey Cobb Sandwich and onion rings it was delicious, really nice bread. The two servers were very hospitable and kind. Great job to the whole crew!

Excellent service, reasonable prices, and the food is so incredibly good. You can tell that it s a great team. I would recommend every meal I ve eaten there, but the sandwiches and the deep-fried pickles are standouts for me.

Went to Pias for lunch on Thursday November 10. This our second time visiting Pias and we had a fantastic meal. This time I had the grilled chicken and it tasted great (very moist), last time I had the corned beef. I plan to try every sandwich they offer. It is a busy place and you need to make reservations. The food and staff are great, Love the fresh baked bread and buns used on their sandwiches.

Always a great experience

This restaurant is a gem in Orangeville. On the cute downtown strip, it has such a welcoming vibe. Love the decor inside with the exposed brick wall but they also have a patio outside which is really nice on a good day weather wise. The staff here is so incredibly friendly, they treat everyone like family! They also make all their bread fresh in house daily and on Saturdays you can go and buy fresh baked a sourdough loaf for the week. My absolute favorite from the menu is their veggie sandwhich, whenever I am in town I need to stop here and either pick up a loaf or a sandwhich, did I mention the bread! But they also have wonderful salads, lighter fare and comfort foods like meat and veggie pot pies, quiche, poutine. Highly recommended going into the downtown of Orangeville if you are passing through and visiting this spot. You can also call ahead and grab takeout, they are fantastic.

Went here for lunch for the first time today, and they did not disappoint! The service was great, interior clean & cozy. The food was delicious! We had the beet salad, potato leak soup and macaroni & cheese. All so yummy! And they dont skimp on the portions size. well be back.

This is without a doubt my favourite lunch spot in Orangeville! I always grab the Winter Classic or Veggie Sandwich and am never disappointed. The sourdough bread is mouth watering, the vegetables are so fresh and the service is outstanding! The sandwiches are very filling, but if you have room, opt for the fries with their chipotle sauce. I cant recommend this lunch spot enough!

In case it wasnt obvious, PIAs started as a bakery, and moved into being a fantastic lunch spot. Their sandwiches are creative and delicious. AND the bread is a religious experience. Making bread using poolish takes about 17 hours (long slow fermentation) when I do it at home. That the sandwiches are made on poolish bread is just a tiny insight into the attention to detail and care that goes into everything they serve. (Well, at least the Cobb sandwich and the Summer Roast Pork sandwich) Definitely a great choice for lunch! And the daily soup did not disappoint.

I ve been a long time visiting customer of Pia s. Xel and Laura, along with their dedicated staff, provide an amazing culinary experience to their customers. My family absolutely loves the various items on the menu (french fries are a favourite).

Its good value, and the food is so tasty. Highly recommend!

This is a really quaint cafe right in the heart of Orangeville. The lunch menu consists of the usual soups, salads, and sandwiches. I found the breakfast/brunch menu a bit more interesting, and chose to go with their version of an Eggs Benedict. Poached eggs on top of large piece of hashbrown, all on top of a bed of arugula and drizzled with a honey dijon dressing. While it was quite delicious, it left me feeling hungrier than before. From their lunch menu, the vegetable sandwich was so good, I got through the whole thing without having to pick off the onions. They even offer hummus as a substitute for mayo as a vegan option. Any sandwich you order comes on thick slices of fresh bread that youll love.

The food is amazing so good. The customer service is brilliant good to see happy smiling faces.

Enjoyed our stop at this cozy cafe. The staff were welcoming, and set our expectations that food might take a bit longer than we expected when we told them we had an event to get to. The ribeye steak sandwich ($13) was delicious, but a bit over cooked for me, although I d asked for MR. It s a thin steak and tricky to get right. Sides like sweet potato fries are ala carte for another $4. Pretty peonies dot the tables. The Décor gives the place a well-used (but clean) feel, with its long farm tables for bigger groups and scrubbed square wooden tables for 2 or 4. Shelves house vintage white dishes, cups and saucers and a homey stack of magazines tucked beside a table allows one to ease into the afternoon. This may not be the place for those in a rush or without a reservation, as a rule, but we got in and out in under an hour. Street parking is convenient, and well marked, although busy on this Saturday with the farmer s market.

Staff was exceptional and the food matched the service. Was disappointed that I ate too much of my wifes meal and ran out of room to enjoy some dessert. Will return again for another try!

The best restaurant in Orangeville!!! I would recommend this place to anyone. The apple and Brie sandwich is so delicious, sweet potato fries are always a must and the mac and cheese is great also. Portions are large and staff is extremely friendly. Usually super busy and a bit crammed, but it s worth the wait.

Cozy little restaurant in the heart of downtown. We had sandwiches that were quite good and not slathered with lots of condiments. Space is limited so we had to make reservations for lunch. But overall good. Took some photos from our cozy window seat, the only one, looking out on to Broadway. Not sure if anyone is paying attention, but when you click on the link to the website it says that the website has expired. This is the last thing that a business in the 21st century should allow to happen.

This is a very unique locally run family business that shows the love of food. You can see that every meal is prepared with tender love and care. No one makes Omelette which is so soft that is made is here! I always had great experience here but the experience I had yesterday is commendable. I have recently found out that I have food sensitivities to many foods that are used quite often. Nicole was so happy to help and accommodate me, all I had to do was just to show her the the list of foods that I was unable to eat! She brought me an awesome Kale salad with some changes (to accommodate me) and it was so delicious. The sweet potato fries was great too. I walked away with a full stomach and gratitude to have places like this in my small little town. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly as well. You feel that you had a great meal at a good friends place. Keep up the awesome good and excellent service. I sincerely thank the Chef and his family for keeping this place like a precious gem.

Ive been here twice now and tried something different and was equally as pleased and both visits. The staff is friendly its clean and cozy inside and they serve delicious fresh foods. Zero complaints about this place its delicious and the price is right.

They serve up a great soup (potato celery root), quiche and an interesting variation of arugula salad. Highly recommended, especially if youre passing through Orangeville and you are looking for fine fare.

They decorate the restaurant with fresh lovely flowers every 2 days. You feel close to nature while dining here.

Fantastic food that was both tasty and healthy. I had the arugula salad and the veggie sandwich. The sourdough bread is perfect! I was thankful that the waitress asked if it was ok if the sandwich had raw onions on it. I asked them to omit and they did. Minus one star because the waitress kept calling me hon and never checked in after the food was delivered. I will be back.

Weve become regulars after discovering this place. The food is consistently good, service prompt and friendly, and prices are right. Rustic decor on the inside and a cozy patio outside for the summer. One of our favorite spots in town.

Love the Roast beef sandwich from here - its huge! Fresh ingredients and comes with a pickle. Also enjoy the beet salad. Can get quite busy so larger groups should definitely check ahead. Takeout is easy and service is really good.

Service for our group ( who requested a special supper service) was amazing. Delicious food, and portions were perfect size...just enough to be able to say Im stuffed...but not waste anything! Intimate atmosphere. ***Important that I believe they only serve lunch/day meals and not suppers. This is the only disappointment...(no supper service ...so far...?) We have been back for lunches and again, the owner and cooks genuinely bend over backwards to make you happy. Im usually a critic - but really I have nothing but good to say about this restaurant!

The food is ok. The waitresses are inexperienced ( chewing gum). A lot of flies in the restaurant. The food lacks flavour ( have had pulled pork sandwich, roast beef sandwich). Sweet potato fries and the dipping sauce are good. I feel there much better places to eat in Orangeville

We had a great time at Pia. The food is made with so much love, you can taste the freshness, great ingredients and excellent flavors, their kitchen is so clean , the staff are polite, kind and very professional. The ambiance is perfect , chic but not too flashy. To all of you who live in Orangeville , you should be proud of having such an amazing place in your town , and to those who drive through Orangeville, you are out of your mind if you dont stop and have a bite at this excellent restaurant. One last comment, aside from the great food , the most pleasing feeling comes from the love and friendship you feel in this place. dont miss it. I am not related to the owners and I dont even know them but, I am a customer who was there with my family and really enjoyed every minute of it.

2 words... Un-Believable!! This place was fabulous. The food was fresh and authentic and had a twist I have not yet experienced. We went for Dinner on a Saturday evening and it was one of the best dinners I have had in years. Thanks to everyone at Pias on Broadway for such an outstanding evening!
