I just wanted to take moment and say how great my first experience was with Shoeless Joes 2 nights ago and I will definitely be back again. I had been sick and, my partner was sick, and both my parents were in the hospital. I was stressed and starving, had no mind to make food. It was late and not much was open so I thought I'd try these guys out. Frickin phenomenal and the price to portion to quality ratio was on point, and that's almost unheard of these days. And the food was cooked perfectly, nothing was soggy or burnt. I don't usually order food anymore but I'm glad I had to this time because I found a place that gives me hope again!!!
This is the first bad review I’ve ever left in my life. Got there just after 7pm last night with my coworkers. It was quiet because it was a Monday evening but we were still happy to be there. The food was… okay, my coworkers didn’t finish their meals, I finished mine and was sick this morning. That’s not even the reason for me taking the time to write this. My main reason for the low rating is how rushed we felt. We got there at 7, they’re supposed to be open until 11 but by 8:30 we felt like we were getting kicked out. Server came by every 5 minutes. By 9:30 they were mopping and staring at us, turning the tvs off and when we got the hint and left they locked the doors behind us. We totally intended to stay longer, get some more drinks etc but felt rushed and forced out of the door. I wish they would’ve let us know they intended to close early and we would’ve gone somewhere else. I feel especially guilty because I told my coworkers who live out of town, to come visit Orangeville for dinner, just to have this experience. Very disappointed, won’t be returning and feel like we all wasted a very precious evening off that all our schedules aligned at the wrong establishment.
These guys are fantastic. I order through skip and requested a cookie be put on my order due to having a very bad period and was craving one badly. They ABSOLUTELY out did themselves and gave me a cookie with fudge and caramel sauce 😭 I actually cried a little when I pulled out the warm container. Whoever you were that did that I couldn't thank-you more. You are amazing at your job and a fanatic person/people. You've made my weekend. Thank-you from the bottom of my heart.
Can be a hit or miss on some nights but majority of the food is really good. Especially the famous Joe butter milk tenders and wings with fries. Also the fish tacos and ribs are pretty dope. They go crazy with the sauces and drinks 😮💨🔥. Special shoutout to Marshall, she was full of energy and vibes and presented excellent customer service skills.
They served really good food. Mash potato looks plain but they are meant to put into a dipping similar to sweet potato fries dipping and NOT spicey.
We went in for lunch and we weren't disappointed. The meals were very filling and super yummy. Glad we went here and I'd recommend to anyone in the area.

Good staff, amazing food. Alyssa was very friendly and attentive. We had ordered a few items, quality and quantity both sufficient. Everything tasted fresh and meals were perfectly cooked. I would recommend and would be back again. 10/10 for both food and service.
Absolutely disgusting and dont even understand how terrible the gross burnt cordon bleu could even turn out like this. Do not order.

Food is absolute crap. Ordered the quesadilla meal only cause I couldnt find anything else appetizing on the menu. I figured it was a safe choice but boy, was I wrong. Itsquite obvious that whoever designed this dish has never eaten Mexican cuisine cause the Mexican street corn it cones with was abysmal and is not in any way, shape, or form anything like elote or Mexican street corn. The quesadilla was extremely dry; there was barely any chicken or cheese, and it just tasted awful. The salsa they serve with it had a very metallic taste, it was quite obvious not a single ingredient in it was fresh. This meal was very over-priced as well.

Our server Amy was amazing. We had great service with her and she was super accommodating. However the downfall of this establishment is the poor management. We have been to this restaurant a few times over the summer and each time has had zero AC. Nothing worse then trying to enjoy a meal while your sitting drowning in your sweat. Clearly the workers/management don t care as it s been brought to their attention multiple times from other local patrons.

Service was horrible server took our drink order forgot one person took 30 minutes to pour 4 beers and make one cocktail. Server never took our food order and we didn t see her until 40 minutes later. We asked if she can take our food order she said she d be right back and we never saw her. My baby was sleeping and then woke up and started getting fussy. 1 hour and 40 mins later we decided to leave without even having our food order taken. We asked 2 other servers for our bill and then what looked like the manager. Took another 15 mins to get it I would never do this but I was debating just leaving without paying because my baby was so fussy and no one was helping us to pay. Horrible never coming back.
