Our server Jasmine was wonderful and the dinning room was comfortable. The only negative of our visit is it was cold from the door opening

Service has gone downhill unfortunately. Every time I order through the drive thru I m always asked to park and wait. I have also seen quite a few other cars that ordered after me park and wait as well on more than one occasion. Management needs to look into this.

Jasmine is a great waitress. Her timing is spot on without her hoovering over our table. The food was good. The music was a little loud, made having a conversation a little hard to hear. The decor was lovely

Busy night but was seated quickly and received excellent service from Jasmine. Food was out relatively quick considering how busy they were and was hot and fresh. Jasmine was top notch, with quick friendly service, a couple of check ins throughout the meal and quick with bringing the bill when we were ready to go.

Hubby loves dining at Swiss Chalet when we get to the city. However there s not a lot of choice for me being a pescatarian. Would love to see some salmon or shrimp options. I did order the perogies which were good but would be even better if the onions were fried and the sour cream was on the side, just a suggestion. Still an enjoyable lunch and our waitress Jasmine was fabulous! Very attentive and friendly. We will be back. Vegetarian options: Wish there were more options

Jasmine was an excellent waitress. She was very attentive as well as understanding and accommodating special dietary needs. Special thumbs up for the finger bowls too! Most other Swiss Chalet restaurants seem to have abandoned this service, and we were pleasantly surprised to have them brought at just the right moment! Dietary restrictions: Plain olive oil and balsamic vinegar were offered as a salad dressing alternative.

I love the Chalet Swiss, and came in *starving* and got seated quickly, and Donna took my order super fast. I love the double leg dinner, no roll please, makes great space for their fries, which are great. Crispy bits are my favourite with the Chalet sauce. Great tunes on. Listened to 5 or 6 great soft rock/pop tunes from 80 and 90s! Thanks Donna, for feeding me!

Our server was Donna. Extremely helpful and ease crazy mom brain! Provided ice and information off her phone. We walked from home to get lunch special and my 2 year old broke out in a rash because she was touched by an American Dagger caterpillar along the way.
