You have to be kidding. The prices are outrageous. Every business that has been at your location has failed. You will be out of business by mid-summer. Failed location and failed business acumen. They have left town. CLOSED

The place said open on Sunday. We drove from alliston and when we reach the place was closed we called and they are like yes we are closed. I am like but your goggle website say open but whatever they should change this as so many people might come on Sunday thinking it open .

I tried this place a while back during my visit and everything I ordered was SO good! Their milkshakes are to die for! I wish you could deliver to Calgary because I am craving your yummy food!!

Took my 4 year old nephew after noticing the sign and reading it outload in the car, once he heard Treatland he insisted we go. It was late in the evening when we saw it so I told him the next day we would go. He was soo excited it was the first thing he told me when he woke up Auntie, guess where we are going today??? Treatland! and telling everyone all day we were going to Treatland. I really hoped it lived up to his excitement (as I had never been myself.) The gentleman working there was amazing from the moment we walked in, playing a guess how many candies I have in my hand game and giving him the candies when he got it right. Once seated we saw someones order come out and it looked soo amazing my nephew got super excited for his. I ordered him a 2 scoop waffle cone and asked the man if he could add to it so it would look as fun as the order we saw to which he replied dont worry, I will make it perfect for him. When he brought the cone to our table my nephew was soo happy with what he got. He spiced up a simple ice cream cone with cotton candy, smarties and sprinkles and toped it with a mini umbrella (my nephews favorite part of it lol) he insisted on carrying around that mini umbrella the rest of the day telling his mom and dad all about his time at Treatland. I would highly recommend you check it out especially if you have kids. We saw some other orders come out that definitely made me want to try many more things on the menu. We will absolutely make this a regular thing we do together, looking forward to it in the summer especially!

Beautiful food and wonderful staff! I enjoyed my savoury crepe and my boyfriend loved his pizza (with garlic dipping sauce). The guys were great and took care of us very well. The interior design is so creative and gives you a candyland vibe. Kids and adults alike would love it here. Monster truck ralleys were playing on the TV which was quite entertaining in itself but I would have loved some tasteful instrumental music in the background too (please just not virgin radio, pop music)! :) All in all, we had a wonderful time. Cant wait to come back and dig into the dessert part of their menu a bit more. This was a lovely end to our date night. Thanks guys!

I love going here for some high quality cake. My boyfriend hates cake but I took him here and he ate his and mine. The shop is also super cute!

The Egyptian cappuccino was rich, creamy and delicious. Definitely worth a try. I had the pistachio ice cream, gotta say the best I ever had and I ve tried many places. Made fresh to order. The staff are super friendly and very passionate about their craft and it shows. I ll be back for sure.

It was my first visit to Treatland. I had the savoury chicken crepe and it was wonderful. My husband tried the Koshari and enjoyed it very much, really good comfort food. Extremely friendly service. I highly recommend it.

Treatland is a friendly and welcoming restaurant with a spacious and clean environment. The owner is very friendly and the made-to-order dessert are delicious. The menu can be a bit overwhelming with numerous options to choose from, but despite this, Treatland is a great place for anyone looking for a a family friendly comfortable atmosphere with tasty treats.

My experience was fantastic, every thing we ate was fantastic visually and in taste for a good price. The milk cake was very good and the milkshakes were even better.

Unicorns ARE real!!! Or at least my 6 year old thought so after coming here for a birthday treat.. Staff are so kind and friendly, portions are huge, delicious, and presentation was beautiful! Thank you Treatland for making my girls feel special this family day!!

Best rolled icecream!

Amazing deserts and fantastic people who run it. Went there for a sweet treat after dinner at another place and it was definitely worth the visit. The two men working were super friendly and the red velvet cake and brownie with ice cream were amazing.

We had a wonderful time in our first visit to Treatland. The owner made us feel right at home. Lunch was good, I recommend the chicken. The highlight was obviously the treats..crepes, rolled ice cream, milkshakes. So yummy. Everything is homemade and fresh. Youll have to be a bit patient for your good but worth it.

Recently moved near this place, and we were so excited to check it out after seeing their photos and menu online. Finally got the chance and decided to stop in to try 2 of their Egyptian coffees. When we walked in, the staff member working turned around and gave us a really annoyed look and did not greet us or anything, simply do you know what you want I always try to stay kind so I told him this was our first time and we were looking to get some coffee to go! He rolled his eyes when I asked for 2 coffees instead of one, and then turned the debit machine to us with the attempt to charge us $20 $20 for 2 coffees? The menu showed $5.99 so we did not understand why we were being charged so much extra. He did not give us an answer so we left without purchase. So disappointed as we were really looking forward to trying something here.

So glad we took a detour heading back home in Orangeville b/c otherwise we would no have found this gem! Loved the atmosphere, place was very clean and our ice cream was great! Cant wait to come back and try more of the menu!

This place is the best! So many delicious food and dessert options. Everything is made with care and talent. The gentleman behind the counter is always here with a smile. Hes often a one man show but its worth the wait people!! Quality.

I was a bit hesitant to eat here because to be honest, the branding made me skeptical: how can a small place called treatland serve great chicken wings, yummy pizza and also make quality desserts? By this I mean that if I am going to indulge in dessert.. it s rare .. so it better be worth it (I have been burned my a stale brownie before and I didn t want that again). I shared a crepe with another and it was quite good! Serving size was great, nice amount of fresh fruit and freshly made crepe! I was pleasantly surprised because the menu was so long and confusing, there were no pictures of the real food and the vibe is sort confusing when you walk in. You can tell the owners work very hard as they are very sweet and attentive and it is nice to have a local dessert place in Orangeville, as such I am sharing my honest and somewhat critical review. So here s what I would say: you have great crepes (and likely other desserts) so focus on that. No one is coming to you for chicken wings... there are better options in Orangeville. Get better pictures, a clearer, simplified menu and invest in some good internal signage so I can know what to expect.

I am so disappointed in the service and crepes here. I was so excited to try treatland after reading the reviews. But I was beyond disgusted by the way the gentlemen that served me last treated me last night. He was absolutely rude and Constantly rolling his eyes at everything that I asked. He even flung the menu at me when I asked what ice cream flavours were available. I ordered a crepe with Nutella and banana and it was horrible! The presentation was horrible, no nutella and the bananas were beyond old. They tasted like mold! Needless to say I will never step foot in here again nor will encourage anyone to try this place. A true disappointment.

First time visit to this establishment. Just ordered the super spicy noodles, exceeded expectations by a landslide. Was fully loaded with veggies & the perfect amount of protein. Noodles were perfectly cooked with the right amount of spice on the whole dish. Definitely gained a new customer. Highly recommend Treatland for anyone in the Orangeville area.

We were really excited that a new restaurant offering desserts opened up in this location; but, I hope the owners take their customer s reviews into consideration in order to stay open. First of all, let me say that I can totally appreciate how difficult it must be to open a new business right now, especially when you are new to Canada. For that reason, I would like to continue to support this location; but, it definitely needs some improvements. The landscaping outside is sadly neglected, which is not very inviting. Fixing that alone would probably help bring more customers through the door. The inside could also use some updating and a deep cleaning. They must have a really good website designer though, as the cute aesthetic of the site does not translate to the state of the restaurant itself. Ali (who I believe is the owner) was friendly and we were the only customers at the time, so he gave us a lot of attention, which tends to make me a bit uncomfortable; but, that is just my issue, nothing that he did wrong. We ordered two crepes and two slices of cake which came to $60! That seemed a bit pricey to me. The crepes took a long time to prepare but I must say they were delicious! So overall it wasn t a bad experience, just not as good as I was expecting. I sincerely hope that this restaurant does well and I believe it will if it takes the feedback from the community seriously by making the recommended changes where possible.

Here is some advice, when potential customers walk into your store try to be polite and say hi how many I help you, try doing that in the first 30 seconds... My wife and I came in last night about 20 mins before they closed and the guy that was working was just a ignorant person and was more concerned about closing...what you could have done was be polite and say we close soon and are limited to whats available....at the end of the day first impression is everything and Ill never be back .. I doubt this place will last long UPDATE* I appreciate the response from the owner but what really could you do to regain a potential customer. My wife and I had just come from celebrating our 5th anniversary at Greystones where we had a fantastic evening and the staff were great,very welcoming and polite... We did not get dessert there bc we specially wanted to try Treatland for the first time and wanted to end the evening with a nice treat .. instead we left and went home ....treatless. I wish your establishment nothing but success but in my opinion for that to be achieved you should be more welcoming and friendly

The desserts here are amazing, would come back just for that reason. The only thing I would change is the service. When you come into a restaurant and they seat you and give you a menu (in this case a tablet) usually you expect the server to come back in a few minutes and take your order. That didnt happen for us. I guess we are supposed to come to the counter ourselves to place the order. We didnt find this out until after half hour of waiting when we saw someone else go up. This needs to be made more clear. In total we waited 45 minutes to just get ice cream. The server did apologize and made our dessert extra big to rectify the situation, that was appreciated. But please just let your customers know when youre ready to order come on up to the counter so they dont wait as long as we had to.

They have a beautiful patio and interior. We had the crepes and for the price they were offered at they were well endowed with toppings. Also a great selection of desserts and food.

Presentation was magnificent.

This was our first time here, we drive by it everyday and talk about going in but we never do.. until today that is. We were so excited to try it we have heard nothing but good things about this place. Upon arrival the gentleman working didnt bother greeting us, he just stared at us while we were squinting trying to read the menu, not once did he offer to let us know what he could help us with, instead looked at his phone until we were ready. Upon ordering we ordered 2 of the rolled ice creams, I wanted to make mine like a strawberry banana but he told me I wasnt allowed to have 2 mix ins, even after I offered to pay more for it. Watching him mix our ice creams he added 1 strawberry into it.. then why could I have both the things I wanted? While mixing our ice cream he huffed and puffed and was overall very rude. After paying 32$ this is what we got.. definitely not a great impression, and probably wont be coming back. Even though the ice cream was good, its not enough for me to coming back.

This is an awesome place! My Kid wanted a float and was disappointed that menu didnt have it. But the owner instantly custom created this and also gave some to take for Home in a box! Loved the service, and also Coffee was great!

Little experience but good treats

I was excited to try this place and ended up extremely disappointed instead. I ordered the Tiramisu to go. It was frozen, freezer burnt and tasteless except for the yummy freezer burnt taste. Gross. I only had 2 bites and ended up tossing it out. It was $12 down the drain.

Took my son and his friends for a treat and they were so excited. We ordered 3 rolled ice creams. The man that served us wasn t friendly at all. I felt like I was annoying him just by being there. What we received was NOT rolled rather more like a a mushed mess. Definitely not worth the $50 I spent on 3 servings. We won t be returning.

I dont know how someone expects to run a business without reliable hours and staff that lies to their customers. a few weeks back I was sitting in the parking lot and called to place a takeout order because I didnt want to leave my dog in the car for too long and the woman that answered the phone basically told me I couldnt order ahead and to go inside and order. she was very rude and hung up on me so when I went to go tell her in person what I wanted to order and that her way of speaking to others could use some work, the door was locked and the lights were off. it was closed! I was pissed. I tried again this Saturday around 6pm (certainly a time you would expect a place like this to be open) and since their website said it would be open, I thought I was good. I was not. once I got there, there were no lights on yet again. I wont be trying my luck at a third time for this place.

The Egyptian Cappuccino was incredible, a must try for any coffee drinker. The portions were huge and excellent (could probably have split an entre between two people). Absolutely recommend.

Went to Treatland and ordered the Bumpy Ride and it was ABSOLUTELY delicious! My husband and I shared it and it was too much for the two of us to finish! The owners are super friendly and the restaurant is clean and cuteeee! Cannot wait to go back again. Well worth the drive and the money.

Had the pleasure of trying a bit of everything from Treatland this past weekend, and I was not disappointed. From smoothies to wraps to rolled ice cream, everything was delicious and the staff never failed to make a beautiful presentation and welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Wow what an amazing hidden gem of a place. I stopped to grab a coffee on my way to a meeting, my intention was to stop in at Starbucks. Lucky for me I stopped here instead. I mean amazing service met with fantastic food and drink. I had the greatest carrot cake Ive ever had and an Egyptian Expresso that was tremendous. Id ever you are in the area do yourself a favor and stop in.

Worst food we have ever ate. Give 2 stars only for the ice cream. First it takes 25 minute for 5 people to prepare a small order. The wrap was loaded with lots of oil. Nachos were very cold. The price they are charging is way too much as compared to their quality of the food. Would never going to be there again.

Shocking. We stood in the front for 20 minutes and we werent even given a glance. Not a single person looked at us or served us. I just wanted 2 scoops of ice cream but clearly it is evident that there are much better and faster places to go. I would have tried something else but I didnt know what anything was. Their displays were a complete disaster riddled with fake plants. Im sure the food wasnt too bad but I have no idea. They did burn 2 pizzas to a black char and made the entire place smell like burnt ash. Will not be coming back to remotely even attempt to taste any of the food and would not recommend unless you dont have anything going on for the next couple hours.

Great food and great customer service!

This evening was the fifth time Ive visited with my wife and kids. Every time we come in were greeted by friendly people, they get the kids smiling immediately, and everything is perfect. The kids love making custom creations and the staff pulls them off every time, going above and beyond with the toppings and presentation. Ive never been to a business more friendly than this one. I should add, everything is absolutely delicious though we have only had desserts and treats.

I ordered two desserts and a sandwich to share. Dessert was great and the food wasn t terrible. Employees were friendly but had foul body odour which was not very pleasant while eating. I asked for an Arabic tea and I was told they can do that but I was waiting for over 30 minutes just to be told the tea machine isn t working and basically called me a liar. Plus glasses of water are not available ( despite a variety of smoothies and shakes being a menu item) and you are served with plastic cutlery. Overall would not recommend.

Just went after the soccer opening weekend, and we really wanted like it. However, after spending 38$ on two kids single scoops, one milkshake, and one crepe we are so deceived. My husband couldnt drink his smoothie because it tasted so bad. We were a party of 4 adults and all tried it and no one could stomach it. The crepes was chewy, though. And seems undercooked. Its too bad we wanted to like this place :( the menu sounds so good.

Came here today and I was super excited to try it. It started well until I kept eating and my experience just went downhill. When my food came it was drowned in chocolate sauce and the plate was unnecessarily large. But I kept an open mind until I had to slice into my crepe. The taste was okay...I guess you can say it was good. But because they gave us plastic utensils I couldnt even slice into the crepe. I had to resort into tearing it apart and it was such a mess. It was so unpleasant to eat. My friend got a waffle with a Häagen Dazs bar on it which she gave me to make me feel better. It was freezer burnt. And they didnt offer us water.

I went to Treatland with a friend, and we ordered the Set the Bar High waffle and the I Love You pancake. The quality of the food and ingredients in these two orders was absolutely incredible!! You ll certainly read this in other reviews as well, but you won t be able to fully appreciate the quality until you ve taken your first few bites of their sweet treats. My friend and I typically eat quite a bit (ok we *love* to eat a lot!), but those two items were, surprisingly, enough to fill us up! Given the quality and the quantity of food, the prices are extremely reasonable. The staff were also very kind and helpful, which just elevated the experience even further. Partially because of the sugar high, but primarily due to the delicious food and wonderful service, I decided to buy a t-shirt before leaving! And yes, I plan to wear it whenever I am back in town while I try out a few more treats from the menu ;)

If you have a sweet tooth this is definitely the place to go. The selections of treats in excellent and the staff are super friendly and just all around great. We brought our 1 year old nephew and they were quick to pull out the high chair and a lollipop as and extra treat. Would recommend everyone try it out

Amazing service and amazing menu! We went for an afternoon treat with my son and the staff were so friendly, gave him an extra treat and even put on disnley plus for him while we waited for our order. The staff alone created an amazing experience the ice cream and other foods were the cherry on top! Very nice environment and we had a great experience! We will be going back often.

Amazing experience. From top to bottom when you walk in the store its perfect. The customer service was exceptional took care of my family and made us feel welcome. The food left us speechless which never happens when we go out to eat. Cant wait to go back

Fantastic deserts great flavor and options

I don t know if it s because it was already 8pm but I got a scoop of ice cream from almost an empty container, it was freezer burn and smaller then a kiddie scoop for $5. If that s the case just close the shop early instead of serving stale ice cream. Won t be going back

One of THE BEST desert experiences imaginable, truly a hidden gem in Orangeville... We tried their New York cheesecake, a few teas and waffle amongst 3 guys and the food was impeccable, service people were genuinely friendly and overall we would recommend this to all our family and friends!!!

$85 dollars later for 5 ppl and a long wait, cant say its worth the hype or the $$$$$. The ice cream lacks richness, very icy, waffles are very dense. Took so long for my order because they offered a product they couldnt execute, then proceeded to tell a family member when we exited that it was because I wanted my order to be perfect. That couldnt have been further from the truth. It was rude and insulting. I just wanted what I ordered, within the time the rest of my family enjoyed their dessert. Wont be returning.

A happy accident Missed my bus by Dawson road and decided to while awayy my 2 hrs in the cafe. Best decision I made today- Their cotton candy ice cream was a total hit with me not to mention the freshest pomogranate juice I have tasted in a while. They were so welcoming and cordial amd literally let me stay the entire time and made sure I didnt feel left out and even gave me a water bottle. We need more people like them in the world Such a cozy place with good food that I feel it reflects Orangevilles vibes. Pretty sUre I will go back not just to try out the different ice cream flavours but also because I made some new friends

Even if you are just passing through Orangeville, this is DEFINITELY worth the visit! Staff is incredible and happy to answer any questions you have! We tried a few items which were ALL SOOOO GOOD, but the best thing in my opinion was the Rasmalai! OMG SO GOOD! They have a great sitting area both indoors and outdoors, very relaxing, but modern and fun too! Great place for adults and kids and so many items to chose from! Shakes to Crepes and many others!

We visited Treatland yesterday for some dessert and was unfortunately, quite disappointed in the establishment. You have to wait an obscenely long time for your food so if you re here having a meal with someone else, you end up watching them eat their entire dessert before yours even appear. The staff don t seem to care that you are waiting endlessly for your food. I hope you re not thirsty either cause there is no water served, which I think is the least you would expect from a sit down restaurant. You are only provided with plastic utensils, which is so making it extremely hard to cut your crepe or waffle. My partner actually ended up with an overcooked crepe as well so they had to make him a new one (his 2nd meal came out even 10-15mins before I even saw mine). My waffle was missing the real chunks of mangos and there was no explanation or apology for that. You order (and pay for a certain dessert) and expect something so it was very disappointing not to get it. Overall, a very bad experience and I just don t see them lasting if they keep this up. I m all about supporting local so I m hoping they will clean up their act and improve their service.

Amazing sweet spot in Orangeville! I ordered the better together crepe and it exceeded my expectations, so savory and fresh. Worth every penny. The staff was so wonderful, inviting and incredibly friendly. They brought my food over to the table when it was ready so I didn t have to stand waiting as well. I will absolutely be returning.

Went by with my daughter and son for my son s birthday. They were serving two other people and rudely told us they are closed 5 minutes before closing time. My kids were so disappointed. Will NEVER be back and will be sure to pass on this bad experience to all my Orangeville fiends and family. Worst treatment we ve received in town in 25 years.

Absolutely amazing food & service!! GREAT PLACE FOR KIDS. The Chicken waffle cone with vegetables is to die for and unlike anything else in town The pizza is extra cheesy, not too saucy and the dessert A Day in Egypt with nuts, fruit, ice cream, etc. was incredible too! Nice spacious patio & dining room, parking on site, great for hosting kids/adult parties, plus 10/10 for cleanliness too. We ll be back!

Just went to treatland with my family, the service was exceptional. The interior of the building is decorated so cute and unique, you can tell a lot of care went into it. All of us enjoyed our desserts, the double chocolate brownie and the cheesecake milkshake were so good. We will most definitely be back to try more items!

WOW!! 1st it s a very cute spot and love that there is outdoor seating as well. The menu is HUGE! Seriously have all the treats for anyones taste. The staff is super friendly and helpful. THEN the food comes out we got rolled ice cream which there are so many options to customize from and the chocoholic waffle so yummy and so many toppings!! Recommend to anyone who wants a basic dessert or upgrade to a sweets explosion!

Delicious treats! The kids loved their personalized waffle and ice cream and appreciated the amazing service. They were spoiled with paw patrol to watch as they munched down. The chicken cone is a must. I am not one for sweets but I will be back for this savory snack. A must try when youre in Orangeville! Also cute greenery wall with a neon sign for pictures and very clean inside. My nephew said your bathrooms smell amazing hahahaha We hope this business stays in Orangeville for many years!

Such a cute place to go to for a little treat. My family was driving around and came across this place and decided to stop by for some ice cream as we saw a little ice cream statue in the front. The ice cream here is so creamy and delicious! I ordered the rolled ice cream with banana, mango and strawberry topping and it was so good! The mango topping was dried mango from my home country Philippines and that brought me back to my childhood fave snack. The service was quick and the employees were warm and welcoming. The aesthetics of the place was so cute! Definitely will come again with my boyfriend and my friends!

This is a restaurant that serves not only desserts and coffee. It has a full menu with a variety of dishes. The BBQ chicken, pizza and Egyptian cappuccino that we chose were excellent, tasty and the quality was at par with that of a gourmet restaurant, although with an affordable price tag. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and decor were relaxed and welcoming. We will go back for sure for another treat. Parking: Plenty of parking spots

First time visiting Treatland, certainly wont be the last. Everything we tried was delicious, the waffles (we got 4 different ones), the Egyptian cappuccino was a pleasant surprise and the Americano very well made. We even got a complimentary ice cream treat for our three year old and she was so excited! The food, the friendly and polite staff, the lovely and inviting environment will make us visit this place again, for sure! Thank you Treatland for a wonderful experience!

The best BBQ Chicken and Cakes Parking: Big Parking

Went to Treatland with my kids for the first time today, the owner is very hospitable. The portions are big and amazingly tasty. My wife is an amazing baker but even she couldnt understand how the dessert could taste like pure joy. The pizza that we had is really delicious and so was the Egyptian cappuccino. The restaurant is clean and tidy. I recommend everyone to give it a try. They have expanded their menu on food. U have to try their bbq chicken

The best ice cream I ve ever had. The salted caramel was so good that I snuck candy onto it. The staff is extremely friendly, they even gave me a very nice 3 chocolate mousse on the house!. The mango ice cream was also good, only thing I would add would be sugar free Ice cream. The menu had soooo many good items as well. The ice cream wasn t expensive and was Budget friendly. Vegetarian options: Almost everything is vegetarian food. Parking: A lot of spots to park Kid-friendliness: The staff is very friendly to children.

The Ferrero milkshake is amazing!! The menu is pretty unique. From waffles to spicy noodles to Egyptian rice. Very cool place. It feels like a candy store but they serve a lot of different things including cakes or steak or pizza. The service is very friendly!
