Tasty but cha ching!!

If you are going to do catering maybe close the store??? Paid $16 for my pita and waited over half an hour ridiculous.

2nd worst shawarma I have in my life. I would like to ask the franchise CEO what he thinks makes his wrap a shawarma! Go to Lawrence Ave East, buy one then reverse engineer it..lol

I went with my family to get pitas. I ordered a small gyro. I get home and the wrap was ridiculously small. Like super small. So I went all the way back to complain and get an actual wrap worth the 10$ that I paid. The girl was pleasant as I was probably being a Karen but when I pay over 10 bucks for a wrap I want a wrap. Sure enough, when I went back in, there were 2 people getting pitas..they were HUGE. So I pointed to the lady and said thats a wrap!!!. She made me a new one but it wasnt much bigger then the one I took back. I wont go again. My families wraps were pathetic too but they were too hungry to bring them back. I didnt end up eating the wrap anyways. The donar sauce was like eating jam. It was that sweet. I spat it right out. Grosse

I didnt realize they had changed the menu but the staff had no problem helping me navigate their new system. Solid food.

I came in for 2 small pitas and the person that was serving us was not paying attention to us when telling her what we wanted on the pita, making us repeat everything that we wanted on the pitas. When we got home both pitas are broken and had to eat them with forks. The reason you get a pita to eat is to eat with our hands. I would not recommend going to this location as they dont pay attention to what you want and are in too much of a rush.

I would give the service a 6/5 if I could. Amazing staff and great chicken souvlaki pita.

Consistently have a great experience evey time I order there. Quick service, super friendly staff, and food tastes great! They dont skimp on the portions. The regular sized pita is really filling. Whenever Im working in Orangeville I plan on grabbing takeout from this Pita Pit for a filling and well priced dinner.

The 5 stars are for the employees at this location specifically, I have been in a couple different times when different women are working and they are fantastic! So fun and friendly. Whoever s hiring is doing a great job

Great job to the hard working staff inside today. Very busy but remained friendly and fast. Food is always delicious. Love Pita Pit.

If you want to wait 40 minutes to get some veggies rolled up in some bread, then come here. If you want to stand and wait for the slowest staff ever to clean up a bit before they even begin grilling your veggies, then come here. If you want to order a smoothie only to be told that you cant because all the smoothie machines are already busy with another order, then come here. If you want to regret ever coming here, then come here. Im writing this review as I watch the staff struggle to figure out what veggies are supposed to go in which wrap. This is painful. If the food doesnt taste good, this is going to a one-star review. Save yourself: dont come here.

The girl who took my order was rude and not welcoming... probably bad day

Tonight I ordered off skip the dishes for my fiance. He arrived 10 minutes earlier then the skip time once he arrived he was informed his meal was already prepared! And said it was the best pita he has had in a while. The girl behind the counter had pink hair and glasses and made his visit one to remember?

Alysha is amazing! She has our orders memorized and is incredibly friendly funny and quick! I am ALWAYS super impressed with her service! I will always come back and be delighted with her service. I cannot express how delighted I am with her service! I love coming here and will consistently be a repeat simply because of her! Love it!!!!!

Yummy options for vegetarian

I ordered a few items from pita pit through skip the dishes. The driver from skip accidentally grabbed someone elses order and brought it to my house....meaning also that someone else got my order. I called pita pit directly and told them I got the wrong order. They were very polite and apologetic on the phone, offered to re-make my order, and had it delivered via their own delivery person. Excellent customer service and my order came quite quickly after I called them. Even their delivery driver was polite and friendly. Thank you for excellent service.

Super chipper and excited staff. Love so many topping options and they are unlimited. They really pack your wraps! Great light choice when youre on the go

I love their food, it s very flavourful and non-greasy! I d give them a five star rating if their portions were bigger. Seriously though, does anyone else feel like pita pit has drastically reduced their portion size over time? I got a large shawarma chicken rice bowl recently that I paid over 12 dollars for and I kid you not there was maybe 2 1/2 tablespoonfuls of rice in it and I genuinely thought they mixed up the sizes and maybe prepared a small one instead of a large rice bowl. So, the next time I went in I ordered a small rice bowl so I can compare and there was approximately 1 1/2 tablespoonfuls of rice in it, the container was only 1/4th full. I just feel like I m paying too much for what I m getting :( it s disappointing.

I see how easy it is for people to criticize the staff, but from what I can see they work good together and the entire industry is a tough business overall. I go there about once a week and I have not had a bad experience.

Good food but i m not going to recommend this place.. the lady who help me (Monday Dec.6) around 12-1pm) she was very unfriendly and rude. if she can t be friendly at least be polite.. if you don t enjoy it, don t do it..

Pita Pit never fails. They are always polite and kind to their customers and to each other. When the employees interact with each other they say please and thank you, they always have a smile on their faces even when they are swamped with customers. Keep up the good work.

Need some new staff. Those ladys you got on the closing shift December 11th are awful. Just wow. They should probably settle down a bit. The world doesnt revolve around them. Perhaps they should actually listen rather than make assumptions.

Food and toppings are always fresh, and usually in full stock. I have been several times and most of the staff are quite friendly and eager to make your pita just the way you want.

Prices are different on Skip the Dishes vs in-store. Girls at the cash told me too bad you pay what I charge you and I cant do anything to help you as its above my pay grade. Wow!

Wow the 2 girls working April 2nd 2019 must have been hired on April first because they both are some freaking joke! I am willing to bet that the store owner is getting other services in exchange for the jobs they have, because from the service my wife and I received from them, it would be bad for business to have them both as employees running the store they own. And ladies if your reading this review I would suggest you both quit the job and quit feeding each other ideas of how to run a store. You both need a lesson in respect for customers and proper hygiene. When working in the food industry, wiping your noses on the gloves you touch food with is the way disease gets transmitted to others... our food went into the garbage and we are going to contact head office tomorrow about your piis poor attitudes and poor service that you justify between yourselves. Shame on you.

Food was excellent, service was a bit slower than expected.

I ordered a southwest chicken .... the girl who took my order was the same one who made it.... i only put spinach hummus and avocado on it.... so disappointed that the hummus was frozen... the girl said that she cant defrost it faster or it will not taste good.... honestly she should have said they were out... so gross to hear its frozen product....no southwest sauce was put on it either. ...when i called back a girl answered and said it wasnt on the menu ... seriously she could have said something so i could remind her 3 minutes later to put it on... i mean i shouldnt be surprised that she couldnt remember since the only other customer in the store with me ordered a pita bowl and she asked her if she wanted white or whole wheat ..... so disappointed in my pita...this is not the first time ...i wont be back to that location

The worst pita pit Ive been too

Worst knee Ive been too. As a vegetarian I found it quite disappointing as there was a lot of cross contamination. Lots of meat was falling into the toppings. Will not be going back!!

Perfect every time

Just ordered a small chicken caesar and they didnt put bacon on it. I tried to tell the girl that it was supposed to come with bacon as well, even repeated myself and said excuse me while she was rolling it. She was too busy talking with the other girl to hear me. I just took it and left, I didnt have time to ask a third time since I had to get back to work. I wouldnt have cared as much if I didnt have to pay extra

Poor attitude from staff. If ur sign says open till 10pm u do not lock doors at 930pm cause u have to mop. We asked to sit in to eat and was given major attitude cause the chairs were up off the floor. Was very rude .... Oct 27 930pm ......

Came here twice I got the black bean patty and falafel. Black bean patty was really good compared to falafel. The pita was huge for small size the place has so many topping and the staff offered choice of grilling them plus they have many sauces. However its a bit pricey and the black bean patty is really small and falafel didnt taste good at all. As a vegetarian I like the place but prolly get a burrito instead.

It is a typical pita pit... Lunch rush was not too bad when I was there so it was pretty quick. If you do your toppings right it can be healthy.

They take forever to move through the line up. Only cooking one at a time. Get it together.
