Dirty store with rude staff and stale toppings Small portions too
Me and my friend visited there last night and the server name arazpreet was so rude and it happened second time. When we ask for a veggie patty then she rolled her eyes and making different face expressions. Her customers service is not good
Ordered a salad bowl. Server was rude. She put barely any lettuce in the bowl and then rolled her eyes when asked for more. Didn’t bother to take the time to cut any of the vegetables as they do at other locations and the ingredients were not fresh. The avocado and lettuce were visibly brown. Don’t bother going to this location.
This was a mediocre experience the people working behind the counter can’t understand English to well, energy is off, sandwich was made half decent. I wouldn’t come back tot this subway.
The cashiers are tipping themselves and passing the machine to customers. They take advantage of people with language barriers and steal their money. Be careful with this location.
I went first there and the girl who are taking order. She did not took my order and serve the other customer who came late . This is unacceptable .
My boyfriend stopped in here for the first time. We will never go back. The buns were stale and the girl was rude. He ordered chicken ranch with bacon. She did not put bacon on. When he questioned her she made a big deal. The manager had to come over. Then when he was cashing out there’s a tip button and he felt a tip was not deserved. She gave him the dirtiest look. First and last time there
I've been having subway sandwiches for a long time across two countries and this is the first time that I had a really bad experience worth talking about. This was my third visit to this particular subway location and it went very wrong. Before I go into the details, my advise to the server/cashier is that it's your duty to deliver excellent customer service at all times. If for some reason you don't want to do so or think that being rude to customers is a virtue, then find another job. Firstly, the young man who served me cut a foot long bread and gave me the darker side of the bread. i told him it looked dry and if he can please change it. He unwillingly changed it to the lighter side but it could have been five inches long. I commented that the piece of bread was quite small. He proceeded to argue with me that there is nothing wrong with it, etc. Anyway, with mega attitude he did cut another one and it went well from there...until we got to the cash register. I remembered that I had the Subway app which I opened and asked very nicely, if he can remind me where to find the QR code. With as much surliness he can muster he said to me no, that's MY app and I should know where to find the code. My daughter looked at him, then we looked at him and I very quietly said to him, you are not quite helpful today are you? His response to me was "I was never trained on the app." I could have been really stubborn and stand there until I found the QR code, but I opted to make my purchase, and leave the store without any further incident. Not to mention, I did not get any points for my purchase. As we got in my car my daughter commented that he was very rude. Funny, she even took note of his name. I chose not to mention it here because this is about the highly-negative experience that could be a lesson in what not to do when serving customers.

Subway really has gone downhill. Ordered chicken onion teriyaki and got a overpriced cold, poorly made sub with terrible service on top. Wont be coming back.

This Subway in town is not at all good .. I ordered on mobile yesterday for big veggie patty footlong and half of the material like black olives lettuce and crispy onion was missing they didn t put anything . I tried this subway before as well and always disappointed ! Will try any other next time .
Guy was very rude. Didn t understand English. When I ask for spinach n got 3 pieces. Gave us attitude about everything we said. I am not impressed with his service at all n will drive to a different subway just ensure I get good service. Incase the manager is gonna do something about this issue it was the racial guy with glasses. Thanks don t go to this subway:) He is like this all the time and I am fed up with his attitude!

Went in on a Saturday and there was only one person working. He was trying his best but the line was just defeating him. There was a woman ordering for 8 people in front of me. Shame on the owner of this store
I asked a cup for water and they said no but I dont think any of the subway I went for refused me for a cup of glass.

Store (and behind counter) was in need of a serious cleaning. Makes you question if the food is being handled properly. Jared would not have approved.
Healthy, good food, especially with their sub sauce. Make sure to ask for double toppings if you like more than 2 tomato slices or 3 cucumber slices.

Catering was great. Food was fresh. All well organized and simple to distribute in our group. Plus staff helped to bring it to my car.

Went into buy a lunch combo. When it comes time to pay they tell you that oh, we dont have any lids for medium drinks so you have to pay extra. Then they come up with the line that Subway doesnt send you any more medium sized lids. I walked out. Hate this kind of BS.

Guy got angry with me for ordered the potato bun sidekicks, said theyd take 2 hours to thaw, like how is that my problem? As well all the other reviews about getting no toppings are so true, asked for olives and the guy gave me exactly 4. Will be avoiding this location from now on.

This subway is terrible, I haven t gone to this location is 4 years due to knowing the service and quality of food. Unfortunately, I decided to get it another try today and again will not be going back. The meat and vegetables look like they have been left without refrigeration for days, some are moldy or have flys swarming around the bin. The employees mostve just moved to Canada because they barely know a lick of English. They also are rude to the costumers, yelling at myself and other costumers that entered the establishment simply because we don t understand there language. Half of the options that subway offers aren t available at this location. It s purely a waste of time and money.

My husband and I went here on the Friday of the jazz and blues festival. After leaving the restaurant to go to the festival with our baby we realized they overcharged us a third combo when we only ordered 2 combos. As if being overcharged a third meal wasnt bad enough, we also realized they didnt even give us the cookies for 1 of the combos we did order. So not only were we ripped off a full combo, but we didnt even get everything we actually ordered. Ive never been so dissatisfied with a restaurant. Definitely wont be returning, and I dont recommend this location to anybody who doesnt want to be ripped off. Not impressed at all.

closed 25 minutes early??? Sunday Sept 15 2019. Group of 5. We stopped to get subs at 7:35 pm and were told they close in 15 min so they had all of the toppings already out of the counter and we could not order a sub. When I got back into the van I noticed it was only 7:35 pm and they didnt close until 8 pm. Told someone heading for the door that they were closed early so they missed out on at least 6 sub orders! We went to Metro across the road and got sub sandwiches instead. They were really good!

Ordered a veggie sub. Lady making sub refused to put veggies in the sub. Only 5 pieces of each of the items I requested. She said the owners of store told her she is not to put veggies in the veggie sub.(treated as toppings) Rip off...however, I was so hungry I grabbed a bag of chips to fill up on and will be contacting head office. Also few weeks prior the subway on Broadway is Orangeville also the same thing happened. so probably same owners...? I travel across Ontario and never a problem in other towns. Orangeville residents getting ripped off!

Ate at the orangeville location on first street today. Got a 12 meatball sub. Hour and half later, got the worst sweats/fever ever. Instant diarrhea, naseuted as hell. Havnt been this sick in a long time. Avoid if you dont like food poisioning. I will never ever in my life eat from any subway chain again.
