I had the pleasure of visiting the arcade recently, and I just had to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Michelle. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel welcome. She was not only knowledgeable about the games but also genuinely passionate about ensuring everyone had a fantastic time. As I was trying to decide which game to play, Michelle took the time to offer some great suggestions based on what I enjoy and even showed me a few tips on how to maximize my score. Throughout my visit, she was attentive, checking in to make sure I was having fun without being intrusive. In addition to her game expertise, Michelle was a fantastic server. She made sure all our needs were met promptly and with a friendly attitude. Her positive energy and professionalism truly elevated the experience. It’s rare to find someone who brings such a personal touch to their work, and I’m grateful for her outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be sure to look for her next time!
Had my 1 year olds birthday party here and it was amazing! The older kids got to play arcade games and bumper cars and my 1 year old enjoyed a swim after lunch which is included in their birthday package.
What a great little family restaurant and arcade. Food is beyond amazing. Caters to the parents with the bar while watching your children play in the variety of arcades. Bumper cars are a huge hit as well.
I am so pleased with the service Michelle provided for us today! My friends and I were in a rush and wanted to stop by for a quick drink and food to go. Michelle made sure the food was efficiently served in a timely matter, and she even brought water at the end of the service without our request! Highly recommend for family and friends to come and enjoy this arcade bar and grill :)
Had My Son's 5th Birthday Party Here And He Absolutely Loved It. Michelle And Jessica Were Very Helpful And Made The Kids Bumper Car Ride A Great Experience Would Recommend Having A Party Here The Kids Also Had A Blast Swimming Overall A Great Time
We rented the space for my 2year Olds birthday as we had a very large group, and we absolutely loved it. The ladies taking care of our group were amazing, super friendly and attentive to our group. We got the party package to have the dining room and arcade rented out, and it was absolutely worth the price of it. The food was great, and there was lots of it, and everyone had an amazing time. I definitely 1000% recommend this place for parties and events if you're looking for a good venue. Will definitely be booking again next year/any time we need a party space.
Not great. My girlfriend booked a birthday party there for her 7-year-old son. She was told over the phone that the price included some tokens, but no tokens were included. She booked the space but they still allowed the public in while the party was happening. A couple of the bumper cars were broken; if I'm not mistaken, there were only three functioning. Both bowling alleys had pins missing. The bathrooms were disgusting. The place is generally run down. My girlfriend attempted to contact the manager to discuss the disparity between what she was told she would receive for her money and what she actually received, but a game of phone tag resulted. The manager didn't seem to put much effort into getting back to her, presumably because they expected a complaint. Don't book your children's birthdays here.
Took 2 great grandkids and they were absolutely in heaven with everything there was to do. All our food was delicious plus big portions and reasonably priced . Michelle was amazing. Very friendly..helpful and even wrote out prices etc. for birthday parties..explained the use of pool. She was multi tasking with 2 parties going on as well.never once did she loose her smile. She definitely adds value to this establishment! We will be back!

It is suppose to be open til 7. Went with 3 kids all excited to go as we chose this hotel for the arcade. Only to find out they decided to close early and now have 3 upset kids!

Had a birthday party for my Daughters today. We were very impressed great service everything was a breeze the pizza and fries where delicious. So happy with this place we will be booking another party in the near future.
We had a great afternoon. Pizza was homemade and very delicious. Bumper cars were amazing. We laughed so much. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was terrible. Paper plates, plastic utensils, paper coffee cups so hot you burn your hands on. Food was subpar. Eggs were disgusting. No difference between kids and adult price. And nobody finished their meal. Never again!! Kid-friendliness: We went thinking that the arcade would be open and the kids could play after breakfast, no. Not even open
2 of us tried for over a week to book a birthday left multiple messages never got a call back(yes we called during hours) bummed because my son really wanted his 10th birthday there, but now not willing to give our money to a business that doesnt even return calls so else were we will go.

It was a good time ..food was great but not many games ..really good time except for the fact that the waitress with grey hair ripped me off 10 bucks I paid for bumper cars for 2 kids which is 5 bucks each I gave here 20 then just as we re about to leave the kids wanted one more ride and that s when I realized she never gave me back my change, and when I asked her about she denied it and said she gave me my change back which is false . Place is a snake pit

Nice, clean and spacious dining room. The server was fantastic. We enjoyed a pitcher of beer, dill pickle spears and a large chicken, bacon bbq pizza. Everything was hot and fresh and the food was delicious. I recommend the pizza!
Having these amenities offered right beside our hotel was everything. Had lots of fun. Just Hubby and I.Girls working the game area and bar were lovely.
The service was great. Breakfast was better then I had at most hotels. But the meatball sub and fried that was the daily special was horrible. All I can say is that i am glad they had a washroom close. That is the only food that i tried and I wont be trying anymore.
Husband and I took our son and friend on a Wednesday night at 5 pm. There were 2 other people there when we came in 3 more came in after us to the bar and 2 others came in after to eat in the game area. There was one server working by herself and was great, but it was a lot for one person. The diet Pepsi was out and she didnt know how to change it, it took 15 minutes to get menus, another 20 to order and 45 minutes after that to get our food. The kids played and were busy so they didnt mind, I sat in the restaurant to wait. The restaurant was really cold. The server was also managing the games, some didnt work and she would have to get tokens back or run the bumper cars, she was really busy with 11 people to serve. She did a great job and the kids had a blast. The food was ok, it came out fresh and hot, just wasnt for us- we had pizza and wings. Also when we called ahead, the restaurant phone was out so the front desk was running over to ask questions/make reservations. Maybe just an off night with sick calls and the phones out/machines not working. Again, server did amazing considering all she was managing and probably more that we dont see. We will try it again, hopefully this is just a one off.
Half the machines were broken and other just eat tokens with nothing to show for it. Also way to expensive for the tokens
Great little arcade for the kids. We have gone with small groups of people and each time was a great time and smiles and laughs were had.
Michelle was a great host. They were very attentive, the food was good. The kids had an amazing time, they LOVED the bumper cars. We will definitely be coming back again! Thank you for a great birthday!
Everything is broken or takes your money
French fries and gravy were great but the pizza was the best I have had in the Orillia area. Great service. Thanks Michelle for your suggestions, and fast professional service. I will be back.
We were extremely disappointed by the food. Much like you we took to the reviews beforehand and thought it sounded great . We were wrong. The $19 poutine burger. I wouldn t have paid $7 for it. You pay $19 you expect a decent burger right? So did I. What I got was garbage. A standard, frozen quarter pound patty that was over cooked. I expected a poutine burger to be messy but it was not even close. Minimal toppings and dry a poutine burger should not be dry. Add to that the handful of French fries that weren t even fresh cut and that was just a waste of money. My fiancé tried to enjoy a deep fried dill pickle poutine sounds amazing doesn t it? Till you get it and it s a run of the mill poutine with a couple deep fried pickles on top. May as well call it what it is, a poutine with a side of deep fried pickles. 10 out of 10 will never go back. I don t even care if the kids liked the bumper cars, the one game they were interested in didn t even work.
Hours say until 9pm and we showed up at 7:45pm and the staff is sitting outside on picnic tables drinking and smoking and said they are closed. If you are going to have hours of operation then abide to them especially during a busy weekend - Boots and Hearts on a Saturday. Maybe update your hours of operation. We were told you opened early, so you closed early. Then called and got a whole different story. So once again..update your hours and let people know. Hard to have business when your hours arent correct and inconsistent. Speaking from someone whos been in the restaurant industry for 19 years who knows what its like to adjust hours.
pizza was nice and hot and fresh highly recommended it but I ordered an adult finger and got a kids portion with 3 fingers asked to be tossed in medium sauce with a side of buttermilk ranch and a gravy I didn t get any of my sauces and the finger were the worst I had ever had I could make better store bought ones at home and a kids burger that literally had nothing on it not even ketchup first they were literally cold as can be like they sat in the window for 25 mins it was decently busy since there was only one server I get that but I work ima restaurant and for one would never serve that if it had sat that long and number two I would of ran the kids meals as soon as they came up, don t get a Caesar there there s literally no garnish in it honestly just a horrible experience the server was very polite witch made it a lil better but honestly very disappointed will not be going back
Had a blast with my 6 year old son! Easily spent 2 hours at very little cost having so much fun. Easily a good selection of games+air hockey+bowling+pool+(of course) the bumper car zone. I was very impressed among reading mixed reviews. Great staff! Gotta hand it to Michelle. She was a wonderful host! Looking forward to going back again soon!
Attending a youngster s birthday party, i think the adults enjoyed it as much as the kids. Service was very friendly. If i can suggest one thing . I think the addition of a couple of potted plants / trees might add some warmth to the indoor environment.

Wow what a change for the better staff are friendly. Michelle at the bar is fast at serving, attentive with the food making sure that we were happy and had all we needed. She is as nice as she is cute. What a wonderful change for the better. Looking forward to our next stay.
Nachos and wings were great. could see the bike while in air conditioning. Will be back.
Findings
The WORST experience in all my life. I had a birthday party booked for my 3 year old son, which I contacted the restaurant team three times to confirm details, and was told a section in the dining area would be set up for our party of 27 on all three occasions, and when we arrived there was NO HEAT, a table for 14 people that was set in the middle of the freezing cold arcade which was full of children running around (understandably as its the arcade area, not a dining room) with the music so loud it impossible to hear each other speak. We tried to sing happy birthday to my son and he could not hear us over all the commotion surrounding us. When we asked them to turn down the music, they did, which was great, and then informed us that they were waiting for the heat to be repaired so there is NO HEAT (which is great for children under three that just got back from swimming....). Then ON TOP OF EVERYTHING when my guests were speaking to the servers with questions about the multiple machines that were taking coins and not working she told them snarky remarks like I dont read minds and Ill get there when I can and both servers were EXTREMELY sassy to me and all of my guests on multiple other occasions. We understand understaffing is happening but there is no reason to be rude or give attitude when asking simple questions. When I notified the staff about how upset I was about the tables being out in the freezing arcade and the fact that other random children were taking food off of our tables and eating it as they thought our food table was part of the arcade, I was talked down to, belittled and told that they never promised anything with a horrible attitude (which AGAIN these plans were confirmed three times via phone calls and in person...) and when I asked to talk to a superior I was told they will call when they have time as they charged my card. This was EXTREMELY embarrassing for me and my guests and completely ruined my sons 3rd Birthday. I WILL NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Oh and I was still charged full price after I voiced my complains about the rude and unacceptable attitudes of the staff and the poor customer service we all received. No Im sorry for the miss hap or how can we make it better? From anyone. Just straight up bad attitudes and BACK TALK. I wasnt looking for a discount, I just wanted a fun party for our 3 year old son which we obviously did not get. I will ASSURE you anyone that asks me about this place will be fully informed to NEVER go there. Poor quality all around. EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED.... a server arguing with an upset customer about how THEY were right is always a great way to leave a lasting impression....
Our hockey team and parents of almost 40 came for dinner where if I may speak for the group, it was great and did the job!!! Food was good, arcade fun for the kids to stay occupied and the server M. was amazing. She was organized, accommodating and a pleasure. Atmosphere was clean and lots of room in the area to work with. Food and drinks came out in good time considering our group size. Would definitely recommend for a group outing.

The dinner was great reasonable prices and very personable server. However, breakfast was dried up luke warm eggs with very old bacon. Nice Texas toast and yogurt. The potatoes were cold and mushy.
We are staying at the hotel for the weekend and decided to order from here, worst mistake . Food was horrible& customer service once brought to their attention by the server was even worse !!!! For 1 you never question a customers complaints and she had the nerve to say let me check my sons burger that was just made for him. This is unacceptable for customer service !!!!!!! I will say the kitchen manager has since offered a refund but the point is I should have never even be questioned by the server a who was very rude !!! We will not be coming back here
If you want to have some fun! Great food and drinks. This is place to come. Great for all ages. Birthday partys are a bonus!
I had a great experience at the hotel and the restaurant was no different . Although, I wasnt able to have dinner the night I arrived the breakfast was fast and tasty. I got there right before 11am and after my breakfast, hung around to see the games in action. The bumper cars looked like a blast! On my next trip to the area I look forward to trying some of the games as well as the bowling. Makes me feel like a kid again.
Bad 1st experience here. Service and food were horrible, no one came out to help us with getting tokens. Only 1 lady working (she was nice) but just bad management for sure.
My husband and I were really looking forward to trying this place because it s new to Orillia. Unfortunately we never even got to eat here, we waited 10 mins and not a single employee came out to see if we wanted menus or to even say hello. There was a couple standing, waiting at the bar to pay the entire 10 mins we were there. We ended up walking out! Definitely won t be returning! It s to bad because their menu on skip the dishes looked great, but unfortunately we will never know how good or not good it actually is. For a new restaurant you would think their staff presence would be better.
Well where do I begin, I went here for breakfast with my family on Saturday. It was only 19°C outside and first thing everyone said when we went in was how cold it was. Ok not a big deal, we sat down and waited for 10 mins before being able to flag down the only server. I asked if it was a la Carte or buffet, since online the menu looked a la Carte but everyone was doing buffet. Was told buffet was what was included with my room. To which I said I wasnt staying at the hotel and would like menus. Upon ordering our meal I asked if I had to go to the buffet to get coffee or if she would bring it. Was told that I could do either. She didnt ask if we wanted drinks after saying that, and we were left to fend for ourselves. After 20 mins our food arrived, both the eggs and toast were cold. I would have though that a restaurant attached to a hotel would have a better breakfast and service. My advice, unless you are staying at the hotel and get free buffet. Go somewhere else with better service.

Was in for dinner and drinks. Susan our server was an absolute doll, just a total delight.
Not inpressed. I really hopped they would have improved. Last visit about a year ago we received cold food and service was extremely slow. Tonight, we brought my son and his friends in to play in the arcade. Waited 15 mins just to order Nachos and 2 drinks. Nachos were cold and it looked like they sprinkled cold ground beef over the chips. About 45 mins after we got there, the kids were thirty and asked for a drink and the waitress refused. Said they werent allowed any drinks. When I inquired why they couldnt have drinks, she advised me that it wasnt a free for all, they were allowed a drink with only one refill. Now, I can see if the place was busy, but there was only one other family there with younger girls. Not sure how she confused our boys with the other family. I advised her that they had not had any drinks yet and of course I was going to pay for them. We were there for almost an hour and a half and we werent asked for a refill or anything until I approached the bar to pay my bill. Service still poor a year later. So disappointed.
Showed up at 5:15 on Dec 8th with kids. Sign on door says there closing at 6.. which was not posted on website that we googled after driving a hour to get here. Lady was so blunt to our kids face.. we are closed for staff party???? Sign on door says 6.. wow show some sorta customer service even act like you feel bad and are sorry.. just like that wont be back...THANKS...
