Saw them drop my food on the floor and proceed to put it back in the box and serve it to me.

Was ok Nothing special Food

Kind staff, brought our meals to us at our table. Food was delicious and the whole place looked clean and tidy. Nice to see.

Order in phone. Talked to female crew because i dont want a dry chicken that sits on the heating section. Want it freshly cook and they told me it will be freshly cook. When i pick it up its the same, its hot but i think they just put the chicken back in the frying section and heat it. Its not juicy anymore. Not good at all. Pls be thruthfull to your customer. If you cant do it. Just say no

Getting very expensive specially for the quality

Had a disappointing experience at the Orillia location with customer service. Unfortunately we left feeling mistreated and unappreciated as a customer. We have no plans on returning. Tried to give an opportunity for a resolution but unfortunately that was also a failure. We reached out to corporate by phone as well as the experience@ email they typically respond with for negative reviews which you can see here on Google reviews and were basically fluffed off with the typical we will look into this type of response with no follow up of any kind after that. It s disappointing that companies say they want to know when a customer experiences negative service, but when it s brought to their attention they they simply don t do anything other than look into it .

Unfortunately was not the best visit we have had here and the food was not the best this time either. Staff were a bit rude which is not normal for this location. Also coleslaw made a couple people ill. Kid-friendliness: Good choices for kids Wheelchair accessibility: The accessibility doors do not work.

Had the Korean chicken sandwich and the wedge poutine, it was fantastic!

We went in looking for a gift card and they were super helpful. And restaurant was clean.

This place was really good!! Mary Browns in Barrie is terrible where we live so it was a pleasant surprise , we are from Newfoundland and craved some good Mary Browns every now and then !!So now we will just drive the half hour to Orillia to have our chicken done right!!

I love Mary browns food is great. This location is almost like nobody works there at all. 2 nights in a row sat at the drive through only car there sat for over 5 minutes and nobody took my order ended up leaving. And when they do take your order you still wait 15+ minutes fit food.

Hello. I arrived to order dinner for the family. Zero customers in the restaurant. I ordered the 13 pieces of chicken deal. In about one minute, my meal was bagged and ready to go. How is that possible? The meal was very disappointing. Back to KFC

Unfortunately the food quality has dropped off significantly since my previous review. The prices have also near doubled in 2 years, which is unacceptable. As well, charging additional $2.50 for a preferred meat is gouging. I used to really love this chicken. Now its pretty gross, and getting charged like I was at a sit down restaurant for trash fast food is unacceptable. Another note, if you order food items separately or omit items from combos, it actually costs you more than buying a full combo. Even though you want less. Thats all.

Great service from everybody behind the counter and the food was so fresh. The location is extremely clean and I would say the best Mary browns in Canada for the chicken we had.

Absolutely awful. I have been a huge fan of Mary Browns up until now. Website and sign on door said open until 10 am for dine-in. Walked in at 850 pm and told dine in was closed and only drive thru was open. Huge language barrier as they only spoke Punjabi with some very bad broken English. Ordered the Buffalo Mary and they must have poured a gallon of hot sauce on it - most messy sandwich ever. My spouse had the same issue with his Buffalo Mary. My kids had a ton of lettuce put on their original Marys to the point that their bun fell off. As we sat in our vehicle we were further entertained by one of the employees picking his nose in plain view for over 5 minutes. Yes I have pictures to prove it. Then to top it off - this filthy individual walked over to the cash register and started counting cash bills with his unwashed hands. I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is. Time the health inspector paid a visit.

Picked up lunch today, it was just after they opened at 12..the chicken was terrible..it must of been leftover from the day before, that was put in a warmer overnight. You would think the day would start with fresh food...not at this location! This is the worse Mary Browns I have ever been too....never again!

Visited Mary browns alot of times. Always serve hot and fresh food.

I would give no starts for this place sent un cooked chicken not to mention soaked so bad in sauce you couldnt even eat it Gross Will never go there again in my life get a cook I love how cant add a picture y should be looking into what is being served and how I have know problem sending pictures to what I was served Tonight I work in restaurant and would never server that food that way

Check your orders once they hand you the food because you won t be reimbursed if they forget stuff. In response to them. I ve emailed them through the website a week ago. No response. Not surprised

Went through drive thru today ordered 2 chicken strip combos. Almost $32. The chicken strips were just oversized nuggets and the taters were half full. Other Mary Browns restaurants serve 2 times as much. Will not be returning to this location.

Tried Mary Brown s chicken today. I like the crispness of the chicken. Amazing taters with honey dill sauce. Highly recommended place if you live near orillia. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Did not enjoy my food at all and it was overpriced. We did not eat there we took it to go.

The four piece chicken dinner was 14.95 on the menu. Counter person ask if I would prefer just the chicken and not the meal? Then said that will be 18.95, Then I asked him to repeat himself because of how ridiculous this sounded. At this point, I told him to keep his chicken. Left this place upset and frustrated.

My college roommate and I used to have Mary Browns every Friday night... This was 30 years ago. We thoroughly enjoyed our latest Mary Browns meal... It brought back a million memories and the food was pretty darn tastey too!

Went through the drive thru this evening and service was awful. We were ordering and didn t even get to finish ordering and the guy didn t reply and when we Got to the window and the lady there was super rude. And it was almost an inconvenience to finish ordering. My burger box and burger was all squished and have pictures for proof and the tatters were so dry. Looks like the burger and box were punched. First time trying Mary Browns and will not be returing.

Very hit and miss, but more miss than hit. Ive been coming through this location for some time now and can honestly say its one of the less-welcoming locations as of late. There have been quite a few instances where drive-thru employees have given unwarranted attitude and sport a less-than-welcoming demeanour right from the first interaction. Secondly, they used to be open until 10pm during the week, which was great! However, they have cut back their hours recently without any warning or notification to customers and changed their sign to open 10:30am. This, combined with the employees leaving all lights and drive thru open signs on well past 10pm, creates quite a bit of confusion most nights with customers rolling up and waiting, just to be ignored. All that being said, the food is prepared as expected and other than presentation (sandwhiches can be a bit sloppy some days), I have never been disappointed. I mean, its Mary Browns! (nuff said) Overall, the location is a decent place to get a bite, but they definitely need to work on pleasant service and posting H.O.O. changes.

Better than Kfc Food

The portion sizes were good and the chicken was moist and well cooked . Often in other places chicken is over cooked but this chicken was perfect

This was our first time at Mary Browns Chicken. Service was very polite and I had two piece chicken. My husband had the spicy chicken which he did not enjoy at all. Looked like they just sprinkled a spice on top after it was cooked. He said his was dry.

It closes at 930. Went to get chicken @ 855 & was told that they could only make sandwiches not the chicken. Why are you open until 930 if you stop cooking main menu items before 9. Never going back.

Best chicken in Orillia. Even Popeyes can t compete with them. Although, the dining room could use a cleaning every now and then.

Went through the drive thru just before 9pm(they close at 930pm), was told there was no chicken because they close at 930pm. I understand not wanting to have a lot of waste at the end of the night, but they could have cooked a half batch. Not impressed.

I am always happy with the food and service at the Orillia ON location. I only do drive thru and my taters, Mary Brown burger and chicken have always been tasty and the staff at that location are very friendly and professional. I will never visit the competition again. Parking: Its fine

Very poorly prepared franchise food. I am convinced the staff do not know how to properly make the food! Chicken burnt to a cridp, chicken sandwiches like a car ran over them. I came in the afternoon also a few weeks earlier. Worst chicken sa dwich. Will not return to this location.

First time every eating at marry browns and first impression was not good. Service was horrible, messed up my order then had to refund ect. Had to wait a long time in the drive through, but was the only car in line, chicken sandwich was very soggy. Flavor was good.

Service was exceptional!! I had a large order and thought things might get confusing, but the counter staff member was so organized and showed me each item she was placing in the bag. I absolutely recommend going here. This location is very clean and has a nice atmosphere.

Dont waste your time stopping at this Mary Browns, not good, no redeeming qualities. The 4 piece chicken meal looked like the chicken had been carved to remove meat for the strips. And honestly why is the drive thru window frosted??? This should have been an indicator that this is not a quality place to eat. And its expensive even for post covid times.

Friendly and polite staff at the drive thru, quick service, great quality food. I recommend the Nashville sandwich.

I got the spicey chicken sandwich and a side of wedges, the sandwich had a nice little kick -very delicious, and the wedges were awesome - nice light crisp, and perfectly seasoned. Super impressed !

The place is great, food is good, service is alright, they sometimes forget to add utensils into the bag for drive thru, other than that it s a great fast food spot.

Well first time here got the chicken sandwich.....it was big got cheese on it and it came with a little coleslaw and mayo maybe, not sure but it was really good. Ill be back

I recommend Mary Browns as a healthy fast food. Unpeeled French fries and unsalty chicken give me a healthy feeling of eating. But their slow response and the table that seems to be abandoned on the grass need improvement. It feels like a restaurant without an owner.

Terrific service in the drive through on our first visit to Mary Browns. Ramandeep was cheerful and allowed us to swap out the wings for drumsticks in our 9 piece meal. We have always been die hard KFC customers but the food here was better. Bigger, tastier chicken pieces, delicious potatoes wedges, gravy and coleslaw.

There Chicken is incredable actually all there food is.

Waited 15 minutes at the speaker to place order. When I drove up and nocke on the window they were not sure what to do. After I paid they asked me to come back in 15 minutes. I waited in the parking lot and it still was not ready. Poor experience for mediocre chicken and they forgot part of my order.
