We catered out a full meal for a small family gathering of 10 people. The food was fresh, very tasty and portion sizes were big enough to have accommodated at least 2-3 more guests. Our guests were also very impressed with the tasty food. A small suggestion would be to please ease up a bit on the spice. Some of our western guests did find the food a bit spicy. We will definitely keep Namaste in mind for future family gatherings. Thank you to Kishanbhai and Teethi for the excellent service and our compliments to the chef.
My mom and I got paranthq and the veg meal special, the portions were generous and the food was SO GOOD! Very tasty and the prices were bound reasonable. As well the Indian grocery store was very well stocked and we were able to get a lot of items that are not available in the regular supermarket. The staff were also very kind and very helpful.
Always friendly and conscientious service, an impressive selection of high quality products, and prices that are amazing! The entire store is immaculately clean and logically arranged, and it's super easy to find what I'm looking for. The only problem is that there's too much to choose from! 😁 Highly recommended, for groceries at least! I have yet to try their restaurant fare, but will update my review when I try it!
Please don’t serve stale food. Ordered special thali , chole was stale and definitely not fresh.Also they serve sambhar instead of daal in thali. It has happened second time so far and we don’t think we would eat the food again here. It’s all about health safety concerns and I want people to be careful when they go to this store.

First time going to Namaste and it will not be the last… so much variety store is so clean and so many options. Well waiting for lunch I went up and down the isles shouldn’t have gone in hungry as I left with more than I needed. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back. Food was amazing and for under 15$ I had a large portion of fresh hot Indian food with soup and naan bread.
I recently visited Namaste India and was impressed by the quality and variety of food available. The freshly made vada pav exceptionally flavorful and well-prepared. The store is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate. The staff were courteous, and the owner[Nilesh Patel] was exceptionally friendly, personally helping me with my groceries and showing me the best deals. I highly recommend Namaste India for its outstanding food and excellent service.

The best store ever the people who work at are great and respectful all the time, Mostly everything about Indian grocery is available with a good price. My favourite is their Vada Pav, must try.
I enjoy the market and Orillia welcomes this. The hot and ready food unfortunately is underwhelming, lacking flavor, and stale. The rice is hard and microwaved. Go for the market but avoid the hot and ready food.
I would highly recommend Namaste supermarket and restaurant. The employees are exceptionally friendly and the food was fantastic. Thank you for the great lunch.
STALE FOOD, Requesting all the customers to not eat anything from their restaurant, they serve stale food, we got food poisoning after eating samosa from there.

Best indian store in orillia Pani puri was amazing. They have so many items.
It was very weird to me that you cannot order 1 prantha, I wanted to try 1 paneer and 1 aloo prantha, the server said I could only order 2 of each, so 4 in total, especially when they are cooked 1 at a time I have been here before and have liked the food, but it was very disappointing that you cannot customize. I hope the owners can take this in consideration.
Really great selection! The curry spice pack I brought home was the best I ve had. Really friendly as well.

I have tried vada pav which is -5/5 pav bhaji -5/5 chole bhature -1/5 dhokla- 5/5 paneer parantha 3/5 Food texture and taste is good for which i rated 5 but chole bhature isnt upto mark chole doesnt have a taste except for alot of oil and bhature could be thicker as proper chole bhature is suppose to be that way . And i have tried the thali too as i order alot online thali the dal was watery and tasted like sambar . And one suggestion to have online grocery option but glad to have an indian grocery store in orillia , so that prople dont have to go to barrie or toronto . I recommend to others to try vada pav and pav bhaji and best place to buy groceries .
We stopped by in orilla on our way home from the cottage country. We ordered non-veg thali. The food was absolutely delicious. I had very little expectation, but it exceeded my expectations far beyond. Very good quality, quantity. Very nice staff and clean store. I will definitely recommend any one who is travelling and want a quick meal.

I purchased food late Saturday it was delicious. I saved some for family to try and they loved it as well. I will definitely be back in the very near future.. I was told how wonderful this was through a friend you will do well.

This grocery store is a big plus for Orillia and many items here are much cheaper than the BIG chain stores. Also, when items that are not available in those stores you will probably find them here. If youve never been here, then give it a try.

Great Indian Food Place in Orillia for quick Indian street food and lot of varieties of Indian spices and grocery. I have also noticed they have large range of fresh vegetables and grocery as well. And the food taste is fantastic.

So we ordered pav bhaji and chole bhature today. To start with the bread for pav bhaji was stale and onions with both were stale too those were like they gave leftover onions in the order. Chole doesnt have any flavour in it except just spice. Tasted disgusting. They need to work on their flavours and freshness of their food.
Great place to grab a delicious quick meal from their take out counter, and a large store full of fresh and frozen grocery items. I love their selection of jalapeno/chili/hot peppers, and their fresh produce is way cheaper than grocery chains. Happy to support a great local small business!

Just ordered Samosas last week, tasted good, but they could have kept it frozen and when we gave the order, they just shallow fried, so the outer part was crispy but the veggies inside were pretty cold, which didnt taste well.
We ordered Dhokla, kachori chaat, samosa chaat, puff, which were good. but Chole bhature was tasteless and not fresh. Bhatures were very oily.

Love this place. Staff are all super friendly. I ve been getting the takeout counter a couple times a week and I m addicted. Great thali, and I also like the samosa chat, and the dahi puri. I m new to Indian chat but the staff were really helpful in pointing me towards stuff to try. it s been a great snack. Also have a hard time resisting purchasing the pistachio ice cream popsicle things. So good!

Must go check out the hot counter at Namaste! I got the batel puri, samosas, and paneer paratha. All incredibly delicious, flavour is outstanding! The samosas are only $2.99 for 5 and come with brown sauce. Super excited to have them here in Orillia

Finally an all indian supermarket in orillia... Cant wait to go there again for shopping. Although i wish they also had a section for Bangladeshi stuffs like snacks and curry masalas or something lile that. But its still okay to me.

Jag and her team at Namaste are incredible and add to a wonderful Indian grocery and food experience. We have ordered food there on a number of occasions and the quality and taste of the dishes are excellent. Pricing is very reasonable. Jag was helpful in providing a small tour of the store, providing information about products and how to use them. BK and Tithi also shared information about traditional foods and methods. A great place to explore, learn, sample and make new community friends. You are a welcome addition to the community Namaste!!

Until today Id just been really impressed with the grocery side of the store (which has an incredible selection), but I tried the restaurant food and was really happy with it. Great value and tastes amazing, Ill definitely be back.

Just came from my first visit. Had small samosas from hot counter - best Ive ever had! The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, and I was intrigued walking the aisles - lots of new products for me to try at a decent price point. Support local! I hope they stick around I will be here weekly.
The place was incredible, it had everything I was looking for and more. There is a small area where you can sit and try out freshly made food from their café. It looks and smells so tempting. Very friendly staff willing to help you. I did grab a cart and my arms were getting full, the gentleman was quick to grab a cart and bring it to me. Now that made my day. There is wheelchair access and parking. It is conveniently located on a corner by traffic lights. I have given it a 4 only because I have not tried the food out yet so I have room to increase.
