I was disappointed with my experience here. The chicken didn’t taste fresh, and the portion size seemed smaller compared to other fresh burrito places I’ve tried. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet the quality I was expecting.
The burritos here are always top notch. We love the variety of fresh choices and the service is always friendly. We tried it first at the Guelph location and are super happy it's now in Orillia. Best burrito spot in town!
Came in on a whim, was bought over from previous burrito restaurant(that we loved!) The guy running the store couldn’t be bothered to be polite or welcoming. Felt like I was an inconvenience ordering and asking anything (there was no one else in restaurant). Food was mid.
The guy was super stingy with the toppings and when I asked for more sauce because there was not enough sauce on my burrito he was like what?The one guy didn't care about my burrito burned the burrito as well. Wouldn't recommend the poor service and burrito. He also dropped half my chicken when he tilted the scoop and that's no good when I'm paying for it! The staff had zero motivation and slow, which was probably why he burned my burrito. I think he was reserving toppings for his own burrito at the end of the shift.
Based on my overall experience being a first time they get a 4 star. The total seemed to be off for what was supposed to be a Friday fish burrito special and the 6 dollar daily value burrito. Came to a few dollars more then it should of been. The overall quality of the ingredients was good. Flavor was great. Would try again soon.
I bought a couple chicken burritos yesterday at around 9am. Walked in and it was empty. The guy working there sitting at a table seemed inconvenienced with me walking in. I ordered 2 large chicken burritos. The size of the burritos were very generous and the ingredients looked great. Drove home and finally ate and the chicken was so salty we had to stop eating. We ended up eating around the chicken. Not sure if they taste test their food but they should moving forward. Waste of $32 which included a 15% tip.
Went here for the first time the other week. The food was good however I can’t return to eat here again. I watched one employee who was wearing gloves to prep someone’s food (amazing) then touch/handle and count money with those same gloves on to cash out his customer, then without changing gloves he proceeded to start a new order and reached into the fry bags with his gloved hands (that just touch a lot of coins) to put the fries in the fryer. When I suggested he should probably change gloves the guy serving me said it was fine because the fries were frozen and they were getting cooked. So if he dropped some fries on the floor it’s ok to pick them up and place them in the fryer because “they’ll get cooked”. Just not how I’d want my food handled, I can’t recommend this place as I wouldn’t be willing to go back myself.
Amazing food and such great staff. First time ever having fresh burrito and it was amazing. Mihir is the best employee that recommended me the signature sauce and was super nice! Definitely go!
Appreciate the vegan/vegetarian offerings! Tasty, fresh, quick Vegetarian options: Several vegan/vegetarian options - enjoyed the seasoned tofu cubes & the meatless buffalo chicken

BEST burrito I ve ever had. If you re craving a burrito you have to try this place. I ve had every burrito place under the sun and this is by far the freshest tastiest burrito.

Tastes okay, was kind of mushy though. Very little actual chicken in the burrito. Also the portions are quite small. I finished a large burrito anfter coming out of the gym and was still pretty hungry afterwards

It was great experience visiting fresh burrito. Staff was really friendly. Store was super clean!! Food was fresh and had great touch of Mexican food; especially steak burritos!! Enjoyed it and looking forward to try quesadillas!!!!!
