Charged for 20oz Gave half empty bowl. This is not how you make a business successful for a long term Food

I am shocked. I ordered a bowl and a burrito today (Dec 19 2024) while eating the bowl, I discovered a round, hard metal bead in my food. It was shocking and scary. I immediately spat it out, and can confirm it was a metal object. This is extremely concerning, and not safe. Please investigate this issue, it is not safe.

My husband bought me a burrito it was to be Reg burrito Shrimp and chicken Rice Vegetables sautéed Black beans Cheese Pico de gallo Spicy salsa Beans Guacamole Garlic habanero sauce There was no beans, pico gallo, hot salsa, cheese, guacamole, garlic habanero sauce!!! I called them and they were no help Last time I will be going there!!!

Went for a burrito bowl. Kid training did well but had no idea what he was doing. Didn t even know what pico was. He put about 3 shreds of lettuce on, I Asked for more.. was told by the girl training him that it would be extra. I said I just want more because he barely put any on. Gave me this speech about how it s 4 toppings and that s all they can give me and the owner would be upset if he knew how much I was getting already (which literally would have all fit in a shot glass, everything combined, the bowl was only have half-3/4 full) I said that I go to barburrito frequently and it s loaded she said different franchise different rules. That s fair. At this point the lady waiting behind me says this place is ridiculous, it s just a little lettuce, and walks out As she rings it up I say you just lost that lady as a customer over $0.25 of lettuce it comes to $16.61 with is $2 MORE than barburrito. I said this is crazy that it s more and I won t be back and she starts going on about her boss again. Reminds me of a short training video I was shown when I started working my first job give them the pickle. That $0.25 worth of lettuce is not worth losing me, that lady, and everyone we tell as customers. Just give them the pickle. And try barburrito 5/5 food and service every time I ve been.

This was one of our top places to eat when we come to town. The food and quality has gone down hill recently. Our most recent experience was burnt steak and cold burritos. Over priced for the quality of food you recieve. Will not be going back. We could have saved $30 and eaten at costco the food would have been better.

The food here is absolutely delicious! In addition to that is the quick service of ekta. The menu offers a wide variety of protein options and desserts. Mind blowing!!! (Try it with their jarritos)

I cant lie, this place has gone down. Hell I used to go here and get 3 tacos that were stacked to the top. Now the bureau bowls are only half in the tacos. Or at fast mediocre.

This was absolutely the worst experience I was in Orillia visiting my father in law whom just lost his wife I was tired and wanted to pick up a meal on my way home the server was rude the food wasnt even warm and terrible the excuse she used is we close in 20 min well then maybe you need to shut your doors 20 minutes earlier because I didnt get a discount for terrible food and service

Ordered a burrito bowl, ended up with a sour cream soup bowl. I m not sure why they thought it was necessary to dump the whole squeeze bottle in, even after I said that s good . The language barrier might have been what stopped them from taking my que that there was more than enough sour cream in the bowl. Not sure how to share photos or I would. Absolute trash!

Whoa!. Day and night. If you see my review from Bayfield Street MB, we left and headed to Orillia. That was a great idea. We called ahead and they happily got the shrimp ready for right when we got there. The person making our wrap did an amazing job blending the ingredients so we didnt get blobs of single ingredients. It s crazy that it s not unlimited toppings?

Ive had street corn in my bowl at Taco Fan in Maple Ridge BC. It was so delicious it changed the bowl from normal to a complete Mexican taste. I googled street corn. Its basically a charred corn they selling the streets in Mexico. I was pretty excited when I saw Mucho Buritto had charred corn on the menu. Hello cold canned kernel corn. So much for Mucho Burrito

Went in on a Friday night at 530pm. Very disorganized. They didnt have shrimp ready. Every one that came in at the same and asked for it at that time kept getting told longer and longer waits. To the owner, you need to get your staff

Usually fantastic experiences at Mucho Burrito. Surprised about tonights experience after so many five star reviews ar this location. Extremely stingy on toppings. Borderline rude staff. Cross contamination of the person in fronts order (touching money with bare hands then wrapping his burrito without any gloves.) 15 dollars for a bowl at this location is insane. Would have made this a regular spot while in town. Will not return.

We were so disappointed yesterday. Our granddaughters favourite. We order there often. Wow it s gone downhill. We ordered for 3 of us. There was no shrimp at all in mine and the burrito shad little in them. Poorly filled burrito. Not sure why. It really use to be excellent. It s terrible now.

Used the online ordering feature for pick up today. Ordered a Build your own Salad with Shrimp . It said 6: 31pm items would be ready to go, I prepaid online. I arrive in store at 6:28pm, it wasnt started yet and there was confusion, I asked if they needed more time, Id go next door and grab a booster juice, and I confirmed the order came in and they were aware of specifications. Server said yes. I come back and theyre finishing up two bowls looking similar, I could see they were just waiting on shrimp to finish. Server asked about fajitas veggies I said yes just as ordered , for the toppings and then just the lettuce. I get my order and go...no lettuce, missing the guac I paid extra for . How does a salad come with no lettuce?

I sadly see a theme with comments and Im in the same boat. I supported the place since it opened and was a regular... twice a week... the prices have gone up and yet the toppings and filling has gone down.. my last 2 times Ive been disappointed with the lack of filling a burrito ( the pick only 4 toppings from the server is rude) then they try and upsell you on paying more... sadly with the economy in the tank people value eating out more and value for money... sadly its lacking here ... hope the management see a theme with comments are overhaul things or the place will be closed.

If you want to be full after eating and enjoy the food you cant beat it and pricing is on par for this economy right now I eat it at least twice a month because I like it so much and its not someone I would prepare for myself

Service was pleasant and fast. Food was fantastic and nice extras (2pts). Table was sticky gross, noticed patrons leaving, yet nothing got wiped down. Had to listen to loud foreign language talk between the 2 staff while trying to enjoy my tiny escape for a meal, hence 2 out of 5. Will I go back? Yes, for one more try.

Oh my goodness the regular burrito is HUGE !!!!! The nacho cheese is also fabulous. Everything was fresh, the staff was friendly, and the food was great. On a side note make sure to get a churro the caramel sauce is to die for.

They skimp oneats and then nickel and dime you. Charging for guacamole is like charging for Mayonnaise on a burger. What? $15 burrito and you want to charge $1.00 for $0.02 worth of a condiment? Really?

Great food if they will take your order. Tried ordering online and had issues. Tried calling it in and was told Im to busy to take your order I might be able to help in 5 mins if it slows down. Technical issues are not there problem. Been over a month and countless emails to head office about this problem and not one phone call to fix the situation, clearly they just dont care.

Updating a previously 5 star review ** I have frequented this location. Service is usually fast and food is good. However most recently my experience has turned me off of ever returning to this particular location. It all began when I requested a beyond meat burrito and the girl behind the counter told me they dont carry it, in tone suggesting that I should know this fact (there was no sold out sign on the menu to indicate this). To which I replied that it was fine.. I will get whatever is vegetarian. When I got down the line towards the toppings section I was passed off to another (obviously tired and irritated) employee. I indicated to her that I couldnt see what the topping choices were, so just give me everything and it will be fine. In my past experience with mucho burrito, its like subway in that you can get whatever toppings you want for your burrito. HOWEVER she very aggressively responded you only get three choices Okay... Thats fine... But can you please tell me what they are... I cant see them She proceeded to repeat this until I finally just said the only topping I could see and everytime I picked something and asked what else my options were, rather than answer me she would just indicate how many toppings I had left to choose from. I honestly wanted to leave half through making my wrap because this woman was so abrasive and triggered my anxiety so badly. Since when is there a 3 veggie topping limit? Why are these workers SO rude when I honestly just asked a simple question because I COULDNT SEE MY CHOICES? I will likely never return to this location, I was so upset by this experience. If you want burritos near Orillia, make the drive somewhere else.. there are other options nearby.

They make great food but there seems to be a disconnect with the curbside pickup. Several times Ive gone to pick up the food and found the number to say Im there and they dont come so I have to phone them again

Good food, Bad service. I will not be returning here ever again. initially i liked coming here because of the good food and service I received which lead me to coming here every day for lunch as it was quick and tasty. Earlier this week i was given a loyalty card by one of the staff members which i would receive a stamp after every meal purchased. because running a business takes a massive amount of time I ordered my burrito online for pick up. upon entering, the restaurant the staff was rude handing me my order, then to make matters worse when I asked for my card to be stamped he scoffed at me and told me no. I am extremely disappointed as coming here was a highlight of my day to relax and enjoy good food, but this was ruined by this experience. the lack of stamp isnt an issue as much as the attitude of the employee was. so i will be finding a new establishment to give my business. hope you fix this issue for your future patrons.

Went there Saturday afternoon and was not impressed. Usually am, but not today. For some reason I was charged $17 for a chicken and cheese quesadilla and a small white milk (just chicken, cheese, and cilantro). To make matters worse, there was barely any chicken put into my quesadilla.

I brought my Friends and Family here for a Birthday Lunch and the staff was rude and very pushy and disorganized and cleanliness was not up to par, One of the people in our group had an allergy to meat we almost all ordered vegetarian and the girl had total disregard for changing her gloves that were covered in meat and BBQ sauce we spent A large amount that day, and we have gone to other Mucho burritos and I have never had a problem and the lack of fresh veggies no lettuce even and when they would put the stuffing in the burritos it was in huge clumps nobody wants to eat 5 mouthfuls of just onion and the over powering cilantro made the food inedible we wasted 100 dollars on food and not one person was happy at all we are all very disappointed and on a Birthday everybody said this was the worst choice all day after the fact very embarrassing.

Unfortunately, server didnt appear to know how to make my order even though it was on their specialties menu. He was afraid to put much in my bowl and was kind of snarky. What I did get tasted fine. Other staff member seemed fine.
