I ordered a roasted veggie (peppers and onions) soft taco and it was fresh and delicious. I really liked the tortilla and it was a great healthy option.

Ordered Large Burritos online. Portions were too small for large burritos. Didn t look like they were large burritos.

Only reason they get a 2 star is the pickled onions. Thats the only reason to go. Way better burrito places that give you way more food for equal or lesser money. And to the owner dont bother to telling me to contact you. I dont want more food. Ive decided I wont be back. To the reply. Ive been to a few all over Ontario including down south. You are all the same with portions. I stand by what I said about there being way better options for the same price.

Such small portions. Nothing about this is Mexican. I got 3 fish tacos. Barely any fish. Maybe and ounce? Whatever was there was tiny and mushy. The other 3 Tacos I got were the pork ones. I got extra pork so size was ok. But it was topped with ice cold pre shredded cheese from a bag. It was over $50 for 6 small tacos. granted we got it through skip. I was very dissatisfied and I won t go there again

Ordered today and the Lady Owner was rude. Everything I asked for on burrito was at an extra charge and her head shaking and sighing when I asked for toppings. The portion was small and tasteless. When I asked for a fork, she said we charge extra for forks. I was offended by her utterly rude and offensive comments. Stay away from this place, I am appalled at her ignorance.

Smallest proportions of rice, veggies and beans even seen, worst quality and very cheap, felt like being looted for the money paid. Seriously and even after telling initially to put more veggies she added like five grams of each veggies. Never go to this place, bar burrito is and other franchises are way better than this one.

Had a problem November 17th with my takeout order and was given assistance on the phone by the female owner stating that she could give me $20 credit for the inconvenience and when I come in next all I have to do is mention it to her. Side note the owner called me on the phone to confirm this order and blamed the employee for the outcome and also blamed the skip driver for not grabbing the drinks I ordered. Today I go in to get food with a friend and inquire about the $20 credit. Big mistake because the lady made it awkward saying she doesnt have note of it and asking me what do I expect her to do? How about be accountable... and why the attitude...

Didnt like the reception of this franchise. It has nothing to do with food. Only that the person behind the counter should not work in the public. Dont know how to talk to people. And no understanding of the fact that a French speaker may not understand a question asked the first time. And the fact that I am French-speaking has nothing to do with it. Because I speak 3 languages, but sometimes I have to repeat myself.

Ive had many good burritos from here over the years, but as of the last month or two the portions have become so small (The last three Ive ordered have left a large looking like a regular, so much burrito wrap left to fill) and one worker has been quite rude to both customers and other staff in front of us. We hope things will improve in time but for now will have to take a pause on Quesada.

Don t go to this Quesada. Not up to standards. Went in for a regular order I ve gotten dozens of times at home while I was on my way to the cottage. Refried beans were disgustingly dried. Like paint, so much so that a squirt bottle of water was prepared and used in order to soften the beans to be scraped onto the bread. The rice and pulled pork portions were about 50% what I would normally get at home so I at that point declined the order in preparation in order to go to the Harvey s next door. Typically this would not warrant a negative review from myself save for the fact the the apparent owner (the individual who took my order) chased me into the Harvey s in order to take my photo and harass me for leaving mid order. 0/5 Would not recommend to anyone who likes quesada.

wish if I could give zero star. The blonde lady who is in her 50s I think shes suffering from mental issues. I went today and the moment I started giving my order she insulted me, shouted at me and got angry for nothing. I left the store right away. Its not safe for anyone to go in there alone. Please avoid this place if you dont want to get harassed by her.

Orillia has a bunch of mexican places. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. IVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A SMALL PORTION. Got two bowl. Rice almost none, toppings almost none, sauce? Small drip. I paid extra for guacamole, I wish I didnt because for $1.50 I got NOTHING. It was so so disappointing and I was hungry after. Honestly, for $15 + $1.50 you could do much better in any other mexican place Orillia has. 5 min from this Quesada there is another one that is way better. Go there and get a much bigger portion.

I was hoping the taste of the food would compensate for the attitude of the older lady with glasses who works there, unfortunately it didnt. She was awful, obviously overly stress for some unknown reason but she shouldnt be at the front counter if she has a bad day. She didn t even offer me sour cream, Guacamole or else with my quesadilla. Not again....

After seeing so many reviews of how people have been treated by the co-owner (Karen) - I too, felt that I was a huge inconvenience to her, by wanting to order food. I was greeted with great attitude you re gonna have to wait . I have a Skip order ahead of you. I was not greeted with a friendly hello, or an apology for having to wait. After 11 mins had past my husband and I left the restaurant and went elsewhere for our lunch. This was our first experience , and certainly our last . The entire experience was very uncomfortable , and the co-owner had zero hospitality - I suspect she would be better working behind the scenes, as she is clearly miserable on the job. I truly hate making a bad review , but this experience was unlike anything I ve ever experienced.

I have tried to come here on multiple different occasions as I work up the street and each time I am hopeful I will have a better experience. Unfortunately each time I attend the older women who I believe is the owner is just AWFUL. She always rolls her eyes at me while I am trying to decide what to order and is in a constant miserable mood . So sad as you are one of the few locations around here . I won t be reattending. Learn some basic manners lady.

Quesadas salad bowl is my fav take-out, hands down! The veggies are always fresh, spicy chicken and pickled onions are delicious and the Orillia owners keep the premises and kitchen immaculate. Others in my family love their quesadillas and burritos. We also appreciate the restaurants concern for the environment and giving back.

Beware of big attitude from Blonde lady. My first time eating at this place and she was so aggressive and rude. I am ordering my food and she goes sir is that a yes in a very aggressive manner. Very pushy and aggressive in order taking. Others have also complained. Food expensive 1 burrito 18 dollars. Really I should have gotten it for free with feeling uncomfortable being talked in a very aggressive Demeanor . Dont believe me read the other reviews Lastly since the owner only replies to positive reviews I have warned the head office to further look at the reviews here. The owner of the store was very rude to me. I asked for a burrito and she ended up making a quesadilla after I questioned her about it she said that I didn t ask for a burrito where four of my friends with me heard what I actually said and she also flat out refused me when I said what else I wanted on it... I used to come here all the time but this experience really ruined it for me I would go to Barrie before I come back here to have attitude just ordering my food....

My friend and I were travelling through orillia and had decided to stop for lunch at the Harveys. We grabbed our food and attempted to sit at the tables outside of Quesada. The woman from Quesada came running out yelling at us that we could not sit there because we hadnt ordered from her restaurant and that the ropes were not up. Other people in the parking lot were shocked. We hadnt realized that the place existed until it was too late but had fully planned on getting tacos for the rest of our long journey, NOT NOW!

Stopped in for a nice lunch. Was asked to wait by the server as she completed a Skip the Dishes order. Told her I would use the washroom as I waited for her. Came out, ordered a meal and was abused by the manager for holding up other customers as I use his place for a public washroom, even though I was told to wait by them and had ordered a meal. The whole scene took place in front of two kids who were upset by the experience.. classy. Food was overpriced and manager is no sense of customer service. Avoid.

Wow, I used to go here a few times a month after work no complaints, until, I tried to dine in with my wife and family. The owner demanded I give her all my personal information. Stating its the law! After I refused, she stormed off yelling to never come back to her restaurant again! What a terrible way to treat your customers, I have a small baby and a young toddler.We hardly ever get to leave the house together and she completely ruined our lunch. Dont worry, I will absolutely never be coming back.

A very nice lunch! We experienced friendly service, delicious food and for a quick bite a cozy place to sit and eat on a cold winter day. The topping were crazy fresh as in chopped cilantro that must have been chopped 5 seconds before we walked through their door. We ordered 1 Spicy and 1 medium to share between the two of us the flavours that come through are amazing even with the super spicy one you could still taste the cilantro. I will definitely go back there for lunch very soon.

Ive ordered delivery and onsite takeout multiple times. The staff are kind and thoughtful and go above and beyond if something is not available when ordered online. Ordered a large burrito got a regular sized one and it was cold inside and out.

Been driving by this place for a couple years now and finally stopped in. . Very pleasant lady serving up cold, mushy, and swimming in liquid, tacos. I put a pile of napkins underneath the tacos to soak up the water. The shells are right outta the package, which I can live with, but throw a little heat on them...jeez. Anyway, I wish them all the best.

We have been coming to this location for about a year and love the food. It s always fresh and well prepared. Today however may be the last time we eat here. The woman (one half of the couple that owns the place) is SO RUDE, ARROGANT and makes customers feel unwelcome, like we re inconveniencing her. Her husband is a friendly welcoming guy but she needs to spend more time in the back of the shop!

This is will be the first and last visit to this store @ Orillia. The old lady with glasses is very unwelcoming, rude and arrogant while taking order. And another important thing is - she informed to the later customers (looks like from their community) that washrooms were not sanitized and people from Toronto visited the store in the morning. Just before that we used the washroom and she dint even tell us! She dint even wear mask and roaming in the store. Taste of the food is okay but attitude of the lady (maybe the owner) is NOT OKAY. It took me quite awhile to choose from the menu. One taco is $5 and 3 is about $10. Counter person was very nice. Meat options include steak, chicken and the Beyond Meat. No ground beef. They had a nice variety of fresh vegetable toppings. Unfortunately, the taco shell was either stale or not prepared properly. It had the flavor and texture of an uncooked taco shell from a taco kit. My other issue, is that the cheese was put on after the vegetables so most of it ended up on the bottom of the box. Im no expert, but cheese should go on top of meat so it melts. For the cost, Id rather make my own.

I love Quesada it is my number one go to for food, unfortunately I have never been so disgusted before... I ate my burrito immediately after receiving it and it was already going soggy.... I had asked for no coleslaw and yet for some reason, the lady making it put coleslaw on it, and only managed to pick some of it off... I got the beyond meat option which tasted over cooked... The vegan mayo was not refrigerated (which it has been at every other one Ive been to). I couldnt bring myself to even finish the burrito.... Extremely disappointing.

I was very excited to try the latest burrito place in town ! Sadly, I was disappointed when I realized they charged me for the large burrito (that I ordered), but didn t give me the extra toppings. To be quite honest the portions on the large burrito were very skimp, even in regards to the cheaper ingredients like lettuce. I always love to support new franchises in Orillia, but to pay $10.00 for a burrito (no drink) and to not feel satisfied after is not a step in the right direction, ecspecially because this was my first visit. I would say it was just a simple error when they didn t put the extra meat on, but then when it came to the other ingredients it was the exact same, VERY skimpy. Proper portions are what makes a burrito a burrito, and I would recommend management looks into the portion consistency, or their portioning all together, because skimming down portion size and making an error for an advertised Large burrito is not a good way to build business. There are other ways to keep costs down. I may try this establishment in the future, when they get into the hang of things.

Have been to the new Orillia Quesada location twice now. The staff was very courteous and said hello as soon as we walked through the door. Service was very quick and friendly. The food is cooked in small portions, so it is always fresh. I had to wait a bit longer for my fish burrito as the fish needed to be cooked. I d rather wait a few minutes for fresh fish, then rubbery fish that has been sitting there. I have also had the steak burrito, again the meat was fresh and tender. The topping selections are fabulous. Different types of mayo - my husband really the chipotle one. I love that they have mild salsa, as I m not a fan of a lot of heat. The location is conveniently located, will be AWESOME in the winter when we re out riding. Can t wait. It ll be an even better location when they get their liquor license. Beer and sports on the TV. We will definitely be back!

I know they just opened but that is no excuse for my experience this evening. It was my first time so I took a few minutes to decide what to order for my family and I decided on the build your own taco bar for 4, I thought that was a great idea. When I asked the one girl she said that was on thier catering menu, I said no its not, its right there on the normal menu. So she brought over the guy that seemed to know the most, he said that they had never made that and did not know what to do but they will call the owners who were out of town. After about 10 minutes it was obvious the owners had made themselves unavailable to thier new business on a Friday night during the dinner rush, great management tactic. I finally told them to forget it and I would order off of the regular menu. So I ordered my wifes Tacos and asked for a small amount of mild sauce because she has lupus and is sensitive to spices due to mouth sores. I then order my burrito and ask for medium sauce and she proceeds to put the same sauce that she had put on my wifes Tacos. I asked her if that was medium or mild, she said it was medium, so I asked why she put that on my wifes Tacos when I asked for mild. She apologized, and offered to remake them but I was so mad and it had taken so long at this point that I just wanted to take my food and get home. They apologized profusely but there was no offer to compensate or offset thier mistakes and incompetence. Most of the owness lies with the owners who did not train thier staff well enough and then made themselves unavailable. And I was not impressed with what I got for what I paid, the guac was brown, the lettuce was brown, the pork was dried out, and the churros were terrible, they were small and rubbery. I really cant see myself going back there. You are welcome to try but you may want to give them a few months to work out the kinks. If taco bell couldnt last in this town then this place definitely wont, I would have much rathered Taco Bell over what I got here.

Refreshing ingredients and love the cilantro lime sauce! Great little spot for a quick bite to eat. Great location. Thank you to all the staff for being so accommodating with the kiddos. Thumbs up!

Been into this place a few times now and every time their customer service has been top shelf. Greeting me when I walk in the door and are pleasant throughout the entire transaction. The restaraunt is spotless from the tables, chairs, and floors to the prep station and kitchen. The food is fresh and delicious and i have yet to find something i didnt enjoy about their menu. 100% recommend to everyone to give Quesada a try.

Free buritto were given away for 2 days. The staff were fast and organized. Im sure it will do very well ,as does Barries location.

Fresh, fast, clean, delicious - First time Ive been to a Quesada (apparently a chain across Canada that somehow is never heard of!) and if say its a great lunch choice. They have taken the Subways model of build your own, but applied to Mexican. Not sure what some of the other reviewers received, but I ordered a large veggie burrito and received more than I could have hoped for. The restaurant was not busy, so when I ordered the woman offered to go in the back and make a fresh batch for me. Nice!

I went in for the first time tonight and stood at the counter watching 3 employees talking. One of them was sweeping at the same time while the other two stood and did nothing but talk. Finally one of them looked over at me and I thought she was going to come and take my order, but she just went back to her conversation so I turned around to leave and the smart mouth yells have a good night. I will never step foot in that place again!
