Beef, chicken, vegetarian, vegan offerings with a variety of spice levels from mild to spicy. Both traditional desserts and cheesecakes. Quick friendly counter service, with lots of table seating.

Great food, a little pricey, but it was tasty

Went in on Monday night, was the only customer in there, was a little confused about the Monday special so tried to talk to the lady behind the counter. She was very short and rude and continued to work at cleaning or whatever rather than helping me I cannot comment on the food as I walked out disgusted and flustered!! I have never had that service there before. This location will not get my business again with service like that!!

The food was good. Lots of options for people to try different things. Id love a Thali plate offered on the menu. I love Indian food and I like being able to taste each component rather than have them all piled on top of one another. I felt bad for the one guy working on a Sunday alone. Seemed like more work than one person should have. Would go back.

Very disappointed in the food quality and refusal to refund for unsatisfactory food. I have been to this store many times in the past and have been more than happy. This time my food was very cold. When I called to explain that I was unhappy with the food I got and why the staff told me they would call me back. Another person called me and informed me that they would replace or refund me which I was satisfied with, however I received another call shortly after telling me they will replace but not refund that they are unable to refund me the money. I told them they can they just dont want to. My coworker who did eat what we got regardless of it not being the right temperature felt sick soon after. I will not be returning after this because I now dont trust their food temperatures and ability to handle food correctly.

Food here is very good. We had gotten into a routine of eating here multiple times a week. However recently we have noticed a significant reduction in the portion of food that you get. Particularly when who we believe is the owner is serving customers. They have become very stingy with ingredients to the point that we dont even want to spend our money here anymore - Last order I asked for cherry tomatoes on our two rice bowls and we got one each.. Not only are they stingy but theyre now charging extra for sauces and other ingredients when they never did before. Its very unfortunate and not great customer service.

Great customer service and delisious food

We took two dishes. The nachos they served was the worst nachos I ever have in my life. They put some cheap base and curry on top. For god sake stop saying those Nachos.

Worst experience. I have an ordered meat rice bawl from the restaurant today. Even though the food was delivered earlier than I expected, the brown rice I ordered was stale and so hard to chew. The quality of the food was very cheap. Won t recommend to anyone.

Great food with lots of options

We stopped here on our way home and the gentleman working was so kind, offering us samples of everything and explaining all the options. We didnt want bowls or wraps so he gave us our items in separate containers and we went home with a little bit of everything. All the food was amazing! Will be back for sure. Had a delicious meal from Twisted Indian Wraps. Worth the drive to the store as the staff is so wonderful and recommends all the different options. Delicious Naan Wraps, Samoosas and interesting things like Naaanizza which is like a pizza. Brilliant food and brilliant service! Love it!

Wow, the food is really good, with fair pricing. Not overly spicy, but still true to the cuisine. I ordered online and was greeted with the friendliest young lady, she suggested a sauce and said I chose both of her favourites so she knows it will be amazing - it was!

This is fusion Indian fast food... Made available in a healthy manner to everyone... I tried the build your own rice bowl and it was amazing. As a vegan I was so glad to have so many options. Wish I took food pictures.. But think burrito made Indian.....

First time here and well definitely be back! Being new, the associate helped us by explaining how it worked, what all the selections are and some good pairings. The service was awesome and the food was very good, flavourful and fresh. I had The Meal with butter chicken and a taste of everything else. Theres so much food that it could feed 2 people. Only one staff member in store. Very, very slow and frustrating (the person 3rd in line was first served!) service. :( Edit#2: Stopped in today on my way home. About 3PM. The staff member that was on at that time was excellent!!! Friendly and fast! I am so happy. :D

What a refreshing menu! The food is great. we ate the aloo tikki and Indian burger, which tasted authentic. The flavors are yummy, and the sauce delicious. Would surely try more.

I want to start by saying that the service was friendly. However, today we went in and it didn t seem like there was a lot of patience from the employee. After ordering the first item, she assumed that was all and ushered us to pay when we still had two items to order. She did the same after the second item was ordered. That wasn t the main issue with my visit though. We brought our food with us and ate at a different location but once I took a bite into the Crispy Chicken, that meat was not cooked. I was shocked that they managed to give me chicken that was so raw. I m not sure if she just forgot to turn the Air Fryer on or if she mistook mine for a newer orders patty but it was disappointing to spend $13 on a sandwich (alone. not a meal.) only to have to spit it out. My boyfriends butter chicken poutine was good though!

Serving Indian food item but not Indian taste. Basic sated taste only no spices. Definitely that s not chat without spices. Frozen samosa and basic salad . Basically Indian food but not for Indians.

My husband and I love Twisted Indian! We drove down today from North Bay just for a couple of bowls. Im vegan, my husband isnt and finding a restaurant that offers us both so many delicious options is a real treat. Fresh and full of flavour, healthy options and friendly service. Keep it up.

My husband and I stopped here for dinner, the food is sub par, you would have tastier food from the dollar store. I got butter chicken and rice with paneer, the chicken tasted days old, the rice was almost raw again it was so old and the paneer was just gross. Would not ever recommend this place.

What an excellent experience this evening. First time Ive ever come to a Twisted Indian restaurant and was so happy to find not only gluten-free options but an actual keto bowl!! Advertised as fusion food with Indian spices, however, it did not taste like that. Our group of friends tried masala fries, veggie and meat meals as well as the samosa and aloo tikki chaat. None of them were up to par, were tasteless/bland. The recipes and ingredients needs to be better prepared/procured.

When I entered in the store the girl was cleaning hot table s glass without any lid on the food she was spraying chemical on the glass, I ordered 2 rice bowls without washing her hands she picked up 2 bowls and then after she put gloves on and she was in biggggg hurry to make my order and not even listening to me what I was asking for. Bad food and bad service. Google please add negative star rating as well so we can give them actual rating they deserve.!!

Great spot with amazing service. We have never had Twisted Indian before, but it will be our go-to fast food joint when we re in Orillia now. Food is fresh, healthy and super flavourful. So much better than those standard fast and dirty food chains. Plus, the two women who served us weee knowledgeable of their product, kind and patient when we were ordering. They both need a solid raise, and many thanks.

My first time here, the restaurant was not very busy at the time, very clean and fresh looking food. The owner was very nice explaining what they have to offer. You can sample anything you want before you buy it which is cool. I got a rice bowl with 2 meat scoops on top (butter chicken and something else I forget what it was called but was sooo good). Lots of sauce and veggies for toppings. Yummy samosas for sides. Ill be back next time in town and Im gonna try a Naan wrap

Went to the Orillia location on Friday night, about an hour before close. Rather than being greeted with exasperation because we came in so late, Lauren was so kind and pleasant! She took the time to explain all the items and which items were vegan, what the ingredients were, how the menu worked she went above and beyond! We are so thrilled with our experience and will be back again for sure! You rock Lauren!

She explained the process, was super friendly and polite, and deserves recognition for fantastic customer service! Because of her service (and the great food) I ve been visiting all locations near me, and recommending it to absolutely anyone and everyone.

I went in with my fiancé and the gentleman working convinced me to try a butter chicken poutine HANDS DOWN THE BEST POUTINE IVE EVER HAD, the flavours are amazing and the menu has so much to offer, if you re looking for good food I HIGHLY recommend coming here the experience both in the store and the food was wonderful I will definitely be coming back.

I love the rice bowl with half buttered chicken and half spinach. The toppings are always fresh and the staff are very friendly. You can spice up your meal to your liking from very mild to hot. I like to go here at least once a week.

We were ordering as a group by staying in a line and staff took order from half of the members and skipped the remaining by taking orders from other person who is far behind in the line. Twisted Indian is now my new obsession! I love that they offer samples of the menu items, its such a fantastic way to find out if you like new things without having to make a full purchase. The owners & staff alike are very friendly and helpful. If you havent made your way there yet or havent been there again since the new owners took over I recommend you do!
