Decided to try the 50% off pizzas this week-i like to get a cple of them and freeze them for later.. i ordered the philly cheese steak and the extravaganza..ive never tried these before.. not disappointed at all!..tons of toppings and cheese and the crust was perfect..i tried a slice when i got home-done to perfection..the crust wasnt super thin but a normal crust-held up the toppings and was like cardboard-nice and chewy and great flavor..and for $10.49 it was a great deal.. I have ordered here before and it was just ok-maybe it depends how busy and what time..i ordered for a 2.15 pick up so it was quiet.. where i live i cant get a pizza unless i drive to beaverton or orillia so i figured its a rainy day lets try again-glad i did as these were well worth the drive..follow up=yep just picked up 3 large pizzas at the 50% off this week..they freeze great so for me its a no brainer when they are a special to top up as im not near any half decent pizza places..again not dissapointed!..lots of toppings and tried the feta and spinach in white sauce-awesome! Vegetarian options: they offer veggie pizza and stuffed breads Dietary restrictions: they offer gluten free for those that cant have regular crust Parking: long strip style plaza-plenty of spots to park Kid-friendliness: lots of space and tables to bring the kids in Wheelchair accessibility: has a ramp outside so wheelchairs or people with walkers can access the store

Least bothered about customer request even after mentioned in the delivery instructions to deliver at the delivery time. They just dumped in the infront of the door and left. No proper delivery directions. No worth to order online and put delivery instructions.

Food was very good. Hot and very fresh. Restaurant was very busy and there was no delay. I ordered online and it was ready just when they said it would be.

Ordered a deluxe pizza and was refused replacement as the pizza I had received was not what I ordered I was told I would have to have to pay extra if I wanted my order replaced at half price . like seriously all I want was what I ordered... not to mention the person on the phone was quite rude.... Update: No one from this location as of yet has offered to make my order right its like customer service doesnt matter here.... save the headache and go to swans pizza....

Always greeted with smiles, food is always top notch. My family travels from another town to this location for these reasons. The restaurant is always so clean and tidy. Keep up the excellent work Dominos Orillia.

We love our Dominoes Pizza!! Definitely the favourite in our house. Always fresh tasting veggies, when they still crunch after cooking you know they did it right!! Kid-friendliness: Maybe make a special menu for kids where they can order their own, personal pizza, pasta, bread, and a meat option.

Order 12 lava cakes. No napkins no forks or spoons, each should be an individual box and they put them all in a pizza box. They also created such a fuss on the phone to deliver to the hospital

Ordered online, which never goes well with me. It was actually easy. The best part ,is my order was correct and ready at the exact time it said it would be. Vegetarian options: It was great, especially the roasted peppers and feta! Delish Dietary restrictions: Gf crust is actually good. Most places it tastes like the box it come in.

My pizza tonight was not a thin crust or my feta cheese not on top very disappointed. Do you have new owner?

I was shocked to see staff at Domino s preparing pizzas without wearing gloves. This lack of basic hygiene is unacceptable. I won t be returning to any Domino s location after this experience. Management needs to address this serious issue immediately.

Pizza was burnt, when asking for a new one the employee (no name tag on) proceeded to touch my food barehanded attempting to break off the broken pieces as a fix then shook their head at me as i walked off from insisting the pizza be remade. Absolutely horrible experience every visit to this location lately, No respect from the staff at all, and no care for the industry they are in.

Pretty sad we can get beer delivered 5 mins outside of Orillia yet you guys cant be bothered. Guess you dont want our money anymore.

I selected in the app that I was paying cash, The delivery person showed up with no change, left to get change, then returned with just bills so still had incomplete change literally forcing me to tip, which i was going to do to begin with until he literally had to leave and come back because HE was unprepared not impressed

Ordered a medium extravaganzza and got a pizza with pineapple and peppers. Customer service as terrible, was offered a free pizza instead of replacing the one I received.

I love the easiness of the site to order online and my drive Brian this evening was so nice and respectful he even smiled which was refreshing !! Dominoes in Orillia has changed. Their pizzas are one step above McCains frozen pizza. Very little sauce and cheese and where did the flavour go? New Owners?

Ordered pizza on the app It was ready in no time and the pizza was delicious Dietary restrictions: I need to pay close attention to both sodium and potassium numbers (health issue) and unfortunately you don t list potassium on your nutrition guide. Also, you have black olives listed as zero mg of sodium; however, upon loading into my app, I was unable to find any black olives that didn t contain sodium.

Great Place, prices are up everywhere but I get the same pizza everytime, made the way I like it, the delivery drivers are super nice and quick and professional looking. A+

Memorial Ave Orillia Dominos is fantastic! Not only is it great pizza against the competition, this location is the the best one of them all; I order from here all the time and I am *never* disappointed. Growing up in Toronto, I was a pretty loyal customer of the 11-11, but not now - Im all about Dominos 5 stars for sure!

Im not happy with my order I just received from Dominos normally theyre a wonderful place to eat from and order from the delivery staff is very nice. Tonight I was completely ignored when I complained about my pizza not having any sauce on it when I wanted barbecue sauce on both instead of tomato usually there is a nice amount and it is Juicy tonight no and I ordered extra cheese not so much not even a shred of extra cheese was put on this pizza. it was normal cheese and when I called they were rude and said that I have to wait till tomorrow just speak to management. It cost me almost $50 for two pizzas. I replied well Im eating before I have to work and Im starving this will be the very last time I order from Dominos they wouldnt even let me speak to the manager so I called Headquarters and I left a detailed message on someones answering service and I didnt even care that it wasnt the right Department theyre going to hear it because I like to voice my opinion and I used to love Dominos. Not So Much Anymore

Highly recommend not going here. They advertise deals outside of the store to only find out, they have a time limit on it. Says nothing on the sign about a time limit. Don t bother wasting your time, as they will waste yours.

This is my 1st time at the Orillia branch. The pizza was not as good as other Dominos branches such as Barrie and Midland. The crust seemed to be under baked, not enough tomato sauce and cheese. Overall lacking in taste.

Always our go-to pizza, the pizzas and toppings are always fresh and delicious, and the dessert options are at a great price and sharable. Their pastas are flavorful and not overcooked. When we choose delivery the tracking option is on point and probably the fastest delivery in orillia.

Okay Pizza

This is because whatever the atmosphere and all factors doesn t matter that much when there is hygiene. I visited today there are lot of people but none of them had worn gloves while preparing and using toppings on the pizza this was the worst experience I have ever had. Because being unhygienic is not appropriate at all.

Absolutely the worst pizza place in town. Constantly wrong orders. The last order was never delivered and they just kept saying it was delivered and would only offer 50% our next order what a joke. Since new owner/management this place has declined like falling off a cliff.

Ordered ahead for pick up on Halloween night and I do understand it s one of their busier nights. I was told pizza would be ready in 45 minutes arrived on time and still had to wait another 45 minutes for our pizzas. Waited till later in the evening to call and speak to a manager and no one understood English and could address my concern sad sad

I order the same thing from Dominoes regularly. Tonight when I received my order, all the cheese was on one side of the pizza, like it had been tipped over on delivery. When I called, they blamed me for adding extra sauce and wouldnt do anything. I explained Ive ordered this same thing for months that it had nothing do with that. They essentially said too bad. Bad customer service for a regular costumer.

Havent ordered from Dominos in years. Tonight was a promo to help out one of the local teams. We usually order from the orange pizza place. Dominos was WAY better. The pizza is great. Speedy service was outstanding. They were awfully busy, but there was no delay with my order. I should have gotten the chicken bites though.... next time!

We Ordered 2Medium 2Topping Pizzas. The Worst Pizza Ever At This Dominos Location. I Asked For The Cashier To Make It With Clean Cutter & She Did & Asked Her To Wash Her Hands & She Did But The Other Lady Their Made My Pizza Not Washing Her Hands & The Kicker Was All The Ingredients Fill In A Big Tray Which After They Hand Pick Each Ingredients & Put Each Ingredient Back In The Individual Ingredients Tray. Not Clean, Everything Is Contaminated By Pork Which I Dont Eat. Tried To Complaint At The Cash They Dont Understand English. No Manager In The Store. Ripped Off & Demand All Money Back. The only thing I would suggest is that even when it s busy, take the time to cut the pizza all the way and at least a little more uniform.
