Bad place. Poor quality. Gone way down hill since new owners and now you call another country to place an order. Pizza taste better from the frozen food isle at Metro Left a negative review earlier , now they want to get me to retract it for a coupon, no thanks. Better places to spend my money!!

A small, old fashioned (ie. 90s style) pick-up and delivery pizza place. This is my go-to pizza place in Orillia, usually eating from here once per week for the past 14 years. Since new owners took over a while ago (a year or two) there has been no appreciable drop in quality. I do get the rare over done pizza, or an order with extra cheese that doesnt actually have extra cheese on it, but that kind of thing can happen anywhere, and doesnt stop me from saying this is the best joint in town. Always friendly, and the worst the pizza has ever been is good, the vast majority of the time, its great! Recommended.

On Sunday July 28th I placed an order for pickup, an extra large pizza. The order total before taxes was $24.99. The online menu showed an offer of two free small bottles of pop with an order of $25. When my son in law who was also celebrating a birthday that day arrived at the store to pick up the pizza they refused to give him the two free bottles of pop, saying it had to be a $26 total before taxes. I contacted Pizzaville corporate and explained the issue, they insisted the order had to be $25 before taxes as the online menu stated but that ours was only $24.99. So for one lousy cent they refused to give us the promotion. They offered a $5 discount on the next order. Unacceptable. I had stopped ordering from them 3 years ago because of some unresolved issues including under cooked pizzas and their refusal to do contactless delivery regardless of me reminding them in the special instructions section on the app that my orders were contactless delivery only. I won t order from them again, I hope the two free bottles of pop you denied us was worth it.

I tried to order a pizza lastnight and was told I couldnt because my address wouldnt come up in their system. Its a basic in town address and then he hung up on me.

This used to be my absolute favourite place to get panzerottis. The last couple of times, they have been much smaller and way overcooked. Not enjoyable at all.

Definitely not what it used to be. I wasn t greeted, waited for a while before someone spoke to be but they were having personal conversations that I could hear while waiting definitely got down hill over the years. I haven t visited in roughly 4-5years so I was surprised with the renovations done inside.

Prices go up and toppings go down. Not to mention when I get a three topping pizza and one half is just cheese, the other half with toppings barely has any toppings. Like come on. I paid for toppings so put the same amount on that would have been on the whole thing.

The very sweet and welcoming staff made me a delicious deep-fried panzerotti, even though the store had just closed. They insisted on making it for me, even when I said I would return the next day instead. The panzerotti was huge and delicious! Thank you again, guys, it was yummy :)

Since its changed hands its gone downhill. Language barrier doesnt help. Pizza and the box was wet for some reason, wet through the box and soggy. Id say the pizza itself was just at the limit where you could call it cooked. Bacon was a questionable colour. Still ate it cause food is expensive.

I used to come here once a week. This pizza was the best in town. The last FOUR times I went they massed up my order the only thing head office did was give me a DOLLAR discount. So I spoke to a lady in the store. She gave me the stores number. I ordered two panzo with cheese, sauce and pepperoni.. no sauce what so ever. I instantly called them back and they said they would make me another order. Wrong order #5 .. I did not want to leave the house again so I saved it for the next day. The next day I call, tell them my situation and they provide me our meal. I get home it s just a cheese panzo with NO sauce again. Wrong order #6 . On top of their mess up they charged me for a dipping sauce again. Tonight I ordered a Panzo and make sure for them to make it right. I get home no sauce AGAIN!!! I m not sure if this is intentional or not but please go to another pizza joint.

Awesome pizza I was in the pizza business for 45 years tried all of the pizza Orillia most just dough and sauce I would recommend them I like a crust just a little thinner than reg but not wafer thin everyplace else its too thin or thick anyway well here it is 4 months ago I left this review I have to say the last 4 pizza s the crust has been burnt and the last one was burnt on the bottom sad

I was charged $8.36 for a small. On their site it states, $7.99 also does not state that is varies by location. This needs to be addressed as people maybe overcharged as I was. When disputing the charges to the employee I was met with resistance and upon leaving the establishment a refund was finally given to my girlfriend if you are finding this true please comment. With $8.36 small, Im very curious as to if this deal is all year round and if so that is not right. Edited after reply from owner. Auto message to throw me through the wringer that is customer service. Instead of writing the wrong if over charging people . Companies are bullying us, we need to stand up to these bullies in which we put our faith and hard earn money. Dont give your money to bullies.

It might be the best Pizzavile pizza I have ever had.

Pizza was toasty and perfectly cooked. Toppings were well spread n the bacon was super crispy. Not much interaction with staff but seemed friendly. And order was certainly prepared promptly. Excellent overall. Ill be visiting again soon. Good deals for excellent pizza.

The staff was friendly but dont speak very good english at all it took forever to place my order. They are very fast at making food hardly any wait time. Personally I think the pizza is a bit cardboard-y but the garlic bread is THE BEST EVER a must try

We ordered party pizzas for a group of 30 and each pizza was delicious. They delivered to our cottage near Orillia for a nominal charge - perfectly hot and well made.

Had pizza one night was OK for price... definitely not expensive...Tried there wings and potato wedges second night.. expensive and both were soggy. Phoned and complained... got second order. Free of charge returned first order they threw it in the garbage...2nd order the wings where passable but not good.... potato wedges were still soggy and ans terrible...wings did not have any sauce... on the side that I asked for. Wedges no ketchup in the boxs... I phoned and asked them to deliver the sides since I did not want to make a third trip .... they refused...now we are talking 3 blocks...I ate 4 out of the 2 lb of wings and 0 wedges.. paid just over 30 buck will never order from this company again...

So my family & I were staying in Floral Park for a weeklong vacation and my gf & I went into Orillia to grab some groceries and we saw the PizzaVille store and decided to pull in and try some slices. I m the type of guy who likes to try new pizza places any time I travel, and consider myself to be fairly judgey when it comes to Pizza as it is my all time favourite food. Anyways, all that pretext being set, I will say this about PizzaVille Orillia: They are THE BOMB DOT COM!!!!!!! Absolutely fantastic experience. The store was very busy, clearly a result of such high quality product, and the staff were just flying, and were absolutely friendly, greeted with all smiles. We were extremely satisfied with the pizza we received. The crust wasn t too thin and wasn t too thick, just perfect. The cheese was perfect. The pepperoni was my absolute favourite. We ended up eating, getting groceries, and going back the very same night for seconds I kid you not it was THAT good! Very affordable priced compared to the competition, PizzaVille Orillia Staff & Management, I want to personally thank you for your service in what I can only describe as THE BEST PIZZA I have ever had in my life. I only wish there was a location closer to St Thomas - you d have my business multiple times a week. I have never once given this, but you guys get 6 STAR review for going above and beyond all others. Thank you once again, and may your store enjoy continued success for decades to come! Alright. Lets start off with a bit of a story. We ordered pizza from another pizzaville location and they were both raw. We called customer support and they said pizzavilles policy is 50% refund if you arent happy. Well, with two inedible pizzas we werent happy. Its the principle of the thing. The phone support was friendly but insistent. The rep that first handled this has 9 years of support and they said that it was the policy and no one would give a full refund. At that point I was going to give this a single star for a policy like that( as an aside, I didnt tell anyone that i have 4.1 million views in order to get my way as that is unethical. )So I asked for the vp, regardless they made a one time exception. Afterwards I told them about the one star near miss they would have received(full transparency here) But that changed because they handled my complaint firmly yet politely and professionally. With that, I went to the Orillia Pizzaville. We got our order from Rahul and Rohan who were super friendly and baked our pizzas to perfection. And for that, they and pizzaville deserve 5 stars.

Best pizza in town for your moneys worth in my opinion. veggies could be sliced finer but, its still delicious. Would recommend to most.

Hey I came in and order a XL 18inch pizza for me and my children we got home it was burnt. I called in to tell them that it was burnt and he did not believe me . I came back in to get a new pizza and show then that it was burnt and he still did not believe me . I even upgraded it and he was still very very grumpy towards me.

this location is hit or miss. while the food is reasonably priced, the service and food quality is never consistent. the owner Ross is very friendly and always tries to make your experience better.

Great place for pizza, best in town and must try hot hawaiian and cheeseburger pizzas those are amazing.

We have been ordering your sopressata pizzas regularly and they have been delicious. Up to last week, that is, when we eagerly opened the box to find the pizza crust was badly burnt. Very disappointing!

When I asked for well done I got well done...only place I found that makes it real in Orillia for the price...

In town just for a couple of days. Ordered a large 3 topping for pickup. Service was fine but the pizza box was noticeably light. It turned out there was hardly any cheese on the pizza, and the toppings were very minimal as well. I understand trying to be frugal with toppings, but it was ridiculous. I dont how this place survives. Are there actually repeat customers?

Not a big fan of the new ownership. My family and I have been going to Pizzaville for many years now. The old owners were very engaging with the customers; and when arriving to pick up our pizza it had that authentic pizzeria feel . This place doesn t seem to have the same vibe with the new ownership. Tonight my husband walked in to pick up our order to 5 employees just standing around not really doing much. No pizza dough being tossed in the air which always makes it a fun experience! He stood around and waited until someone finally decided to acknowledge him. Our pizza and the cheese bread was cold. The cheese bread lacked flavour. I like the pizza, but if the owners don t change how they interact with their customers and shape up wirh food quality sadly we won t be back

We went this place last night when returning from Muskoka. It was awesome Pizza. Properly roasted with good amount of toppings. Dessert(Cadbury cake) is amazing. Staff was really helpful and kind.

Spicy chicken bites were great. Will definitely go back for more.

Pizzaville has always had great food, they have been around as long as I can remember. No.1 on my list.

Usually get good pizza from here but this time it was undercooked. Update-- I was given a credit for our last pizza so decided to try it again last night. My wife went in to pick up the pizza while I waited in the car. She was told it wasnt ready yet and paid for a dipping sauce while waiting. After about 20 minutes of waiting they realized that the pizza was done (obviously before we arrived) and waiting on top of the oven but thats ok it stays warm up there she was told. Then they tried to make her repay for the dipping sauce. Very disorganized but at least my semi warm pizza was cooked this time. I think if I do go back Ill stick to buying slices (at least theyre hot).

I often order from Pizzaville, and it s always been an amazing experience. Last night(April 16) I ordered 2 large pizza, two things of wings, and garlic sticks with cheese. Everything was burnt, and the wings were really soggy, when I asked for crispy wings with sauce on the side but they came with the sauce on them. Last night was just a terrible experience, my kids wouldn t eat the pizza because it was burnt all along the crust and the garlic bread was completely burnt. Pizza order cost me almost $60, and it was terrible. Definitely not a happy customer last night. Delivery guy was great though, very friendly and happy!

This was our first time ordering from Pizzaville ever. We had a large pizza as well as a small gluten free pizza and some chicken wings. My wife really enjoyed her gluten free pizza. I enjoyed my pizza as well although the spicy potato topping was more spicy than I would have preferred. The chicken wings were just OK but the again it s a pizza restaurant not a wing place. Order was ready in less than 25 minutes. Nice clean organized store. We will definitely be returning.

That staff is very friendly and during COVID is going above and beyond for front line workers. The pizza is very tasty and not overly greasy like other places so you still feel good after eating it.
