Best pizza in town! When given the choice, I always choose 241!
BEST PIZZA IN TOWN! We've been going here since we moved into the town, owner is always welcoming and make sure we're well taken care of. We got the quattro( white sauce, tandoori chicken, bacon, hot peppers and mushrooms with a garlic crest). Love it!!
Don’t come at 11am. They keep the doors locked even 10min after opening. edit: They replied with an explanation, "Hi RareSnark, we open the store today at 10.15 AM. because we did have 5 pizzas for a ustomer which was pre ordered a day before. So we opened the store earlier than usual. As the weather getting cold..." Then, they replaced it with a corporate response. Really?

The pizza here is fine. The dough they use is heavier than I'd like, but that's me. If you like a heavy pizza, this is the place. Good flavour, if a little grease-ier than most other pizza places. Again, if you like that though, then this is your place. Prices are a little higher than other joints, and deals are a little weaker. But as I've said, if you like a heavier and/or grease-ier pizza, which some people genuinely do, then this place is solid. For most general pizza eaters, however, I might suggest you shop around.
the worse customer service ever! the iranian lady clearly hates her job and her attitude was disgusting! we asked for one of their deal on their website and she was clueless about the deal and she was just keep saying what do you want!! eventhough the deal on the menu was two medium pizza, she was upset that we didn't mention the size of our pizza! overall very disappointing experience
I had a not so good reveiw posted about 10 months ago i, removed it because my goodness you guys are great!!! I order 5 pizzas tonight for my daugjters 7th birthday it was a timed order for 5pm. Driver arrived at 457 and he was. Very nice and seemed to be happy to do his job.. pizza was hot snd fresh and absoutly amazing !!! Thank you 241!!!
Ordered them a bunch in orillia the last year. They have gone downhill. Could talk about the lack of cheese on the pizza even though I paid extra for cheese on both pizzas the first time I decided to ask for cheese on the wedges. They came undercooked and the cheese was stuck to the wax paper that falls apart. What a waste. Lesson learned. Tried them again. Officially done. Won't be back due to Lack of toppings and undercooked donuts mixed with the issues last time this will be my last order.

Great pizza and awesome customer service
So last night I pre ordered a large walk in special for pick up at 8.00pm.Got there to find out they gave my order away.This Man gave me a medium pizza and a apple fritter he says 10.00.Got home it was so old and gross I can say I will never order from this place again.Very dissatisfied with the service.

I find 241 the best pizza in town. Ive been going here since I was a kid. They always have fresh toppings and their staff are very welcoming and courteous.
I placed a very large order for pick up. Had absolutely no problems at all. Pizza was really good. Will definitely order again Parking: This is a downtown location, so it was a bit of a walk from where I found parking. Didnt bother me, based on the location.

Their panzerotti and the garlic dip tasted delicious. Definitely go there again and again. I dont care about these negative comments. The staffs are great and friendly and the delivery man is so nice.
Website does not show Orillia as an option. Cannot view menu or prices. Being locally owned and operated, this is very disappointing.
I called and ordered 2 medium pizzas, the store had no problem getting my phone number or my order but failed to get my address down after I told them not once but 3 times after they called me back 20 minutes after my initial call to order. Even after telling them clearly, (i dont dont have language impediments) my address they still thought I was located on Peter st. In orillia (im no where near!) Finally, when I said I wanted to cancel my order and take business elsewhere they called me back twice (I declined the first call, because I made myself clear) Customer service is beyond unacceptable here, dont waste your time.
Pizza was great. The driver was polite and friendly. The pizza was delivered hot and received it faster then I thought I would receive it. The 2 pizzas were great.

Fist time ive ever had 241 pizza. We ordered a couple XL pizzas last night from here. The pizzas were true to size. And with the combination of toppings we had ordered, they had great flavor. We didnt even have to order xtra cheese. Plenty of cheese already on. The sauce is really good, didnt give any of us heartburn. Found a little more pricey.. but definitely worth it. Will be back again. Would definitely recommend.

You know what, I dont think Ive ever been to a 241 before this visit lol. I knew that they existed though. Service was solid, pizza was decent and the value was great. For real, if youre going to 241, its about value x quality (Im not good at math), but it definitely = 241.

I like 241 dont get me wrong but Last visit to this location I bought 2 walk in specials. Pizzas were not so great, Pizzas were under cooked.
I tried to get a pizza delivered the other night. Seen the driver race pass my place twice so I called to make sure the pizza will get to me but the guy on the phone started yelling at me in half English and half other language and swore at me then hung up. Im never going to give them my business and I dont believe anyone else should.
As always great service and awsome pizza wont go anywhere else thanks again guys for an amazing pizza, again got another pizza, and what can I say asked for extra cheese,,,,,, what did I get, a loaded cheese pizza, these guys are awsome, by far the best in town, they dont skimp at all. We have tried many other pizzas in Orillia. These pizzas, the 2-4-1 Tuesday special is the best deal going , the best tasting ingredients, the friendliest staff, the easiest to order over the phone . Our family is very grateful this family run business is still operating. Thanks gang !

We arrived from Toronto and ordered a large 3 topping pizza for take out. After the pizza was ready, i realized a small mistake was made. An older gentleman with glasses (presumably the manager) immediately apologized and offered to make me another pizza. I asked for a small one instead. He gave me 2 cans of pop and apologized sincerely for the wait. I was very impressed with this great customer service. Its very rare ti see such great service. I will definetely return everytime i am in Orillia. 5 star service
These guys go the extra mile, literally.. no body really delivers to Washago except them! Garlic knots are a fave!
This location has amazing Pizza and wings. This location has seemed to change its service. Last time I was in the service was terrible however now it has pulled a full 180. I would 100% recommend this place

Due to covid19 it is mandatory to wear a mask. The staff that makes the pizza and heats up the pizza never wore a mask nor do they wear gloves while touching the food.
Now.. pizza is good. Its posted all over that you must wear a mask. When i was outside looking in absolutely 0 people wearing a mask. Also 2 customers inside without a mask were in there for over 5 minutes waiting for their pizza.

Having grown up around 241 pizza I must say I have a certain nostalgia for the brand. Growning up it was a treat being able too walk down the street to get a slice of pizza during lunch break, and thats sadly all. Maybe its the location, but lately the only thing thats good are the slices and thats arguable, everthing else Ive had has a dirty dishwater taste with dry, stale mushrooms as well. Hope it is corrected in the future cause its a real shame. Edit: Been over a year of not ordering from this location. I have to say, I see some improvement! Still not amazing, but the taste of the pizza improved drastically. Ingredients arent stale and that dishwater taste is gone. Hope to see more of the same going foward.

241 pizza still tastes THEE EXACT same way it did 20 years ago. Brilliantly delicious, and always craving more. This downtown location has easy downtown parking for evening pick-ups. They also offer delivery. Open late and early ams on the weekends for the bar crowds. Best chain pizza you will ever eat, at any 241 location.
