One of the better Boston Pizzas in the area. Fettuccine Jambalaya is always stellar, bandera bread is always worthy of a pleased and gratifying sigh. Pizza is never worse than decent Been here several time this year, and it will continue to be the default franchise restaurant in town for myself, my family, and my friends.

This Boston Pizza goes above and beyond. Despite becoming unexpectedly busy, the staff were organized, the manager stepped in, and everyone worked as a team to process all of the orders efficiently. Celebrated our birthdays there with a friend. It was excellent! Food was delicious! Waitress was exceptional!

Ordered through Uber and when the food arrived I was missing a whole meal. If I tried through Uber i would have only gotten a refund which I didn t want I wanted my meal. I called Boston pizza and they told me that since I ordered through Uber I would have to come get the meal that was sitting on the counter. The manager was telling the associate what to say. Boston pizza should have sent their delivery driver out to bring the meal since it wasn t Ubers fault my food wasn t in the sealed bag. Terrible customer service. My whole family was able to eat while I ended up waiting on McDonald s because I wasn t reordering from Boston again. Boston pizza should refund my whole order and give compensation since they decided to not pack my meal and put the blame on someone else when it was their fault.

Weve enjoyed our visits to this Boston Pizza everytime we go. Have visited about 12 to 14 times in the past year and have never had anything but good to great service. Even last time when they accidentally punched in kids meals for my kids, they more than made up for it and were quite sincere in the process. Eating out can be expensive, we feel we get value for our experience every time at the Orillia Boston Pizza. Please keep up the great service and we will continue to visit regularly. Cheers.

Great service here. Food is as expected for a chain restaurant. Baked chicken wings are our go-to. Kids meals are nicely priced starting at 8.99 incl dessert. Patio at this location is nice and welcomes leashed dogs. Good place to watch the game as it doesnt get packed too quickly.

Edited.Worst service in awhile , we were there 40 minutes and not once did she ask if we wanted a refill then spent 10 minutes talking to a table as were trying to get dessert to go. Which was a drink and we werent allowed to take out so I asked for my bill and still tipped even though I shouldnt have. I had a great night out with my oldest daughter. We sat in the bar and enjoyed nachos and spicy Thai bites.

We had Kristen as our waitress and she was fantastic. The restaurant was busy and she was still very attentive to our table. Any questions we had about the menu she explained to us in detail. Would highly recommend, keep up the great work Kristen

My sister and I went here in Orillia and had their super delicious onion soup and garlic bread with cheese. It was my sisters birthday lunch. We had a great time. I recommend the onion soup and Ive never had a bad meal here. The waitress was super great and helpful.

Great place to grab a bite to eat. Open late for a couple of drinks with friends. The only problem is too many tvs are very distracting to dinner conversation.

Entrees were delicious. Fresh, piping hot and flavourful. Portions have gotten smaller and prices higher, but tasty!

Wings came out cooked. They were cooked well. Waitress never came to check on how our meal was until I had to wait to wave her down to tell her. She offered to put them back in the oven, but as I said, it would dry the wings out. We didnt have time to wait 45 minutes for a fresh batch. Didnt even get a discount on the bill. I didnt get my drink refilled. Very disappointing for the price.

Always a great meal, wonderful atmosphere, and superior service. Tuesdays are their discount pasta night, so they are very popular and affordable. We were seated immediately, and drinks were prompt. Very large portions so often split a spaghetti meal with my husband. They are very receptive to this and went out of their way to accommodate us. Brought out our meal on 2 separate plates, so we were very pleased and didnt feel at all any different from all others at the table. Even gave an extra piece of garlic bread, no charge. After eating until I was stuffed, I still ended up with a good sized take out of leftovers to bring home for another time. Great food, service, atmosphere, and price.

Ive been to a few Boston Pizza restaurants throughout Ontario and I have to say that this one was by far better. When arrived we were greated right away with a smile, asked how was your day and any preferences on seating location. Was taking to a booth near the bar. My family and I were hosting friends and family and decided to order dinner from Boston Pizza at 6:59pm on February 16th 2024 and was told it would take around 45 minutes however we did not receive any information until we called around 8:15 asking where our order was and they had put us on hold for a very long time and then we called from another phone and they picked up as they were avoiding to answer our question. We had ordered items from the menu that become stale within minutes of them being ready and were very disappointed at the service. Our food was delivered at 8:41pm which is 1 hour and 42 min from the time our order was placed. The management Brad was unpleasant to speak with as he was rude and was no help. We are very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again!

In our 25 years of living in Orillia, we have never been treated with such disrespect at a restaurant. Our food wasn t delivered on time and upon calling Boston Pizza, management didn t have a clear answer for us: at one point, we were told the delivery driver is on the way and will arrive in a few minutes and then, we were told that the delivery driver was doing other deliveries, not prioritizing ours, even though, it had been an hour and 30 minutes. We weren t not compensated adequately and were made to feel like we were in the wrong.

Group of 5 of us showed up at 6:30pm today. Half the dining room was empty. We were told there was no room for us. When asked about the empty tables we were told the servers said we couldnt be seated and no option of waiting for a table. We left and went to Montanas and enjoyed our meal there. Spending over $250 in our drinks and dinner. Money I guess Boston Pizza didnt want.

I forgot to request my salad without croutons and the server overheard me say it to others at my table. He stopped to ask if Id like them to fix it, the server coming with my salad turned immediately to have it fixed even though I dis not say anything. I insisted it was my fault and I would still eat it as is but the fact that they were so willing to fix my mistake was remarkable. Customer service at its finest!!

We were passing through Orillia after hiking Springwater Provincial Park. We were looking for another place but couldnt find it so we thought wed give Boston Pizza a try. The bar side was what we were feeling so we had a pint of beer and split an app and meal. The meal was good and the lady serving us was a pro. People make a big difference in places like this. Boston Pizza is our place to go for every occasion. Every after snowboarding from the nearby ski resorts, this place is part of our itinerary. It s our first time at this location and very disappointed with the service. We had to get the attention of the server several times for our order to be taken. The food was serve ahead of the plates and cutlery which is very unusual compare to previous experiences from other locations we dined. Nobody checked after the food was served if we still need anything, we are used to Boston Pizza having parmesan cheese and chili pepper flakes on the tables, none and none was offered. The server just appeared again to offer the box for our leftover pizza. Also, we had Hawaiian pizza in the past, but this was the first time we had it with red onions? Is this typical? onions is not out our favourite specifically on hawaiian, not sure if this is something new?

Restaurant was busy but not full , ordered an app and drinks right away. 45 minutes later no app, 50 minutes later waitress finally stopped by to say our app was on the way and theyd take it off the bill. No problem at all. Than our food came out and still no app. Ten minutes later our app finally arrived. Staff were being run off their feet due to not enough employees. Servers always had good attitudes despite the obvious. Food was perfect, shout out to kitchen staff! I hope the kitchen is better staffed than the dining room and bar because they work the hardest. Please consider the employee burnout statistic when you are understaffed. Went to Boston pizza after and event at Casino Rama on a Friday night. It was the only place open near our hotel. Staff was extremely busy, but friendly and clearly working hard. We ordered apps adn cocktails. The food was good, and the drinks were excellent. The bathroom was also cleaner then. I expected at the end of a Friday night.

Phoned in first time make sure they were gonna air the boxing match davis vs garcia said they will be airing the fight when I got there the guy at the counter told me yes have a seat by the bar when I sat down they said they are not airing the fight because they dont air boxing at boston pizza I watched most of my ppv sport at Boston Pizza first time at this location and will be my last I rather spent the money on beers and food instead of buying the fight thats why I went I still came home and bought the fight even tho the clowns working there giving people false information just so people can waste their time going here. I always go to this Boston Pizza, love it there. The staff are wonderful and very kind. I always feel welcome and the food is always delicious. I love that they have options for people with dietary restrictions! Although I would note that they often appear under-staffed, but luckily it isnt usually busy when Im there so I didnt notice the delay. Dietary restrictions: Wonderful options for people who are gluten intolerant! Best GF Pizza Ive ever had!

My husband, myself and our daughter often go to Boston Pizza sit-in and we love it. The food was fantastic, we love ordering 3 of their appetizers, and the service (Abigail) was top-notch, Abigail was friendly, courteous and fast service. The three of us will go back again and again

I really enjoyed our dinner. We each had something different so we could share have a small buffet. Everything was really good the pasta wasnt mushy and the pizza wasnt soggy!! Dont forget Dessert!! We go here on the regular with our kids especially since we have the kids cards. The staff has always been very friendly, helpful, approachable and kind when needing anything. The food is always cooked very well and have never had any issues. The only complaint I would have is with the bathrooms as I find they are not kept very well and could use a refresh. But other than that I would definitely recommend it for the family.

Absolutely unbelievable....Came out of bathroom and had a fly in my drink. Was not outside, and the bartender who I had, said she wasnt going to replace it. I am in the customer service industry and this was completely different than what my morales or common sense would address the problem. If I have bugs in my place, it my fault. Dont plan to ever return to this restaurant location in Orillia, Ontario. Manger got asked for by me, which was a treat. He was smug, and laughing at the complainant I was telling him.....then threatened to kick me out if I continue to make comments. So I unfortunately have to do it this way, so I could finish watching the world series game. Dumbfounded is the only thing that I can say.

I am personaly not a big fan of Boston pizzas food. Hovever i do find they always have a great choice in staff so it kinda makes up for it. Truth be told I have a weekness for the Galaxy fish bowl drink. I know better then to order more than just a simple app. The only main menu item i like is the big dipper, however its sometimes hit or miss.

Generally we always eat in and the food and service has always been great. Unfortunately This review is purely for take out and in that regard portions are ridiculously small. I just spent over 100 for 4 meals and the food is child sized. Ended up having to run to Texas Burger to get some add ons. Will never be ordering take out from here again and suggest anyone thinking to do so to just pass on it. Severely disappointed. Fast food places cost half as much and actually give you more food. Its crazy.

Just had supper tonight at the Orillia Location. The waitress and food were excellent. I tried their Bruschetta Ravioli and added chicken. I must say, this was probably the best pasta I have ever had. Really hoping they decide to put it on their regular menu as it is currently part of their festive menu!!

Purchased a $100 e gift card to use at the restaurant. Server and management didn t know how to redeem the gift card. So a little frustrated that I spent $100 on Gc then had to spend another $140 because they didn t know how to accept the gift card. Maybe they should learn how to accept that type of payment

Their timing is not very good, Food was for take out, had to wait a little bit, server, not the sharpest.

No idea what the deal is with this place, took forever to get my drink and to make my food order and the food wasnt even that good, fries were undercooked, how do you mess up French fries? Not a fan of that waitress I had, will be requesting a different one if I ever go there again and I likely wont all considering.

Kids menu isnt bad not a huge fan of the dining room ambiance. But they setup highchairs like no other. Good for kids.

Very frustrated by our experience at this location. We arrived just before 7pm and it appeared to be a relatively slow night despite being a Saturday. Appetizers took more than 45 minutes to be delivered. When we asked about the delay she told us that power had gone out and they were trying to figure out which meals had been prepared. Which is fine, but a heads up would have been appreciated. When our dinner finally came 3 out of 4 meals were barely above room temperature. One of us gave up and ate it anyway. It took our waitress 20 minutes to check on us and then another 20 minutes for the re-fire to be delivered, by which point we had to ask for take out containers because everyone else had finished their meals. Drinks were not promptly filled and I ended up drinking my husbands water because she had not checked on us or noticed that drinks needed to be filled. Our waitress did not apologize for the issues with service or our food. I suspect the root issue was a staffing one (i.e., they were short-staffed and expected to be slowing for the night), and Im sure the waitress was doing the best she could. That said, it was disappointing that service and food were both so far below expectations with no acknowledgement of the issues.

Beyond disappointed and frustrated with our delivery order last night. The first red flag was that the pizza box was completely soaked on top from her walking from her car to the apartment building in the rain. I brought the food up and started unpacking it. Not one thing that we ordered was even warm. The cactus chips were soggy and sunk to the bottom of the cardboard box they came in. Not worth the $12.29 thats for sure! The chicken wings were dried out, cold and had no sauce on them. The pizza and the Pandera bread were also cold. Why a insulated pizza delivery bag was not used is beyond me.

It was a night out with my Grandson. The 7 year old insisted on on a pizza night and I was looking for a dine-in option. My first time at Boston Pizza. In my opinion, the pizza lacked real flavour. The service was good, but the pizza needed a little bling.

Worst Boston pizza experience. Was there a week ago for lunch and had to wait approximately 45 minutes just for some thai chicken bites and nachos. Understandable that the staff was short as it looked but there were literally couple people sitting on the bar and then it was us dining in the patio. The host was super nice but food was not as good . I asked my thai chicken bites to be extra spicy but they were so damn sweet.

Wait 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table. I ask the 3 host for some service they just continue talk to each other . 15mins later we finally got an order taken. The drinks took another 15 minutes. We waited for 1hr and 15 minutes for food and never got asked again about another drink. MAKE SURE YOU PACK A LUNCH AND BRING YOUR OWN DRINK

If I could give -5, I would. Terrible, terrible food. My husband and I can only regret the experience and swear to never eat in here or any branch, ever again. The chicken on the salad was still cold. The boneless chicken wings were chicken nuggets smothered in sauce. The french onion soup is saltier that iodized salt i have at home. The veggies with the steak were previously frozen and was thawed in a hurry. The steak was impossibly dry. We just wished we just went into a convenience store to buy some bites. Good thing there was a timmies close by, which we are also not a fan of, but at that time, they had the most glorious coffee and tim bits. I could not commend the service either. Just horrific experience at its most.

Alright if youve got 2 hours!!!

Food is ok, service sucks... unfortunately I feel like each time Ive went its been relatively slow and I wait for service for much longer than need be...

Decent night out- crispy chicken pecan salad was delicious as usual. I asked for no tomatoes on the salad and to my surprise was actually given extra pecans instead- yay! We had the virgin Caesars and they were yummy with a hint of bbq which was different- but could definitely be cheaper for a virgin drink.

The food was pretty good, standard for Boston Pizza. Service was good, we would go back, Boston Pizza is ok

The server katie was great but waiting for 40 minutes for a overcooked burger and the burger was the flattest burger ever

Worst customer service ever. I tried to call my order in to pick up and i was told they were to busy to make my food. I asked to speak to manager and he was very rude. Worst service ever from a place of business. I understand being busy but not being rude. They need to re train their staff and manager

They force the servers to cough up a 3rd of their earnings to the kitchen every day. Its not the servers job to pay their kitchen staff properly. My friend was doing a great job (or so they would tell her all the time!). They immediately expected her to handle a full dining room by herself with next to no training, and she would, with flying colours! Then she got sick (its flu season!!) And they fired her for it. From repeatedly telling her that shes doing great, to chopping her unexpectedly for legitimate health reasons. If they would fire a good performer over their health then they are the worst kind of people with inhuman expectations. It doesnt get more 2 faced than that. They dont care about their staff, they dont communicate properly about any issues, and theyre not interested in helping thier staff grow or succeed. A deep, painful, and lifelong shame on the management of this location.

Stopped in for lunch last week. Ordered a pecan salad, and was given a plate with wilted almost rotting lettuce on it. When the waitress was made aware of it the response was. There s a shortage of lettuce and this is all we have. The cost to us is going through the roof. Well great let s serve rotten lettuce to customers. If that s the case take the salad off the menu. That s the last time I eat there!

Horrible service, disgusting washrooms, wheelchair washroom leaking water all over the floor and yes I brought it to the hostesses attention. Food was undercooked and lukewarm. Even my 11 year old grandson complained after that he was not offered parm cheese for his pasta. He was too shy to ask for it. Spinach dip pita was burnt on the edges, ribs not good, husbands burger bun almost burnt on top, and the cookie dessert could not even be cut with a knife. Not the best birthday celebration and we will not be returning. Servers need more training. So disappointing.
