Food is good.

Half the time they don t have what I want. Half the time they do. Food is what you d expect from a pick up n go type place. But have never left satisfied.

Always service with a smile and always very respectful!!! The pizza, Ehh!!! Lol great as well!!! Love the Chicago style!!!

Really bad service. Overly rude staff. Asked for cheese breads, cashier said its not available right now. I asked how long will it take I can wait. She stated didnt you hear its not available right now. And some guy from the back near ovens laughed and mentioned he is probably deaf. Never going to that place in Orillia again.

Went in for the lunch special close to when it was over but before it was over. I work in the same Plaza and come in regularly. Asked for the special they had none made but I was fine with waiting. Cashier told me since it was close to 2 I couldnt get the special since it wouldnt be ready before it ended. Honestly really annoyed.

Awful place, delivered my order to the wrong house and wouldnt not replace the order. Give me a 10 day wait for a refund!! , good bye never order from you again.

Your manager Aaron was very disrespectful. I ordered 8 pizzas for my work and he was very rude. I will say the younger gentleman apologized for Aarons behavior and that next time would be better.

Fast and friendly service. Generally no issues but had one the other evening and they went above and beyond to rectify the mistake.

Whatched the manager reach in his pants and scratch his bare a$$ then continue to make pizza. Middle aged with glasses - Friday February 4th at 530pm. I walked out, I will never eat at this place again. Customers beware.

Terrible service and terrible food, manager Arron runs around allowing his employees to be disrespectful to customers while wearing masks that promote a bong shop lol the pizza is mediocre at best my kid wanted the batman pizza so I went n forgot my mask only to have one employee completely cut off the employee taking care of me to tell me to put it on. Then said sanitize but I was wearing gloves! I tapped my card n took my pizza all I touched was my own stuff. Sad to see this is acceptable these days.

The other day I ordered pizza through the online portal where Door Dash takes care of the deliveries after 8pm. Door Dash couldnt get us a driver to deliver our pizza. I spoke with Crystal at Little Caesars and her customer service was outstanding! She is very upbeat and personable. I highly recommend this place. The pizza is a great price and tasty but the customer service by Crystal especially is fantastic. Thank you so much!

recently they put absolutely no parmesan on the crazy bread, they might as well be breadsticks lol. even when you ask for extra parmesan theres barley nothing. my fingers used to get covered in parm now its nothing but grease lmao

Have gone to many Little Caesars because of the hot and ready. This Little Caesars always makes the best pizza, its always hot and made perfect.

Little Ceasars is always a good choice for a quick pizza, although it is not my favourite pizza it never fails to satisfy.

Vegetarian options: Only cheese

I gave it a 2 based solely on the friendly staff at this particular location. The food however, was underwhelming to say the least. I understand its the cheapest pizza joint and you get what you pay for. However, the quality used to be there. The bread sticks were dry and cut into different sizes, many of them being super thin. Where is the garlic butter? It was nothing but some dough sticks with parmesan cheese on top. They were hard to eat. Not only were they dry, the ends of them were hard as if they had sat there all day. I ordered three pizzas. One stuffed crust with pepperoni, green olives, and bacon. The stuffed crust was more of a lining. The crust was hollow with a little lining of cheese on the inside. Zero cheese pull. Pretty disappointing. The second pizza we ordered was a Hawaiian. It was okay, but again, just not the quality it used to be. And the third was a cheese pizza. It stacked up to any cheap frozen pizza you can get at the grocery store. I truly used to love little Ceasars. The love and soul is no longer evident in the food quality.

Worst customer service ever. Wanted to order pizza,wings and bread . Told to call ahead for an order that size. Not even big order . What does it matter if you call or walk in, if your willing to wait. Expect better customer service ,especially from the manager. They need to be retrained on proper customer service .

Last two times have been negative. The 1st time the Pepperoni looked like a 2 year old threw it onto one side. This time they claim to take 45 mins to make a deep deep between 4 and 8 as its not a hot and ready but its on the sign in the store as a hot and ready. Then the pizza selected looked like it sat for hours.

Never answers the phone then arrive and only doing online orders.

Friday January 31 there was a pizza ordered. The person who took the order said it would be 30 - 40 minutes. When we called to find out where the pizza was , the manager was extremely rude and condescending and told us we were lying about the time. We will NEVER eat there again!!

My order that should have taken 10 minutes took over 35 minutes because they forgot about it and while I waited I watch the cashier go back and use her bare unwashed hands to touch the crazy bread numerous times after touching cash. I mentioned it to the supervisor and all she said was that she cant speak to that because they are told they are supposed to wash their hands.....it still continued. Why the supervisor didnt correct her was beyond me but clearly my concern didnt matter much. Wont be going back.

I have been a customer for many years, I can say quality has gone down. Hot and ready pizzas are always a gamble at the orillia location. Pizzas sit in the heat lamps for too long. The pizza Im currently looking at is dark and dried out and the entire outer area of the pizza is rock hard.

Quality of both the pizzas and the sides is excellent, customer service is for the most part great (had one smaller issue several visits ago, but all was taken care of before I left), and prices are decent. Not much more I could ask for.

So convenient when you need food fast. One pizza for $5.99 feeds four young children.

If you dont feel like cooking and dont feel like waiting on ordering and delivery time. Little Caesars is always the go to! They have hot and ready always ready! Cant go wrong when you are super hungry and not sure what toppings you want. Get supreme, Hawaiian, Canadian or pepperoni but dont forget to take the crazy bread!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Food is outrageously disgusting. I just recently gotten sever food poisoning after eating a deep dish. The Grease in that dish was out right leaving me speechless when I was able to drain the grease by filling 3 Glass cups with just the grease alone

Going here is great if you need a quick pizza, mind you during slow time, we had to wait for the hot n ready pizza then again for the crazy bread. Which I thought was odd as that also happens during peak time for them as well

Staff around lunch time are always quick to greet me at the counter and are very nice. The food is always good and prices are great!

Was a great place before either new owners took over or the owner just stopped carring about service and good customer service skills. The last few times Ive gone there they havent made my order right at all or food is burnt/over cooked was charged multiple times for products I didnt receive and when I went back to complain the staff was rood and ignorant and had an attitude when I continued complaining till it was fix and even then food was over cooked. Dont know what happened to this location used to be great but the past few months Ive noticed the quality of food and service has dropped substantially unfortunately.

When i ordered my food i was told it was to be 1hr to 1.5hr But it arrived in 40minutes. I got 0 dipping sauces when i ordered 5. My chicken wings had a pond of water under them and their manager said to me that i was just trying to get free food. I will never eat or call for food ever again. Nor would i reccomend this establishment to anyone! Date of call was 730pm march 23rd 2017! They returned later with the sauce and chicken wings 25m later. Chicken wings still had a puddle in container. Which makes them so soggy nobody would eat them.

This location is very friendly and always ready to take your order but.... nothing we ever go to get is ready. Its always a wait for 3 meat pizza and stuffed crazy bread. These are suppose to be stocked in the heaters behind. Its gets frustrating.
