So, this is the one where you have to take responsibility for the garbage that you send people. Look: Is this not garbage? Yes, it is garbage, and I paid good money for it. There must have been a change in ownership since last year. I placed an order and it arrived blackened and deformed. I called and the person was not worried. No, we do not want a reduction of 40% next time, because there will be no air next time. So, this is the moment where you must assume the responsibility of the orders that you send to people. Regardez: Nest ce pas des orders ? Yes, these are the orders, and I paid money for them. You must have had a change of owner since last year. I ordered and it was crushed and misshapen. It used to be my favorite pizza in town. I placed an order today for 3 medium pizzas with 3 toppings each. Total before discounts $54.59 Papa Dough -$10.00 Specials -$21.88 =45.87 For 2 and a 3 dollar upgrade to a large for a total of 3 pizzas. And thats with 10.00 in Papa dough off. Then they charge 6 Dollars for a delivery fee, which they say doesnt go to the driver. Then they want me to leave a minium tip of 15 percent on the app. 16 dollars is a stiff fee to pay for delivery and tip. Thanks Papa. I will look elsewhere. Update: Now the owner attempts to save face by attempting to discredit my review by nickle and diming me. 3 dollars to upgrade to a large. You should be thankful and not critical. Seven dollars for a delivery fee? Where is that delivery fee going? That makes a difference in people not ordering from you. Premium toppings? I ordered from the app. Are you kidding? If you want more specifics, I had requested well done. It most assuredly was not well done. I do have pictures of course. I have over 70 dollars in Papa Dough currently saved. So I know what well done means. Also every review I post is true and correct. Unlike your feeble retaliatory comments. I will place an order this week for some pizzas and I will give to the homeless. Heaven knows they cant afford to eat at your Premium location You have lost a long time customer. Not only with your petty and partly true comments, but indefensible comments about premium toppings. Lies. I have never seen any mention of premium on the app. Ever. Good luck.

Walked in,ordered a pizza, got a great pizza in 15 minutes.

Pizza is ok. The limited time deal they had made us try them. Couldnt really complain about the quality. But the overall price makes it a deterrent. Wouldnt imagine spending full price. Like 81 bucks for 3 pizzas before the tax tip and delivery fee? Thankfully they had the 50% off . Would only order when they are on sale as locally you can get better quality pizza for less. Delivery driver was running from the door to the car? He also couldnt slide the pizza out of the bag straight. He should of opened it and asked me to grab it all at once. Not sure if this is normal but wouldnt get delivery again. Would of saved the 11 bucks. To the reply. Yes with the discount it was reasonable. However at regular price I wouldnt think about ordering from you again especially the same order. Based on the overall experience you get a 3 star. Not overly blown away or overly let down. Politely dont call me again as I dont have a reason to discuss things further. 3 star is fair.

Before I share my own experience, I just want to say that overall it is a pretty good pizza place but after yesterday experience weve decided that after 7 years of supporting this place we will be taking our business elsewhere. The reason for our decision was not the mistake made because were all human, but the follow up call from the Manager regarding a survey feedback that we get sent after an order Please rate how was your experience today that I was so baffled by. We ordered a pizza around 9:30-10 PM. Just wanted some pizza really and it was our place to go. Our family wanted a 4 topping on 1 side 4 on the other side of the pizza (Due to picky eaters) Long story short we received 5 toppings on 1 side and 3 on the other. Not a huge deal for me as I am okay to eat it all, but for my family it was deal breaking when I got home and we discovered that because they wanted their own half with toppings they liked. Which is why I submitted the survey with dissatisfied experience. As my family basically made me eat the whole thing myself which made the whole experience even worse but I ate it and at no point requested a free pizza, refund or compensation. After I submitted that feedback I got a call from the manager and this is why we are taking our business elsewhere. He started arguing with me that the order was correct, pizza was made right and he has a video for proof. At first I wanted to laugh because its so silly to call and try to argue a topping issue but if it was correct, I wouldnt be submitted a negative survey but long story short I said okay, so you are looking at a video and my family and I are the ones who actually lived through that experience and actually saw the pizza never mind the 5/3 spread of toppings. He kept trying to argue and told me to come to the store and watch the video when I dont need a video - I literally saw and ate the pizza so Im pretty sure I would know if the toppings were correct as my family was very specific on the request. It really seemed like he was trying make me look like I had nothing better to do than to complain about a 1-2$ topping mistake. At no point whatsoever I asked for anything in return. I simply stated the fact that the family experience was terrible because it was and I just thought the store should be aware of that. To do better in the future. But after a phone call to argue about a topping I just cant justify spending money at a place like that. The correct version of this experience would of been Im really sorry this had happened to you. We will do better. Anything among these lines and thats all. But to call and argue about a topping like I have nothing else to do was so silly so I just ended the conversation with him you know what, you are right. We just wont be back ever again.

Seeing as I can t write a new review for some reason, I ll just delete mine from 5 years ago. New owners and this is how you treat your paying customers?? 4 delivery drivers all have prime parking. While us paying have to park on the other side and walk over. Walked in the woman looked at me as tho I had 2 heads didn t say hi nothing. I proceeded to to say pick up for Amanda. Still looked at me like I had 2 heads then walked over to oven and very rudely told me it was in the oven. 3 people all sitting on their phones. Not very professional and we won t EVER be going back.

I am taking the time out of my day to leave this review out here for the people of Orillia and outside of Orillia looking at the reviews of this restaurant. Very poor customer service very poor management, and they do not keep up to the name of Papa John s Pizza ordered a deluxe pizza tonight with some garlic, Parmesan bread and a couple of dips. My total came to 50 bucks when I received my order I had a black olive pizza covered in cheese, called back to talk to Simone, or whoever he was on the phone could barely understand him as he did not speak English very well. I asked if I could just have an in-store credit and that would be the end of my issue unfortunately, he wanted to tell me that it was my fault that I didn t tell him I did not like olives. finds you well and that you don t make the mistake of eating at this very poor establishment new and upcoming places to eat at support local if you can. Hope to see this place close down to be honest very disappointing.

First time trying papa johns, they had a walk in special $15 for a 3 topping large. The pizza was good, and the tomato sauce tasted sweeter than other places, but in a good way. Might try again in future.

So I get a small pizza with one topping on Wednesday for 5.99 plus tax, I liked the pizza. I go there the next day to get the same thing, guy on the counter ( different one ) says we never had such an offer and made me look like I was lying. My mistake I should had got the receipt. He was extremely rude and made me go away. The worst customer service I had.

Placed an order around 11pm on Tuesday July 25th, the pizzas I got we re wrong, the pops were shaken. I tried contacting them but they were closed. I called the next day and they said they couldn t do anything about it. Whoever I was talking to was rude when I asked what he could do about it, he told me next time call that night.

Probably the best pizzas in Ontario! For the first time ever my family completed the entire 3 pies we bought. They were ultimate in taste. Garlic Parmesan breadsticks was the star of the show. The garlic butter was great. They were very kind enough to treat my sister with Oreo Papa Bites. I would want to drive from Brampton everytime I crave pizza! The staff was very welcoming and suggested us great items.

Right before their closing time, we decided to indulge in some pizza. Despite the late hour, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and gladly took our order. Their dedication to providing exceptional service was evident, and it only heightened our anticipation for the delicious pizza that awaited us. I m not usually a Karen buuuut I just ordered 2 large pizzas from papa johns and they had short black hairs all over them. I called just to let them know about that. I didn t expect anything just simply wanted to inform them about what happened so they know. Basically he told me that I m wrong, I don t know what I m looking at, there s no possibility of that ever happening so me being upset I asked him if I m just delusional and he said I don t know maybe me and the other 3 people here???? Okay sir. Ironically he can t find the order that I made at 5:30pm. There s 4 of us eating this and according to him we have no idea what we re talking about. I ve never had an issue with Papa johns until now and I ve ordered from here since they opened in orillia what the heck.

I ve been eating at this location since they opened and tonight s service was terrible. Ordered 2 large pizza for delivery and 1 hour 20 mins goes by still no pizza. We decided to finally call them thinking they were busy but yet to find out they sold our pizza to a walk in customer. Ok that s fine everyone makes mistakes, so I asked will this be on the house we waited just over 1 hour and 20 min and they offered us no discount but yet he said to wait longer and we will delivery to you he said on the phone. No sorry no nothing. Not happy with the service. So here we are hungry as I m writing this review.

When I order a pizza with extra sauce I dont expect to have less sauce then a regular pizza should have this is just dumb

We ordered the GarPar wings with Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce on the side. I was completely disappointed when I opened the box to see that the wings were only boiled with a hint of seasoning. No GarPar & We got bbq sauce. Great pizza, not so choice wings.

Great pizza and service as usual but ..ordered a large pizza online on a Tuesday for pickup. When I got to location saw a promotion for buy one get one free on Tuesday. When I inquired at counter I was told it has to be ordered online, which I did. No where doing the online ordering process does it mention this deal but only advertising on store window once you have already ordered. Not a huge deal but a little frustrated knowing I could have had two of these great pizzas. UPDATE .Has been added to Websites main page.

Delivery driver for Papa Johns drove up to my house and abruptly stopped. Luckily my friend was outside having a smoke and seen the whole thing. Our pizza was dropped and the driver was individually picking the slices and putting them back in the box. Would he have still sold it to us if my friend wasnt there to see him drop our pizza? PROBABLY! I called to complain and this is what they offered: -No to any extras (breadsticks, wings, etc.) -I could still have the dropped pizza for $10 BUYER BEWARE! Horrible business run by people with low customer service skills.

Recently, I have been going to Papa John s in Orillia. It is the only place in Orillia with decent pizza. I have been served numerous times by a gentleman named Prince. Prince provides amazing customer service, has excellent knowledge about the menu and genuinely values the customers experience. His charisma and initiative to go above and beyond for the customer is the reason I continue to chose this specific location. @Papajohns please give this man a raise!

It was really good!! The pizzas are freshly made once ordered, they made the pizza by hand. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and it came with a dipping sauce and chilli on the house. Everyone was really friendly there so it felt almost like home. I would definitely go there again if I could because the food was amazing as well as the service! 10000/10

Went to pick up my pizza and was tild itvwill be a few minutes. 10 min later a driver came running into store with pizza he took for delivery. He took my pizza and brpught it back. They tried putting it in a different box and giving it to me. With covid happeneing and the fact that my pizza left the store and cane back . i asked for a new pizza. So they made it but then my 2nd pizza wasnt good cause it had been sitting for so long. Wont be back for awhile. Not happy

Visited Orillia for the first time 2 weeks ago and decided to try Papa Johns. We ordered late night and store pickup was closing in about 40 minutes. When we picked up the pizza and tried it, we threw the whole pizza away because everything tasted terrible including the parmesan wings, which is basically just normal wings with parmesan on the side. Definitely not what I was expecting. We went to sleep hungry. I wont be returning because I had higher expectations for this restaurant. The food quality needs to improved. Maybe the chefs were tired or something but the pizza was not great and made me never want to try Papa Johns again. I asked for a sausage & pepperoni pizza. What I recieved was NOT sausage it was another type of meat that we both strongly disliked. We couldnt even eat the pizza. What it looked like was a normal cheese pizza and our toppings thrown on last minute. It was not a fresh pizza and we know it was not made when we had ordered the pizza. Should have taken pics before throwing the pizza but this was so disappointing , especially having to sleep hungry.

The pizza was so good that we dis not want to use the Garlic sauce that we bought with the Pizza. That actually turned out to be a good thing as it was not good at all. Buy the pizza here and the garlic sause elsewhere. The staff were very friendly and the food was served quickly. I would reccomment it.

We love Papa Johns pizza! The dough has a little sweetness which I love. We find that the Barrie Papa Johns on Yonge St puts more toppings on and their wings seem to be larger and saucier. But overall the Papa Johns here in Canada and in the U.S.A are very consistent in quality.

Been ordering delivery from here for 3 years now. Great pizza, fast delivery. My only concern is that when I want to pay with cash at the door, I wish the drivers would wear a mask as I always wear one to protect them and they never approach wearing one to protect me. Just because someone wants to pay with cash and have a contact delivery doesn t mean I don t want to still be safe. Should be required honestly.
