Red Swan Pizza in Orillia

Price was good but the pizza itself was a little burnt and was not cut well, all the pieces ripped each other. I won t be returning.

Wont be my pizza spot going forward. Great prices though.

Ordered tonight, woman on the phone was very rude, very very rude for no apparent reason. Pizza is mediocre at best, sesame seeds on the crust doesn t justify the price.

Had good pizza and nachos a few times.. and then it went downhill. Instructions not being followed on orders, hardly any toppings, etc. No more Red Swan for this family.

Ordered delivery at 5:25pm. Knew that likely tonight would be longer then 45 mins. When 6:55pm hit I called for an update. I got forwarded to an answering machine. I made my way down. Walked in at 7:11 pm and Told them Im here to cancelled. Said that 90 plus mins is too much especially given its a very short drive. He didnt really say much other then it was out for delivery and sorry. I went elsewhere and got great service. The best part is the person at the store didnt bother calling the driver to tell him I cancelled. He still tried to deliver. Was a first time attempt at Red swan. Wont try again. Im sure the food is great but given that I didnt try it they get a low star for food also. To the reply. For sure you wont get another chance to prove it! Between the length of time, lack of effort on your end to make it right and unprofessionalism when it comes to your reply (grammar is a huge key factor) and the overall entire experience you had and lost your chance. You replied faster to a bad review then delivering a pizza. That screams tons.

Great Pizza place, tried first time spicy paneer pizza and taste was awesome, I was surprised with quality of pizza. Never had such quality of pizza. Crust was so good, ingredients taste so good and shop owner was very accommodating and helpful.

I have had Red Swan Pizza before in another cities, and had very good experience. I would never recommend this particular store to anybody.

Pizza delicious

Wow! Just tried Red Swan Pizza in Orillia tonight for the first time. Ten out of ten. I loved it. We wanted thick crust but that didn t seem to be an option. But the pizza was so good it didn t matter.. Lots of toppings and I really liked the sesame crust. Definitely getting pizza here again. Oh, and our extra large pizza with 4 toppings plus extra cheese came to $26 including tax. Totally hooked.

Website states they are open 365 days a year, go to website to order and it says they are closed for the Holidays

By far our best experience for Pizza in Orillia since we moved here. This will be for sure - our go-to delivery option. Try the sesame seed crust! Dee-lish! Why not? 5 Stars!

When someone orders Parmesan cheese, the person making the pizza must add this as a fresh ingredient AFTER it has cooked. My pizza arrived full of burnt Parmesan. As someone who worked in the pizza industry for years, I can tell you that this is basic pizza 101, guys. It ruined it.

The pizza was good, We ordered thin crust without sesame seeds and 8 chicken wings. It was their special. Sorry to say the wings were the worst wings I have ever purchased from anyone. So greasy and fatty, we ordered without breading. Perhaps we should have ordered breading to disguise the grease. UGGG! Just horrible. We ordered on Friday March 31st.

One of the worst pizzas I have ever had. The crust was very good hence the 2 stars sesame seeds were great. The toppings /sauce cheese were not so great. It looked nothing like the picture of the all dressed pizza on the menu I could not even tell if there was Cheese on the pizza. It was all baked till it was a semi hard shell Not many toppings and everything was like it was dehydrated and boiled down so you could not even tell what there was for toppings anymore. I am not sure if the cooking temperature was wrong but it was almost like it was over cooked in a pot first and dehydrated on top the only distinguishing toppings on the pizza was a few chunks of pineapple and some thicker chunks of ham Everything else was just cooked into the background. The result was a horrid weird flavor with a funny after taste I will surely never go back there. The worst pizza I have had in this area.

Ordered 2 small pizzas last night and there was hardly any toppings. My wife and I were very disappointed. Think this will be our first and last time getting food from this place.

Staff were very nice, first time going and it was pretty good. The pizza was nice but the cheese and sauce were light but the sauce was very flavourful so it didn t taste that different. Price is a little higher than other places but the ingredients and quality add up to make it worth it. Overall pretty good and I will get from here again.

Placed an order for a Large pizza with butter chicken sauce, chicken and banana peppers. Once home, I bit in to my pizza and realized there was no sauce on it. The lady gave me a hard time over the phone so I drove back and showed her the pizza in person. She still tried telling me it had sauce on it (see photos). They remade the pizza and I again returned home. This time it did have sauce but was missing the CHICKEN. What a hassle and waste of money. Very poor customer service. Will not return again when dominos across the road is much better quality and provides better service.

Wings were not well cooked

Delicious personal pizza, the most perfect crust -- not too soft, not too crunchy. They do diced tomatoes instead of the big slices, which was great. I cant stand big tomato slices lol Service was great as usual, received a paper menu without having to ask (he could see me squinting at the board to see the toppings). Restaurant was very clean and food was served fast and hot.

The hotel in Orillia recommended Red Swan Pizza. We ordered a bacon, pepperoni and mushroom pizza as we left Casino Rama after a concert. It was ready by the time we got there as they said it would be. It was amazing! The sesame seeds on the crust were delicious and added some good flavour. The amount of toppings was great. If in Orillia, I would definitely order from them again. Dietary restrictions: We have a nut and shellfish allergy and no issues when we ordered.

Pizza is completely different from regular pizzas. Variety of dipping sauces. In north , one of the best Indian style pizza i had . Moreover, staff are so polite and helpful to select menu also. Overall , wonderful experience Food

Tried Red Swan for the first time tonight and it was a great first experience! Ordered: Small traditional crust pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and green pepper, and added free topping of garlic and chili flakes Great looking pizza, and great taste. Generous with the toppings, and the sesame seeds on the crust add a nice savoury nuttiness. Ill definitely be ordering again! They have some unique pizzas Im excited to try.

Ive ordered the butter chicken pizza twice now, looks nothing like the photo and has basically no butter chicken sauce. Its basically a regular pizza with chunks of chicken.

Ordered wings and pizza. Gave explicit instructions how to find us. Driver still had to phone us as he didnt receive location instructions. Pizza was fine. Wings were raw in middle. Phoned several times for refund. Was told they couldnt do a partial credit card refund (update your system!!) Offered to bring cash refund, but after midnight when wed be asleep. First and last time we will order from Red Swan. (PS Although you cant do a partial refund on a card, you could have refunded the whole amount, then put through a revised charge for just the pizza.)

I must say Red Swan is going to break the regular pizza joint tag and going to be a niche in its category, bringing some new flavours which havent been tried by the regular players. We tried Spicy paneer.it was mouthwatering delicious. Havent had such awesome pizzas in a long time. I attempted to order a pizza and upon first discussion the pizza was $28 then partway through the conversation the pizza became $35, I still excepted that as far as delivery services went, and then I get a phone calls that they had made the pizza and the pizza is now going to be $40 for delivery only five minutes from the pizza shop, I asked if there was a better service and they said that there is a much better deal however they had already made that pizza and wanted me to take that pizza and the manager called me and said I need to take that pizza and when I said no I want the better deal all of a sudden there was no driver available to deliver my pizza, extremely disappointing, would never recommend this place

Pizza is usually amazing this time they wrote down my number wrong and unfortunately delivered me a cold pizza ***EDIT** - I wanted to edit my review to say thank you so much to the wonderful owner who fixed this mistake by allowing me to order a new pizza on a different day with no charge. Which turned out to be one of the best pizzas I have tried. Also the veggie ranch sticks are incredible :)

I won t order again. Took over 40 minutes for take out. Language barrier on the phone that resulted in being charged for dipping sauces I didn t receive.

My online order of 6 XL pizzas was initially filled 5 days early on a Thursday instead of the following Tuesday. It took 4 phone conversations with an employee and a request to speak to the manager before the employee admitted his mistake. Also, the XL pizzas did NOT come in their advertised size being a SQUARE 16x16 with sixteen 4 square pieces; it only comes as a ROUND 16 pizza with 12-pieces. All said and done, the pizza was tasty, but the service and false advertising left a rather nasty taste in my mouth so I contacted them by email. As I expected would happen, I never received a reply let alone an apology.

After hearing all the great comments about Red Swan Pizza, we decided to try it tonight. We got 3 personal size pizzas ... Beef & Bacon, Hawaiian and Classic Roman. This is the best pizza we have ever eaten and the sesame seeds on the crust were a fabulous addition. The gentleman working behind the counter was happy and pleasant. Red Swan is now our new go to for pizza.

Drove by and noticed this new place. Later that weekend we decided to try it out and ordered their 3 medium pizza deal. Didn t go too adventurous for the first time out and stuck to traditional choices on the menu. Decided on thin crust with the sesame seed crust for all 3. The classic Roman was soooo good. The thin crust was perfect, toppings plentiful and it arrived hot and on time. Driver was super friendly. If you re not sure about the sesame seed crust just do it ! It s like a Montreal bagel meets the perfect pizza. Definitely our new go to for take out pizza in Orillia. Bonus - it passed the next day cold pizza test. So damn good!

This pizza was amazing! Definitely exceeded my expectations. The price was so reasonable too, you really can t go wrong . This will be my go to pizza place from now on! I had the Canadian one, the ingredients were so fresh, which you don t get a lot anymore . I can t wait to order from here again.

Ordered the uncrust pizza with meat toppings and green olives on half. When I picked up my $20.41 pizza the box almost felt empty as it was so small and super thin.Olives were on 3/4 of pizza not half. Crust was almost blackened from over baking and topping were sparse. If they need to make a pizza this bad they need to at least pound the cheese to it to justify the price. Very dissatisfied with my order. Unfortunately I have diabetes and can t eat regular dough crust. I was hopeful this was my ticket to eating pizza again.

Its really, really good pizza. Especially if you are looking for something slightly different. It was refreshing to change it up just a bit. As far as technical execution; the crust is perfect thickness, good texture and flavour. The pizza itself is well dressed with toppings and cheese and browned nicely in the oven. The sesame on the crust was excellent and exciting. The sauce has some middle eastern spice in it, barely noticeable, I suspect either cumin or garam marsala or both, but its slight which is why I cant perfectly identify it, but its there. It is also noticeably sweeter than a traditional pizza sauce. Definitely would order again.

The chicken wings were so fatty and not crispy they were gross, pizza not much flavour , not ordering there again
