Today we got to 14in pizzas one topping on each, for 40$ pick up with dips. Let me tell you that is was a lunch bag let down . I will not return . Friendly people . But for the price this place is not worth it . Had next to no sauce on it, it was really doughy . They were stingy with the pepperoni. The 14 in seemed like a medium pizza from anywhere else .

The older lady at the front not only made my pizza fresh for me but asked me if I had some small children at home and hooked me up with some Extra pizza to bring home. Its places like this that truly make small towns thrive. Theyre absolutely The top pizza place in orilla hands down And I would recommend it to anyone looking to feed their family.

Terrible quality. Will not eat again. To expensive for the amount you get and no flavor with anything. I used to really enjoy tops as the menu was all homemade... now it just seems like a sad excuse. Couldnt even make a decent ceasar salad.... the new owners have really put a dent in the reputation Tops once had. I will not be ordering from here anymore. Time to fond a new restaurant...

The FOOD is AWESOME! We ordered a 8 slice pizza and baklava and it stuffed us (3 adults) full! It was delicous, full of toppings, and freshly cooked. You do have to wait 25 mins tho. When we ordered a big piece of baklava, they even offered to cut in in 3rds for us to share. Really enjoyed the pizza

I love the pizza here plus I Co-op here. Toni and Peter are great to work with. They thought me some things at the time I was gung-ho at getting into the restaurant business so they were full of knowledge to learn from. I use to get their pizza in school on pizza day on Wednesday. The dough ball is the best thing.

I ordered two medium pizza with pepperoni and cheese, and 10 wings for delivery on the phone was told $47 with delivery which is fair, delivery guy showed up with one pizza and the wings, $47 I called them because it was wrong I had two pizzas for that price, I was told on the phone no it was right the lady who took my order wrote down one pizza and ten wings and a delivery charge was $47.65!!!! The price was right, told her I would never be returning there again, she said that s ok that s my choice! ! I think that price is absolutely ridiculous for ONE MEDIUM PIZZA WITH PEPPERONI AND CHEESE ONLY, and TEN WINGS!!! insane pricing and I will never be coming back, after years of great pizza AND prices this is ENOUGH for me!!!!

The lady that took my order, told me I would get a discount for the 2, 12. How is 50$ plus tip for the driver a deal. I have ordered from here multiple times, since its the only pizza my son will eat. Needless to I will never order again. Sure the pizza is alright, but Ive had better from Pizzaville and the new place Red Swan.

We had an incredible experience with tops in pizza yesterday! We had a big move that we did and all of our friends and family came to help and have a pizza party after. This was my first time ordering from Tops and they were incredible from the customer service to the little free pizza they threw in for us. The bruschetta pizza was a huge hit with everyone! Pulled pork one was also amazing. Everything was so flavourful! We will definitely be ordering from here more often!

my family had tops pizza last night for dinner. we spent almost 60 dollars. when the food got delivered, the little amount of food we got would only feed 2 people. deff not worth the 60 dollars we spent.

Who knew I d have to drive 4.5 hours to find a good pizza! Just got to town, you were recommended, and we were pleasantly surprised. I was beginning to think we d never find a good pizza again. Great job, it was delish!

Great pizza

It was our first time trying Tops Pizza. I ordered the Friday special with 5 toppings included. My wife went for the zucchini crust Keto pizza. She loved it. The crust is actually made from grilled sliced zucchini. Toppings are reasonable but it s not priced like franchise pizza. It s quite a bit more but we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We ll be back.

Garbage disposal. The father of my newborn child and I woke up this morning craving panzerottis, that we wanted all day to save up enough to have for supper tonight. Save up our last of our change to get this; it was extremely soggy, to which we were not able to enjoy any of it.

Excellent food and service

I use to love tops pizza but it seems the new owners have tried to cut cost. The crust is very thin now the dough ball was rolled really tight as it use to be fluffy. The taste is nothing special. Not worth the money anymore.

So I usually get the Wednesday special which is 2 med with 3 topping so with tax it s just over $27 which I found to be expensive now I do really enjoy the pizza the size is pretty small and the toppings are hit and miss sometimes you get the right amount other times your looking to see if they forgot to put them on

Tried them last night For the first time. For the money they are bangin. Figured garlic as a topping was crushed. Lol there was tons of sliced garlic. Was a great za. Ill be back . After a year since the last time I had them I decided to try them again. I asked for thick crust, as its the 5 topping special. With the weight of everything regular dough didnt support everything. They didnt do thick and They didnt even cook it enough with the regular size dough to remotely support anything. I ordered hours in advance so there was no reason for the under cook. Guess its Fork time.

The BEST pizza in Orillia, hands down. So many dietary choices, keto or gluten free crusts are available. Fresh, hot delicious. I suggest asking for a combo of pesto and tomato sauce as your base. Heavenly. I tried to tip and Mama said oh no you dont have to do that. But I still did.

Best pizza, best people. Very special place! Its not salty at all and has a rich taste, and the owner is friendly and warm. Of course its delicious when its hot, and its also delicious when its cold. Pulled pork pizza We love it.

If you are looking for Orillias BEST pizza, youve found it. My family has been going to Tops pizza for years and they have NEVER disappointed. Fresh, hot and fast service. Family owned and run. They always keep up with food restrictions (e.g. vegan, gluten free) and prices are always very fair. I hope the best for Toni and the Tops family. 100/10. Stop reading and order some pizza!

Pretty disappointed. 2nd time we ordered we didnt receive what we asked for, Chicken Parm with noodles, extra sauce, instead we received a baked potato and small piece a veal with hardly any sauce. This time (3rd) we ordered a large garlic pizza, extra cheese and super sub, but we received a regular sub, and hardly any garlic OR cheese on the pizza. Pretty disappointed. Dont think well be back.

We just tried Tops Pizza for the first time. Best Pizza, wings and garlic bread weve ever had. Owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was continuously sanitizing. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. We have found our Pizza place. See you soon.

One of the worst pizzas in Orillia. It s obvious they ve given up by resorting to poor quality ingredients and bad dough recipe. It s sad to say, but supporting a local spot isn t the best case when it s this bad. Save your time and goto Pizza Nova or Pizzaville. Better quality for a better price.

Unsure why this place has such good reviews, I was really disappointed. I want to support local, but boy theyre making it hard. I ordered two pies - both were flavourless, dry, and small for the price. Questionable mask/covid practices for employees too...

So the pizza is great. I have often ordered Tops, and have been getting more and more disappointed. I placed an order for later in the evening, and shortly after placing the order got off work early. I called to be able to pick up my order in an hour instead of 2, and was told my pie actually went in the oven as soon as I ordered and was already out of the oven now I don t mind reheating pizza and the person on the phone was trying to be nice about the whole thing, and I thought maybe I d get an extra dip or bread sticks or something out of it. Long behold, I showed up for my pizza which was almost falling through the bottom of the now soggy box, and got home to realize my dip was not in there. Again, the pizza is great, but also the most expensive in town, so I d expect more than what I ve received the last few times. I will be switching to a new spot to avoid this kind of disappointment from now on.

Hands down, the best pizza in the Orillia area. The food is always consistent and fresh. Orders placed are typically ready in 15-30 minutes. There are times when it is busier than expected but it is because no one else makes a pizza of this quality and it is well worth the wait!

Pizza is good, delivery times are absolutely terrible. Dont believe the time youre told. A 45 minute delivery is taking over an hour currently.

This might be our best pizza experience ever! We loved the selection and variety of pizzas offered. Service was friendly and pizza was ready for pickup on time (even on Mothers Day). And the pizza was quality and absolutely delicious! Well be back next time were in the area and have converted our family in Orillia to this gem of a pizza parlor their first choice. We had the Chicken Souvlaki and Meatiterranean (dont quote me on the spelling) and both were stellar!

Always good food at a reasonable price! Friendly and courteous staff and owners, what more could you ask for? The turkey club sub is my personal favourite!

Pizza here is fantastic! Ordered a couple of Saturday XL specials and tried the Garlic Pizza as well (so good and hot). Wow, this really taste homemade not like the franchise stuff. A real treat. Recommend trying if visiting in Orillia and hungry. The XL size is massive compared to what I am used to in the big city but our family finished them all - delicious. Thanks Toni for serving us!

Cant wait to try the many other keto bases you offer. The homemade turkey keto wrap is now going to be my lunch go to choice when I am out and about in town.

UPDATE for the gluten free crowd ... This WAS quite possibly Ontarios best gluten free pizza! They recently lost their 2 pastry chefs who made the dough. Their current dough is terrible which is a real shame. You would think that a recipe would be proprietary but apparently it is not. Unfortunately, I will not be able to update this review as I am not going to drop $20 just to see if they have improved it. I am told that their Vegan pizza is excellent though. Check out their daily specials. There is something for everybody. They even serve pizza by the slice (like you can eat just 1 slice.. come on). You got to check it out for yourself. Just not in a Monday as they are closed ;-) I must give kudos to Tops for their continued community spirit. They are great in supporting our front line workers as well as those in need.

This place is amazing. Amazing servise, very nice and polite to customers. Their pasta is delicious, as is their Pizza. However the Pizza has a little to much cheese and not enought pepperoni for my liking (this is forgivable) but the crust is light and airy, and their is just the right amount of sauce witch redeems their pizza. Their pizza and pasta may be great however I will never order their wings again as they were overcooked and the sauce wasnt the best. Even with these minor problems I will be back and will happily recommend them.

The best place in town... don t even want to try other pizza after I had this there crust is really good and there sauce tastes so Fresh. They have really nice people that work there and are always nice. I have never tried everything on their menu but I hear it s really good plus the prices are pretty good

One of the best pizza places in town!

I hosted a baby shower for 25 people. Toni and Peter prepared chicken parmesan, pasta with meat sauce, caesar salad and garlic bread for us. All was excellent! The chicken parmesan portions were large and juicy and spectacular! The pasta and salad were wonderful! Everyone commented on how great the food was! Simply the best pies anywhere

They say this is the best pizza in Orillia but I am not sure why. We had it and it was so greasy and gross. Actually a few of us felt very ill later after eating it. Nothing special and not sure why it gets so much praise.

Order delivery online .chose pay with debit card when driver arrives . Driver informed me that his machine was out of paper and he would have to come back later with a new machine . Offered to phone order in and pay with credit card . He was.very grateful . So I called .the guy who answered was very rude . Then the pizza and wings were cold and dry .inedible
