Service was good, but the order was completely mixed up.

Always get great service at this BK.

Not the first time I ordet my stiff I get home to the kids with there kids meal they forgot the chocolate milk and apple juice not the first time very frustrating

When I m telling you this Burger King is top tier. I m telling the facts! They went above & beyond to help me with the app. The food is always hot & fresh & this is coming from one picky guy when it comes to my food! S/O to Pawan, Peace & Sukuman. They the real goats on god! if your in orillia & need something to eat go to Burger King & I promise you they will satisfy!

Whopper was dry and bland and I couldn t finish it it was so bad. Poutine was okay at best.

Hasnt changed in years and thats not a bad thing. Lots of seating, quick service and the place was quite clean.

Friendly environment, local people are polite and patient, my order was done right, fast service.

There is a service issue/problem, where they always get you to drive ahead and park if you go through drive-through. No one else in line, quick order, doesnt matter. They waste more time having you park and walk the food out to your vehicle instead of just handing you your food at the window like every other drive-though... annoying. 2-minute service window is a bad business model.

Let me paint you a picture for May of 2024. Gas is $1.70 a litre or thereabouts. You get a craving for not McDonalds. You think hey, theres a burger king, I forgot they existed since they have so few locations you drive in your car to the restaurant. Youre greeted at the drive though with Well be with you in a moment you think awesome, theres only one car in front of me with one single person in it. This will be quick. Youre idling in the empty drive through line, looking at the empty parking lot. You have some time to kill apparently. After 12 minutes of not having your order taken, you start to realise youre about to spend $18 for a meal that used to cost $10, you spent $15 to get there, and youre adding to that fuel cost waiting to buy this food that frankly isnt worth it. Its not good enough for a 12 minute wait. Who knows how long it would have been after you ordered before you got your food. Youre looking at 30 minutes the way things are going. You must have, like, pregnancy level cravings to endure this. So you decide that competing business across the street seems to understand the definition of fast food, look at those cars flying out of the drive through. I said I didnt want it but I also dont want to wait another 18 minutes to get my overpriced slow food. Looks like theyre getting my money again and thats what you did. You got more food, for less money in 5 minutes flat. Sure, the pickles arent the same, but the fries are better.

Hamburger was under cooked, restaurant was filthy.. No proper garbage cans. Dirty trays stacked up at garbage disposal area. Glass windows and doors were grimy and smudged.

I wouldn t dine here, we had a chicken sandwich the other day that had mold on it and the chicken was extreamly old and full of grease. They were extreamly understaffed I waited 10-15 minutes for my food no one knew what they were doing. The lobby was a disgusting mess.

***This is long winded but needs to be said please read til end*** I want to start off with saying how Disgusted we were with, management and workers here. All workers except for ONE and only ONE. We are from our if town but frequent this BK when we are here starting around 6 months ago. And each and Everytime seems to be the exactly same guys working and 1 or 2 girls. On this night April 20th at around 7pm we came in and waited to order in a line of about 3 people including us which took around 10 min. So we started to watch what was happening this one employee that one that we can not express enough deserves much better. Her name is Peace she did everything from front counter to packing food to whatever in the back while the other 4/5 guys at a snails pace watched her one even gave her trouble that there was customers at the front waiting to give an order .. not a SINGLE one helped her out til we were almost done and noticed she was on drive thru. And the only reason why because one of the guys hardly doing anything I believe went on break.... We normally take out food to go but stayed in this time. Glad we did.. we checked reviews of this location and theres many service complaints happening and discount offered... I dont want any discounts Im honestly done with the amount of abuse I have been witnessing in work place mostly women and teens.. Im going to start revealing every case I witness in hopes that us good people left on this earth will start standing up for each other.. again I expect this to fall on deaf ears and I want absolutely nothing from this company in return.. I will be back to check up and see how things are.. If your in this location guys and you see the nice lady that goes by Peace tell her shes doing great and is appreciated but people like you and me.

Food order was correct. Bonus!!! Now a days , attention to detail is not. Tomatoes need fresh, as these were soggy and I removed them. Burgers seem thinner than usual , so something may have changed, supply person? Food : 3/5

I spent two hours trying to get an order that I had ordered for delivery. I would call Burger King and their response would be you have to take that up with DoorDash, so I called DoorDash and they re like Burger King has the money you have to take it up with them. Two hours and a threat to go all over social media with us and they finally spoke to each other and sent me my order. I will never go to another Burger King again And don t think DoorDash is off the hook because I will never use them again either! If you are teaming up with another company and that company does not hold their end but it s time to break that team

The chicken burger was disgusting. It looked and tasted as though it was fried in old oil and then kept in a warmer since before the dawn of time. Whoever decided that was a servable product should consider a new career move.

I used to come here a lot during the pandemic and it was a nice quick easy meal. However for some reason since 2022, this location has been going downhill like a boulder and its only gaining speed. Theyve shrunk their drink sizes, theyve jacked up their prices almost 20%, and the food quality has gone down dramatically. I know BK has a bad rep for making really greasy food, but this location used to be the exception. Now theyve gone down just like the others, I will not be buying food from here again as its just not a reasonable cost for what you receive anymore. Edit: was told by the Owner to email them to help resolve the situation. Emailed them but never got a reply back, its been over 3 weeks

Placed an order online for 2 plain burgers. Arrived 9 minutes later, and were told to wait in a parking spot. Took another 11 minutes for them to bring out. Dont go here if you are in a hurry.

The Burger King in orillia is a treat to visit. Fast service, good food, & staff like Grayden & co make each visit a memorable experience.

I would give 0 stars if possible worst service. Guy at window kept my change without asking. And then to top it off gave us the wrong food. 2 wrong combos then when you call the restaurant no one answers !!!!!!

Longest wait for fast food in my life.

Burgers are barely warm and the coffee is consistently room temperature. Orders are often wrong, if I didnt have coupons Id go elsewhere.

Onion rings hard and old and the burger is tiny and been on the shelf for hours. Will never go back and if I could post with no stars I would.

Went there this morning, through the drive through ordered 2 breakfast combos and it took 20 min from start to finish.. Had to go in to see what was taking so long and then they meased up the order.. Definatly wont be back for awhile.. Not happy

Not the best BK I have ever been to.

The taste is different then all the rest. I enjoy the burgers from here. My kids are excited to get meals from here. Staff was friendly and had eye contact while I was ordering and not looking everywhere else.

twice now Ive come into the restaurant and ordered full meals for my family including deserts (pies) and both times I have not received in them in my bags. Always unable to get the store on the phone afterwards to rectify the situation, because I dont drive I simply could not just go back into the location. Tired of loosing money here.

Absolutely disgusting! Someone was definitely having a bad day with those Fries! They were too salty we couldnt even eat them. The dill pickle nuggets are like they soaked them in oil after they cooked them. The grease from the nuggets was dripping out of the bottom of the bag onto the seat in my car! So so so disgusting! Never again! UPDATE: I am happy to say they are refunding my entire order and they are understanding. I just hope this store manager watches more closely of how the food it prepared and coach their employees moving forward as I know they wouldnt want to eat what I was given!

Slowest drive thru in the world

On arrival after five minutes wait a mouse ran over my shoes. My wife helped a off duty staff usher it out the door. That took ten minutes. Then we stood another ten minutes while the manager prioritized drive thru. Before someone eventually took our order. All tables were dirty and needed wiped. Even the window sill had food on it.

Nine cars in drive thru and 7 people waiting that have ordered is unacceptable hire faster staff and more of them.

Unorganized, slow, terrible. Girl behind the counter is acting like drama class going on here and takes 25 mins to get a simple burger with a cold and unsalted fries. Not even busy.

I went here and got their swiss mushroom burger and mushroom poutine for my husbands birthday supper. It was really good and filling. As seniors, we probably could have split one burger and poutine. We where really full but happy. I went to the burger king in Orillia on Memorial Ave. Great supper.

What a mess this location is. Watched the supervisor treat the customer in front of us like they were gonna steal their food because their debit didnt go through and they had to go to their car to get a different card. She very loudly and rudely kept telling the workers not putting anything on their tray because they hadnt paid, while you could tell the customer was visually embarrassed on how they were being treated. She then proceeded to be snippy with the next customer that asked about a toy (because they hadnt received one in their kids meal). I dont go to burger king everyday, but when I order anywhere else, they ask you questions related things your ordering.. I ordered a kids meal for my two year old, which they gave me a fountain pop cup for, so I asked does it not come with an apple juice or orange juice while jesturing towards the sign that clearly said that. Then the same supervisor snipped at me telling me that I never asked for it, to which I indicated she never asked... We also were shocked to find this fairly new location of a family oriented fast food chain doesnt have a change table in either bathroom. Rude Staff members (especially your supervisor) quickly ruin your reputation.....I will never return to this location.

Unfortunately bathrooms were not clean, and did look dirty for awhile. Services wasnt great, 2 ppl after me got there order before i did, after that, i hear the lady asking the cook to make my burger. That was my experience at this place.

onion rings were horrible, bacon cheese whopper was less horrible, but couldnt finish it- so messy and bland. the dog enjoyed it though.

Honestly the most disorganized fast food in town. Always slow. Orders are never right. You get 5 fries in your cup. They lie too.

Pretty good food and pretty good prices normally. Drive 10 mins across town to get sundaes for the family. 10 minutes before close, whole place lit up, drive thru menu lit up....recording saying their closed. Go to drive thru window and 3 staff standing around avoiding eye contact with me. Brutal. Everyone wants to go home early, I get it. Literally staff came out to go home while I was leaving this review in their parking lot. What a joke. Tall kid with curky dark hair gave me attitude because apparently I was parked beside him as he left to go home at 10:01 pm.

Made to feel like a burden because food took so long that the lobby was closing in a few minutes before we received it. I didnt mind the wait, but the atmosphere was very unwelcoming.

Had a pleasant visit here, the people at this location was very friendly, polite and accommodating. Food was prepared as expected and had no issues with what I received. There was plenty of free parking. Bathrooms were clean. There was an employee actively cleaning the lobby which is always a pleasant sight to see. Would be happy to return and definitely recommend this Burger King location. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space for kids with a couple of restaurant activity stations for kids. Wheelchair accessibility: 2 wheelchair ramps available.

Over priced for food thats not made with care or put in the bag with care. Honestly, everytime ive ordered ive a)either had something missing, b) had not gotten what i ordered in the bag, or c) ive opened it to find small portions or mishandled food. Anytime ive ordered with skip, ive had to get in my car and drive to the restaurant, watch them take the food, throw it out and make me wait while they make a new one. The difference? Is that when you go in person, they feel pressured to handle things better.

Went in today as I often do whopper is my favourite burger I stood at tje counter for 8 minutes while the staff all stood and talked and giggled etc....finally a middle aged woman woman said jess you have customers but they continued talking I said to the woman nevernind I have better things to do with my time and will give my bussiness to someone who cares as I was walking out I could hear a few employees making noises and basically laughing at me ....never again for Burger King orillia

Drive-thru was quick and kids were friendly, whopper Jr was great! Update............ Well I went inside this visit for the first time, it was thurs sept 14th/23 @430pm and the young kids were fantastic. They were quick and polite and really not typical of young kids at fast food places. Most are rude, dont seem to care at all, but not at BK ! Really any time I visit here the staff is always friendly.......Now the food.... It was the best again whopper JR w/ cheese and fries....the fries were so hot and freshand the burger, although not hot like fries, it was fresh and delicious! ..the best part is that when I asked for salt and pepper, they gave me 4 of each ....man, I love you! I cant stand when they give you one salt and one pepper which happens all the time at all the other places. So what a great visit! So refreshing and restored my faith in fast food at least at BURGER KING! YOU ARE THE KING. THANKYOU

Giving one star as the staff are friendly. The entire women s washroom was out of order. Went for breakfast and they had no coffee or tea. Would not allow substitution for iced coffee in a combo.

Terrible.. We hvae gone there so many times and they can not get an order coorectly.. We have ordered our food plain. No suaces. We constantly get our food with sauce. Not sure how hard it is to follow orders.. We gave to end up cleaning our food of all suaces every single time

Waited a long time in drive thru, ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and fries..fries were cold and both buns on sandwiches were hard and stale. Chicken wasnt cooked all the way thru. I was very disappointed.

Multiple times I have placed a mobile order but when I arrived at the drive-thru, was asked to pull over and waited 10-15 mins for food to be delivered. It wasnt a special order. All cars were asked to pull to the side and wait. One car left without their order because the wait was so long. On one of these visits, the fries I was served were terrible. They seemed to be old fries that were re-cooked. Had hoped that it was just a bad day but has happened multiple times months apart.

This place should be a SHUTDOWN!!!!! . Last time I went there, they didn t gave me any fries when I wanted a chicken sandwich combo.

Wow I was in Burger King today around 4pm and the manager was yelling at the employees and then. Someone said I don t think that s appropriate and the manger then went at the customer freaking at telling him to get out of the store .. so unprofessional AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST. The manager name is Jason and is absolutely. Ignorant and definitely shouldn t be in charge

I m very disappointed with the management definitely need a new leader or this location will fall apart this evening I went inside and walked in to a nightmare. The manager losing his cool on his staff who clearly was in distress. A skip driver then. Spoke up letting the manger know that was not appropriate and the manger who s name is Jason. Then began to go and attack the skip driver verbally kicking him out of the store. I was still in there the manger then continued to. Downgrade and talk a stressed out employee who went outside to the other staff in the store. This is not okay and I hope you guys take this very serious

Food is good I will say that. But I heard the gal at the window ask for my burger 3 times and even say I ve been sitting at the window for 9 minutes. Everyone seems to hate their life working there and my bet is poor management. You don t need to have the passion to be number one cashier but you should still have enough passion to drive a team to care about what they do. As someone who works in customer service I value receiving it as much as I value delivering it. Every team has their rockstar and the one that s just there for a pay check I know that. But the team matches the management attitude and the fact I can t tell who the manager there is from numerous visits speaks volumes.

I can always rely on this location to be there. Plus good food, and very friendly service.

It is currently 10:15am in the morning and we have been asked to pull over for food after hearing a staff member ask is anyone making food or what? . We have four cars all sitting in the parking lot waiting for food, what a joke of a place. I get there are staff shortages but how can you not have food prepped for 10:00am?!?!

The slowest Burger King drive-thru on the planet. I wish I understood why. There seems to be an enormous pause between orders. Like staff would be completely overwhelmed if they had to take one order after another like every other drive-thru in the world.

There was a lot of pepper on my whopper which I have never known to have any Pepper on a whopper. My sons whopper had a pile of salt. Both had so much mustard. I then tried to call to tell them that they clearly had an issue in the kitchen and the phone is out of order. Very dissatisfied.

Since the update on the interior and overall atmosphere is above the average norm for a fast food restaurant the food is always fantastic cuz its the exact same all the time and the service is better than and then any fast food in that area

The drive thru isnt clearly marked and is easily missed. I had a lot of difficulty understanding anyone through their drive thru speaker, it desperately needs replacing.... Aside from that, the service was fine. The food was warm at best, with basically zero wait time.

Went here last week with a couple of people and was going to order 3 combo meals but was told that it be a 45min wait for gravy after originally being told it would be a 15 min wait so we canceled our order and went else where. 45 mins just seems like a ridiculous amount of time just to make gravy. It kinda seems like they just didnt want to make more so they told us it be a 45 min wait just so they wouldnt have to make more.

Very slow drive-thru.. food portions are getting smaller by the day.. some good staff but mostly kids with no customer experience. You gotta love the whopper to go there!
