Ordered a Grilled Chicken Wrap, angus burger combo with cheese & small gravy. It was busy on Saturday around 5:30 pm. Received the burger and fries and gravy. I went and gave the food to my husband. He was done eating his food by the time I came back with my wrap!! It wasn’t the employees but I m pretty sure the manager that kept putting my order aside. Two employees apologized, was fine with that. What kinda of manager puts orders aside!! Not a happy customer
So disappointed especially when you're looking for a good and hot lunch. My husband and myself ordered each angus burgers and fries. Everything was cold even after I asked if the food was hot. I told them it was cold but was told " that's to bad". We have been Harvey's customers for over 20 plus years and lately its been not very good. I dislike cold food especially paying over $20 Harvey's has gone down hill.
Every time I go to Harvey’s, everyone is so nice and welcoming! Robin is fantastic, she always puts a smile on my face! The food is excellent as well, all around Harvey’s is one of my favorite fast food joints in orillia.
They did a great job on the service, I will give them that. The place was very cold so the food didn't stay hot long. My burger had been sitting under the lamp already for several minutes before they dressed it so the patties were meh. I made the mistake of ordering the fring poutine. Onion rings there are fantastic, but not when they're soggy :( . They can definitely make improvements, like clean up the tables and floor (it was super sticky). Hope my next visit there is better, I don't get Harvey's in Vancouver anymore so I go as often as I can when I'm in Ontario. This experience will leave me not wanting Harvey's for a while.
We ordered delivery on the Harvey’s app and they unfortunately deal with third-party delivery services. We had a super rude delivery driver that delivered to the wrong address so I had to go into the store in person to figure out what went wrong. The floor manager that was working when I went in was super nice and helpful and had our food made again fresh and right away. She also threw in a couple complementary apple pies. At an establishment where the customer comes first, I will always return.
10/23/24 I ordered a #4 original burger with cheese and bacon. Paid almost 5$ more to get a tiny upgrade dill pickle poutine and a fountain pop. Total cost was $20.66 after tax. A complete waste of money to say the least! The burger was cold, the patty was paper thin, the poutine was terrible with 2 soggy deep fried pickles on top of what my guess is some old fries. I noticed they don't give receipts either! My guess is so you can't complain about how terrible the food is. Not too mention the absolutely ridiculous cost for what I would compare to a 99 cent McDonald's hamburger. I would never eat there again. WORST VALUE EVER! I can't believe the cost for that garbage. I'm sick to my stomach and feel like I just got robbed!
It had been a really long time since I had been to Harvey's. I had a twitch for a hot dog and poutine!! It was very good. And....they have Pepsi so that makes me extra happy.
Seems like every time we order it's always something wrong. Simple request was asking for extra Buffalo sauce. Go figure they didn't. They also didn't make the burgers correct. Lesson learned

I messed up with the toppings on my kids hotdog. They did NOT make me buy another. Without pause they offered to makee a new one. Something they did not have to do because it was mistake. Typically an as expected experience for fast food, although of late drive through order accuracy can be hit and miss. Today for instance a buffalo chicken poutine was taken home to find just a plain poutine in the box. Food is always hot and fresh, never found to be held too long

This was the worst Harveys food Ive ever had & Ive been eating there since they opened in 1959. It was cold, all of it (and I live less than 5 min. away), it looked liked it had been sitting around for a few hours. The onion rings were either soggy or burnt-I could only eat about half, the pattie was shriveled and cold. I could only eat the centre part. The lettuce I requested was non - existant. The bun was ok-it was at least fresh. I paid a few $s extra to upgrade my soft drink to a milkshake it had been years since Id had one but the chocolate milkshake used to be my fave. Wow has it changed! It was a vanilla milkshake with some chocolate syrup on the bottom. They didnt even mix it at all. It was super sweet, tasted totally artificial like chemicals and artificial flavors and there was no flavour of real dairy even though their website says it is dairy. Tasted horrible, I wasted my money and threw it out. So all in all I could only eat about 1/3 of what I paid for. I wont be going back. Ill stick with memories of Harveys back when I was a teen in the late 70s.

Today we went in for lunch and it was busier than usual. We then saw that there were only 3 staff behind the counter dealing with the counter, drive thru and delivery services. Robin and her crew calmly and efficiently handled the line ups and we got our meals with little delay-fresh and hot. As we left we saw reinforcement staff arriving...we were impressed with the dedication and professional effort under pressure.

Should hire some people that actually know what theyre doing. This is the third time Ive ordered from harveys in orillia only to have to put the stuff I asked for on myself when getting home. Yesterday I ordered a double cheeseburger with ketchup. Only to discover they didnt put any cheese on the double cheeseburger. I had to put my own cheese on when I got home. This place just keeps getting more disappointing for their food and service. Will be looking for other options in the future.

I entered Harveys in Orillia after my husband had been discharged from hospital. I placed my order then explained that it was a celebration dinner. As the food was packed in the carry out bag, the manager stepped up and included a hot apple pie for my husband. Now, thats customer service!!! Food
