Food was great spin dip is a go to for me I highly recommend you try it if you havent, i tryed the lava cake desert tonight I would recommend both caramel and chocolate swirl across it. Special shout out to our server I didnt catch her name but she had a very nice botanical tattoo up her forearm shes an asset to that restaurant very kind welcoming checking in with us just the right amount very friendly, She certainly takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond for her tables thank you. Just old and done. Wait staff just go through the motions. No care in food prep. If someone checks on you once, consider yourself lucky. Two stars for cold beer. This place will do the job. Just save yourself a graduity. Pay more and go down the road. Might as well flushed the money.

Our server Emma was fantastic. She was spot-on with our food and drinks and had a great personality. The food (wings) were 8/10.

What happened to this place? Chicken fried chicken was rubber with the gravy just gelled on top of it , fries were frozen and wine was like vinegar. Haven t been here in a couple of years and now I know why. Won t be back

Visited Kelseys Orillia last night - very busy however service was excellent. It was wing night everyone of us rated the food, service and atmosphere 10 out of 10. Nice to see as most restaurants today are lacking service and they are cutting back on their quality. Thanks for the night out.

Group of us went to try the new wings last night. Wow they are now much larger wings and the hot sauce is amazing. Service was first rate thanks to M. Our group all rated the new wings a ten out of ten. We will be back.

We had a large group there on Friday night and our waitress was awesome! Even though we were a little rowdy wrestling parents , everyone enjoyed the dinner and service!

Server was innatentive & not friendly. Mojito had no mint or simple syrup so was basically carbonated water, vodka & limes with rotting skin - was bitter tasting. The other drinks were tasty. Garlic bread with cheese was lacklustre. Steak club had flavour but arrived barely warm and after a long wait. Spend your $ elsewhere.

Our go to usually. Nice atmosphere and the service is usually great cant beat the half price wings on Thursdays they are always consistently amazing wings. Love their drink and appetizer menu is great too! I miss the shrimp they used to have though

I was there for a private function and there were at least 50 people and one poor waitress doing her best. Food was cold.

Forgot half our drinks. Spinach dip had barely any cheese, was bland and didnt look anything like the menu. Brought our food really late. Ordered 3 orders of chicken strips and fries. Got one order of fries. Chicken strips were so small and weirdly shaped I thought they accidentally put in chicken bites. Manager came out to tell me how they are strips they are shaped tiny and weird they have no control. Couldnt get ketchup or vinegar. Fries were bland and pretty horrible. Had 4 different people trying to serve us plus a manager come they were completely disorganized. Literally everything was a disappointment. Drinks. Every single food item. Service. Ive been to other Kelseys and it wasnt bad. Just orillia! Dont go!

She was fantastic with all of us, remembering everything (I think that s quite a feat with 20 different people and orders) and staying on top of everything. Made a appointment for 7 pm on Sunday evening. We arrived 2 minutes past 7 pm and waited at the reception for at least 5 minutes. My wife talked to somebody at the bar. but nobody showed up to seat us, so we left. Not willing to come back for another try. Sorry, thats what happend on April 14 th 2024 at 7 pm.

Food took well over an hour to come. Then came completely wrong. People were leaving because service and food took too long. Ice tea took 30 mins to get to table. Don t go!!!

On Saturday April 13th we went to this Kelseys Orillia location and it was packed and on a wait the staff was friendly the service was fast. Food took a little longer obviously due to how busy they were but it came out hot and delicious. It was a overall great experience that I would do all over again.

Ordered off skip. Got a sandwhich & fries and a kidd mac & cheese The kids portion was INSANELY small and the veggies on the side were not edible. Sandwhich was okay, but the fries were literally raw and soggy.

The entire staff particuarly the manager Bri and our server Jess were so attentive and diligent regarding our grandaughters severe allergy to tree nuts. My son had called in advance and spoke to Bri When we got there everyone was up to speed and ready to ensure our little ones safety. Jess and Bri checked with us several times during our meal. Everything was perfect from the quality of the food and the service. We highly recommend this kelseys in Orillia on memorial. Thank you to everyone at this location

Was here on the weekend of Feb17, 2024. On the way in a couple stopped me and offered me their free appetizer card. I thought that was nice of them and they said the food was so horrible and over priced that they got that as a I am sorry. I wasnt sure I wanted to go in but could not get reservations anywhere else. We used it for the spinach dip and pita bread. It was not good at all. Luke warm, pita chips were so oily. My friends meal was to be chicken strips. For $15.99 she got a few deep friend chunks of bread and 2 small chicken strips. She mentioned the issue it to the sever and she got a free appetizer coupon (we laughed seeing as the one we just had was awful). Another friends chicken dinner was tasty he said but, NOT worth the money. Our server forgot about us at times which was not fun. Friendly but not great. We noticed there were a lot of free appetizers being offered to guests this evening. The bathrooms were a disgusting mess!! Horrible. Would I recommend, NO!

If I could give a zero rating then I would. I booked the party room for 60 people celebrating a 90th birthday party. I communicated with Breanna(manager) and she said it would be better to have a smaller menu because of the number of people. Therefore we agreed to go with a smaller menu and I let all the guests know that it would be a smaller menu to order from. The room was booked for 4pm and at 7pm we still did not have a waiter/waitress to come and take our food order. The person celebrating the 90th birthday was diabetic and still had no food. I went to the restaurant area to speak to a manager and another manager said she would look into it as I told her I have been communicating with Breanna. Breanna came into the room and said one of the waitresses said she asked us but we said we were not ready which is not true so I asked the waitress why she said that when it was not true. No answer! Breanna said the waitress was crying and that she would not fire the waitress. I was shocked she said that because I would not expect any waitress to be fired. In my opinion it should be on Breanna as she was the manager so she should have came into the room to check on the waiters and waitresses to see if they were managing ok. There were two managers working that night and both stayed in the restaurant area and never checked on the party room at all considering 60 people were ordering food. Nine days before the party I confirmed with Breanna the total number of people. Though because of the poor service some people started to leave without ordering food before we could even do a cake and others went to the bar to order food because they had small children waiting to eat. I would never book a party there again and I would not recommend the Kelsey s in Orillia to anyone. A night that was supposed to be a celebration turned into a disappointment for the birthday person. Terrible food quality! Went with my daughter. She ordered chicken fingers and fries. Came cold, fries were barely cooked. Kitchen sent out another order of fries, and they were exactly the same. My dinner was cold as well. Our server was nice enough. Comped us 5.00 for the fries. Still paid over 50.00 for 2 of us to eat terrible food. Will not be returning.

What incredible service from Dante. He was quick, genuine, and super attentive. Probably one of the best servers we have had in a long time, by a landslide. I m still smiling from ear to ear after dinner, he truly made our night so enjoyable just with his presence. Such a cool dude and a great server!

We went for a large gathering, and it was a great experience. The food was delicious, and serving staff was available during the event. There is one issue to correct, but I would highly recommend them for future events.

I loved Kelsey s and usually order the same thing- a life lite burger with no bacon (as I m vegetarian). Every. Single. Time. It comes with bacon. Sometimes I even get a meat patty. Though I do specify as it is for allergies, my meal always comes with meat. This is not a one time occasion or accident, it s happened at least 6 times. AVOID. Vegetarian options: Comes with meat.

I come to Kelseys often and I have to say staff tonight really impressed me. I had a 50$ gift card from ultimate dining and while I was trying to figure out how to redeem the additional 10$ off stuff I processed the bill absent mindedly and didnt redeem the gift card which was my whole purpose for coming. The manager Judy was so nice-surprisingly they couldnt process a refund but she was very sorry she couldnt and gave me some vouchers to make up for it and was very very sweet and apologetic about the whole thing. My night got worse when I was ready to leave and discovered my car key disappeared off my key chain 4 different employees searched hi and low inside and out of the restaurant took apart the booth I was seated at in efforts to help me recover the key. Im stuck here until my sister comes to rescue me but Im very grateful to the staff here who keep trying to think up ways to be supportive and helpful to my situation. Very kind people who really offer impeccable customer service. I have a 9 year old with me and they have been really awesome with him too while mommy tried figuring out a way home.

I haven t been to Kelsey s in a while. Recently we made a stop for spinach dip and some drinks. The service was great, spinach dip was delicious and Melissa our mixologist made our beverages perfectly. We will definitely be back at Kelsey s for another date night soon.

I very much enjoyed the burger and the onion rings were an awesome exchange for fries. A zesty Caesar was quenching and worthy. Update: Returned with a friend for another lunch. Had a trio plate which included roasted tomato soup, Caesar salad, and a half pattie melt. Another savoury meal well enjoyed.

Where to begin .my daughter s root beer was warm and flat, I was given my drink in the can, no offer of a glass. Ordered the nachos, which were made with what seemed to be processed cheese slices or maybe a cheese sauce but I m going with cheese slices given that the same disgusting cheese product was also used on my daughter s burger which was soggy with wilted lettuce. A second glass of root beer was ordered and returned in the same glass, zero ice and flatter than the first, tasting nothing like root beer. Both of our meals were basically uneaten due to the quality of the food but the server never thought to ask if things were ok or anything was wrong. Basically we left hungry and $60 lighter. Will never enter another Kelsey s, ever.

When we went there seemed to be a party going on. The servers seemed to be very involved with the party and other guests. My brother and I had a steak. And mine was over cooked, there was too much pepper to the point it was too spicy. My other brother had gotten a pasta. It was cold. The server took it back and it was super dry. He wouldnt eat his dinner. My mothers drink had a fly in the drink. On of her pieces of bread to her sandwich was not toasted. Overall I wouldnt suggest it.

It is super disappointing to give this review as my wife and I order routinely via Skip or dine in. Tonight was our last attempt to hopefully have faith restored but here we re again. $80+ spent for some fish and chips and a buffalo chicken sandwich and its another disappointment. Requested extra chicken on my sandwich for it to show up with 1 piece, again!(this happens too many times that now it just feels like they re hoping that those who request it wont complain just to pocket the extra money) I request items to be removed and it shows up with them on it.(no tomato, simple request and really should be saving the cook time but don t worry, i ll do it for you again) Clearly a lack of care from the cooks this year but also I think a lack of quality control as well. I can excuse value when I get good quality but when quality sucks, the value no longer is supported.

Our party wasnt able to sit directly together so we had 2 both back to back booths, my children sat at the one both while the adults sat at the other, our server was great, treated the kids table like they were people and always asking if they were enjoying their meal, I believe our servers name was AJ she was fantastic

Dante provided such kind service to myself and my parents. Very professional, kind, and courteous to us!! The wings, and spinach dip that we had too were so delicious as always!
