Lot 88 Steakhouse & Bar in Orillia

Tonight was my partner and Is anniversary, and the Lot 88 team made our evening so, so special! The food was incredible, beyond our expectations, and we received a customized dessert! We made such a beautiful memory here tonight, and well be sure to be back. The team here is second to none!

Lot 88 offers an exquisite dining experience with top-notch service, sophisticated ambiance, and exceptional steaks. The steak on lava stone is my absolute favorite and is a highlight. Highly recommended for an upscale steakhouse experience.

While I love the concept of this restaurant, and the food is very tasty, the prepared food was all very dry and overdone.

I do not recommend this restaurant!!! The atmosphere at the Orillia location is pathetic. Its extremely noisy/loud because of limited partitioning (its a mildly renovated ex-Pizza Hut). Given the cost, one should not have to cook there own meat on the Stone. Go to any Keg, anywhere, which offers a much better, more pleasing/enjoyable atmosphere and experience, with better tasting food.

An overall meh experience at a place I have very high hopes for. The food was rushed out with very poor presentation. The food itself was bland and boring with no uniqueness once so ever. The service was almost non-existent and when our waiter arrived to check in, it was rushed and impersonal. Lastly, while the cooking of the steaks on the hot stones is a novel idea, when the restaurant is busy and you have dozens of people cooking thier steaks in the seating area, it becomes visibly smokey. Overall, my hopes were dashed by a poor experience and will not be returning anytime soon.

The hot stone is so worth it! Makes the best steak ever.

I was incredibly impressed with this place. I had never been here before and took my fiancé there to celebrate the purchase of our new home and her 30th birthday. The manager (Dwayne) accommodated everything I had asked for and gave us the best seat in the restaurant. Our server (Sarah) was sweet and served us perfectly and appreciated my fiancé and I wanting our romantic dinner and celebration together without too much interruption. Absolutely perfect service. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was awesome, and I would recommend this place to all others!

Someone recommended that restaurant. I would say a very fancy restaurant, people dressed nicely, great service. Food is delicious. If its a weekend I would recommend making a reservation.

Took a friend for lunch this afternoon and had a wonderful experience! Food and service was amazing. Welcomed at the door within seconds, and our drinks and food came out fast despite the restaurant being full. Our server, Sam, walked us through the menu, answered all our questions and we truly had a great experience. Will certainly be coming back!

Went for a birthday dinner, mother in law ordered a medium rare steak and it came out medium well, she sent it back and they gave her a well done steak. She didnt eat it and was very disappointed. Be weary of a steak house that cant cook a medium rare steak.

The salad and vegetables were good. The steak was dry like shoe leather not what I expect for $60.

The stone grill steak was EXCEPTIONAL I ve been waiting to taste steak close to the ones we ve had in Japan, for a long long time. I couldn t find it at expensive steakhouses in downtown Toronto but found it here! Lobster bisque was great too, as well as their cheesy garlic bread. Service was top notch, servers were very attentive. And our bill came up to half of what it would ve costed us for a similar meal in Toronto. WILL BE BACK, this has now become one of our favourite restaurants and steakhouses!

Great food

Not spectacular but good food our bill for two of us was 140 before tip. We had the tuna tartar appetizer which was missing flavour as per other tuna tartar i have had, we had 2 drinks and 2 entres. Atmosphere is pretty basic nothing memeroable. The steak and shrimp platter was good. The baked potato with it was ok. The 2 pieces of broccolli was yellowed cold beets were just that and the one piece of red pepper was ok too. I guess for 37 dollars i am not sure what to expect these days a marching band. I would recommend it if you have not tried it .

Had lunch with a friend of mine. We both had the veal on a bun and it was absolutely delicious. So far the best Ive had around here. Our server was very polite and prompt. Overall an excellent experience, will be returning with my wife and daughter.

I have had excellent food here before, but Only oder food during the Weekdays because the weekend food service is often incorrect, and the steak-sandy might come raw and thin as cardboard.

Nice place , interior design is beautiful, good vibes and spacious. Foods are great, Steak is amazingly great, make your steak on the table, your steak serves on lava hot stone, continue grilling by yourself. Burgers are juicy and delicious. This place is on point. The food was exceptional. There was a fellow there named Justin. He might be the owner. He kept in touch with all the customers and made sure everything was as expected. Small town atmosphere with fair prices. No wonder they were busy. 1 inch thick ribeye bone in A1. Wife had the fillet minion and she was completely satisfied.

Went here for a birthday dinner, I wasn t impressed by decor and almost went somewhere else, but so glad I stayed. This was one of the better meals I have had in recent memory. Was expecting a Keg type experience and while the decor was not that, the food was a level beyond. Didn t see anyone leaving with left overs and that makes complete sense with how good it was. I cannot find fault in anything they served us, except for I wanted more the next day. Really worth checking out, and will be back next time I can find an excuse.

My husband and I are in town for conference and it was recommended by our front desk hotel member to check out Lot 88. We are so glad we took her advice! It. Was. DEEEELISH!!! Cam was our server and he was so welcoming and friendly. When I advised him of my food allergies, he said there were a lot of options he could make work for me. It s sometimes difficult to eat out so, I appreciated his confidence and knowledge of the menu to ensure I could safely enjoy my meal. I ordered the salmon and it came with brown rice, veg and a maple soy glaze. Honest to goodness, if I were at home, I would ve literally licked the plate clean. It was that good! YUM! My husband ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with garlic bread and loved it!!! If we didn t live so far away, we would become frequent guests of Lot 88! Thank you, Cam for excellent service!!!

All restaurants will slip up now and again, and that is understandable, but it s all about the recovery. In fact, any successful business in the service industry will tell you that the recovery is where the opportunity is to really shine. Unfortunately, after slipping on what appeared to be a greasy floor on the way to the washroom at this restaurant, the opportunity was missed tonight by both the waiting staff and management. I would like to tell you that we were visited immediately at our table by management asking if I was okay and if there was anything they could do but only crickets. A couple of quotes or paraphrases . It must be my shoes , and I don t know what else you want me do . Anyway hopefully the slippery floor issue is corrected so no one else is impacted.

I went with a large group on Wednesday. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals! Our server, Teagan was super helpful and explained the process of the hot stone cooking for those who ordered steak. I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo and some Brie. Our table also shared the garlic bread and some shaved beef mini yorkies. Everything was delicious! Especially the passion fruit drink that I ordered! Dietary restrictions: In my meal, there were onions and mushrooms. I can tolerate mushrooms, but not onions. I asked our server if they could do the dish without onions and they had no troubles making an accommodation for me

Made a stop in Orillia on the weekend to check out a show at Rama. Stopped in for dinner at Lot 88. I heard some good things about the Hot Stone steak. I had to try it out. Busy restaurant, alright atmosphere, looks like the restaurant had been remodeled from another restaurant design. Staff were friendly and our server was good but the timelines of service was lacking. Good selection of menu items. The Hot Stone steak experience was interesting..they sear the steak rare and place it on a lava stone. The heat from the stone will cook your sliced pieces to the temperature of your liking. The steak comes out hot and flavorful. It was a good experience with good food! 4 stars!

Food was fresh and well seasoned...only problem, pricey...also the whole restaurant is in need of a major spring cleaning and an update into some brightness

Went there for a birthday dinner because Theos wasnt open on Sundays to be honest. I have to say I was VERY surprised. Had the Yorkies as an app and they were amazing. The ribs were absolutely delicious and my date loved her salmon. Great atmosphere. Think the Keg, but friendlier and more intimate. The biggest surprise of all was the price. Incredibly fair pricing for great food and generous portions. Steak house quality at roadhouse prices. HIGHLY recommended!

My family and I had supper here for my mother in laws birthday. It was a Wednesday evening, and even for a Wednesday, it became packed quickly. The music was not too loud, and even with all the people, I would say it was much quieter than most other restaurants we have been to, which I appreciated. Our server was awesome! He was very busy, but came to our table frequently. Was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our food was great. A few things were so-so, but everyone other than my 11 year old left full and raving about their meal or app. Also, we learned half-price apps are on Wednesdays, so naturally, we tried 4. The yorkies were phenomenal, the lobster dip was lovely, but I dont think I had too much lobster in it, and I didnt eat the cheesebread, but it vanished. We will return :)

We hadnt been out in a bit, my husband turned 60, and I wanted to take him somewhere that had a nice atmosphere and not very loud. We got that and more we got the surf and turf. It was amazing, they seared the delicious food and then they brought it to our table. The great hostess explained to us how to cook our steak to what we wanted. I am telling you this is the BEST in Orillia. You have to try it

Was there to celebrate a belated Christmas with our daughter and my son in laws birthday. They hadnt been to Lot 88 but my wife and I had ! I cannot recommend Lot 88 highly enough !! Starters, mains were TOP SHELF :)) My 20 oz bone in Ribeye was exquisite. Great Job Lot 88 !!! Our server Liz did a spot on job as well :)) Well back as often as we can !!

Stopped here on way to Collingwood for lunch. Excellent. Meaghan was friendly, big smile. Primerib burger and chicken sandwich were excellent, nice presentation and delivered hot. Hats off to kitchen. Have already recommended this resturant.

Went there for lunch. Warm greeting at the door. Excellent serving staff. Food was delicious. New experience for me Had the rib eye steak which was brought on a hot stone. What a wonderful experience having the steak sizzle in front of you where you can cut small pieces off and sear it to your liking. Will definitely be back!!

Very delicious! The surf and turf is amazing. I never saw this in Toronto. The steak, shrimps and scallops are laying on the hot stone. The Caesar salad is very good too. Highly recommend this steak restaurant, put the steak, shrimp Put it on a hot stone with the scallop meat, and you can control the degree of cooking by yourself. The meat is delicious, the shrimp is juicy, and the method is very special. The Caesar salad that is part of the set menu is also delicious

My wife and I have been here twice and we have enjoyed it both times although on the second visit my wife ordered the lobster tail and it was over cooked but other than that we would definitely go back.

I came in and ordered the bacon fettuccine with the Alfredo sauce. I have a picture I would love to share its constantly full of Greese. We sent it back the 1st time and it came back even worse the 2nd time I had completely finished my whole meal before my daughter even got hers I. Must say I wasnt impressed whatsoever this trip? I dont recommend that you order the fettuccine its gross .

Dined last night with my mom to take my aunt out for her birthday- had the BEST evening. Start to finish food and service absolutely perfect. Our waitress was Leslie who in all honesty was probably the best server I ve had in ten years, if not ever. She was too rad. I think an automatic grat of 40% should be added to all her bills moving forward because she s worth it and deserves it. We had several apps (half price on Wednesdays btw & the mini beef yorkies I m STILL dreaming about next day) and steaks all around cooked to perfection (they literally could be cut like butter, chefs kiss). Mixed cocktails were HUGE and desserts to die for, especially the Baileys cheesecake. Compliments to the chef. Money well spent. Great portions. No salt or pepper added at the table either. Sending a huge shout out and appreciation to Lot88 for making my aunt s birthday so special. It was a gorgeous restaurant and setting t boot. It s not often we get together for family ladies night out and choosing this restaurant for it was the right call. It was VERY busy even on a Wednesday night but the service did not fail due to it as many places do.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant I ordered the filet mignon on the stone and I was floored by the flavor and tenderness of the steak it was sublime. The customer service was one of the best I had ever experienced and overall atmosphere would have me come back in a heart beat. All in all great food, great service,great experience 10/10

Amazing service and food! Portions were very filling and worth every cent, would definitely recommend the Lot88 Signature Salad with Parmesan Crusted Chicken. Our waitress was very kind and helpful.

Too much salt in the onion soup!

If apps are your thing you wont be let down. These are the warm lobster dip with crisps and pitas and the stuffed mushroom caps. The menu is perfect! Not over run with too any options just the best of the best. We opted for the Buddha bowl and the Lot 88 salad with goat cheese and pecans add salmon... and ohh baby ;0 soo good Highly recommend for casual date nights. The music is chill and the staff are wonderful.

Arrived early in the evening with 2 other couples so we could attend a show at the Opera House. When drinks were brought the waitress she spilled a large sticky whiskey drink into my lap. I was soaked from the belt line down both legs front and back. She apologized but left to get a mop. She made the floor dangerously slippery by only spreading the flood. I asked her for something to try to partially dry my slacks. She returned with a small towel and 2 micro fabric sheets which were very little help. I asked if there was a hand dryer in the washroom. I was told there was. When I tried to use the dryer it did not work. I put the towel inside my pants to try to dry them . It helped a little. No manager ever came to the table. When I got my food the fries were over cooked but soggy, and tasted terrible. As we were now short of time I did not raise the issue. My companions were satisfied with there dinners but were not really excited by what they had. When my bill arrived I was comped my wifes glass of wine and my iced tea. Total of $15.00. Not satisfactory for what I endured. I spent an entire night in very wet clothing and was not satisfactorily treated. I doubt I will be back.

Cute little place in Orillia. Really nice sized portions and decent food! We ordered the lamb special, beet salad with chicken, Ceasar salad w crusted parmesan chicken, and the Yorkshire pudding apps. All were really delicious! Nice little spot to dine before a Rama concert.

Tried a few different menu items and all were fantastic, steak on the lava stone was great! Best burger in Orillia and I was told the best wings ever but I have yet to try it, have to assume everything there is exceptional. Add to the food a great staff and you have a winning combination. Keep up the great work!

Just ate at No.88 in Orillia. Teighan (sp) was our server. She suggested having steak and seafood on the sizzling stone. (Surf and Turf on the Stone) Wow was That good. It was entertaining as well as delicious. This restaurant was a Very welcome surprise for us in Orillia and Finally a classy place to eat there. We will definitely be back to see you again Teighan.

What a cool steakhouse in Orillia. We got there ans service was very good. Staff and manager greeted our party on time. The menu is very typical with items expected in a steak house. But the twist was the hot stone. Over half the entrees required you to cook it on a hot stone. This is typically found in Asian restaurants but my first for steakhouse. The appetizers were very good. The wings were delicious soups were hot, oysters were fresh, Yorkshire beef was amazing, and so is the baked brie. For the kids they had great options including hamburgers, 5 oz steaks, and chicken fingers. All including pop and ice cream as part of their meals. The main entrees we tried included the lamb, seared salmon, and seared filet. They were all extremely fresh and very yummy. Concept around the hot stone is very nice but not for everyone. You get your meal seared blue and it is your discretion to keep cutting away and turning your meat so that it Cooks through the way you want it. So at the end of the day its a bit of a cook your own meal and you better be ready to wait even after you get your food. If you enjoy this type of entertainment it will be worth your while. Desserts for the most part were pre-made and brought in including Baileys cheesecake, peanut butter cheesecake, creme brulee and a few other items which looked brought in. I would overlook the desserts since the mains were all excellent. And it would definitely not deter me from coming back. Overall this is a fun experience and was worth making a stop at this restaurant. I would make this a special occasion stop and or when you get the craving for something special.

I am from the States and have eaten hear twice. The second time 10 months ago This is such a cool place and I will be going again tonight. I wish there was a restaurant in the states that offered hot stone cooking at your table. If experience isnt the same I will update this review. Parking: Plenty of parking.

Myself and friend Rhyan had dinner at Orillia on Friday June 9 2023. Our server was Misty and she was absolutely wonderful. Super friendly demeanor and wonderful smile. The steak and lobster tail was great, Rhyans Cobb Salad was superb!

What a great discovery this restaurant is. We had pasta and it was really good. Beautiful decor, good service, nothing to complain about. A nice alternative to the chain restaurants in the area.

A nice Steakhouse in Orillia that will have you never going back to the Keg. Fabulous grilled steaks or cooked as you like hot off the stone. Delicious appetizers and desserts will make this your go-to place for a nice dinner out. Parking: Lots of onsite parking. Free! Wheelchair accessibility: Single story, no level changes whatsoever.

Our server was fantastic! They were accommodating of our large group. The food was fantastic. I honestly have never had a better steak. Others in the group that had other meals other than steak also thoroughly enjoyed them. What you get for the price is excellent I would 100% recommend eating dinner here. I really love that they support and offer Quayles brewery and Couchaching Brewery beer supporting other local businesses as well; something I wish more restaurants did in the area. Dietary restrictions: We had someone that was gluten-free and someone with a peanut allergy, and they accommodated both restrictions with ease and knowledge.

One of my favorite places to go in Orillia

Extremely pleased with dinner tonight. Top sirloin cooked perfectly on the stone at the table. Every morsel melts in your mouth. Grilled veggies on the stone to warm them. Stuffed mushrooms were a good starter although cheese overpowered the other ingredients. Dessert was delicious- banana cheesecake was delicious, if you love bananas like I do. Danielle (server) was attentive, respectful and very friendly. Half priced wines bottles (Thursdays) a bonus. We will definitely return for another visit soon.

First time being here and would definitely be back! Steak served on stone so you can cook each bite to your liking! Had the deep fried mashed potatoes - was very good. A cross between a perogy and a spring roll. Also had the stuffed mushroom caps and they were amazing (very hot - might wanna wait a minute for it to cool!) Service was spectacular and we will definitely be back.

Great service, our waitesss was very genuine and pleasant. There was Live music. Food was ok. I had the squash ravioli- comes with 6 pieces of ravioli in a delicious sauce. Also 2 pieces of garlic bread, probably about the size and portion of the bowl itself. Its unnecessary and doesnt go well with a creamy sauce. Lot 88 Burger was mediocre. Nothing special. Id probably give it another try.

Great spot amazing parm chicken and house salad the Yorkies were such a cute idea too. The calamari was the only let down big pieces and very chewy but I would go back the espresso martini and parm chicken was on point

Fine dinning steak house, without the dress code or absurd pricing, this place is great! Highly recommended for those surf and turf lovers, and for anyone who likes to control the exact cooking point of their steak, cooking on Lava rocks yourself is just amazing! Parking: Plenty of parking generally, but if you have a large group, I recommend carpooling instead multiple vehicles as you may not find 3 or more available spaces at the exact same time for dinner...

I think liquid garlic butter should be given automatically with meal so it gives more options for dipping from skillet meal.

5-star for a local small town Steakhouse, but closer to 4-star in my general experience. The staff were friendly, not that busy for a weekday lunch, but still seemed popular with locals. Stone frying Fillet Mignon Steak was a great experience to cook your steak the way you like, but a bit salty meat for my taste. Seafood Fettuccine was good. We loved the French Onion Soup! Pricing was very reasonable. Service needed a bit of improvement. If youre in the area, I recommend trying it

It s a steak house. But we didn t like that the most of the cuts you had to cook yourself on a hot stone.

I give it five stars for what it is its a chain-like vibe sort of like a keg the food was served in a reasonable amount of time and it was nice and hot like it just came off the skillet. I would go back again its not a place thats going to blow your mind but I recommend checking it out.

We chose Lot 88 for our Thanksgiving Dinner. The food was great however everything arrived at the table Luke warm. I could not melt butter on my baked potato and the rice with my husbands salmon dish was extremely salty. There were not a lot of people there so I can t chalk it up to being busy. I have been there before and was excited to go again but was disappointed overall

We were there with friends on a busy Saturday night. When we arrived for our 6pm reservation the place was already packed and a live band was playing. It was a nice touch but made it very loud and we were at the far side of the restaurant. As it was we had a hard time with conversation. I can only imagine how loud it must have been close to the band. Service was slow and friendly enough. We werent in a hurry to be anywhere. We all did steaks on the rock, mostly for the novelty of it. The surf and turf was a perfect portion size and good pricing for the two ladies. The husbands had larger steaks and were also happy. Next time visiting we will venture into other areas of the menu as there were lots of options that looked good. We also all enjoyed a dessert finding items on the menu we hadnt seen elsewhere.

Im so impressed with this restaurant We had our wedding reception there at the Orillia, Ontario location. It was during Covid and they welcomed us and they treated us like royalty. Decorated the place - flowers too, what a surprise. Now ...the food ... OMGoodness, TASTY, FRESH, DELICIOUS mouthwatering from the appetizers right through to the dessert and coffees. We go back now for all our special occasions. Thank you staff for making our wedding special. Always a treat

I will start by saying the food was good and server friendly. I didnt like however the lighting; it was dull and hard to see properly any menu. My husband and I ordered the surf and turf which was presented very nicely. I would have liked the option of having my food cooked for me (not cook it yourself) because that is why I choose to go out and not stay home to make my own dinner. For the price I paid it should have been an option. The dessert made up for my let down.

Date: Saturday, October 21 for 7:45pm reservation Checked in 20 minutes before my reservation. The manager, whoever was in the yellow jacket and blond hair, knew that. I patiently wait for my 7:45pm reservation and get told it s a 15-20 minute wait. Why even book a reservation? This restaurant is greedy and overbooks, leaving customers completely unsatisfied. As someone who works as a host in fine dining, all I can say is a good restaurant has good food, but a great restaurant has happy customers. What a tragic first impression. No, I will not be back. To add to this review, the manager that night was completely unprofessional. Not offering waiting guests a drink, offering for them to sit at a bar for a cocktail, not conversing with her customers and being apologetic, just running around acting frantic AND let their poor host deal with the anxious customers. The manager has terrible leadership skills. To the host that dealt with all of that, that night: you did AMAZING sweetie. Your manager needs to up her game.

Part of the group that was waiting and waiting on our reservation for Saturday night. Same deal as the post prior to this .yeah it was really bad lol. Food was also mid at tops but probably because the staff overbooked ..so many people at the door it was claustrophobic

Theres a reason this place is always packed. The service is awesome, and so is the food. Get the steak. Get there early too, the parking is limited, and its a bit of a tight squeeze for the truck guys.

Great atmosphere. Live music nights are great. Food is pricier than restaurants in the area, but it is delicious and worth it.

We were in the area for our 24th Anniversary. Misty and Lot 88 made it a memorable night. We had a reservation and were quickly seating. The place was packed! Even with that, the service was great. The food is an experience on its own, especially with the 650° grill plate. If youre there for steak, I highly recommend doing it this way. They serve your steak to you rare on the plate which sits on top of a cutting board to not burn the table. The faster you slice into it and the more pieces you slice off the faster its going to cook. So if you like well done steak thats the way to do it. If youre like me and like medium rare or taking your time eating, I highly recommend leaving it as a slab on the hot plate and just slicing off a piece and searing it every time youre going to eat it. We dont drink. They made us a couple of mocktails that were fantastic. Blueberry mojitos! Deserve was an incredible experience as they shocked us. We thought they had forgotten about our anniversary but they did not. We will definitely be back!

Came here for a Taste of Lake Country set dinner date night and instantly got a bad vibe. The decor and menu reminds me of what The Keg looked like 15-20 years ago. People were crowded at the front waiting to be seated despite reservations (we were one of them). We were presented a glass of wine with a fly in it, followed by slow 45 min wait for entree service - the waitress seemed to be attending to tables all over the restaurant and she seemed to remember our mains after a reminder. The salmon was dry and overdone (kudos to the manager for getting some glaze) and the steak on the hot plate was a novelty at best - If I wanted to cook my own steak, I would have stayed at home! Baked potato was literally just that with some sour cream and the side veggies were one red pepper slice, one broccoli floret and a bunch of beets! Look elsewhere if you want better food for over $50 a person.

I was getting my brakes done at Hyundai. They said it would be over an hour and to get some lunch. Little did I know that Lot 88 was across the street. Love this place! Sam the bartender she was terric. I had oysters and the beef dip delicious

Great lamb and demi sauce. Veggies could have been a little more creative (it was mostly beets and a tiny bit of broccoli). Deep fried potatoes were amazing but I was hoping for a larger portion. Ill be back!

Ive been in the culinary industry for a long time. Never seen anything like this; The Surf n Turf is great because I could cook the scallops exactly as I wanted; buttery tender and not overcooked. The steak was great when I could cut small pieces off and sear in seconds. The lava rock stays hot for a very long time. My food never got cold. Here in Orillia on business, on the bosses dime! I think I know where Im eating all week

I ordered a Ribeye rare. Server said the steak will be rare but there will be a stone to cook it to your liking. Good beers on tap, nice atmosphere and vibe. My only complaint is about the quality of the beef they serve. Very tough, no marbling, Id be surprised if it was even AA. For a steakhouse to have really poor quality beef and call itself a steakhouse, it is a bovine sin.

Our absolute favorite date night restaurant! Rib eye on the stone is a little slice of heaven. Chefs kiss

Update. Always great food. It was very busy yesterday so service to order and get drinks was slow. Servers very pleasant and were quick to offer a correction on my salad although it was my error in not remembering to say no bacon. This is a great place to eat. We come here for special occasions or just a night out. I love the hot stone. Have not yet had a dish that was not good. Atmosphere is nice, however the noise level is high. Especially when they have performers (it actually makes it uncomfortable to have dinner on those nights as you can not hear each other)

This place definitely hits the mark. The environment is cozy and comfy, and the food is excellent. I will definitely be going back. There was a live pianist playing pleasant loungey jazz, and we were encouraged to stay and enjoy a fine dining experience. Far, far superior to other steakhouses with overpriced menus, obnoxious music, and hurry up and get out vibes.

Lot 88 was great accommodating our group of 20 on a Friday night. The service was excellent, friendly and efficient. The food was great too. I had the baked salmon on a stone, while my wife had the steak, and was able to cook it to her liking. Shouldnt we get a discount for cooking our own food? :) It was a great experience and would go back. I recommend parking behind the Tim Hortons next door as the parking out back gets messy.
