We’re a boutique restaurant located inside the Best Western Plus Orillia Hotel. Italian inspired cuisine.
I had the chicken parm tonight, and it was delicious. Very nice presentation and a generous amount of food. Highly recommend.
I have eaten a few times here and can say the food is always well prepared, presented and tastes lovely. The service is impeccable, Ryan is outstanding with great attention to detail. Pricing is what you expect for a quality meal, and the wines are superb. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a nice location with great service and food!
Everything on the menu is fabulous! My slogan for this restaurant is LORD HAVE MERCY! Service was also great! Ryan and Cindy were awesome! Definitely recommend! Chef Chris you rock!
They have a new chef and the food and service was absolutely fantastic !!
Popped in for dinner, receiving a friendly, warm greeting by Cindy who was our server. Cindy was very attentive with our order being taken promptly. Hats off to the chef who cooked the steak to perfection. The soup, salad and bruschetta were flavourful. Plating (presentation) of our meals was appealing. Definitely will return on future visits to Orillia.
Tried it for dinner and breakfast during our stay. Dinner: there were four tables total but service was extremely slow with two servers working. Dinner took an hour and came out uncooked. Sent it back to get grilled again and it came back identical and cold -- think they forgot to grill it again. The salad didn't even have dressing. The server could tell and was extremely apologetic about all this but we had to leave to get to our show. There was nothing they could make on the fly. Next morning for breakfast there wasn't a person to be seen. Eggs and home fries were good. You can make your own waffles too.
I'm so happy this restaurant recently reopened. The food is excellent and the service is superb. Honestly, the quality is comparable to five star restaurants in Toronto. We will definitely go back and recommend this restaurant to our family and friends.
TLDR: avoid at all costs. Let me start by saying we were the only table, and it's 4:45pm. No table bread at an Italian bistro. First place where there was no table bread. Calamari was $12 for a depressing looking plate. Portion was very small. Garlic aoli tasted like warmed mayo. Entree wise, the spaghetti was half cold and soft as if it was left in water. Michelina's frozen pasta tasted better. The chicken parmesan was tasteless. Although my coworker ordered the same thing I did, and there was no one else eating, her broccoli tasted like mush where mine was too firm. Her veggies were sweet. Mine tasted like it was in the fridge way past expiration. Should've went to the A&W by the gas station. Would've enjoyed it at 10% the cost of this garbage.
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options were limited, else everything was great. Food
Great experience. Ryan was so engaging. Food fabulous. Thank you
We stopped by last night on our way north , the food was excellent , our server Ryan was attentive and very friendly. Honestly I would call this is a hidden gem .
Excellent food and great service in a very nice atmosphere. Thank you Miranda and Ryan for a great evening out.
My boyfriend and I on July 2 had a wonderful meal at this newly reopened pub/restaurant. Delicious snack and cold beer too ! We met some nice people too.
I lost my wallet downtown and the kind staff here contacted me and had my wallet back to me by the end of the day. Many thanks!

Its a nice place to have a drink and sit in the cozy chairs by the fireplace. Cesar salad is really good. Pick it up to bring home sometimes.

Nice
We did
Quiet. Cozy. Nice little bar. I dont know about the food. Slow service, but then thats the idea. Relaxing. Ambience very nice. Service is friendly. Really needs to improve product. Even the coffee was terrible. Mixed review. But first the food has to be good, the ambience is secondary. Charged way more than the foods worth. Specifically, vegetables inedible, steak was yuck. No one finished their plates and really only picked at it. No one said this is delicious. Disappointing food. Great ambience. Weird priorities. Spend your money somewhere else.
Food was great. Pizza superb. Stake exceptional. See you soon.
We arrived at 6pm with great expectations. Our server appeared overwhelmed, although there was only one other table; we were told he could not guarantee that we would be able to dine and get to our 7:30 show. The appetizers and entrees were very good but were taken by our server before we were done eating. The tiramisu was unfortunately stale and we did not eat it. Our experience was unfortunate because I was really hoping to find another local spot to eat.
