The Lettuce is always gross or gone bad and cant even eat it. Update: I had it again and this time there was bone in my pita Food

Terrible and rude customer service, horrible listening skills, they couldn t even get the order right and the vegetables weren t even fresh.

The girl was so friendly and professional we chatted about the stores and and how much money they charge for stuff lol. Ingredients were super fresh

For the price and the lack of employee effort put in this place has taken a serious dive in quality.

Ordered food to the hospital yesterday for my wife (had a baby). We were missing most of the order and her pita was missing meat! Not very happy with this experience. We will eat here again and I ll update my stars if the experience improves next time.

I have been eating at Pita Pit for years and never had an issue with the food until this visit. I ordered my usual Chicken caesar pita. The pita was gross. There was suppose to be romaine lettuce in it, like romaine, but instead it was filled with core from the romaine. I understand times are tough and it s easier and cheaper for you to load the pita up with core but this was disgusting. I wouldn t feed it to my dog. You need to be more conscientious of the kind of lettuce you are putting in your pitas. I asked for romaine, not core. Also, while she was opening the pita it was all ripping. Instead of getting a new one out of the package she used the ripped one and tried to hide all the rips underneath. Needless to say by the time I got home the pita had opened and everything was falling out. Not sure if I will return. Thanks

October 12, just after lunch. The chick working doesnt know the basic concepts of a chicken Caesar wrap. Such a disappointment when being served by people like this

Bizzare. Theres a blonde girl there that makes pitas on most visits. One time I could of swore I heard a loud gagging noise just within earshot as I walked out the door. It happened a second time and I wondered if I imagined it remembering the first time being confused. I was there not too long ago with my GF and yup...she did it again. This loud obnoxious puking/gagging noise like UUULLGH!!. Am I grossing her out? Is the food gross? Im so confused. She does it just as Im walking out the door ...surely shes doing this to other customers? Or is it just me? This is the strangest behavior I think Ive encountered in a very long time from service staff. After spending my life climbing the ladder in the food and beverage industry, and now hospitality and tourism I cant remember being so weirded out by such a trivial and seemingly harmless parting gesture. Go figure. Either way I wont be going back if I see her there. Its just far to strange.

Food was great - both the pitas and yogen Fruz - and staff were fast and nice.

Our pitas were the best weve had! The poor girl working was alone but she did an excellent job! She was very pleasant, efficient and hard working. I give her 5 stars!

Had an incredible experience there. The girls are friendly and fast. When you ask for extra sauce they give you an appropriate amount and not comically drown it. Had the falafel wrap, great job, great food.

Ordered 3 pitas all of them were burnt and had to be ate like salads because they were over stuffed and the sides were blown out. There was no meat in the beef brisket pita. 3 pitas delivered for over 60$ very disappointing to say the least!

I have always liked the pitas from Pita Pit , I only just discovered the bowls ! Base is brown rice, there are several choices of proteins for the top including black bean & tofu. For vegetarian/vegan. (Also some more cooked items from grill if you choose) There are several greens spinach, romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, , plenty of other toppings & puréed/sauces: red onion, diced cucumber, diced tomatoes,chopped mushrooms, hot peppers, green peppers,green & black olives, hummus, puréed avocado, tzatziki +++ dressings of all sorts! I know I move missed some but depending on the person that builds it ( Orillia) has always been great the bowl is great !

Wow what a let down. It s been awhile since visiting this establishment I use to enjoy! The Young man doing the pita while filling it I could see the pita ripping. At the end of picking veggies I didn t think about a sauce and he didn t ask if I wanted any. The lettuce I was pleasantly surprised to see as there is a shortage of it, unfortunately it was brown which had me not adding it. The meat added was very little! I asked for the pita to be grilled and noticed it wasn t folded well and mentioned to the young fellow, which he replied, it doesn t matter. I live approximately 10 minutes away and now biting into a cold pita which the pita in itself doesn t taste fresh and breaking apart as I try to eat this cold pita. Unfortunately I won t be back. The standards/quality has gone way down in my opinion

My go to. Healthy delicious and if your a fitness or workout junky you can get protein right next door or even added to your shake.

Great pitas & service too! Wife & I had the Chicken Crave pita & it was very good. Pita Pit is the best place for great tasting pitas. Never an issue. The service by the 2 ladies (korrie/Kayla) was very friendly, professional & helpful. Great job!

Got a pita there and asked for it to be grilled. Got it home and realized they hadnt grilled it which was fine but two bites in and that pita exploded and I could no longer really eat it because it was all over my plate and the pita itself was super thin. This isnt the first time either..which sucks because I enjoy them but I wont pay that price for something I wont eat either.

Ordered skip the dishes. 3 pitas for my family. The pitas were all soggy. My sons pita was falling apart. Each one had cheese that was in a ball in one spot all soggy and the lettuce was limp and looked not fresh at all!!!! Very disappointed and dissatisfied! Will never order from there again !

They put the tiniest amount if meat on a large pita and the cucumbers looked discoloured and the whole pita was just disgusting

Fresh food with gluten free options and awesome service

My pita that I ordered from this location through skip the dishes was tasting amazing until I took a bite halfway through and got a mouthful of dirt along with it. I picked it apart and realized it was some of the spinach that was dirty. I was a little put off from eating it after that.

Generaly good but very soggy. By the time we got to seat and eat the sauce had completely drenched the pita and the sandwich was not holding together anymore

The directions are a little bit confusing, and there was also no parking near by, as the street was full. However, the sandwiches were great, and there were lots of options to choose from.

Pita Pit is always my go-to for a healthy, vegan, inexpensive and delicious meal option! The staff at the Dunlop location in Barrie are always friendly and respect that I want my vegetables cooked separately from the meat. To all you veggies out there they have a separate grill so that your vegetables are never prepared where meat has been. I know this is important to many and this place has been doing this for quite a while. And my teenagers love it here too!

Experience was not good waited over an hour for delivery, no one answers the phone and paid to much for what we got. Will never order again. Gave staff directions and they couldnt even write them down properly.

Healthy choices for gluten free

Overall its good food, the service is good, if you actually go in, delivery not so much. I dont know if they have more than one delivery person hired but a lot of the time theres only one driver working so it takes over an hour to actually get the food. Which wouldnt bother me if they hadnt loaded the delivery guy with multiple orders at once so soggy pitas are on their way. So, maybe have more delivery drivers working at one time?

They advertise delivery but yet dont deliver. Mint. Waited 20 minutes for my order too call and find out they dont deliver. Then why advertise it in your online ordering website huh? Shitty advertising and customer service skills no awnser a for why they cant deliver and how to deliver since they advertise but fail to actually do so.

Ordered for delivery and got ice cold pitas an hour later. As a business, if you cant support a delivery system, dont have one. Never ordering from this dump again.

when u call in to order the girl puts u on hold and never came back, part that suxs is everything eles already was closed

I called at 7:30PM to order 3 pitas, by 8 they still didnt show up so I called back and she assure me they would be here within minuets. By 8:30 (an hour later) they FINALLY arrived, COLD, then the delivery man said the debit machine was dead and he would be back in a half hour. Still not sure if he is even coming back due to the fact its been 45 minuets and no signs of him. Once we opened out pitas to dig in we realized there WAS LITTLE TO NO MEAT on our pitas my chicken caesar had 3 bite sized prices of meat and the rest was pure lettuce! I am sorry to say I will not be ordering delivery from here again.

Pitas are made well - ingredients are usually evenly distributed. I love Pita Pit but I dislike the staff at this location. There are 2 particular female staff that are consistently rude. Unfortunately Extreme Pita does not have pineapple, so I will continue to go to Pita Pit.
