Subway in Orillia

Showed up at 9:35 and the employee was closing the doors and shook his head at me while trying ti exit my vehicle.

Nice, clean atmosphere. Friendly staff. Toppings always fresh. Always a great sub, salad or flat bread from here!!! Dietary restrictions: It is nice to have a Gluten-free option (FINALLY!!!!) Now if only they would start adding in some Lactose-free options. Say maybe... like the cheese!?!?! ***The other downside is allergin alert*** Nutty cookies... allergies beware!! Parking: There is very little parking here, as it is located at a Gas Station, however, it is more meant as a grab and go type restaurant.

Very disappointed in my chicken bacon ranch salad. Was very stingy with the spinach and toppings.

Absolutely terrible experience. Went in to order a Steak and Guac wrap, ordered a large, and it looked like a mini. Filled up a fountain drink, and even though I let go of the button that pours the drink, the machine kept going, overfilled my drink and got lemonade all over my hand. There were no napkins anywhere so I asked the young middle eastern kid behind the counter for some napkins, he gave me 2. I used those 2 to clean off my hand. The guy finishes making my wrap and asks me do I want any other toppings and I say what about the Guacamole??? He says oh you want Guac, I say the name of the wrap I ordered is Steak and GUAC. He tries to ring up the bill before asking if I want anything else, and I ask for more napkins for my meal, he gives me a SINGLE napkin and goes to the next and only customer, no thank you, no have a nice day, very very rude. No customer service, overpriced for what I received. Theres plenty of other places to eat than this place, I would recommend anyone stay far away from this place.

Just watched a staff member exit the washroom (he held the door for me which was nice) after presumably using the restroom without washing his hands. I heard the toilet flush as I was walking towards the washroom, so I d say it s a fair assumption that he used the toilet. I noticed that I hadn t heard the water run in the sink or the hand dryer kick on after the toilet flushed. Before I washed my hands I checked the sink. BONE DRY! Gross. Won t be eating here. Ever.

My kids love sandwiches . We always stop here when kids are hungry. They love to choose what kind of sandwich they want. They never eat sandwiches at home like Subs... Maybe there is some secret? I dont know... Any Ideas?

I felt the serves was really lacking, I got the 6 inch sub of the day and asked for it toastedmans well before I could say what kind of cheese I wanted the guy behind the counter throw the white chesee on I wanted cheeder. Then he tried to skimp me on my toppings. I felt under valued as a customer.

So i see that mr sub and subway are side by side but this is BS.. Thierry petro can HAS NO CAMERAS ON THE CASH REGISTER. I already got ripped off by the manager who is only one of 2 people who work here and apparently has no access to the cameras.. He lied to the police.. Yes this is a civil matter but i have severe anxiety and feel no need of pursuiing 15 dollars.. Although before christmas and even still its miklions to me.. If you go there, either watch the payment or ask where the cameras are pointed.. Wouldnt you think hed want to protect himself or atleast his employee if he wasnt stealing from innocent victims?? His name is paul the manager.

It can be a little slow during certain times of the day.

Have been there on a few occasions. Gentleman working store is pleasant but had communication issue in past that led to an inaccurate order I was charged for. Only on one occasion did this occur.

Dropped in for a quick lunch, the bread was better than Ive had at other Subways and the restaurant was super clean!

i went to get a sub today on my way back from a long walk as my sugar was low.i have a service dog that alerts to low sugars antho he dose not wear any vest or anything.he has gone in to get subs many times with me at this location.today i was not aloud in beacuse my dog. im extremely offended and will never go to this location again.i want to share the story as i believe the dispespectful cashier should be fired.
