Absolutely terrible. Maybe it's a bad day, but it seems to be a pattern. Will not be returning to this location. Sauce all over outside of wrappers. Cheese where it shouldn't be, always seem to be out of root beer, and the other soda drinks taste gross. Fries taste like yesterday's, literally got paper towel that looks like it was from the bathrooms instead of napkins. Tacos were broken in half and looked smashed together. Rude staff. I'm super disappointed. We just threw it all out.
Went here today to get lunch red flag right away was that it took about 5 mins to even be acknowledged and start placing my order even tho I was the ONLY customer there. I placed my order with the guy that had a I.Q of a potato. I sat there for about 15 minutes then questioned if I was gonna get my food anytime soon which he said yes. Another 5 minutes pass and no progress so I just asked for my money back and left empty handed and pissed off but it's probably for the better because after reading other reviews on here it seems their quality of food is as good as their speed of service. The couple that came in to order and heard me asking if my food was ever coming left after hearing me ask for a refund. So thankfully they didn't waste their time on this dump of a taco bell. Dumbest people ever working here. STAY AWAY FROM HERE hope this place goes under.
I asked for a root beer here, they out right said "we don't carry that but have dr. Pepper" which in the tone of voice was EXTREMLY rude. Then in the middle of my order they switched people and I had to start over 🙃 wasn't ideal but guess is it was timing on ordering my food 🤔
Ordered many times same food at this location, I would say you can get by most of the time without complaint but today was the worse ever. We order all the time cheesy bean and rice burritos, today the rice was dried and dead, very little cheese and skimpy on portion. Do they pay attention for the customers or just occupied on their phone, very disappointed with today’s meal. I wanted to go back but we live at distance. I hope the management read those reviews from the customers. I’m very regretful to write this review, I normally don’t give reviews.
Worst service.. I have a small baby and a young son. My gf left and I couldn't leave. The dasher took 2 min to get to my house, everything was cold, soggy and wet . They forced me to go without supper because I only have so much money and said unless I bring the food back to them that I had delivered they wouldnt refund .y money. Igs my sons birthday and he was ted tacos. Ended up reheating pizza. The manager , a woman , tandoor or something, said nope you cant get your money back, I explained I couldn't leave and said to bad and hung up. Shameful service and I will be reporting to corporate. Horrible fast food experience
I’m so sad I order me and my boyfriend dinner after his 11 hour shift, I pay the bill of around 35 dollars drive all the way home and come to realize my entire half of the order is missing. We decide to call to see if we can get this issue resolved, and get hung up on… twice. The staff is rude and unprofessional, as the person who answered the phone had been the one who worked on our order. Not what I needed today :( Hoping I could get at least the refund for only what was missing I look for the receipt to find they did not provide it. I understand that it is a good idea to check the bag before leaving but I’m seriously sobbing right now and losing it, I’m so hungry and now have nothing to eat tonight.
Slow FC service very very very slow service times 25+ minutes after ordering food. Shift supervisor in dining room chatting while the team behind counter was not moving production at ALL. The food was up to standard for the most part but my fries were cold. I’m not sure where the issue lies with this location, I have a strong feeling hiring is an opportunity.
Have this location a second chance. And regretted it. Worst service. Worst attitude slowest service. I could have made tacos myself in the time it took them to even mentally process our order. Then tried to keep my change. It was only 40 cents but hey better to be in my pocket than taco bells. On top of the slow service the food was cold Mind boggling especially since there was only 2 other people and they also waited 30 + minutes for their food. Will not be back to this location. If I could give it a zero across the board I would. Pop machine Pepsi zero tastes like root beer which tells me the machine hasn’t been cleaned since they last even had root beer.

TB ORILLIA WORSE experience ever. could not make change. gave 52.05 for a 32.05 bill, had to tell him give me 20 back repeated order to him 2x.Nd he whispered it back to me. still forgot my granddaughters cheese quesadilla :-( then made me pay again for it then when it came she slammed the bag on the counter. totally destroying the food So the quesadillas We ordered were so lacking in interior food it was pathetic. our Nachos grande was on ly half full. Dont go inside to order. They serve drive-thru first, then inside orders. We all got food poisoning from them. With having cancer, I was worse. I will never eat there again, and I would tell anyone else, too.

The Taco Bell here was extremely unsatisfactory. One of girls working here was wearing a bunch of rice grains on her forehead for some religious reasons. The rice grains could fall off into the food. She was wearing a hair net but had rice grains on her forehead which is extremely unhygienic and disgusting. Surprised a manger didn t say anything to not allow that. I will be making a corporate complaint for this unpleasant experience.
Unfortunate experience last time we went. Among other items, we paid for one supreme and one normal Dorito taco and got both normal ones. Not worried about the dollar lost but more so the fact that our experience was consistent with other peoples reviews. If you go to this location, your order is likely just a mystery box of whatever they do or dont remember. Food was tasty though. Update: multiple attempts, still a mixed bag of whether we get what we ordered. Ordered 4 items, one of which was a chicken chipotle melt, got a cheese rollup instead. Funny thing as well is that the worker already knew that we got the cheese rollup when we went back in to get the correct order.

Girl behind the counter was very standoffish and rude and was acting like she did not want to be there, on top of her foul attitude she was on FaceTime with her friend laughing and talking very loud to the person and was not paying attention to her job at all if I could give no stars I would, she should be talked to about her behaviour so she can start acting like an actual employee and fix her attitude issues.
This restaurant had one washroom that was filthy and one washroom with a soaked floor because the sink pipe was disconnected and when you washed your hands the water just went all over your feet and the floor. When I told someone she put a wet floor sign out and went back to the kitchen.
Made me drive all the way around the building from the drive from window to wait for my order when there was no love of cars behind me. Ridiculous system.

Sometimes I go thru drive thru and sometimes into the store. I have heard complaints from others but I usually find it amazing at this taco bell. Worst taco bell ever. We got ignored at the counter for 10 minutes then when we finally got served we had to struggle through the language barrier. Finally got our food and my wifes order was wrong and then had to wait another 10 minutes to get that corrected. Pop machine ice dispenser was out of order so the pop was luke warm and flat too. To top it off, the whole place was disgusting. Floors were sticky, we were standing on french fries in front of the till and the bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in days. Corporate needs to check on this location. Its awful.
I dont usually leave reviews, but my partner and I went today and ordered 2 deluxe boxes and 4 Cinnabons. We got to the car and realized they forgot the Cinnabons so we ran back in to get them. After we got home we found we were also missing the cinnamon twists. Forgot 3 items in our order altogether...
Always getting orders wrong. The language barrier is very difficult to order food. Went here a week ago, thought we would try it again. Terrible decision. Ordered the chicken box. Got everything beef. No sour cream on any products. Half empty tacos. No wonder this resturaunt is always empty.

My boyfriend went there tonight January 7th/2024 and he ordered two beef Burrito Supreme and when he got back home I went to eat them and they were bean burritos and when my boyfriend took them back the person was telling that the beef burritos comes with bean but we have ordered them before and never got bean on them and the person would not give him two beef burritos. Very disappointed they have lost my business
The food has gone downhill at this location, I m not sure if it s new management or what but the quality is in the toilet. The tacos were soggy and the lettuce was rotten.

Went through the drive thru to grab some lunch the taco was so thin there was almost nothing on it. The fries Supreme had maybe a teaspoon worth of toppings on then and there was so little fries it wasnt even half the container and worst part they didnt even have the cheese on them. I would say normally that it was just because they were busy except the fact that there was no one inside and I was the only one in the drivethru. Would not recommend stopping not worth it for the small amount of food.
In the past I have had great experiences with this Taco Bell recently however the staff never listen are impatient rude and overall don t care. I simply tried to ask a question if a specialty item was still on the menu or if it had been discontinued and two employees were not listening at all, talking over themselves, and myself which made the whole situation very irritating. At the end of their conversation with themselves I still didn t even get an answer to my original question and I was irritated enough from it taking way to long for a yes or no question I simply said forget about it. After ordering something else I knew was on the menu I went to open my food and realized they got the order wrong. I ve worked in fast food for many years and it s super easy to listen to people who are asking an easy question. Might I also add I was never rude or disrespectful to any employee. Just sad that something so easy can t be comprehended or completed by adults.
I used to come to this taco bell all the time last year, never really had any issues and the lady at the window was always awesome (i think her name was Samantha or Santana- can t quite remember). I moved and stopped going until i recently moved back and decided to go there again today. when i went through the drive through i noticed that they brought back the cheesy burrito and i remember last year they had a cheesy chalupa so i asked if they had it again this year. over the speaker a man and a woman were talking and seemingly confused and annoyed by my question. they were talking over me and each other and not letting me speak. i was the only customer in the drive through and the parking lot was empty so it wasn t like they were in the middle of a rush. they thought i was talking about a big box combo when i said cheesy chalupa . it was just a simple yes or no question that i never got an answer to and ended up ordering something else. i got a steak quesadilla and a steak chalupa. the quesadilla was bread and sauce on one side and the chalupa was beef instead of steak (which we pay more for). i have worked in customer service and fast food so i understand that there are bad days and things can happen but they were rude and messed up the order. in comparison to my experience last year to the one i had today, it was night and day.
I usually only stop at taco bell if I am in Orillia. Its a distance for me. But this taco bell is worth it! Always good!

Unfortunately we will not be going back to taco bell. We had not been in a few years as we dont have one in our town. So this was a treat for lunch one day out do some shopping out of town. When we first walked in there was knowone in the store. This was around 2-3pm I would guess. It took about 5 minutes before someone took our order. Which one of the menu screens was broken so I had to look up a menu online. We ordered to meals and paid approx 30$. My pop was sour?! They needed to change the syrup. So I told them and he said he did, but it was still sour so I switched to something else. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes for our food. And by this time 2 other people came in 1 had already been through the drive through and was given someone elses order. And the other people ordered and were just waiting like us. We finally got our food and it was very small portions, and cold. Needless to say we ended up leaving hungry and very dissatisfied. So we went to another place for more food.

I don t do reviews but big chains need to be held accountable. 3 hour round trip. A customer for 30 years. Sat Mar 11 2023. 4 chilli cheese burritos. 4 steak soft tacos. For what I received as opposed to what I paid for ..big difference. The portions wouldn t hold a spot on an extra value menu . Wasn t there supposed to be chili? Point made. Despicable!!!! Will be touching base with someone of authority about this as this is borderline fraud.

This location is pretty good! Only one in Orillia sometimes they close the drive through a little early so you have to go inside but it s not a huge deal. I find they have improved a lot in the last couple months- i rarely have errors in order and always warm.
Order on skip here and there. My order is never right always missing something. Tonight they missed not only my wifes food but also my daughters dinner aswell. Do better Taco bell. Never ordering from here again. Probably the 4th or 5th time this has happened.

Slowest service in town. Stood waiting for my order for more than 20 minutes. Terribly unsanitary! One of the food service people kept delivering outside orders with her gloves on, using door handles, and didnt change out her gloves while she put food in the bags. Do NOT go here!
Just ate at this restaurant for the last time. Very dirty overall, windows looked to be cleaned with floor mop garbage on the floor in the food prep area visable to the public areas of the floor in dinner area do not appear to have been mopped in days

We are new to Orillia, and on every attempt to dine at Taco Bell here, we have encountered issues. Either we have been told the restaurant is closed, however we can see several staff inside well prior to closing, or they have been out of items. I do not understand how the franchisee can operate in this manner. They have lost our business. It takes 10 minutes to drive to the location, only to find they wont take our order despite staff inside. Ive wasted more gas and time for nothing. I will make a formal complaint to head office.

Waited at the drive through for 10 minutes and no one said anything. We called to confirm they were open, they said yes and then did not say anything through the speakers. When someone finally said hi over the system and we tried to order they said they didn t have a bunch of stuff and then asked us to wait a minute before ordering, then again there was no one to take the order. Really really weird experience, seemed like maybe the people working just didn t want to take any orders.
Drive through. Very friendly but got our order wrong. To be fair, it was super busy. But. Fry portions were dismal,portions on the quesadilla beef were not up to Par, and the prices were way too high for what we received.

Food was okay for my first visit to a Taco Bell, but what we have noticed and this is not the first location, but other food chains. That they have on their board a steak Steak supreme burrito for $6.99 they charged me $7.49 and tried to give me an excuse why not give you back the difference. This has become an empidemic in retail and gas stations be aware.
The staff is so busy with online orders they do NOT even acknowledge your presence when you walk in, so they are very slow filling walk in orders. Parking lot was empty which I thought was strange for 12:30pm. My mom used to visit the Orillia location for ages and this was my first experience. Unfortunately, we both left disappointed; crunchwrap and quesadilla needed to be grilled for longer, were very floppy and didnt hold together, and the filings were scarce. The fire sauce is almost identical to barbecue sauce. The fries tasted slightly old but were the highlight of the meal... probably wont go back.

This taco bell asks for tips. Which is essentially lying about the price, which is already high. And dont say you dont have to tip. You dont slap the person making your food in the face. The only real response, is to never go back to taco bell. Its fine. It wasnt healthy anyway. The deep frustration that the price always being a lie generates will be more than enough motivation to never return. McDonalds tried it a bunch 2 years ago, and I havent been back since. Frankly, every time this happens I get healthier. Im just posting this because I think its fascinating that restaurants are failing without knowing why. Its because I dont associate your food with happiness. I associate it with true frustration and being gouged.
Went in around 315 pm today. Park lot and drive thru both empty. When I walked in there was no one to be seen. I called out hello twice before I went to the edge of the counter. I then said hello again and there were 3 employees all just leaning there on their phones. The lady that came to serve me giggled and said sorry. I got 3 tacos and cinnamon twists. All the food was cold and barely any meat or toppings in them.

Clean location with good service. Portion sizes are smaller, even by Taco bell standards. At least they arent cheap with the sauce packets. At the end of the day youre still eating Taco Bell so youll know what youre getting.
Sometimes the food is good and the staff are nice. But the majority of the times I come here, the food is messed up in its packaging and doesnt taste good. The food order is wrong, and we always seem to be missing things from the order.

Went through the drive through to get three meals. When I went to eat the Big Crunch supreme there was no meat just cheese, lettuce and tomato. When I called to let them know the response was i would remember to put meat in it and my response was I wouldn t have called and she just went silent. Check your order before you leave.

Tasted weird, burning chemical sensation in my mouth from taco meat. Threw it out. Not going back.
They first opened hitting the town running and were doing great. But for some reason theyve declined rapidly. Ingredients will be out of stock, drinks will get dropped into customers cars. Orders will get mixed up or made wrong and wait times can sometimes not be worth the wait. I partially blame the pandemic as I see a lot of staff turnover and inexperienced staff being thrown into tasks without training. The restaurant also seems to have pivoted to serving food delivery services and they dont have an efficient process to follow either by the management or corporate; and it seems detrimental to overall quality of service.
They never gave any hot sauce... And the drive through takes forever....
If the place doesnt want to be open they should put a business here who can handle it.

Havent been to taco bell in about 15 years. My daughter and I were on a road trip, needed food and since she loves Tacos I decided wed give it another go. Restaurant was nice enough and staff were friendly and food came out quickly.... but unfortunately it was also a great reminder of why I stopped going there. If you love it you love it.... but if you like good quality, fresh and identifiable food.... taco bell is maybe not the choice you should make.
Worse than mcdonalds when making uber eats drivers wait for orders. Theyll prioritize any other order and make drivers wait all day. Granted, what else am I going to do in Orillia?

Food quality was good and staff are okay. But second time I go there they are understaffed and wasn t be able to sell me any food. I wish they fix the problem so I can have food.
I love Taco Bell, but your website says you close at 11. On multiple occasions I ve been there 9, 9:30 or 10. Go through drive through and no one answers. Doors are locked and I see the employees inside. Atleast they could say that they are closed, and not leaving me to sit there for 20+minutes
It was nasty. It was like eating dog food wrapped in paper. (VERY LITTLE DOG FOOD) the washroom was far from clean as well as the dinning area. Will not be back
Best Taco Supreme of all the Taco Bells Ive been to! Fresh and good amount of sour cream, layered nicely. Friendly service too! Went back fir more the next day! (too bad I dont live there..)
This has to be the slowest location on the planet. Employees are doing what they can, but they are so short staffed. If the store is that short staffed, the owners need to step up and get in there beside their employees to fill the gap. If not, CLOSE THE STORE. It is literally faster to drive to Barrie. Will never return.
The second time in a week Ive stopped in here to grab a guilty pleasure, second time their systems were down and they were unable to take orders. If I were the owner of this franchise, I would be very upset that my staff were turning away customers instead of fulfilling at least the cash orders and entering the sales into the pos system once it came back up. Very disappointing, wont return.
this place is horrendous. they shunned people because they didn t want to do work. the wait time was 45 minutes in an empty drive through for just a few things.. which we revived cold, soggy and had half the order messed up. the customer service is awful and this experience ruined my night.
After having a not so pleasant experience at another fast food chain we decided to stop in at our favourite go to Taco Bell. They have the friendliest staff, and some of the best drive through service. I really appreciate how they don t rush you when taking your order and how everything is always made correctly and the way we asked for it. Will always consider this Taco Bell location a 10/10
September 18th Drove in from out of town , knowing they closed at 10pm, got there at 950pm and was told by the employee they were closed .. then she turned off the lights ... Maybe you should update your hours to whenever the employees feel like closing ....

Never experienced anything like this place. Either expect to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru and then another 25 minutes in the parking lot to have your order delivered to your car. Or expect them back to suddenly have their systems down and be unable to order. What a joke of a place.
Staff was horrible, head girl would rather be on phone and tell drive thru to wait or come in. Wait 30mins for to value box meals and 2 meal for 2. When I got home the one fries I was given had a cigarette butt in it hence the photos Ive worked taco bell and this is a horrible store and should fire everyone working at 6:30pm Saturday October 1st. Cigarettes in fries WOW lucky I dont sue. Still a chance of that.

Visited couple of times and found staff closed the store earlier than mentioned on the website.Last weekend store closed at 8pm even they mentioned they opened till 11pm
How can they have no chicken for a chicken quesadilla, burrito etc? Pretty scrimpy. If u like just carbs there are no fillings at this location.

Takes forever went thru drive Tru and had to wait 20 min In the parking lot for my food
Specifically asked how long it would take, was told 7 to 9 minutes, after 40 minutes finally went back through the drive-thru to demand my things because they had locked the doors, and taken the phone off the hook. They threw a random bunch of food at me, (most of it vegetarian, which, I am not, and hate beans) and basically said there you go thats about the same dollar value as what you ordered. Literally got nothing that I ordered and paid for! I understand that they are likely short-staffed, like most fast food places are, but this is absolutely absurd!
I didnt tip so I was not given fork napkin or sauce. When I asked for missing items I was actually told that what I get for not tipping . I top well when I sit down for a full serv meal but will not top on walk-in fast food joint Food
The Worst toco bell I and my family have ever went to. I ask 3 times for no tomatoes and she repeated back to me no tomatoes for one order I said yes just one as I can not have tomatoes . Guess I should have checked my order but I didnt got home nd there was tomatoes on everything. And to make things worst there was next to no meat in the tocos . 3 meal all the same full of tomatoes . So no dinner for this girl.

Went inside as the drive through was not working staff are telling the manager that she is terrible. Then proceed to start yelling at each other. Inside of restaurant dirty and garbages overflowing. 6 people working and most standing around. Maybe it s worth the drive to Barrie
Food was cold my daughters soda had no syrup in it it tasted like club soda when she took it inside she was told that 7up was out since yesterday we were not told thus when we ordered it. Just sucked all round.
Twice Ive come around 930 (when online and on their sign says they are open till 10) Twice they were closed at drive through. Twice they said it was due to being short staffed, with 4 people inside. Coincidence? I doubt it. Wont be back. Too bad because the times I have been here and they adhered to their opening hours, the food and staff were great.
1 cashier too busy at drive thru. Didnt even realize that we were at the counter. Pop from machine tasted like soap really terrible threw away.

This store is consistently out of standard items like chicken and french fries. For it to happen so often, there is clearly an issue with management. Also, when they do have fries, keep an eye on your order as they like to only give you half the serving size of fries -- perhaps so they can save some for another day when theyve forgot to order their supplies. Extremely disappointing, not worth the stop since you can never get what youd like to begin with.

Just stood there for over 5 minutes while numerous employees walked past and did not acknowledge me. I was the only customer in the restaurant and there was 1 car that went through the drive thru. Ended up just leaving.

I waited 15 minutes in the restaurant to pick up an online order. There was nobody in the drivethru and nobody else in the store for a majority of the time. The staff on multiple occasions made eye contact with me or stared at me and went back to making batches of fries for the heat lamp. Finally a person who didnt see me offered to help me. My order wasnt put through so I had to wait on that as well. And after all of that my fries had no salt which is fine but annoying. Hot tip for the staff, if you dont know how to use the cash register and you make eye contact with a customer say Im sorry I am unable to help but Ill find someone for you or even just tell them it will be a minute. Staring blankly at someone from the back isnt the answer.
