Customer service was sooo good! The staff was named Abi! She was also from India. She made me a delicious crispy chicken burrito and her service was also excellent! I will visit here again for sure!
I have been going to Bar Burrito in Orillia since they opened. I love everything there and I want you to know that our server has always been Vikti, and she is perfect. She is so kind a friendly always, knows what we like and is very quick with her service. You are lucky to have her.
The lady working was very helpful, even though she was by herself she made everyones food quicky and accurately. The food was delicious and fresh. I had the B box of the day and a yummy espanada. Update: I have been back again and enjoyed 2 more different B boxes. This is the best place to go for a mexican meal.
We stopped in Orillia to get our eyeglasses and ate at Bar Burrito on the way home- by FAR the most amazing French fries I've ever had anywhere in the world!! 🌎 The Burrito was so fresh and delicious. Huge portions, clean environment, friendly staff. I highly recommend if you're in the area to stop in and definitely get the fries supreme ....WOW!! I'm not even a huge French fries fan but these are out of this world!! A MUST HAVE !!! Great Job Bar Burrito 🌯👏 You're place is amazing.

First; rootbeer is not listed online but available in store. Perked chicken with the lime cremo +. Super delicious. Friendly and prompt with a gracious, appreciative smile. Generic store front but clean and welcoming.
This was the 3rd time going to Bar Burrito for a takeout order. I always order a large garlic shrimp bowl. They’ve always been good, and a lot more items than Mucho Burrito, where I used to frequent. I haven’t had to wait more than 10 minutes, and that’s for the cooking of the shrimp. I’m definitely going to continue ordering from Bar Burrito.
This place is great to order on skip. But come in and no matter what, you’re waiting for your food at least an hour. The staff is terrible and slow. No matter if you order online or walk in. It’s awful. I ordered 45 minutes online for asap ~15 minutes. Showed up. Still not ready. I will not be back

I came here for the first time a few days ago for lunch, and ever since ive been severely sick. The employees were nice and friendly but im not sure if the chicken i had was off or what it was but i have been super sick since eating from here.
I had the crispy chicken burrito bowl which was fresh and yummy. My friend had the jerk chicken quesadilla and she loved it.

Grand opening/ Overpriced-we decided to give it a try. The food quality was really good. It tasted great and it was nice that there was a large selection and you can get your food as spicy or as mild as you want. That is where the nice part ends. I know it was busy, but I had to tell the attendant 4 times and then scream at them to not put rice on my sons burrito. I dont think many of the counter staff could speak or understand English. The sale was $5.99 for a regular/medium burrito, that was usually $11.89.i am glad I got the sale price because there is no way that we got $12 burritos, they were smaller than 6 inch subs. Im glad I tries it but I wont be back as long as the prices are that high.

The customer in front of me was ordering. The staff member put spicy chicken in the bowl and immediately the customer said. No I ordered Crispy chicken. The staff member proceeded to argue with the customer and at this point he had not even paid yet. I would have said forget it. Which is what I did. Won t be back. Never bothered ordering not worth the fight if the true problem is a language barrier from the restaurant!
I dont normally leave a review but this was possibly the worst quality food Ive had in a long time... the chicken is so dry and the rice was so hard I actually couldnt finish eating it as it was hurting my teeth ( felt like corn nuts) I also ordered extreme fries ( ordered before my burrito) and they took about 10 mins After I paid to get them... they were possibly the BEST fries Ive ever had and certainly highly recommend... Chicken and rice quality was horrible and certainly ruined what could have been an amazing meal( if the burrito was half as good as the fries I may not have even been mad) Staff was flustered and definitely overworked.... sadly quality slips when understaffed

Ive order from here mutiple times, each time it gets worse and worse. Nothing is like the menu, nothing tastes good. If you want a burrito, go anywhere but here.

Don t get me wrong I thought the taste was good, just the portion sizes are SMALL for what you pay for. Almost $15 for one burrito (if you want guacamole (which they charge you for)). I had to make a bowl of fries to eat with my meal to fill me. Other than rice and the protein I got you hardly could taste the other ingredients.
Friendly and welcoming staff, burrito is good as always, just filling quantity needs to be improved. This restaurant have two washrooms, both are out of orders, as they put the signs outside. Unbelievable, it s just opened a week ago, and both washrooms are unavailable.
