The service was a disappointment, the taste of the cake is fair enough, too expensive and worth a try once to figure out.

Routinely screw up Blizzard orders we get. Its so normal that at least someone in my family has their order wrong that its no longer a surprise.

Staff need to learn to coordinate cooking food. Frying up the onion rings first and then waiting for the burger to cook and then assembled resulted in cold rings. And it took too long to get my food. Dont think I will get hot food from there again.

As someone who worked at a dairy Queen 17 years ago during high school, the service at this DQ is so disappointing. The time it takes to get a Dilly Bar; when there are five teenagers standing at the front, and theres only two small orders ahead of my one Dilly Bar...the young lady that served me could have turned around and grabbed the Dilly Bar, but instead she just stood at the cash, with no one else in line, one young lad standing behind her holding a broom while talking to the other boy standing next to him, with the girls making an ice cream treat and another girl holding probably part of an order listening in. Instead of waiting, I asked if the girl at cash could just get me a Dilly Bar, they all stopped and looked at me, her looking stunned that I asked without waiting another minute. They dont know what proactiveness and efficiency and good quality of service is.

I ordered a birthday cake cone and I saw a paper wrapper of another cone in my ice cream cone I was super upset and I almost ate it. Felt super sick the whole night after. Please don t come here!!

Went yesterday for lunch & both me and my boyfriend have been incredibly sick ever since. We both got diarrhea and are in pain today with stomach cramps. Service otherwise was honestly fine. We noticed the guy making our food kept touching the food, the cash register, dirty countertops, back to the food without cleaning his hands once. I personally would avoid this location as even though the food was fine, it was not worth the fallout we are both experiencing today.

How to begin the ice cream was horrid how was it yellow? After I ordered it took 20 minutes to receive my order. I had to ask staff 2x about my order. Keep in mind it was 2 items. Food

Its a very clean and fun place to visite. Every time I go, the staff is always happy and smiling. It looks like they are having a great time helping the customers out. I look forward to going back.

Went to eat last night at tenth line location wife and I had a buger meal combos and daughter had chicken strips combo, food took over 20 minutes, wasnt good tasting at!!! Not fresh not hot!!! all floors were discusting and sticky tables were dirty over 6 staff not doing there jobs properly, very very bad experience Not recommended at all!!! Wife doesnt feel good today and daughter isnt also with a very sore stomach Total waste of money and will not go back or refer this to nobody Shamefull, manager/owner needs to take better pride!!

I came in at 10:50, just hoping to get a cone, simple as that, takes two seconds. I was refused service by the supervisor because there was only 10 minutes until the store closed, and I am very upset considering I spent money to have my uber stop there. As a past employee I never got to refuse service in the last hour, seems unfair, manager should handle his employees better.

We ordered a cake in advance and the cake was not ready the day of the pick up. They never called back to advise us that they could not do the design. It was for a birthday. Poor service. Theyre not proud of their own products. I was a regular client, but this is my last day at this location.

I normally dont write a review of fast food places, but felt I had to write a review! The staff, and owner(I guess, as I am certain no employee would be allowed to dress like that) sitting around, while one girl was working the till, the grill and helping clients with cakes. I ordered a double burger combo with a cone. Took my order home, 5 mins away, the fries were cold - guessing they were there for some time as I was the only one who ordered food, the hamburger bun still frozen and soggy ! Absolutely garbage. This is not a place that keeps up to the Dairy queen standards I am used too. Never going back. Save you money people.

Went to this location today to get some ice cream. Waited a long time despite it being not busy at all (this location is always slow so it s to be expected). My boyfriend and I are finally seen by an old, balding man, presumably the owner as he was not wearing a uniform. We ordered a root beer float, and he first told us that they don t make floats even though they are on the menu. He then said they had no more root beer, however my boyfriend and I didn t believe him. It was proven that he was lying when I went to the soda machine and pressed the button for the root beer and behold, root beer came out. I had to order a soda and fill my cup with root beer so i could put my ice cream in it. I was too shy to say anything but i was not happy with the situation. My boyfriend went back in after we left to let them know that there was root beer despite being told that there wasn t, and show my cup full of it as proof, and the guy who took our order was blunt and rude and just dismissed it with a smug look on his face. i don t usually get this bad service at DQ so this is disappointing.

Service can sometimes be slow, but really depends on the time of day/year. Otherwise great place for a cold treat.

Waited an extra 10 mins for my order because a bunch of highschool kids walked in and went into the area my food was being made and handled, and all of the employees got distracted and started having a nice little get together with them. Seems unsanitary, very unprofessional. Avoid if possible

If you have allergies to nuts or anything sadly theres always a risk, staff are ready to accommodate your dietary needs. Other than that on a good day theyre fast, but if theres a line of customers its a good 5-10 minute wait

I went to get a birthday cake last weekend, and it was treated very differently than the white lady that was in front of me in line. They asked her what message she wanted on her cake and what color, when it was my turn the guy charged me and then looked at me like why are you still here I asked him can I have a message written on it? Hes like sure what do you want? Doesnt ask me about colors or anything. Im not quick to call out racism, but there was a very stark difference from how I was treated, and how the white lady in front of me was treated. And I was being super friendly and had a huge smile on my face because I was excited for my sons birthday, so it wasnt my attitude that was the difference.

They will charge you for everything. I saw online they have 8$ 3 peice meal deal. It says dipping sauce included. I got charged 50 cents for a dipping sauce. I asked why BEFORE paying and I was told its not included. Was not told which ones are/are not included. Was straight up told not included and have to pay.

My first time,at this location. Employees very nice to deal with. I ordered a banana split,I was waiting a while. The young lady said, they ran out of plastic things to make the split. The thing they,made it was smaller also.. The strawberry was just, like syrup one piece of strawberry

Unclean and expired ice cream pies at full price!! Noticed after I left it was a day past due.

Almost zero service. You would think that the employees (teenagers) never had any training before starting to work there. No leadership behind the counter. No discipline. We have been there 3-4 times in the last 12 months, and each time, we hope that everything will improve. But no. The straw that broke the camels back tonight... when the young lady used a dirty old rag to wipe the ice cream along the glass of our blizzard. I highly suggest going elsewhere! Too bad the owner is not around to see the poor quality of service.

The place smells so bad. It is like you walked into a outhouse. The blizzard is half full of the oreo and half plain ice-cream. If you need a cold treat grab and go because inside its not appetizing.

This location is quite a mess, from employees always goofing around in front of clients and very dirty counters. They have not had the churro cone for at least a month but keep listing it on their menu.

Just waited 25 minutes for a cheeseburger meal. And I was the only one in line at the time. Counted 7 staff on duty. And they forgot items with the meal. I don t usually write reviews but this is the 3rd time at this location where I wait a VERY long time for hot food.

Ordered a birthday cake 7 days in advance and it wasn t made. I have always have friendly service at this location. The food is good. Better then some other DQ locations Ive been to. Parking: Lots of parking as the DQ is located in a strip mall Kid-friendliness: I see lots of kids there with there parents

I came in looking for a cake for my husband s birthday. Elise came to me and asked me if I needed help picking out a cake. When I didn t like any of the design in the freezers, she offered to decorate a cake specifically for him on the spot!! It looked AWESOME!! Great job will definitely come back.

Short staffed. Long wait for two Blizzards. Other customers got complimentary coupons for waiting so long but when it came to my friend and I nothing was offered. I only mention this because I believe if you are going to do that for one customer you should do it for them all. The cashier was lovely but was left to handle all the customers alone while the other staff took care of the food in the back. I hope she got a break soon after we left.

Would give 0 star if I could. Did wait 10 minutes before being serve because of everyone was running around like nobody knew what they were doing. Do they even train them before letting them serve customers? I received my oreo blizzard with big chunk on top of it without being blend it. Overall wouldnt recommend ot go back to this location.

2 of the 3 staff were touching their noses and not one washed there hands. Both wearing masks pulled down around their necks. It was a disorganized mess.

We waited in line for half an hour, but decided to leave once we got to the front. So many others before and after us also gave up due to the long wait time. Staff were eating while making peoples order and fooling around laughing at making online orders before in store. Seemed to be a bunch of kids running the place. Going to start driving a little further to the one deeper in orleans as it s worth it to not have to wait a whole half an hour without even being acknowledged. They had plenty of staff working, and yet they were all working on making online orders the entire time. Something doesn t seem right.

The staff is untrained, unprofessional and the restaurant is absolutly unsanitay. Their floor, counter tops and machines are disgusting. Everything is covert with ice cream, chocolate and dirt. The seating area looks exactly like a dog park... Im more scared to get ffod poisoning then COVID in there. Im happy to see that my friends message to corporate didnt change anything. All that to say, please go somewhere else, the only thing youll be ordering there is food poisoning.

Consistently the worst service of any location I have ever been to. Melted ice cream presented alongside lukewarm food because staff cant even be bothered to finish presenting a fully prepared order for someone before wandering off was the experience I had tonight. This level of service from staff can be considered the standard experience at this location. I no longer have enough faith in the capabilities of the staff here to trust that they wash their own hands, let alone anything else. That is the level of competence I see regularly displayed here it is on a level that makes me doubt they can even do the legal requirements of their jobs right, let alone provide good service.

The service at this location is slow enough to make you think youve accidentally wandered into a Starbucks. I cant help but feel that if the staff spent less time on their phones and Bluetooth speaker that maybe it wouldnt take so long. I know its fan food and not fast food but maybe we could start at fast and work our way up. At least the food was fresh.

The manager was working his @ss off with lots of customers and a relatively new staff. Even after several mistakes with our order he remaind pleasant and made sure everything was right in the end.

Always good and refreshing just make sure you make the order repeated twice as you may pay and receive a medium when you ordered a mini blizzard .... and to just be told ah well ... bye ! ;)

Words can t describe how impressed I was with my cake order! They made my two year olds dream come true with her one bday request, pink . Cake was also delicious!

Wait times for food preparation can be extremely long

Today, May 25th, just before 2pm, line up all the way to the entrance door, only one busy young lady working the counter. She was doing her very best but out of the kitchen came a male worker in his 40 s I would say ( manager?) He realized that a customer left with the wrong order and had a complete meltdown freaking out and violently throwing an order in the garbage, went back in the kitchen and continued freaking out for everyone to hear and witness quite the scene. We left and drove the extra 10 minutes to the DQ on St-Joseph where we always get good food and good service. Was just lazy today and thought I d give 10th line a second chance, won t make that mistake again. This location is just a disaster. Sad. Felt bad for the young lady working with this guy

I used to love coming here but they messed up my order the last couple of times. I noticed the mistake when i was home and couldnt go back. It wasnt horrible but it wasnt great either.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. 45 mins wait from the front door to walking out at 9:00 this evening. Absolutely no leadership, an absolute free for all with certain employees watching others suffer while doing nothing. Worst experience I ve ever had at a DairyQueen.

Wonderful experience, I have celiac disease and this was my first time going to Dairy Queen since 2015, the young man taking my order cleaned everything before making my sundae to make sure its safe for me to consume, he even washed my spoon!! Thank you for having such a good protocol when it comes to gluten free!!

Summer is so busy there yet they always serve us with a smile and you cant go wrong ordering a DQ Blizzard on a hot summer afternoon.

Last time I ate in the fries were gross and cold, my moms chicken wasnt cooked properly and just today ordered off uber eats cake and dinner for a little birthday dinner for my boyfriend as my son is sick and they completely forgot to give my delivery driver our chicken. The response I got after calling several times was theres a lot of new people and its busy well all I can say is train your employees better.

Typical DQ. Has nice selection of frozen treats like blizzard cakes. When theyre busy say on like a Stat holiday, you can expect your order to be messed up. I just ordered a small blizzard and it was mixed up with someone elses order which included at least six blizzards. Mine was already made but they forgot to tell me so it was melting and by the time I got it, the top was pretty melted.

We were served by Nico and he was a joy to order from! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because it was obvious to me as a client/customer that this facility is seriously understaffed. Nico kept up with the orders but was by himself at the front counter while 4 others were busied by the grills, but still (remarkably) constantly checking on Nico to make sure he was ok. We got through our meal while I observed this but I quickly wished that I had asked for the dessert right away. I had to wait 15 minutes for the lunch rush to calm down before I dared ask poor Nico for the remainder of my sons meal. I hope a manager sees this and commends his staff, not the opposite.

The service at this location used to be fairly good. However, on a few visits this summer I received subpar service. The staff always seem confused and I have consistently received an incorrect order. I don t think the staff are trained properly on how to make anything. Tonight I ordered a certain sundae and upon trying it, I realized it was the wrong kind. When I asked the employee about it, he said they no longer carry it, but he initially claimed it was the sundae I ordered when he gave it to me. It was almost as though he hoped I wouldn t notice. Save yourself the trouble and go to the St. Joseph location.

Worst Blizzard I ever had. I had my son pick up a very cherry blizzard. What I got was basically a cup of vanilla ice cream with chocolate flakes. There is no hint of cherry at all. I might as well had a vanilla cone rolled in chocolate flakes. What a waste of time. Take a look at the pick compared to the pick on there app. Mine is white, theirs is super pink/red with cherry. VERY disappointed. I had one a few weeks ago at another location and it was amazing.

Very impressed! It has been months since my last visit, and back then, the facilities were not very clean and you could see the kitchen from the counter and it was very dirty and disorganized.... but NOW WOW!!! CLEAN, very nice staff, they were very polite, and you could see very nice group dynamic (they even sing together). There were people / families sitting outside and inside. Cannot wait to go back!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Wow!! I am absolutely amazed by the cake decorations. I ordered my daughters Roblox avatar cake through email. Response time was amazing! I just sent a picture and detailed my dates and the type of cake I want. I just picked up the cake now and I am blown away by the details and beauty. I first thought that a terrible experience here was hopefully an isolated incident. I thought maybe the new kids working there would get the hang of it but after 3 more visits due to proximity to my place things arent getting any better. Received some chicken bacon? Wraps (instead of my order) that were like chicken with a salt and raw bacon soup instead of the Buffalo chicken wraps that I actually ordered. Pretzels came without their sauce. And 4 large blizzards were completely melted. The kids dont bother waiting for the food to finish before making the blizzards so they sit for 15 minutes before the food even comes. I never used to experience these problems at dairy Queen then again these are my first trips in many years. I went 4 times this summer and each experience has been awful. 3 of the 4 orders were just plain wrong and the other wrong and poor quality. Disappointed that dairy Queen has turned into this. Wasted a lot of money on a family size meal today.

Service is really it or miss. The blizzards are okay but anything else is usually better to aviod. While the staff is polite I think that they might do better with more of them.

Used to come here all the time. Now I bring my kids. They, like everyone else, have a staff shortage but they are doing the best they can. This plaza has lost a lot of good stores over the years and I hope this one stays.

My order was wrong today it happened before in the past . Thought I would give this location an other try on my lunch break. I had ordered onion rings with my combo and got fries instead. Didnt notice it until i got back to work and didnt have time to come back. They forgot to give me a cup for my soft drink . Had to remind them. a suggestion ( give the cups out after the order is placed on the register so that customers can fill up their cup while they wait for their order..) No cheese on my Hamburger Cheese mushroom either. An older gentleman was there before me waiting for his hot food while his ice cream was unfortunately melting at the pick up counter and I walked out with my meal before him and he was still waiting for his when I left. Why cant you just wait before making the ice cream order until the hot meal is almost ready so that the customer doesnt walk out with melting ice cream? I dont get that?

I ordered from Uber Eats... my order was incomplete, fries were soggy (though portion size was good), small chicken strips (but they were tasty), no sauce included despite paying for it, the Smarties Blizzard didnt have many Smarties in it. I wont be eating here or ordering from here again. Food was okay overall for taste but each order item was compromised.

This place used to be my fav but they recently hired bunch of kids for the summer and they do a terrible job. They either do not know the recipes or they are out of things and just give some made up recipes. Edit: I tried their mushroom burger today. I didnt know it was a slappy Joe lol it was soaked in something. I feel like they microwaved a frozen bun and served me like that. Someone needs to check this place because the standard is so low.

Both were very helpful and courteous to resolve an issue I experienced at another DQ location. I d certainly recommend this DQ on tenth line road to anyone looking for strong customer service!

Prep table was horribly dirty

Very unsanitary. Staff don t wear gloves while preparing food. And drops and retrieves cellular device from under the shirt and proceeds to make food without washing hands. Extremely disorganized and dirty. Additionally, blizzard machine was littered with previous ice cream toppings.very unappetizing. Would not recommend.

i was racially profiled at this location and i heard workers laughing and making rude comments about a plus sized women women who had just left. they were also all white people

AWEFUL, AWEFUL, AWEFUL. Theres this one worker there I think his name started with a J... I think his name was Jack. WHAT A TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE. He threatened me with FINANCIAL VIOLENCE because I wanted the toppings on the side instead of in my blizzard. This place needs to be cleansed immediately!

the employees on the weekends are absolutely amazing n always give u exactly what you want. The teenage boys are amazing and respectful. The older people working there make it seems like toppings come out of their pay checks n make it a point to make customers feel unwelcome. I mean come on, they didn t even try to added the right toppings and always get my order wrong. anyways shout out to the employees that care n are trying! p.s the new employees need more assistance, please for the love of god help em out, they re struggling.

Every single time I order a blizzard with more than one topping THEY DONT ADD IT! How am I paying for more toppings when I don t get any. This has happened to me multiple times on different occasions. Please please please work on this or I ll be more than happy to go elsewhere.
