Dear Strong Bad, How do you wrap burritos with boxing gloves on? Food

Took 15 minutes just to order stuck in drive through with no way out then another 20 minutes to get our food (2 McDoubles and that s it). Not worth it.

Everything broken , guy sounds high out of his mind, repeat our order for 5 mins. (A kids meal chicken nuggets ) This was a really bad experience . ;( Edit: came back months later and it s gotten worse. The people were literally cutting each other off on their mics, clearly these kids are either dumb as a deer or stoned out of their minds on something more than just pot. Either way, the management and hiring crew are pathetic at their jobs and I wouldn t trust them cleaning my toilets..

This could be the cleanest McDonalds Ive ever been to? The interior is really nice and cozy. I hope all the McDonalds start to go in this direction.

Fairly new location. Nothing against the restaurant. Just spent almost $12 for the big Arch. Thats only for the sandwich btw. Not worth it. I wish McD was still cheap and regretful. Now its just regretful.

The food was excellent and the fries were hot just as I d ordered when went in person I was quickly assisted with my order and got it under 5 minutes!!! This is probably the best location in the east end of Ottawa especially with the brand new spacious interior makes me feel like I have a sense of privacy when I m sitting down and enjoying my meal overall the establishment is a 10/10 and I will be returning lots during the near future. Parking: Lots of spots even on a Friday!

Went for lunch a couple of months ago. Ordered one combo meal and 2 happy meals in the drive through for the kids. Got home and they forgot all 3 fries. Couldn t go back so I just wrote it off. Next time I went I checked in the line up and it was fine. Third time I went and checked again in the line up and they forgot the fries. Make sure you check your order before you leave. Seems like a chronic problem based on the reviews. Not sure how it can be so bad. Yikes.

Went through the drive through around 5pm and ordered a small coffee.. waited 7 minutes in an empty drive through to recieve my order only to get home to discover it was made in correctly. I went back to McDonalds to have the coffee remade.. Took a sip on my way out and it was, once again, made incorrectly.. I returned to the counter to have it remade for the 3rd time.. I explained to the employee this was my 3rd time coming back and was clearly getting frustrated at this point and the employee started smiling and laughing.. I was fed up at this point and told him just to give me my money back. Their over friedly manager (who is just patronizing) came over to give me my money back. The service here is deplorable yet we have been going since theyve opened.. Laughing at my frustration today was that straw that broke the camels back.. We will no longer be visiting this establishment, and if you value your time, you should do the same.

Got food poisoning from eating a cheese burger around a month ago. And Ive vowed to stop eating here. Another friend of mine got food poisoning from eating nuggets this week. Just dont go to this location until their food gets checked. ^ for additional for context i also worked at the Mcdonalds on INNES for a year and i always enjoyed the food there and Ive NEVER experienced anything wrong with the food and i ate it all the time when i did work there. This location is a disaster just avoid it at all costs

1:30 am, and it took over a half hour to go through the drive thru. 4 people backed out while waiting. 2 cars in front sitting at the speaker for over 15 minutes to order. Absolutely ridiculous to have this long of a wait at this time of day. Id give 0 stars for service at this point if I could. Ridiculous. Update: 2:05 am, someone comes to tell us theyre closing and cant make food because theyre system isnt working. Been waiting for over a half hour to pick up a Skip delivery order. Absolutely ridiculous. Yet, the 2 people ahead of me were able to put in their orders after their 15-20 min wait. 100% would be an absolute zero rating. Like unbelievable.

Pleasantly surprised by this location. Never have mistakes and I even call to make sure they don t put cheese and butter on my sandwiches since I have a dairy thing, and they always answer the phone and are very nice about it! I lived in Gatineau before and there was not one time the location near me would get my order right so I m happy!

The worst McDonald in Orleans possibly Ottawa. My 5 last orders had missing items. When I go back in to request the missing items the managers and employees laugh it off. If I could give minus stars I would. McDonald Canada should get involved with this franchisee.

This location needs to work on maintaining their dining room. Ketchup often empty, napkins often rim out, garbage over full, toilet paper runs out in bathrooms etc... otherwise its fine.

Couldn t give me a receipt. I asked for one nicely at drive through and he said the receipts aren t printing , have a good night and shut the window on my face. Super rude. Also, I own a business so I need that receipt. If I get audited and I don t have it , that s a big problem. I understand the printer paper and whatnot can screw up, so then hand write me one . That was super rude . There was no one in the drive through either, just me. Also I ordered two jr chickens and they royally sucked. If the staff is gonna be this lame, you may as well close the doors to that location. Get with it.

Amazingly slow, and incompetent staff over half the time during the nights. And by incompetent i mean clearly confused how to use the cash register. Its a crapshoot on if illl be charged a combo or the items individually. Often times fries are cold and burgers are dripping through the bag with grease. Its been months how is it still so bad? I understood when it was opening that theyred be some issues but its still probably better to go to innes.

Requested to use coupon, but it wasnt applied to the order. Chicken nuggets were short 2 nuggets out of 6, all fries were cold, Sprite tasted like a hint of lime in carbonated water, spicy grilled chicken and bun was burnt, Big Mac was messily thrown together. Waited in reserved area for order while 19 other cars drove threw.

Went to this location at around 1am on a Friday night after a late night shift. Took about 5-10 minutes for anyone to answer the speaker. Once we got our food, our fries were freezing cold and chewy. Our burger buns were hard as a rock. Very disappointing.

They forgot the chocolate milk for the happy meal 2nd they have done this, if you dont have it just replace it with something else

Every time I come here, service is slow yet its never busy. They need to get it together before the new grocery store opens as volumes will pick up

First time customer in this newly opened McDonald s, and the experience is not good. This restaurant is too busy with drive through clients and has no hands or attention for dine-in customers. To make things worse, they don t have pop drink fountains or condiments out there in the dinning area for clients to help themselves. There were absolutely no staff at the cashier while we were there, and it took someone ten mins to ask for a bag of ketchup which was missing in her meal. They also had problems following our requests that we made for our food on the app. We ordered two cups of iced coffee without ice and cream but substitute milk, they gave us two cups of black with ice; we ordered burgers with extra lettuce, and they gave us the one without. We didn t even bother to correct them, because, again, there were no one at the cashier to help dine-in patrons.

I have the worst experience as a customer this evening. The manager and training who told me hes the only manager on duty. Extremely rude over the intercom and in person. The staff member named Ahmed. This person has no customer service training and should not be in the role of manager This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Rude, ignorant and extremely defensive. I would like a manager who is a real manager to reach out to me to discuss the details of this situation. Not only was he rude and got my drink orders wrong and would not fix it. He also billed me for food which was also incorrect and did not give me my receipt

really the only complaint I have is it says open 24hrs and its not, and evertime I go in the morning 430am its closed including drive-thru, it clearly says 24hrs on the building and website, I asked a worker one morning and the response i got was its closed I replied and said but its says 24hrs and like a robot she repeated its closed not a very good start with this new build.

Its pretty good for McDonalds. Anytime Ive had an issue with my order its always been resolved. The food is good especially the burgers. The only item that isnt cooked well is the chicken nuggets, they arent crispy and definitely need work. The staff always seem like they are having a good time which helps the atmosphere. Sometimes I feel like they are unattentive though, I will approach the cash counter and no one will approach me to take my order, even after seeing me. Its honestly not bad at all, the fries are good and so is the beef, not so much the chicken though, nice enough environment as well.

This place is nasty, I ordered a vanilla Chai latte and it came with some green and some pink... when I asked for a new one and why it was because there was residue from another order on the mixer? What else is being cross contaminated by not being washed? Fries were damn near solid they were so over cooked. Burger I ordered was a habenro mc chicken, barely warm, almost dry. If it wasnt for the mayo habenero concoction they put on it, I dont know if I could have swallowed it. Staff are very un professional on top of all of this. The manager on duty is no help whatsoever. Not sure how they continue to get business, place is run by a bunch of kids who dont care.

It took about 25 minutes for our food to arrive and the order was missing items. I had to go back for fries for the happy meals, sweet and sour sauce, and I was given the crispy chicken when I ordered the grilled chicken. On top of that, there were no napkins available, the bathroom was disgusting, and the garbage near us was overflowing. Usually, the service at McDonalds is much better. We will not return to this location.

I wish there was zero star so that I can effectively rate the service at the Mc Donald (trim road Orleans). I took the drive thru line to pick up my order, after waiting in a long queue finally I got to the lady her name is Lidy (I am not sure of the spelling) she told me my order wasnt ready to drive up and park at the spot #2 so she will bring me the order. Stupid for a first come first serve service. I drove to the park #2 after she finish serving people who were behind me, she asked the last guy she was serving to tell me drive again to the drive thru where I have to wait again in a long queue. When I finally got to the window, I told her that I wasnt happy with what she did and ask her for her name, her manager was there and came asking me what happened, I explained to him, this non educated manager which not supposed to be at this role, ask me if I want to cancel the order after waiting twice to the line, not even an apology. Those employees (manager and cashier) are incompetent, zero customer service skills. I am writing this review and still I am wondering how someone with zero Custumer service skills can be a manager. Mc Donal have to do better, hire competent staff. I am tired of incompetency.

Update. August 31. Multiple visits and still not up to par. Drivethru is terrible, service is unbelievably slow. How has this not been fixed yet? Other visits: extremely long wait times, with extremely slow staff. No sense in complaining they havent fixed this issue since they opened.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! Worst customer service, staff is rude, constantly mix up orders, tells me my transaction went through to turn around and tell it didnt and that I have to pay again. If you want to wait in the drive thru forever go here. Every time I go it takes them at least 20 minutes to come on the monitor to take your order and that s with 2 or less cars infront of you. I would understand if they were busy but they aren t. Once you place your order it is fast but it s as if they are on their phones or don t care to take your order. Don t understand why this McDonald s is so slow compared to every other McDonald s. The night staff need more training and a new manager to speed up the drive thru

Watters location Orleans Waited 15 - 18 minutes for fast food? Kids look flustered, zero counter presence. McCrispy seems to get smaller every time. Medium fry overturned in bag...size I swear was a small. Place is loud and weirdly layd out, not a fan of this new design. Not sure why they still have indoor service when they have no staff presence in the building and everything else look like an afterthought. Not a fan of this new direction.

On Thursday September 14 @12:50 am i came to mcdonalds spending almost 80$ on food. the first order did not go through so I left and got my debit when I came back they tried to give me the same food from about an hour ago. Which is not okay. Please have a conversation with your workers @ 1520 Trim road. P.S the workers making the food were very nice it was just the man taking the order. He also refused to give us his name.

Me and my mom have been waiting in an emergency room for hours and all we wanted was large coffees to lighten our day a bit. This has happened to me not twice but three times that they have given us a small coffee instead of a large coffee. Their burgers were poorly made with the lettuce not even on the burger anymore but on the side. The crew on Thursday night and Saturday night are unorganized and not trained well as they do not understand how to punch in a small compared to the large. I do not recommend this McDonald s at all!!!

Multiple times going through the drivethru I have had to wait over 5 minutes for a couple coffees. Twice I have been given someone elses coffee. If I had not read the sticker on the cup I would have left with the wrong drink.

Ordered through uber. Didnt pack my 20 nuggets. Called store and spoke to manager Bob, he didnt even apologize. Told me to get my credit through uber and completely missed the point about his inept employees. They did give me the dipping sauce though, cuz you know you need dip for no nuggets. He was very rude and didnt care at all, just kept telling me to contact uber. I tried to explain that the driver has nothing to do with packing the bag, but he was only concerned with getting me off the phone. The nuggets was dinner for 2 people at home. They didnt get their dinner, I think they should care more. Not impressed at all. Uber eats or not the store should also be held accountable. was 25 dollars worth of chicken nuggets.

Wish I could give them negative stars for service. They put the wrong burger in my order, and when I brought it back to the counter they refused to get me a fresh burger. Instead, I waited 5 minutes for them to put lettuce, a slice of tomato and bacon on the original - now stone cold - burger. When I again asked for a fresh burger, they refused eventhough it was them who gave me the wrong burger in the first place. The bottom of the burger box was also filled with cold congealed grease. By then I had had enough of the terrible, rude service that I threw the burger in the trash. By the way, my burger at A&W was hot, delicious and was the actual burger I ordered at the counter.

come here all the time usually around 10-11pm started off with the person in the next lane getting their order taken before mine, even though I was waiting first, wanted to try the new bbq Qrt Pounder asked for a double and paid for it only got 1 patty, drink was wrong and asked for a jr with no lettuce and there was lettuce on the burger.

Im disappointed that they dont offer a free refill on coffee. Prices have gone up a lot so the deals dont feel like deals anymore.
