A great place to stop and get a great meal. Really nice hot dogs, fries and onion rings. The food was good quality and the service was friendly. Our order was made and server promptly. There is ample parking in front.

If you are used to the sous-marin végétarien in Montréal, its not the same. They add meat et acted like this is normal et I was like, I dont remember ever getting meat in a vegetarian sub in Montréal for La Belle Province. So I checked with Montréal, they do not put meat in theirs so each city is different. Et treat it like such.

Great spot and some cheap awesome Montreal style hot dogs. Steamy the way to go. Lots of choice and always been good spot to go for lunch !

I like laid back places, not overly crowded. and this place fit the bill. Poutine was Awesome, Chicken Pita on point, great prices, great serving size. Well worth it.

This Place is soo good. La Belle Never disappoint me. I love this place good spot to eat and hangout or take home with you 10/10. They are fast and the employees are nice. I recommend coming here with friends and family.

I have to be honest with you I don t think that was my idea but I was going for the first two days of the year so I was hoping you only got the last four weeks off so that we would have more flexibility to get a little more flexibility to go back and get some more money And then you would have to pay for the rest of the week

Atmosphere Was Bad Went in Around Dinner time and as you walk in you just feel smothered with the peoples kids screaming and running the front cash is so crowded with people waiting for food people grabbing ketchup forks salt pepper anything and then people ordering it feels so cluttered. Service was bad you get to the counter and they are speaking to you in a mumbly low voice clearly annoyed by your presence, then when we ordered our food mind you no one was behind us in line when we ordered they still messed up and gave our food to other customers that came in and ordered the same thing but after us and we had to wait an extra 5-10 minutes to get our food. Then when we finally got the food it tasted like candy everything was so sweet tasting, the fries weren t salty more like a sugary taste the gravy was like water and there was barely any on the poutine and the cheese curds if you could even call them that more like cheese chunks were cold. The pogo i had ordered also had a sugary taste. All in all Will never come here again and Warn others too not waste your money on this overpriced garbage.

I have had poutine there before and it s excellent. I find their gravy isn t crazy salty like other poutine. I had a deluxe burger too and it was delicious. Best burger I ve had in a long time. It was very busy tonight but proves they are doing something right. I think a new dining room would make it nicer to dine in. The decor is very dated, been the same for 20 yrs. Great food for take out.

Great place for quick meal in a diner atmosphere, or for takeout. Love a hot dog dressed with coleslaw, on a toasted bun, with their fries. Their club sandwich is excellent and good value. The line to order moves along quickly and the place is always nice and clean. No loud music, which is always a bonus. Parking: Lots of free parking in the plaza, as it shares a huge parking lot with Metro, Shoppers Drugs, and several other stores on the 10th Line, in Orleans. Wheelchair accessibility: There are at least 2 easier access points in that plaza, one in front of Metro, next to Poutinerie La Belle Province, and one in front of Shoppers Drugs. I believe there is also one near the Dairy Queen, at the other end of the plaza.

Love this Place! I go here often for lunch or a Quick Dinner.

Tried the poutine for the first time today. Bbq style gravy and cheese curds were delicious. Sadly the fries were very undercooked, still raw potato crunch in the center. Disappointed.

Its a staple

Spent 51$ and got two club sandwichs, and a steak and pepperoni sub, food took a while to arrive. Chicken on clubs where ice cold, fries were cooked in dirty oil and are brown, steak and pepperoni sub was greasy as all hell, and didnt come with fries. For 51$ I feel like this place is price jabbing you as the quality was not there. Also they got rid of there smoked meat as the staff informed me price went up and quality went down, I will not go back. This place is the definition of a pig with lipstick.

i had a terrible experience with elizabeth serving me today. she was not attentive to my order at all, i had to correct her saying it to eat in twice, and then even though i asked for all dressed hot dogs she punched in plain. you need to hire employees that pay attention and don t just do their own thing. will never come back

Spare yourself and dont eat here! It was a very dirty restaurant. The food wasnt much better either. The fries were so greasy. They made you feel nauseous after you ate because of how greasy they were. You could have squeezed the grease right out of them and the oil was old and had a bad burnt taste to it. The gravy didnt really have a nice taste. The burger was all right but nothing to write home about. The portion size for the poutines were generous. But that is the only good thing I could say about it. I will never go there to eat again

Treated my six year old like trash because he has a mask exemption. Unbelievable. I guess my family will never go back. Too bad people have lost their minds. I wont forget. Just wanted to order poutine and hot dogs and walk out, not dine in. They threw out my kid.

Hit or miss with this place. Food is usually pretty good and typically call in my orders. I dont know if its the owner or something but he seems like kind of a douche to the other employees. I was picking up an order that I called in and it was clearly sitting at the front cash, the girl working the cash asked the guy what it was to make sure it was mine (which it was) and he said not to worry about it he would tell her what it is. Pretty sure he wasnt joking around either and thats no way to speak to an employee

Wonderful service from all the staff who you speak with. You can tell they have a smile on their face, despite the masks. The establishment is clean and it has an old school dinner feel. Now the food...incredible! I had the poutine and it was the best I ever had. Lots of gravy and cheese. You will always come back for more! When you come they treat you right and make sure your taken care of. Prices are definitely on point because the quality is all around the best.

It is Saturday night. They are short staffed like everywhere else in town but UNLIKE everywhere else in town, the staff they have working here (teens included) are incredible. Kind, patient, work well together, organized, and just super thoughtful. Lets not forget that they have amazing food. I love this place. Great little spot in Orleans. 5 star in every way

One of the main reasons we went there to eat was because of their smoked meat. They have now gotten rid of the smoked meat. Also they no longer use Lesters hotdogs

Yesssss! This is where you come for a real poutine. They do a nice steamed hot dog. Theyve got burgers, gyros and plenty more. If you were looking for the perfect poutine, youve found it.

I get my poutine on once in a while. This is the place. Whatever you have.....have the small poutine! It is worth the walk or drive, and just enough. The gravy is the best, and no skimping on curds. I go at 4:30 before they get busy. Well done...again.

Was put on hold and after 5 minutes decided to just go to the location. All the while still on hold. 14 minutes later, still on hold no body in line. The cashier told me they just had. Big rug it the place is completely empty. No sorry no nothing. Customer service is a big 0.

Went in, my boyfriend got a chicken wrap combo before last bite pulls out a huge curly hair. When brought it to the front was told oh we can make you a new one! We through out the rest of our food and I asked for a refund for my boyfriend s meal. Was only giving half, told them he didn t eat all of his food, I d like a full refund, the woman behind the cash without a word just huffs and hand me my money. NEVER AGAIN

The poutine is great, but it is highly priced. For 2 small poutines and one small fries is average of approx 15-16$ for this exact order at La Belle Province it cost me 25$. They seem to be well known for lots of gravy and generous amount of cheese. My suggestion is that maybe put a bit less and lower the price (which I think would be decent amount of gravy and cheese for a poutine) and charge extra for the ones who want more cheese and gravy that will come up to the actually price they are charging now. And less for for ones who are content with less ... I think it would be a win win.

Im use to going to the one in Montreal where I am from and I didnt notice a single difference in taste and even look it was amazing and staff are so nice.

The food is super yummy, and thats what really matters. Service is fine, but they could be a bit friendlier; could be a language barrier type thing. Atmosphere could definitely use some work. Service is ok. If memory serves, theres no handicapped button on either set of doors, but lots of room for wheelchairs once inside.

Just got two monster poutines. Absolutely delicious, generous portions and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the gravy is vegetarian.

We went here few years ago and it was meh, however we returned after hearing the great reviews online, did not disappoint! Portions are just massive! We waited a little bit and the poutine was so fresh! Will definitely be back

Last time I was there I had the poutine and it tasted like they got the gravy from a swamp. Way too much curds and gravy made the fries soggy. Figured I would give them another chance and I was also waiting in line for about 5 minutes and then was told to wait longer because they couldnt keep up with the orders. Poorly run business. I will never go again

Old fashioned greasy spoon food with a French flare

Food was good but could have been GREAT. I noticed they didnt salt the fries or the onion rings or anything for that matter and I think it would have made a big difference if they did but its not a big deal. However they also did not strain the fries ( let them hang for a minute to let the grease drip from them) so the fries were greasy and less crispy than they could have been. I asked for ketchup and mayo on the side but got ketchup and mustard (honest mistake). It was busy so maybe they were rushing. I would still go eat here cuz even with all that the food was good. Catch them when the good cooks are there and Im sure its 5*

If you know what a chip wagon is, then youre absolutely going to love this place! Like it says in the name they make some of the best poutine in the area they only use the freshest curds and fresh cut fries daily. The Lester steamer.. hot dogs that are steamed the buns are steamed as well, all dressed with sauerkraut relish and mustard are absolutely. I have been fortunate enough to have their smoked meat sandwiches, burgers and even wraps and others. If youre in thearea and youre looking for some super affordable yum yum yum food stop by this place and you wont be disappointed!

Stop what youre doing, drive here, and buy a poutine! (Maybe add a few steamies too). The french fry to cheese curd ratio is almost 1:1...which is awesome. For an inexpensive restaurant, they really dont skimp on food or quality!

Open for take-out during lockdown. Tried their hotdogs and fries, and was very satisfied! Yummy! Cant wait to visit and dine-in when they re-open.

I LOOOVE poutine but I can be picky... This poutine is BY FAR MY FAVORITE. The fries have a subtle sweetness to them. The gravy is amazing and they are generous with the cheese. Hot dogs are also amazing.

I love Belle Province, and I go there all the time when Im in Québec. This one, however, has to be the slowest I have encountered. They seem to make the meals in the order they come in, rather than getting the dogs and fries out quickly. Same great cascroute as at any other Bel. Prov., but you shouldnt have to wait fifteen minutes for two steamés and a frits.

Fries are consistently excellent, and the smoked meat sandwich is really good also.

Way overpriced. All of the indicated prices on the board are for small sizes, and they are tiny. The cost of proper sized portions are astronomical.

Solid food. Sauce taste great on the poutine. Only thing is that I would of liked my pogo to be a bit more fried it was still soft.

Overall decent experience. The poutine isnt mind blowing or anything like that but its cheap and drenched in gravy and cheese curds. Only strong critique would be to cut back a bit on the gravy and to also heat the hot dog buns (which are also a staple at this place). Other than that, its good for at a very reasonable price.

Best place for steam dogs hands down. All you can think of for quick chips, burgers, subs and of cours poutines. Large eating diner area for everyone to stay in, fast service and affordable pricing.

AVOID. Good poutine but poor service. I ve ordered from them a few times and usually pretty good, with full portions. Today I ordered a large poutine and instead of the container being pretty full as usual, when I got home I noticed it was only 1/2 to 2/3 full. Thinking it was perhaps an error or perhaps they had been busy, I called the restaurant, only to be told by Gaby there wasn t much they could do as no manager was available, and maybe next time check to make sure my order was full before leaving the store. I asked if she had any suggestions - she said simply no, it was too bad but there was nothing she can do. Was not asking for miracles, but at least an offer to speak to the manager tomorrow would have been appreciated. Not a huge issue but at this point why should I pay full price for a large ($17) and only get a medium s worth? Less upset with the error and more that Gaby couldn t care less about customer service or attempting to make a simple issue right.

Post covid19 review . Went to order take out at the restaurant and they only let 4 people into the restaurant , No patio outside or sitting area. Social distancing markers and protective barriers are up for employees and customers . I had order the chicken poutine . Same as before great value and very tasty chicken with lots of cruds . A full menu is being served right now and they are only accepting cash or debit.

If you are looking for a good burger look no further 7.50 for their mega burger and cooked on a flat top grill nice crust on the meat and so delicious

The food is great and the staff as well. The problem is that, with COVID-19, the man who prepared my poutine today, used his gloved hand to push down the cheese over the fries. I had just watched him go behind, out of view, then he came back, touched a few things, including his mask, all with the same gloves. It makes me wonder if the staff keep the same gloves on all day. For all I know, he could have gone to the washroom with them. I told him that he shouldn t be touching food with the gloves, he told me that it s the way they ve always done it. Even without COVID, it s not very sanitary.

Fries are just ok but I came for the steamed Hot Dogs.This was one of the only place to get $0.99 hot dogs. Sadly the price has gone up drastically to $1.50 (+51% increase!! ) As I work on the road during the day I would take the extra time, at least 6 or 7 times a month, to drive here for the hot dogs and grab a poutine at the same time but unless im in the area, sadly now, its not worth it..... for me anyways. :(
