they told us they closed at 8:30 while it says they close at 9:00 they said everything is finished and they were cleaning by 8:45 and the just said come another time. Im disappointed

I ve only ordered thru UberEats, and the orders have been accurate (although very slow). Tasty but not worth when compared to FatBastard or Chipotle.

Went here for the first time and got extremely good food ...its really the exceptional one......everything was so organized and the staff too treated costumers with there warm hearts...I recommend everyone to visit there once and enjoy the delicious food.

Tried new sandwich that they launched today- New crunchy chicken sandwich!! I had sweet heat! Best in taste. Must try. Great location and extraordinary service.

First time going to this location and the service was pretty bad. Limited vegetarian options (they did not have the veggie ground). They spilled half of the guacamole on the counter and although we asked twice for them to provide extra for the amount spilled, they did not (but of course still charged us the full amount, plus tried to charge us for guacamole in the other bowl that didnt have any). There are other burrito options in Orleans that have better options and service in my opinion.

Staff are excellent, but the food has a long way to go unfortunately. I know its not Lone Star, but Guac just down the road has set the bench mark in the area.

I ordered catering for 10 people and I was beyond impressed by the quality and quantity. If you are thinking of hosting a party with a taco or nacho bar, I highly recommend BarBurrito.

I will not be returning to the Orleans location. (I will drive the extra 15 min and go to Ogilvie location instead) The service is horrible. The server had such a non greeting face. She barely understood what we wanted to add to our bowls. Actually questioned lettuce instead of rice she replied, I don t understand? Then she didn t drain the beans properly, so our bowls were drenched with bean liquid. My son referred to his bowl as dish water. Playing the proper ambiance music would be highly recommended since the menu consists of Mexican food. Customers do come first! And now let s speak about the jerk chicken. Not sure if this is spiced up at a main location and then distributed at each branch or if they individually spice the chicken at each restaurant. Tonight s chicken was ridiculously hot. It overpowered our entire dinner. $48 over spent.

I ordered tonight through Uber eats. The BarBurrito Orleans, however missed two items in my 4 item meal. And when my husband called, they said Its right here waiting for you. You can come pick it up anytime I ordered from Uber Eats because I couldnt drive at the time. I called back because that response is EXTREMELY unacceptable. The employees tried to say the exact same thing to me, however I would not accept. They say they arranged another Uber to drop off my two missing items. At this point I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. 0/5.

BarBurrito in Orleans, Ottawa is my go to place for Tex-Mex food! Staff and owner are outstanding, and the variety on their menu is impressive. The Burrito Bowl I had was a taste explosion, with fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned rice. The restaurant is clean. What impressed me most was the great value for money. BarBurrito offers generous portions at reasonable prices. If youre a Mexican food lover in Orleans, dont miss out on this.

First time in and very unpleasant experience. First I ordered 2 burritos and got one and I guess he thought I said a bowl for Second one which I was willing to take anyways not trying to be complicated. I First smelled burnt and noticed my sons burrito was being burnt on one side. Next I get my bowl with the smallest amount of rice so little you saw the bottom of the bowl. I looked at it and brought it back to very unpleasant worker and ask him if its normal to have so little rice and he says well usually theres beans as I didint want any. But regardless of beans the bowl should be filled with rice no? For the amount I paid it was far from worth it and will never go back to this location. I might try again at a different one as Ive always been big on giving second chances. Someone definitely needs to talk whoever was working yesterday.

It was my first time I visited barburrito. I was amazed by their service, quantity and quality of food. I ordered mild chicken burrito and I want that gluten free they took a lot of precautions like use another base the process of making my burritos different as compared to another orders. quantity of their chicken even toppings is far more better then I except. When I entered in they had big smile on their face. Even staff is soo cooperative since it was my first experience they help me a lot to choose best thing.

Ive had Bar Burrito before and it was always tasty. For some reason it wasnt as good as previous times this time, but it was still good! Good value, lots of options, well taken care of environment. Vegetarian options: The veggie ground in a burrito is absolutely fantastic.

Just come back from Bar Burritos in Orleans and I was very disappointed. I used to go there 2-3 times a week and I will go Guac Mexi Grill instead I asked For a medium size and he give me half of everything and he look so shocked when I asked for 2 scoops of salsa. He was counting all pieces of vegetable Unbelievable My medium was half the size I used to have usually just fit in the bag For 15$ .

Service was absolutely horrible. Ordered online for pick up but nothing was ready. Staff didn t seem to care and it took an extra 20 minutes to remedy the order. We got burrito bowls and they were filled half way. Taste was good and that is why I gave 2 stars. Try another location

Its better then Mucho. Flavour is good, but the they are not very generous with the meat or toppings. I may return but probably not considering Guac isnt far away and really good for the same price.

Very disappointed. Ordered 2 Reg Burritos and they were small (fit in the my hand) and flat (very little filling and bland tasting). Not as good as the competition (Guac & Mucho).

Delicious burrito!!

The guy on cash get carried away while chatting with the customer before me. He must ve forgot my burrito is on the grill. I cannot finish it as it tastes like burnt charcoal. Be careful on ruining the reputation of a good brand name. Been to the one in Kanata for quite a while, which is awesome for every visit.

The portions are extremely small for the amount they charge. We ordered a burrito bowl, a burrito, and tacos and each one arrived wrong.

I went yesterday around 6:30. They had one little spoon of gaucamole left by that time, and no pickled onions. My sister went a couple days prior and the same things were out. Its a mexican restaurant how do you keep running out of gaucamole? Not a good look for only Opening like 2 weeks ago.

Absolute dogwank food , horrible service and horrible owner. Disgrace on the brand and the owner does not respect employees.
