Such good food and great service. Love it here.
I really liked the food but the portions was not it. The first time i went there the employee was really nice and gave us proper portions. But today I had to keep asking the employee to put more because he would pick up a little in his hand while the serving spoon was right there. He was being very stingy.
I absolutely love Fat Bastard Burrito! It’s a clean, welcoming environment where the staff are always efficient and provide great customer service. It’s become a weekly date night in our household, and the burritos are the best I’ve ever had.
Such a great option at any time of the day or night, but especially at night!! Open till 2am, and it's WAY healthier than other options!!! Delicious food, clan venue, friendly staff!!! What's not to love!?

This was our first time trying this franchise out. We went when there were 2 customers in the store. It was empty. There were 4 staff. They were very disorganized. My fiancé ordered - the one girl took his payment then disappeared. Another employee started to make his order. I did not get to order before the first staff disappeared. He ordered the large burrito and did not ask for anything extra. His order had finished crisping up - she wrapped his burrito and handed it to him. I still hadn’t ordered yet. I said excuse me I still need to order. The girl looked confused and called over the first employee to take my order. So now we had to wait another 5 minutes to get my order. I ordered the huge burrito to see how much more you actually get in it. The huge burrito was $3.50 more than the large burrito. I asked for extra rice and extra vegetables but there were literally 5 small pieces of bell pepper left in the container. Instead of pulling more from the other side of the counter she proceeded to put the wet old vegetables in the burrito. 3 more customers came in and when another customer complained that she didn’t get any vegetables the employee went and got a new batch. She should have gotten the new batch as soon as it was almost empty. Upon getting home I weighed both. There was a 200 gram difference between the two which is not much considering I paid $3.50 more and asked for double rice. Price per gram I paid 2$ more than my fiancé. Simply put order the large - you’re not saving any money buying the huge burrito. The burrito was average - Would not return due to lack of service, price and food quality.
Great food - 2nd time eating here; friendly & accommodating staff - got the Crispy Fish Burrito Bowl with just about everything on it along with the Cheesecake Burrito Delicious meal - perfect thing to break my day's fast The Cheesecake Burrito tastes AMAZING with the caramel - considering how cheesecakes are usually an afterthought at most places, this was an unexpectedly solid selection Definitely pulling up here again
This place is awesome. Fresh ingredients, service with a smile, large portions and sooooo tasty. We ordered large shrimp burritos. They were so filling that they turned out to be lunch and dinner. The owner even came out and served us. My daughter was so impressed that she applied for a job here. Thank you for coming to Orleans. We wish you much success.

Haven t been here for years thought I d go in for burrito. Ordered a huge veggie burrito The burritos are half the size they used to be do not go here. There s are much better value places.

We love this place because of the food but today Monday at 9:00 pm it s the third time that the service is really awful, when we ask for a little more of an ingredient they literally gave us a dirty look and put Les that a pinch, and when we ask if can eat on the table they said that it was close and only take out. Really bad experience

Everything about my experience at this establishment tonight was volatile. The staff and the food quality was the most disgusting thing I have witnessed and had in my presence. I had ordered a few things this evening on the website loaded Noachos + big burrito + small burrito+ chips with caso + chips with salsa (salsa I never received) and small waffle fry. Pictures In post... I honestly dont know where to start with this review ... it was all garbage. When I came home saw the quality, I new if me and my children would have consumed it we probably would have been sick. The store was dead i had order

in 2024, this place easily among the top 2 burrito places in Orleans in my opinion. Great burritos, friendly staff, clean kitchen and dining area. The burritos are huge . Even the small is enough for a meal.

SCAM ALERT! Paid 4.49$ for extra meat three portions. Don t eat here they put barely a tablespoon extra for this price. And extra cheese - half a teaspoon barely. I placed the order in Uber eats and went to pickup. Saw them make it and it was a joke
