Had the chicken enchilada. Large portion size, great taste. The service was awesome. I was treated like a regular customer on my first visit.

TLDR: Very disappointed. Total waste of $25. Decided to try Mexi Guac for dinner. They boast and almost entirely gluten free menu and Celiac procedures. The food was awful. I got a barbacoa burrito bowl with Chips and queso. The queso is a strange Grey paste with flecks of black seasoning. The bowl has no discernable flavour besides black pepper corns, which is very concerning considering the amount of mild salsa and lime crema that was put on the bowl. I dont know if it was the rice that is so over powerfully seasoned, or if it was the meat, but either way I got 2 bites out of it and I cant stomach it at all. Ill stick to other options.

They have put packaged sauce inside my food which is not at all hygienic + the food was COLD. When I called to give them this feedback, the guy almost yelled at me and was arguing with me to convince me that it was because of Skip the dishes. They have to stop blaming the food transporter, pay attention to the customer and look for ways to keep the food in a warm spot while waiting for the chauffeur . And also DO NOT place a packaged sauce inside the FOOD. Do you put your packaged ketchup sauce inside your burger? I do not think so.

The tacos are soft and the order arrived cold! never again

Omg there sewer must have been backed up. It s stinks so terrible in there. The restaurant is dirty and dust everywhere. Everyone is just sitting around Twice I have gotten cross contamination jalapeños and I have gotten a seed and it s extremely spicy. Sadly my first experience wasent great and because I liked the food I decided to try again. This time will be my last. They are very cheap. One scoop of meat for 3 tacos . Unfortunately I won t be returning. The smell , dirt and the attitude of the guy was enough to make it so I do not want to return.

I got a quesadilla it was pretty good but they forgot to pack my drink in my takeout bag. Overall a decent experience and taste.

Depending on who prepares your food will determine how much you get. Came last time buddy gave me some generous portions. This time order the exact same thing and I get a lot less. They need consistency.

Ive been a regular customer for over the past two years, and moved this summer to Rockland. I was in town running errands, and decided to treat myself to my regular chicken salad bowl through Ubereats pickup. Im so disappointed. Our salad bowls were flavorless, and they put WAY too much hot sauce.

Just ordered through DoorDash and for no reason whatsoever the restuarant decided to not fulfill my order after over 15 minutes. My order had to be refunded. I am a type 1 diabetic...they could have cause medical harm to me. Horrible customer experience. Glad I am moving from this city Dietary restrictions: Diabetic

It was just by luck that I got to try this place. I noticed that food, burritos & fiesta potatoes, was Skipped late afternoon to my neighbour and knowing that he was gone for the day, I picked it up. Tried my damn best to find who had ordered it but to no avail. Ate half the burrito and potatoes today and all was delicious. Found a new delightful Mexican takeout place.

Had Fiesta Potato, Tacos, Nachos and a lot more. Everything was just delicious. Very friendly staff with big smiles on their faces. Clean and comfortable ambiance. Great experience.

Food was delectable, spice levels far surpassed expectations, and the staff were the best. Although part of a franchise, Guac Kanata puts a lot of thought into sourcing their ingredients fresh, and each meal is assembled with care (and with excellent service of course!). Honestly, its the best food for a good price in Centrum. Extra kudos to Aditya who makes the best burrito bowls! Dietary restrictions: Celiac-friendly, vegan, and vegetarian options (that actually taste good :o !!) Parking: Lots of spots, designed especially for vehicular transport

I had a big burrito with chicken, fresh ingredients and very tasty. A big portion could not eat all if it brought back 1/2 of it. Had a churro with caramel sauce, yummy. My friend had 3 tacos and she loved it. Carmen

Used their taco bar catering for 13 guests. Portions were huge. Even gave us extra tacos. We had a lot of leftover and very yummy. Highly recommend.

Food is very bland. Weve been twice now but after the 1st time we figured wed give it one more go, just in case it was an off day. Unfortunately it was the same.

Great food, especially for the price. Ive tried the bowls, the burritos and the quesadillas - delicious! My one and only complaint pertains to the meat-substitute (veggie crumble) - which is not great at all. If youre going for something vegetarian, skip that and get beans!

Phenomenal food at a great price! Best burrito bowls in Ottawa! Usually I find that the meats from burrito shops are rather bland and flavourless, but not this one. I had the pork and tried the chicken, both had big hits of flavour while still being juicy! The portions were great as well, its just slightly more than I needed, which is exactly what I wanted. The only thing that I didnt love was the guac, but even then it was super solid, it could just use some more acid and heat in my opinion. Cant wait to go back!

Edit Nov 1. This place has gone downhill quick, I am not sure if its a new owner or what it is. You get a scoop of meat for the large and a tiny scoop of guac for $1.50. I think Im done eating here. It was a good year until the last few times. I guess fay bast*** burrito will be my new weekly go to place now. Its a shame guac, you being cheap cost you a good customer. Wow. Just wow. This place makes mucho burrito look like canned food. Flavour and quality is on point. You have a new permanent customer!

We have been going here since it opened. My son and I are both Celiacs and the staff always take great care in making sure that our food is very safe! Not only is it safe, it is delicious! We love it so much, we had them do the catering for our Christmas party of 20 people. The ordering was so easy, the price was fantastic and everything was beautifully packaged! Everyone enjoyed it soooo much! I cannot say enough good things about this place! We love it! THANK YOU!

I typically love this place, but last night I purchased a burrito and there were four pieces of steak in it! Don t be like Mucho and gain customers and let it go down hill!!!!

So on average I order from here almost weekly and the last month I have had been disappointed multiple times with either added onion when I dont click it as an option (and also write it in the notes on the delivery order with a no onions please) or missing salsa Verde which I do check off. Please have the staff put more care and attention into serving your customers because as we all know money is hard earned and I am not enjoying wasting mine on a meal that is not made proper. I will be thinking long and hard about if I will be a return customer again after my wrong order yet again this evening through Uber .

First time visiting Guac Mexi Grill for their Taco Tuesday. I wish they would put in more protein. Worth two dollar per taco but definitely not 3.29.

Great service; the staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh and delicious, and the servings were quite generous! We appreciated the special attention of the staff put into preparing our food. My salad bowl and my husbands burrito were thoughtfully prepared. The churros were delicious. We will go back!

Ordered a burrito with shrimp. It was prepared quickly and was delicious. The larger size could be bigger.

I always have a great experience with Guac Mexi Grill! Very slightly on the pricier side but fully worth it as it fills me up for the rest of the day and I always feel great. Great portions and great staff :)

We showed up fairly late, basically 10 min before closing and I have to say that all the ingredients were so fresh. We had a couple burritos and a beef nacho, which were all amazing. The only downfall was the queso, I ve definitely had better. I will for sure be back for another burrito though!

My first time ordering from Guac. First of all my food was delicious and flavourful. I found the portions adequate certainly not skimpy. I had a couple of problems. I ordered three items churros, a 2 meat burrito and a barbacoa burrito bowl. The churros were great, the burrito arrived hot and delicious but the third item a burrito bowl had issues. First of all it was not hot in fact it was barely room temperature. Ive never had a cold burrito bowl but perhaps thats the Guac way? I prefer it heated. The other issue was minor but I ordered pineapple and it was not in the dish. The food was delivered in an insulated container so I dont think the cold dish was entirely a result of delivery. I would order from Guac again

We moved to Orleans recently from Toronto. This place is close to our house, so we thought to give it a try.. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and the guy puts literally a table spoon of chicken in it.. Come on now!

My boyfriend and I used to be obsessed with this place. The staff aren t as friendly anymore and it feels like we re a bother when we order. The Tuesday $2 taco deal used to be SO generous and now they are super stingy and keep adding new rules (no substitutions, now u need 3 minimum). I understand it s only $2 but that s the reason I go!

Every single time Ive been here food has been delicious, staff have been excellent, and Ive never had a single complaint!!! Well tonight I went in to satisfy a craving yet again, and Rosy was super sweet, kind, all around incredible!!! She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy, and helped me far more than I could have asked for!!! If youre not going to go here for the food, go here for the customer service!!!

Had the steak salad one of my favourite dish, always fresh and great staff.

This is hands down the best of the fast mexican type of restos. The quality of the meat & toppings options is superb. They dont skimp on anything. There are several salsa options (salsa Roja is the best IMO) and the queso tastes authentic & not heavy. Their chips are not too thick or deep fried & oily. I wish they carried more juice & drink options, specifically in cans. The staff is fairly regular and the people are very friendly

Really great option for fast food - the 5 star rating is comparing it to Taco Bell or similar places. Comparing it to other Mexican places, I d give it a 4 bc the quality of ingredients could be better. But great for what it is.

Went to Guac Mexi Grill today for late lunch. Got a chicken bowl, service was quick but very little food given for the price. Couldn t help feeling ripped off due to quality of ingredients and price. Wouldn t recommend.

The quesadilla is very small. Not much meat or cheese on it and for some reason they wont put guacamole or salsa on it. The staff Is also forgetful.

The place is clean and the food is fresh. I found the flavors too bland. Normally in a mexican joint you find the flavors to be tangy and spicy but here it was just no flavors at all.. even the spiciest salsa was mild.. i might not go back but it is a good place if you like your food to be ordinary/flat and you can t handle spice.

Portions are very small (while the pricing is same as competition), if you ask anything extra it cost More $.

Amazing flavor!!! A few weeks ago my family and I decided to try new food places. We noticed Guac Mexi Grill and decided to give it a try. I can tell you this place did not disappoint. We ordered the beef and chicken burritos and they were absolutely delicious. So tonight we decided to head back and enjoy the flavors again. Best burrito in ottawa. The meat, black beans, rice, salsa, warm fresh corn chips are a must try. This is now are go to when we are craving some Mexican!! The staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

This is a nice Mexican fast food takeout.I had the cheesy potatoes and they were good.They also have a cool variety of sodas ,with a good choise of different flavors. The food is fresh and reasonably priced.

Food was cold and bland, only thing I could taste was onions.

Quickly becoming my favourite place in town for burritos. The food is consistently good quality, decent spice level, and very generous portions. Definitely going to keep coming back here!

Just tried Guac for the first time tonight. I wish we tried them a long time ago. Food is very fresh, and they have big portions. The guacamole and queso are amazing. Guac is definitely going to be in our take out rotation.
