I ordered threw uber eats to get a buy one get one free deal but the store only sent one pizza and this is the second time this has happen. The store is ran by scammers and i wouldn t recommend to anyone

I placed an order online, and watched the online deliver tracker which didn t work. My delivery driver just dropped my pizzas on my porch, and did not ring my doorbell even though I did not select contactless delivery. I m not sure when my pizza was delivered, but it was cold.

I Ordered papa johns for the first time yesterday and it was truly a great experience. The pizza was outstanding and was presented with great customer service. Easy to order and speedy delivery. As a local restaurant owner I try to get out and support local. Dropped in today without high expectations but hoping to support. Was delighted by the quick friendly service, pizza was ready in 10 minutes along with the cinnamon bite pull apart dessert. Great quick lunch, pizza was great, soft crust and a fair portion of meat on the meat pizza. Happy to be already relaxing enjoying my food. Welcome to the neighborhood:-)

I gave 2 stars because the service was good and the person at the counter was quick and polite. But the pizza was tasteless something missing either not e enough pizza sauce or something is missing the pizza flavour/taste. It seems like the owner doesn t really care of it has 3.6 star reviews. I m not looking for a discount code just truly try to fix the issue.

It has been my pleasure to enjoy my local Papa Johns now for as long as they have been open, and I generally order either in person or online every month at least once. I am fortunate to live close by their Orleans location, and tasting their food brings back wonderful memories of my childhood living in the United States. The staff are courteous and professional, the product is delicious and I am always perfectly satisfied with my experience. I am also very impressed by the commitment to our local community, as I have seen firsthand the owners deliver free pizzas to nearby schools and give back to charities, teams and those in need. I will proudly continue to support Papa Johns Orleans and offer my thanks for what they have brought to the east end of the city. Try The Meats - it is amazing!

Like their ads say- better ingredients, better pizza! Papa Johns is a welcomed addition to Ottawa pizza. Were good for a family pizza night a week and we (and our kids) love it! Great deals and coupons, warm and friendly staff, easy to order and most importantly delicious pizza. My fav is the meatball pizza. Keep it up!

Absolutely, the worst pizza and wings ever!! Overpriced, and tasted like cardboard.. It was highly recommended, but it was a absolute disgusting meal! Wings were undercooked and the thin crust was so thin, paper cardboard texture. We had to cook the Wings in our airfryer and they were still disgusting. Wasted so much $$$$ And, staff?!? Feet on counters, actually sitting on counters and ignoring customers 94.00$$ in garbage/ out the window Do not go !!!

I did the online order and went in on Friday evening to pick up my order. The were about 6 people waiting. I was so impressed by this young gentleman working behind the counter. I later came to find out his name is Ryan. Anyway to get back to it, I was watching Ryan communicate with this customer an older gentleman about his options. Seeing as there was a bit of a language barrier, Ryan grabbed a Menu and was trying to explain so that the man would understand. Not once did Ryan get frustrated, he was patient, not once did he worry that others were waiting, he wanted to make sure that the man in front of him got the best treatment, not once did I see him roll his eyes or make gestures of frustration. Way to go parents you raised a great young Man! A fellow coworker did come and see if he could help the others waiting. Super impressed and pleased to see Ryan do an outstanding Job! Way to go!!!

Just finished my first Papa Johns pizza and it was DELICIOUS from the crust to the toppings and the delicious garlic sauce it was five stars all around. We have a lactose intolerant member of our family and it was no problem to leave the cheese off of 1/2 the pizza. Service was attentive and friendly and the pizza was ready when they promised it would be. Well be back for sure!!

Tried it for the first time and extremely disappointed. Thin crust was thin to the extreme... and tasted like cardboard as well. Toppings were sparse and for the price was a definite waste of money.

Pizza has a lot of sugar in crust. Really small amount of cheese and toppings used. Especially for how expensive it was. My family was so excited to see an American pizza company come up north. Must not be the same ingredients or its really just a knock off version.

This is my 2nd time ordering from Papa Johns and Im very disappointed. I ordered The Works pizza and it lack ingredients, it seems that the ingredients only covered the middle of the pizza and it was not cooked properly , still raw dough. A supervisor needs to be there making sure orders are to perfection for the customers.

I used to promote this place to everyone. Had good experience in the past. BUT... quality and experience has plummeted. Online ordering estimates a delivery window that is not close to accurate (very late). Late arrival, luke warm food that isnt close to the quality from a year ago, and missing items to the order. Not going back. Very disappointing. Terrible.

It was our first time trying Papa John s Orleans and we were happy we did. Our decision was based on a recommendation from a Facebook group. We ordered 3 large stuffed crust pizzas for my son s birthday party and we were fortunately served by Peter who was helpful throughout the entire process. He was even the one who delivered our pizzas so it was good to put a face to the name. Peter s attitude was not only professional, it was extremely positive and you could tell that he truly enjoyed what he did. It prompted me to ask if he was a part owner and he said, No. I just really like what I do. It s rare to find such dedication to make the customer s experience a positive one. There was also a small error in the type of stuffed crust that was given to us but it was quickly (and unreservedly) made right by Peter through his supervisor s approval. Thanks to Papa John s Orleans for the delicious and wonderful pizzas. We look forward to our next order. No need for us to look elsewhere. You have customers for life here!

Tonight wraps up a memorably bad experience. After a previous order was found to have a long hair baked into it, we were kindly offered a 25% discount on our next order and provided with a replacement item on top of that. All of this was fine, until I called to order again with the discount. The Orleans location apparently charges more for specific items than what is listed on the website. In addition, the service all around was sloppy and, at time, rude. Never again.

Another excellent pizza today, was ready early and super friendly service. Love the Papa Dough, saved another $10 too. Thanks !

Even though they close at 11 pm they sent the driver home and told me I had to either come in and pick up before takeout ends at 9:25 or cancel the order the only reason I m ordering takeout is because I don t have a vehicle to drive there this is terrible service and terrible planning

Took over 20 minutes to place order on phone. Took over an hour for delivery because they had no drivers and now they are closed because 1 person was sick. Horrible service.

I really wanted to give a 1 star but gave 3 since its a fairly new company in the area,that is the only reason they got a 3, its give them a fair chance. This is my 3rd order since they have opened and the first time I had to cancel the order second time they forgot my items, today 2 hours for delivery with a web tracker that doesnt work... Very stingy on the toppings. Very disappointed, I think this will be my last order.

We have ordered from here twice now and we love the pizza and it always comes on time. There is also tracker you can follow to see the progress of your pizza. I recently tried the jalapeño poppers today and they are really good as well. Always good service and the delivery people are very kind.

The food quality and taste was great but the only reason Im giving 4 out of 5 stars is that this store removed all the specials coupons like Large 3-Topping Pizza for $13.99, 3 Large 3-Topping pizzas for $37.99 and so on which are provided by all the Papa Johns stores in different places. I really hope they bring those back since ordering it normally by creating our own pizza would be too expensive.

Papa Johns thin crust pizza is by far the best thin crust pizza Ive ever eaten. I am so happy this restaurant opened in Ottawa and the quality is no different than the other locations Ive visited. The pizza was hot, prompt, and delicious when I picked it up. Will definitely be back when Im in that end of town!

3 rd time you are out! What is it with this place??? First two order was never pick on and now after 70 min Im told, Euhhh ya Another 30 min! Don t waste my time!

I want to start off by saying that we have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Papa John s in the past. Everytime we go to Aurora it is like a tradition. Tonight after having a craving for some REALLY good pizza we looked them up and realized there was a location about a 20 minute drive from us. We placed an order online and then went to pick it up. Our Order number was 927226371 and was for 3 items. Cheese bread, a large philly pizza and a Buffalo chicken pizza. After picking up the pizza and driving 20 minutes back home we opened the cheese bread and began eating. I have no complaints about this part- it was delicious as always. Then we open our pizzas. Well- BOTH pizzas were wrong. The Buffalo pizza had pineapple on it and the philly pizza was a Hawaiian instead. Not a huge deal but a little frustrating. I figured we would call the store to let them know and figure out a plan to fix it. I dialled through for a manager and the phone was answered by a young women. After explaining the situation and looking up the order she states I m not sure how that s possible. After going round in circles it really felt as though she didn t believe that I was sitting on the other end of the phone with the wrong food. So I asked what the options were for fixing it. At this point she offered me a 50 percent off coupon and a sorry unless we were willing to drive back out an exchange the pizzas for a free replacement. So we climbed back in the car and drove 20 minutes back to collect the new pizzas. When I arrived I went in and had 4 employees inspect the pizzas I was returning to make sure they were in fact wrong. Then these pizzas were put back on the shelf with all the other orders that had yet to be handed out. We took the new pizzas and I headed home only to discover that my partners philly pizza was made with tomato sauce instead of with the ranch sauce that is listed on the menu. It was also still pretty much raw. We are more than understanding that when you order fast food there are times it will be wrong, that s part of the deal, but I do expect mistakes to be fixed and for food to be made right the second time. Mistakes happen but this was BEYOND frustrating. We have filled out the satisfaction survey and would be more than happy to speak to someone to try and resolve the situation. We aren t unreasonable, just frustrated.

We ordered a half and half pizza over the phone and the girl told us 40 to 45 mins. We showed up about 55 mins after . The girl said she never even took our order and we said yes u did . She then said oh yeah its not in the oven yet and its gonna be another 40mins. We said WHAT thats ridiculous. She then said fine we will do a rush to it and it will take another 15 mins so we waited outside in the car. We go back in after 20mins and the girl at the cash said oh I was just about to call you we cant do half and half and it will take another 20mins why couldnt they say that at first.We said r you serious ?? So we left. This is the worst service ever . Very disorganized and didnt know what they were doing the girls at cash need more training . So after 1h and a half its now 7pm and we didnt have supper. LITTLE CEASARS FOR THE WIN!!!!

People of Orleans, there are so many better options than this place. Every time I walk in there my order isn t ready, when it is it s somehow already cold (or barely cooked). I also don t understand why there isn t some kind of adult supervision in there. I feel like I m walking into a high school cafeteria every time. The pizza itself is not even very good. Last time the manager threw in some garlic knots to make up for the super long wait but that only goes so far. And that garlic dipping sauce is disgusting. I can work my way around the food but the service yikes!

When papa Johns first opened we ordered a pizza and just loved it. We told everybody how great it was, and decided it would be our go to place from now on. Well that has changed. We ordered a large the works with extra cheese. What a total disappointment. The only thing good on that pizza was the crust as cold as it was. One would expect the veggies to be hot and cooked under the melted cheese, not cold and all over the plate. Not even sure there was extra cheese. Very disappointing. Back to Gabriels.

So I ordered a large meat pizza with stuffed crust and a 2 lit bottle of diet Pepsi $45.05with tax . And I agree with someones previous comment there are other places you can better for less money in orléans. The pizza is nothing special I dont know what was all the hype about Save yourself the money get yourself a frozen pizza tastes better than this honestly.

Picked up a big order on tuesday. All the food was great except the italian papadia was missing banana peppers which made a big difference. The cinnamon pull aparts were dry and hard and tasted reheated we had to throw them out. Would have given 5 stars if not for these mistakes because the rest was delicious. So happy to see papa johns in ottawa!

We didn t enjoy our pizza at Papa John s. We ordered a medium Works without the sausage. The crust was very thin and soggy. I called store and they said that their original crust is on the thin side. I wouldn t want to see their thin crust. We much prefer the Papa John pizza in the states. 100% better and with a normal crust. Not going back.

I love Papa Johns pizza but this location is disappointing. Ive ordered a few time now and theyre always very late for delivery or pick up. Tonight I placed my order at 5:40 pm. Was told 35 minutes delivery by the website. After an hour I called the store for an update. I was told it would be another 20 minutes. Pizza didnt show up for another 45 minutes. When it finally did get here it was cold. Very disappointed.

I have updated my initial review. After I posted my initial review Josh the owner of Papa Johns requested I contact him, which I did. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He apologized extensively, and explained the growing pains and glitches they were experiencing with their system being a new franchise. I admit I should have been more understanding before I wrote my first review. I apologize to Josh for that. We have since had their pizza, and it was excellent. The ordering went off without a hitch, the staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. They definitely deserve this 5 star rating. Initial Review February Ordered via your automated phone system. This was a terrible experience. Gave that system 1 out of 5 because 0 isnt an option. Was told 20 minutes. Got there in 17 and they didnt have my order on file. So I went back to my reliable pizza place. I was looking forward to trying your pizza, which I hope is better than your ordering system

Orleans manager is on point. We all know things happen beyond our control despite what we try to have ordered. Papa John s might be my new favorite pizza place in orleans. There are dozens and dozens; you get what you pay for and quality seems to be at the top of their prioritization

Gross! Paper thin crust! Soggy to the point you couldnt eat the slice it had to be cut! Highly recommend the cinnamon squares - skip the pizza!

The ordering and delivery was both friendly and helpful but when it comes to the epic stuffed crust we were very disappointed. The pizza itself had a great flavour however the pizza was to thin, to much cheese to the amount of crust and cheese was hardish ( I think it would be nice if it was goey and warm)

First time to order from this location...or any location, for that matter. While I was not overly impressed with the pizza, the Honey Chipolte wings were REALLY good...nice and meaty...great sauce...dipping sauces were not needed at all. The pizza is certainly a step ahead of other big pizza chains like Pizza Pizza and Dominoes, it falls short of other local chains like Milanos, Romeos and Gabriels...its not bad, a tender crust (we had the stuffed version) and has a nice taste to it. They are kind of stingy with the toppings however...we had the Works, a good choice for most palates I think and would be improved with a bit more of each topping. Both wings and pizza arrived piping hot, but for some reason the pizza seemed to get lukewarm in record time. Did I say the wings were great ? Odds are not high that I would order again, unless I was also ordering wings...though I will say that some of the other items on the menu are kind of intriguing. Bit of an add on here...the pizza reheats really well in the microwave (sensor reheat) It did not become soggy and mushy like many others. Top Marks on that

Recently had pizza from here because of all the hype online about it and because I had never had Papa Johns before. It really isnt anything special and you can get similar tasting pizza at Little Caesars for cheaper. The local places have better tasting pizza in my opinion. The staff were friendly even though it was busy!

The super hawaïenne pizza was absolutely delicious and the service incredible. I was told my order would be ready in about 30 mins, they even called me to let me know it was coming out of the oven and ready for pick up. Papa Johns Orleans is my new go to pizza shop!!

Tried Papa Johns for the first time today, OMG the pizza is so fresh and delicious! It tastes amazing and is at great prices. One thing I would say is the actual sauce needs some more seasoning and then it would be a 100%. I rank it at 99% now. I just find the sauce is a bit on the bland side, no real taste. Other than that the actual pizza is amazing and we love it. I only mention about the sauce to improve other than Papa Johns is amazing! :-)

I just stopped in for a slice of pizza, I ve never tried papa johns pizza before. Let me tell you it was probably one of the best tasting pizzas I ve had. Good, but apparently the cashier didnt understand what all dressed was. We received a different pizza than we desired.

Our first experience during the Grand opening was a little disappointing, however Joshua the owner turned it around by allowing my two daughters and niece to go into the store to make their own pizzas. He was amazing and gave them a great experience, not to mention a bonus dessert on the house, with a 50% off the bill. Thanks Josh, the girls loved the experience and loved their pizzas.

Papa Junk pizza. Absolutely the worst pizza Ive ever had in my life. Service at the location was great but the pizza itself was absolute garbage. We ordered a pizza with half toppings on one side half toppings on the other and it was basically an 80/20 split with the toppings all over the place there was 20% meat and the pizza looked like a mess. But the real kicker was the fact that the pizza was paper thin - it was like a slice of wet cardboard! I have never had that thin a pizza in my life. You cant even call that pizza. This pizza is absolute junk avoid at all costs - complete waste of money and time ordering this garbage. Never again, so disappointed - as this was our first time (and last time) ordering.

Got a epic stuffed pep and the new Pepperoni crust papadia, it did not disappoint! Pizza was cooked perfect and tasted great. The crust was stuffed really well and tasted great. The Pepperoni crusted papadia was awesome! A must try! Fast delivery aswell. Garlic sauce and the spicy garlic sauce is amazing!

Thought wed try a new pizza place tonight, Papa Johns was a poor decision. Fifty some dollars for two sponges with some tasteless sauce on them. I was disappointed to see that the toppings didnt come anywhere close to the edge of the pizza. We also ordered some garlic sauce but that just turned out to be containers of what looked like becel. Maybe we ordered on a off night? The one very positive thing was the delivery driver, HE was fantastic.

Amazing pizza! I like a little bit sweeter of a pizza sauce and its been hard to find in Ottawa. The dough was soft and chewy, tasted very fresh. The garlic dipping sauce is essentially liquid gold, strong garlic taste which I love. We also had the garlic crust on our pepperoni, the fresh dough with garlic seasoning and garlic sauce was just a perfect combination. Im so glad they finally opened up a shop in the Ottawa area :D

Papa John s is DELICIOUS and the staff is great!! We had our first pizza from them on their opening night. They were incredibly busy but they did an amazing job minimizing wait times and were so kind to those of us waiting for our orders. Can t wait to go back!!

Tried to order last night at 8, and they were out of pizza, was told call back tomorrow at 4. I get it you ran out were busy on the opening day. Well its Saturday now 4:48 pm and phone isnt working, and website doesnt work how am I supposed to order? This is very frustrating.

Excellent establishment. The only thing better than the food are the owner and staff. Came in on opening night just before closing and the pizza had been sold out which is understandable. The owner was the kindest Ive come across and gave me free brownies, asking me to come by the next day. I can easily see my family and I being patrons for many years to come!

Great tasting pizza! It taste just like it does down in the states. Would recommend if you re looking for good doughy pizza

Pizza had a regular crust and a thin crust quite enjoyed the thin crust and the jalapeno bacon poppers are awesome!

Way too many problems at the moment. Slow preparation, problems ordering, store front is a hectic mess. Waited 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup of my order only to be told would be another 15-20 minutes as my order wasn t even started yet. Will consider revisiting my review in a couple months when things slow down.

11:30AM and still not open. Your website says your open at 11:00AM. What if I had driven here from 50 minuts away to try your pizza. People are showing up and not to happy. Is it a supply issue. OK Im back, today is the 25 Nov 2021 and Im glad finally to be here and try some pizza and wings from Papa Johns. This is my first time ever at Papa Johns, and heard so much how good the pizza is. So I purchased a small works with thin crust, I also ordered 16 wings with BBQ sauce. The verdict, the pizza was really good, tasty I enjoyed it very much. It was not greasy, the crust was nice and crunchy, the pizza came with a nice special garlic sauce which I would describe as a buttery garlic Sauces, much different from other pizza chains. I liked it. Now the ingredients for the pizza, the pepperoni was not greasy or to spicy, the sausage had a nice flavor, the ham was nice, the veggies were fresh, the pizza sauce was great, just wish there was a little more sauce on the pizza. Now for the wings. I loved the wings, they came with a little sauce on them, and a side of BBQ sauce. The BBQ sauce was really nice, and the wings were nicely baked not fatty like other pizza joints, perfect. So I must say that I was pleasantly surprised, very happy with the food. Highly recomend Papa Johns Pizza. The service was great. Will be back for something different.

Great service and product, the guy who runs the place (Josh) is fantastic! I see a few poor reviews because they were slammed/busy... Its their first few days, take it easy, those reviews are unfair and should be ignored. This is well oil machine

So glad to have a Papa Johns in Orleans! Staff were amazing, and went out of their way to come around and interact with my little guy, offering him crayons and a colouring page while we waited (for only about 10 mins). Great pizza as always.

We enjoyed our first experience at Papa Johns and will certainly order again. For those feeling so inclined to slam them here, try to have a little empathy and understand this is the first Papa Johns in Ottawa and as such there will be growing pains initially. The staff were quite pleasant to deal with and apologetic for delays, what else can they do? Would you rather they rush and put out an inferior product? The ordering process will stabilize as they become more adept and experienced at dealing with such volumes. Be patient and be kind. Thanks Josh and team!

Pizza was ordered and 2 hours later the store still had no idea when they will make it. Terrible customer service, should not open the store if not ready.

Placed an order tonight which they said would be ready in 90-100 minutes. We figured it was new and busy so we would wait. When we did not receive it in almost 2 hours i called and was told it would be another 45-60 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Dont take online orders if they cant be filled in a reasonable time

Placed an order at 6:19 pm tonight and it didnt arrive until 8:59pm. The tracking never updated passed the making field so at 8:12 I called and they said 25 more minutes and then it showed as baking. I know its a busy Friday night but almost 3 hours for 1 medium pizza?

What a terrible experience. Ordered and was told 55 minutes. 1hr15min later I finally got someone on the line only to be told it would be another 1hr for pizza. Manager only had excuses. I cancelled the pizza only to have it show up 1hr later. Thats how disorganized they are. What a joke.

Clearly a very hot ticket in town. Third time ordering, pizza was delivered on time and hot - even to Blackburn Hamlet! VERY tasty pie. Looks like theyre sorting through their hiccups too. Nice to see the adjustments by management.

Expensive for what it is. I ordered a specialty pizza and barely had any toppings on it. I might as well have ordered a cheese pizza. Tasted like any other chain pizza.

Very disorganized, website doesnt seem to work. Ordered pizza, was told 35-45 minutes (I was also given the same estimate over the phone), but still nothing after an ADDITIONAL 40 minutes. Only excuses from the manager, didnt offer to make it right. Will not be ordering in the foreseeable future.

Ordered my pizza 2 hours ago and still have not received it. The tracking says it is not even out for delivery yet. (Placed my order at 5h40 pm and it is now 7h30pm) It better taste good and be hot when it arrives because a 2+ hour wait for a pizza is unacceptable.

Good, high quality pizza. It takes a bit long to get your pizza but I love it, just the crust isnt the best but hey, everything else makes up for it. (Exept for the price and time it takes to recive your food but what can ye do about it.)

Ordered ahead of time last Saturday. Pizza was ready when they said it would be. All three pizzas were good and it was a great value. Looking forward to the Kanata location!

We ordered early on a Saturday evening and got the pizza exactly at our estimated time. The pizza was great and enjoyed by the kids and adults. I really like the little spot in the corner of the box to hold the garlic dipping sauce (which is provided at no extra charge). Friendly staff and convenient location right at Innes and Tenth Line.

Excellent service, friendly, prompt, efficient and they have clearly adapted to the overwhelming demand here in Orleans and have really hit their stride. Can t wait to go back! Real mozzarella!!

My friends in the UK have told me to try this, now I know why! Their website was down opening day, but now its up and running with no problems. The freshest pizza Ive had from a chain all year! Will be coming back for more.

Avoid ordering from this location!!! Took them 2.5 hours to delivery. Called twice and manager kept saying the driver is on its way.. we live pretty close by so shouldn t have taken that long. Horrible management and all the food was cold. Never again, waste of time and money!

They had major hiccup with delivery driver but the manager went above and beyond for compensation. I ended up went there to pick up the pizza but it was well worth it. Pizza tastes very good as well.

We were lucky enough to partake in the soft launch. Pizza was great, the cheese especially was delicious! Even better than the pizza was the exceptionally friendly staff!

I think like any new restaurant in Orleans, Papa Johns had some growing pains to meet the surge of high demand right out of the gate. After ordering there a couple times now I can say that theyve got it ironed out and my stack of pizzas were ready on-time (to the minute today), hot, and, according to everyone at todays 6-yr old birthday party, delicious! The cheese is really gooey and delicious and the sauce is a little on the sweeter side which works especially well for some toppings like Hawaiian. Really good fast food pizza. Ill definitely be ordering there again.

Pizza was awesome. I picked up our order with my kids and the staff were very nice to them which made it a highlight for our two children. Made for a great night with the family.

The pizza was soggy and undercooked (toppings barely heated up, cheese only beginning to melt), I was missing items from my order, the Papa Johns app wouldnt take my order, and it took 8mins over the phone for the store to take my order. Really disappointed in the entire experience, certainly wouldnt return or recommend.

Pizza was delicious, its the dough that makes it so special and the sauces that comes with. Friendly customer service! I recommend the fall apart cinnamon buns, its amazing! Will be coming back!

Great fast service. I ordered a buffalo chicken papadia and it was very good. Josh the owner was very friendly as I had a chance to chat with him for a few minutes. They are very excited about this new location and hope to open a few more. I wish them all the best as they enter the Ottawa pizza market.

Tried Papa Johns for the very first time tonight. Ordered The Works original crust very tasty The garlic sauce which is not a sauce its more of a garlic butter is delicious. The only downside for me was, even though the tomato sauce was very tasty there wasnt enough of it. Will definitely order from Papa Johns again, I think well go for a large next time so theres leftovers.
