Nice little burger place on 10th line. Well priced and burgers taste perfect!

Great food and service was amazing!!

Its a nice place for a burger joint. The food really is good...much more premium than other non fast food burger places. The price point is in-line with other similar places...but as a result its a once a year place for me. Vegetarian options: Im sure they have options. If not the sides. Parking: Its in an older mixed use plaza. Kid-friendliness: It might be ....but it would depend on the age of the kid and if theyre unruly or not Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

We did not have a good first experience at Bite Burger House on Tenth Line. Truffle fries were cold and soggy and tasted more like regular fries. Burger buns were also soggy. Our meals were far below expectations, especially for the price paid.

The menu is always changing and the food has never been bad. Staff is friendly and generally quick even on busy days. Parking: The restaurant is in a plaza with plenty of parking infront and along the side.

Was a great place ....now a burger place that just gave up and is no better then a McDonalds burger. What happend to all burgers cooked med. That was not the case with mine. And the hostess just throws the menu and walks away not asking if this location is ok. Was not a good experience.

Taylor served us a couple of really good burgers and beers, on their pleasant patio, on a warm summers evening, in a swift and cheerful manner. My only criticism would be about charging an extra $2 to replace the side of a large serving of fries for a dinky little side salad; Comes across a bit petty especially when already charging $18 for the plate. I looked for delivery options to no avail, but it was nice to get out. -2024.09.20

Here again. 9 pm. In a dilapidated Orleans mall with the sidewalks already rolled up. The Bite is owned by a couple. Bettina and Glenn. Chef Glenn is polite and knowledgeable. Bettina is his partner. So I had a Bite Burger plain with bacon and cheddar. Fries. The fries are crisp, and the oil is always fresh. The Chuck is ground in house. Cooked to perfection. Thick sliced bacon with real cheddar. The service on spot. The server was named after some Australian city. Canberra, I think. Or Sydney. Check out this hidden gem. Behind the DQ.

Nice new(er) burger joint in Orleans. Good variety without being overwhelming or obscures. Lots of craft beer. Friendly staff. Biggest thing for me was the change table in the bathroom! With young kids, these details make for a huge factor on whether Id revisit.

Never disappoints, great burgers, mac and cheese, and the nachos are next level. Kid-friendliness: Regularly bring my 10 and 11 year old boys here

Went Sunday evening with 7 people the service was amazing drinks and food came out fast and waters were always topped upped.The only little complaint would be the 3 orders of chicken fingers were over cooked other than that great experience I think the servers name was Tiffany.

We visited on a Saturday night f9r a family birthday. There were only three of us but 2 birthdays! Ive eaten here before without disappointment and tonight was no different. The chicken burger was so big, it couldnt be finished. My suisse mushroom burger was fantastic! I usually get the Flamer burger but wanted to try something different. I also had the gluten free bun and truffle fries. Its been my experience that gluten free buns are like eating sawdust but this one was quite tasty and Im willing to bet you couldnt tell it was gluten free. The last meal was a straight up Bite burger. It was cooked to perfection and we were all pleased with our choices. We were stuffed after dinner but a surprise arrived! Deep fried ice cream. Ive never been a huge fan but this was awesome. I think it was rolled in coconut and had a light sauce. Needless to say, it was demolished! Thanks to Glen and our fantastic hostess ?Patina

For a Saturday they had a few tables open. The decor was pleasurable. Food- great well made burger lots of options. I would advise although the presentation of the nachos was great. The taste of the cheese is something to be desired. Marked as WIZZ and indeed it was. I also ordered a spicy burger with spicy mayo and to my surprise the burger was on point. Cooked extremely well with a little pink in the middle (the proper way). All in a good portion size. The deepfried ice cream was amazing as well I would order it again. Service- had from what I saw 2 servers for an almost packed house so it was a little slower but the server was good.

Quite possibly the best burger Ive ever eaten! Seriously. They were knowledgeable about the ingredients (I have allergies), and were attentive that we had water and coffee. I love that its all fresh and local.

I chose this restaurant based on the reviews and I m so disappointed. The burger was mediocre and bland. The fries were not even kinda good soggy, cold, and tasted like oil. The service was also subpar, which I understand because of how busy they were. But generally, can t say I d ever recommend this restaurant or go back.

Where do I start? Just wow. The place is cozy and comfortable, the food was to die for (Im still drooling over the Mac N Cheese), and the bartender Sydney was awesome with recommendations and just a total sweet heart! Good job guys!

These are some really nice burgers, with quite unique flavor profiles! The fries are also excellent, as are the flavored ketchup and mustard that are at the table!

We have ordered from Bite Burger for our last 2 Christmas lunches in a row. This year we ordered 17 burgers with a variety of mac & cheese, fries, and Poutine. They were hot and delicious when we got them, always consistent service & quality. Highly recommend them!

I m finding myself eating Taco s more and more, and this was not a disappointment. The fish was tasty, the Pablo crunchy, and the remulade perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant, nicely adorned. The ketchup, has a Smokey, BBQ sauce quality that was a pleasant surprise.

I think I need to try this again. The reviews seem to suggest that the burgers, also in the name of the place, are delicious and folks are going as far as saying that its the best patty that has ever touched their lips. I got the curd burger and it just wasnt what I wanted or expected from a burger place. The burger wasnt some big juicy one that I will remember forever, it was okay. I thought halfway through if Harveys was in the same ballpark, and its a tight horse race here.. Kind of left me feeling as if the place was called Bite Chicken Parm or something and I just got the wrong thing. The ketchup is really great, fries were food, the beer special for happy hour is fine given comparable restaurants, and the service was great. Saving this review from the dumpster.

Our server was very friendly and attentive without being at all annoying. I highly recommend the rum punch! Not a traditional recipe but very delicious and it packed a bit of a punch, also, which I appreciated. We all thought our food was very tasty but I took away a star for the skimpy amount of French fries we received. Considering it was the only side, they should have given more to fill the plate; as it was, our plates were half empty. Overall, a good meal!

Sketchy establishment, brings people in for unpaid labour as part of their interview process and then refuse to explain why they cant be hired for a wage. Stay away! P.S. avoid any grilled chicken, the flat top is clean but their other grill is nasty. Stick to beef.

Definitely our new favourite place

March 2023 A great fun vibe to this place on a Friday night. The food was great and reasonable prices. I ordered a house craft beer which was tasty. A pleasant surprise as I didnt know that they made their own beer. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. She took all of my daughters concerns seriously about her food allergies. Will definitely return.

Service was excellent fast.. I recommend I will be going there again.

Good: - Burgers were really good! - Poutine was really good! Bad: - Descriptions sound interesting but don t match up with what you get. But the burger was tasty. - Service was really poor: slow (very slow), waitress was inattentive despite the place being half empty. When we got seated, no one came for 15-20m. And after ordering a beer, it was 1/2 an hour before I got it. So 45m before getting anything on our table; I could have had a second beer!. - oh and someone mentioned that the fries were kinda old and not fresh.

An unfortunate location makes this restaurant a hidden gem in Orleans. We had no idea it was here, but we are so glad we found it! The burgers are delicious, far better than anything at The Works, and most restaurants that offer burgers. Each burger option is thoughtfully put together to have all components compliment eachother. The fries are well-seasoned and the house-made ketchup and mustard are a very tasty extra detail. The Mac&Cheese is also one of the better ones Ive had at a restaurant, the base is perfectly creamy and rich. I do suggest adding the pickled jalapeños that cut through the richness as a perfect compliment. The spinach dip appetizer was an unfortunate miss and definitely ranks in the bottom of all the ones I have tried. Despite that, it is larger than usual portion size compared to most restaurants which was very appreciated when shared between 2 people. Something I really did appreciate was the lack of food waste. Their portion sizes are perfect allowing you to finish everything on your plate and be full but not uncomfortably so. All-in-all I would 100% recommend giving this restaurant a try - you will be happy you did!

This is one of my favorite places to order mac & cheese from in Orleans. Its so good, and the price is reasonable considering the portion. Definitely recommend! Parking: Shared parking lot.

Tried this for the first time the other night, the best service I ve ever gotten, our waitress was amazing, I tried Nana s burger it was one of the best burgers I ve ever tried, I also tried the chilli cheese fries and yet again the best chilli. I definitely recommend going here

This is the best burger and wing place ever, and the service is on par with the food. I have been going to this restaurant since 2020. To give you an idea, I live about 45min to 1h away, and whenever my wife and I crave a burger, we always go there, no exception. We went to this place Saturday, June 12th, at around 4 pm. My wife and I started off with our usual wings. Covered in a homemade batter made of buttermilk and cornflakes with an assortment of seasonings. These wings are the best in the ottawa gatineau region. Always tender, and served with a wide array of homemade sauces, the BBQ espresso sauce, and Korean sauce are to die for. When we received our burgers we, didnt have time to take a picture. The smell was so enticing, and the look was so appetizing that I forgot I was supposed to take a picture for this review. My wife had the Big Blue a burger served with aioli and blue cheese (High-quality bleu cheese). I had the Pigs Squeal a Chili flake encrusted pork belly with banana peppers, some perfectly smoked bacon, brie and Korean sauce. I dont think the burger lasted more than 5min before I devoured it. Lastly, we had their seasonal dessert, and I am so glad they brought it back. It is ice cream fried in their dessert version of the cornflake and buttermilk batter served with whip cream and drizzles of caramel. It is a light and refreshing dessert, the perfect choice to finish a good meal. The servers there are friendly, kind and professional. I never had a bad service, and I never returned the food. Dietary restrictions: They offer Gluten Free options. Parking: Right in front of the restaurant.

I m completely puzzled with all the glowing reviews.. I truly blame my self for this one.. my bar was set a little high after reading the positive reviews. A burger joint in a little corner!! I m thinking sweet hidden Gem! Well this place should be hidden because it s absolutely not a gem. My burger was over cooked, the cheese sauce might have looked like the right colour but nothing like what cheese was supposed to taste like. The poutine could have been better.. it wasn t the worst I ve tasted, just nothing to write home about. Now to the chicken wrap. It looked and tasted alright. The service was.. stupid slow but you cannot expect to much when the one and only server is trying her best to pull it all of on her own.. so yeah the drinks are not going to be replenished any time soon or the cleaning. Honestly and sadly I would spend your hard earned money anyway possible except here.

First time at a bite burger was well worth it. Food was great and service was excellent.

Even for fancy burger joints, this place was a league of its own! Pub feel and pub style service detracted from the WOW of the burgers. Sports on the 8 TVs I could see... so not a date place but the food was fantastic.

My favorite burger place in Ottawa/Orleans by far. Every time I m here I get something different and each time it s a wonderful flavor explosion in every burger. Today I went with the Easy-Briezy and it was a perfect blend of sweet and savory. I have high standards on my beef, and this chuck is absolutely delicious. I wish it was busier here just so I can be sure they stay in business!

Went with friends and their toddler. Toddler was served spoiled chocolate milk... We let the owner know but they didnt apologize or even seem to care. Okay, I guess I wont give you another one because theyre all probably bad was the only comment we got from the owner on it, nothing else, not even a sorry. Service from the waitress was great, but the interaction with the owner has made me really reconsider this spot moving forward. I live down the street and go often - Ill probably just go to Corner Bar + Grill from now on. Food is just as good and Ive never been made to feel like a burden for having kids at the restaurant.

Absolutely amazing. Came here last night with my bf and my best friend and from start to finish, it was amazing. The server was on point, the Cesar s were made perfect, the burger was NEXT LEVEL delicious and the fries reminded me of chip stand fries. Place was so clean and nice. Bathrooms were super clean. All around amazing. Will definitely be back!

The service here was phenomenal, friendly and didnt stand over you. We ordered kids meals and it all came in pieces so the kids could build their own burgers, such a small and nice touch. The adults had some fancy burgers which were nice if not entirely cohesive (I personally feel the pork burger I tried would have been better with a more bitter cheese than the Brie that was on it). My friend also got their wings and Mac and cheese which she enjoyed greatly. I didnt like the TVs everywhere but I understand the vibe they are going for. We will be back!

Great gluten free options

Overall good place to eat in Orleans. They house smoke all their own food and sauces which is amazing. I feel like they have a lot of potential. We had two burgers, halloumi fries and the fish tacos. The halloumi fries were amazing but the dip that was served with it overpowered the taste of the halloumi. Was best without the sauce. The burgers were good, juicy and perfectly cooked, not overdone. The fish tacos werent anything to write home about. Ok flavour and ok fish. The cocktails however were not as expected. I would have preferred what was on the menu, not what was served. The bartender took some liberties to experiment, which is totally awesome. However the bartenders taste did not reflect the clients taste. My cocktail called for lemon juice...which was replaced with lemonade, thats not the same thing. It changed the whole drink and was way too sweet. Same with my partners drink, lemonade was added and it didnt go with the flavours. It made it extremely sweet. If we wanted spiked juice, we would have ordered spiked juice. Stick to the beer! Thats a lot of words to say a few things, overall bite is a great place to eat for a burger and a beer!

Bite Burger is the place to go if you want a real burger! All their burgers are 8oz patties (unless specified 4oz). They are oozing with flavour. Always on point. Accompany your order with a wide selection of local brewery craft beers and you are setting yourself up with a glorious, filling meal that will keep you going again...and again...and....

Very friendly staff. Food tasted great but was just a little warmer than room temperature, took a little while for how many patrons there were at the time.

After Lorenzos closed down I was looking for a new favorite place to eat and found Bite Burger House and was immediately hooked. Their burgers are incredible, however what caught my heart was their mac & cheese. Best mac Ive ever had from a restaurant, would recommend going here just for that

I was working in the area and ordered dinner, the basic burger with fries. I had high hopes as the menu and atmosphere of this establishment seemed modern and well designed. Unfortunately, the $15 burger was not very good. It had an odd seasoning and the burger seemed overcooked. Also not a fan of the homemade ketchup. Good bun and fries though! Its just not up to par with the regular high priced burgers like 5 guys. Even the works burgers are a lot better. Should have gone to McDonalds TBH.

Not my favourite burger place in town - but I think its just a personal preference/taste thing given the amazing reviews this place has. I got takeout, and found the wrapping to be a bit messy, with sauce smeared on the bun and wrapper. The buns are big and I felt like there was too much bun for the burger. Lastly, and most important, I didnt like the beef patty. There is a seasoning to it that I found overwhelms the burger. Clearly, people must love the seasoning but I found it distracting. I cant quite put my finger on what it is but I prefer my beef without. I didnt think it was particularly juicy either. The homemade ketchup sounded promising but I also didnt like the seasoning on that. I still think its worth a try because people love it, but its not my type of burger. Fries werent my favourite either.

For a burger house they have absolutely amazing nachos, a must try, great service great atmosphere well done guys

Our server was attentive, quick and efficient. I had the Mushroom and Swiss burger with truffle fries and my girlfriend had the Ham Radio. Both burgers were fantastic, and the truffle fries were delish. If youre looking to start dining out again, I would seriously advocate a classic burger meal for the first meal out.

Delicious food, great service, good prices and fun atmosphere. I feel this restaurant doesn t get enough love still, I ve always had a good experience coming here and feel they ve only improved over time. The quality of the ingredients and food feels very premium without breaking the bank and I always leave satisfied. Will continue to come here and recommend to others in the area.

Bite burger is such a great burger joint! We brought our <1 year old son, and the staff were courteous and efficient. They even have plastic IKEA cup for little ones. It was a nice touch. Very friendly and welcoming staff and the burgers are just yum!

Good service but the food wasn t very tasty. There wasn t any seasoning in the mac & cheese and it tasted like everything, but max & cheese. The home made ice tea wasn t tasting right ( homemade). Great customer service, but the food is awful.

We had dinner here with another couple, and we all agreed that the burgers were top notch! The homemade sauces were also very tasty. The server was very friendly, attentive, and knew the menu well. The truffle fries were amazing. We will definitely come back again! Absolutely delicious!

We were a family of three (including a 15 y o) that enjoyed an early Friday dinner. My husband had the foot long wiener, I had their fish and chips ( special) and the boy had Curd you believe it burger with fries. I also enjoyed a glass of their house red wine. It was busy in the restaurant but not insane. Service was friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Atmosphere has a laid back vibe. Would definitely recommend for any occasion, and would love to eat on their patio. The perfect neighbourhood hangout!

In late Oct-2022, my wife and I went for a quiet birthday dinner at the Bite Burger House location in Orleans --- and despite this being quite a drive from the west-end of Ottawa, I highly recommend this restaurant and I will be back sometime soon. The staff were very professional and friendly; and the venue is modern and clean (and we went to the Orleans location since I figured parking there would be easier than in the downtown). And as for the food --- absolutely top-notch!! The beef-patties by themselves were just full of complex flavour and the extra toppings complemented the meat, not overpowered it. I had swiss cheese and mushrooms on my burger: they were delicious and I hope to try some of the other burgers on my next visit. I told our server to pass along my positive feedback to the kitchen staff they were clearly doing something very right!! Also, the in-house ketchup and mustard were both very nice --- the ketchup really went well with the fries. Also, I appreciated that they had a good European beer available; and the fried ice-cream dessert also was an absolute winner: the ice-cream was not too sweet, the corn-flakes crust gave it all an interesting texture, and the mango-compote was also delicate, but so flavourful. I have eaten good burgers at many other restaurants, but this one wins out. I really hope that this business continues to produce such high-quality food for many years to come. I highly recommend this burger restaurant to anyone in Ottawa: bon appetit!!

What a great burger! My buddy and I had the Nanas Fav and Curd you Believe It. We definitely could not believe it! Unique, artistic takes on burgers that were absolutely delicious. The fries were fantastic and you CANNOT beat the prices. 14 bucks for a giant burger and good food. Highly recommend! Take your chance and try this place. You wont be disappointed.

Four of us decided to give this place a try because of reviews ; and it was as good as anticipated. We all enjoyed our burgers with fries and the tacos were fresh and delicious too. Fries are as good as homemade. The ketchup is homemade and so much better than store bought. Will definitely return

Honest Review, which saddens me. Notes, this was take out and I live 2 mins down the street. We picked this up at the 20 min mark of a 15 min window that was given. This is also my third time trying this place and will be my last. The quick summary. (Sorry for harshness) It tasted like a meal that was turned away from a table and someone noticed I ordered the same so they tossed it in my bag. (**I know that is NOT AT ALL the case FYI!!!**) The menu states: Mac Daddy - [$18] Chuck Panko mac & cheese Double smoked bacon Cheddar whiz Nowhere here does it mention there are two patties (Too much) that were DRY, and I mean D.R.Y... The bacon, as you can see, is really sad. The other part that irks me is the the packaging it was sent in makes sense for in restaurant but not for pickup/delivery. Mine was at the bottom with two burger sitting on top of it. It just smooshed the heck out of mine. Put them in a box like most other restaurant do perhaps? I know some of this seems silly but to pay 18$ for a burger that I needed to essentially reconstruct seems more silly. For a 60$+ order we are all quite disappointed and will not be ordering again. I do hope this helps rather than hinders as the reviews for this place are fantastic! I am one person, with one opinion. Please give this place a try before taking some guys review too much to heart. Bite Burger house is always amazing! Staff is awesome and so are the owners. Food is always excellent and prices are very fair!

Ideal place to grab good nachos and a beer. The service is friendly and fast. I will try one of the burgers when I return!
