I always enjoy my visits to Harvey's for their customizable burgers and friendly service. As a vegetarian, I love their Veggie Burger, which is flavorful and can be tailored with all my favorite toppings. The fresh ingredients and crispy texture make it a satisfying choice every time. Great food, friendly staff and very clean
Food was cooked with perfection and fresh, service and cleanness were good and food handling was safe. Quality of food was great as well and dine in was neat and clean. Enjoyed my food & experience in this location.i will definitely back and also recommend this location.
Avoid this location. The cook was observed nov 18 at 20:25 handling raw meat and then touching buns and cheese with the same hands. A complaint was registered with Ottawa public health. The supervisor on duty did not apologize and actually defended the cook who apparently has worked there for years. I will never visit this location again. Again, avoid this location for your safety.
Best Harveys. They have consistent staff (which is rare these days) who are friendly and helpful. Food is hot and fresh.
Burger good... rings overcooked and the poor lady ip front had to ask for the rings 4 times... the entire order was over 15 mins and I do mobile orders due to a bad knee... unacceptable Also mud or shit on the windows... gross
Passed by Harvey on Innes road today and I have few comments. 1- Harvey is a fast food chain so it should be fast (10 to 15 mn wait is not ok) 2- we ordered 3 types of burger and the 3 were a fail I suggest the following: - Crispy Chicken: add sauce I asked for Garlic Mayo. See the picture for the sauce quantity. - Angus burger: try to change the location of the onion and separate from the tomato you can't eat it without spilling. The taste was weird, I am not used to it it looks like you have some weird spices added - original: I didn't taste it but had also negative feedback on the taste. PS: The fries are very good It might be me, it might be the branch or it might be Harvey but there was a huge problem with the taste. For me it is a NoNo

Wont go back to Swiss chalet anymore. The quality of the fiber wasnt I expecting. Chicken was warm and the mashed potatoes was cold. St Hubert is much better than Swiss chalet.
