My favorite breakfast and lunch in the area!! Service is amazing. Food is great!!! Good spot for Smoke Meat!!! Irene is one of the servers that always provides above the best service!!! Definitely recommended for breakfast and lunch. I have not gone there for dinner yet.

Great service, charming waitresses and there is the food excellent ... the gym is recommended ...enjoy! YUM! They just updated their look, more tvs for more sports enthousiaste.. The service was very awkward. We were sat right next to the waitresses station and felt like we were watched the entire time. The food preparation was very quick, and the food and plates were hot which was good! I wouldn t recommend this place, we found that the prices of each meal to be pricy for quality and quantity.

OMG! Just had lunch and could barely finish my double double bacon cheeseburger! And finally, Lexus Resto-Bar doesnt try to fill you up with fries. The two hand-made patties were delicious, not over spiced. My wife had the 8 oz fish and chips and I got the chance to taste it. Excellent flavor and cooked to perfection. Will definitely come back from Pembroke to try their signature smoked meat entrées.

The quality of the food is not great. Amazing staff however. Definitely in need of Renovations.

We were looking for a quiet place for a Saturday brunch over Easter. It was quiet. The server (the older lady with pink hair - worked Sat March 30, 2024 at around 9am)... If shes not the owner or something like that, SHES LOSING YOU MONEY. OWNERS, please consider the last few reviews over the last few months. Fix the service, and youll have enough money to serve larger portions (TINY breakfasts for around $20/ea). Simple. There is no excuse for the poor service. Even less excuse for your customers to complain about it for MONTHS without fixing it. We had two people with us with some anxiety, so we called a week in advance to reserve, they didnt reserve it. And the guy on the phone was also rude. Again, no excuse. You want to make $$$, hire or train better. Sorry :-/

Love this place. Been going here for years and years. Not fancy...good great deli/diner food (as well as Greek specialties) and solid service. Kid-friendliness: We have been going as a family for probably 15 years. They always remember my daughter (now 12yrs), and ask her about her sports, school etc. If I go without my parents, they ask how my parents are doing. A lovely place with lovely people...a real neighborhood restaurant.

Overall it was a good experience. We went for dinner. Our server was very friendly, efficient and courteous. Her name was Chesea (Server 000008). The only complaint is that the Owner was rude. We wanted a booth but he told us that it reserved only for 2 people? Why? We were four people, not much room to eat at our table.

Will NOT be returning to this resto. Terrible and unfriendly service, death glare when you ask if we can order, waited 15 mins to get seated, sub-par breakfast. So long Lexus.

After waiting in line for 10 min to be seated no one even said hi to us. After that we did ask about the wait time. Restaurent looked very empty. The server said look at the sign its there for a reason we decided to turn around and go elsewhere. Very sad cause this is one very good restaurent.

I have never had such poor service. We were not greeted until my Dad approached someone asking to be seated. We waited for some time before having a server come to our table, and when we did, she was the rudest service provider. She was actively sighing under her breath, being short with us, never once smiling or caring. She would walk away while we were mid sentence, and took away my sisters menu while she was trying to use it to order. We were all getting very upset so we requested another server as we were trying to have a nice lunch to celebrate my Dads birthday. The next server was excellent and very pleasant, unfortunately we were never given names. The smoothies came out looking like they had been sitting out, the liquid had separated from the rest, and 2 seperate drink glasses were dirty on the inside with a brown substance. We were not offered any apology or discount on our meals for many of the major inconveniences we experienced. Will definitely not be returning.

I will be back for a quiet bar / restaurant experience. We ended up here after a meal at another very noisy restaurant / bar. We just wanted a drink and a conversation where we could hear each other. Next time well eat here too.

Good smoke meat sandwiches but the service is cold. They including the owners can lighten up and be friendlier.

Excellent service and food. The best smoked meat this side of Montreal. The food made it to the table while still hot, and was delicious. By the way, the bathrooms are super clean. Returned again on Feb 1 2023, had made a reservation for 8 two weeks earlier, and confirmed again yesterday. Had asked for a specific booth in the middle of the restaurant that could accommodate 8 people. and was told OK both times. When we arrived the booth was not available and instead a few tables were quickly shoved together instead. When we complained, the manager said they dont let you choose the location when reserving. Why were we not told that before we got there? This left a bad taste in our mouths, and we wont be back.

The special svoulaki was excellent

Went there with my boss, she return her drink because it didnt taste good, while enjoying our calamari the host comes by as hes setting up the table next to us and asked whats wrong with your drink, we answered it didnt taste good, he then says we dont need people like you here, you should leave. Never in my life have I ever experienced something like this. I would not give my money to such an establishment who condones their employees asking patron to leave simply for returning a drink.

Good food fair prices

On Easter 2023 (yesterday) we went to Lexus restaurant on Centrum Blvd in Orleans for supper. Very very bad experience. When we arrived, the owner, who never smiles and no personality placed us beside a large table which was reserved instead of placing us at another table even if there were many tables available. When the large group arrived, it became very noisy and I asked if we could change place. The other owner (the wife) was not friendly and placed us at a small table in the bar area even if we were four people. Did not bring any water or refills and did not ask what kind of salad we preferred. When it came time to pay, she was very friendly (for a tip) but I did not give her one since the service was very bad.

Going for the traditional today, Jumbo smoke meat on rye bread, fries and coleslaw with a pickle. Linda was my server today and she was grand, alway great eating here and spending some quality time with family. Food

Great place! I usually prefer to visit for brunch, but after a recent evening visit, their dinner options are delicious! And of course, friendly staff make it a nice place to visit when in Orléans.

Great to be greeted by a nice friendly smile into a clean restaurant with a large menu. Love the roast potatoes, Chicken Parm, and everything else we have tried. Desserts are truly wonderful and they make a great gin & tonic! Parking: If the front is busy, go around to the side, or to the back. The front empties out when the medical offices close.

Amazing service but food wasn t great

Been to this place pre-covid was great. We went recently.. was surprised to see somewhat normal prices... I then got my food.. I was a little shocked to see how they skimped on the hasbrowns.. just be aware the similar price = smaller portion. Was very good and cost me under $20...4 out of 5 only on account of the smaller portion..

Overall positive experience. Ive been a few times and every time ive enjoyed it. Its for a older crowd no problem with that i get along with old folks more then those my own age. Food is good. And the cook is fast which i appreciate greatly.

Took 15 minutes for us to get a table. Everyone kept walking by and ignoring us. Service in general was horrible server was in a bad mood and was super careless. Being dry and rude. Food was horrendous. The bacon was precooked microwaved bacon(i know because it looked, tasted and felt the same as the one i make at home). I get shirnkflation but portions of everything was sooo tiny. The eggs were still liquid almost. All the toast was burnt. I used to come here all the time years ago and now its just not good. We wanted to try this place again but we will definitely go to Broadways next time much more worth it.

Food was garbage...ordered hot chicken sandwich barely any gravy on it asked for buns before dinner was told your sandwich has bread..not entitled to buns..will never go back!!

Ambiance like no other place. Everytime I eat here I am reminded why Lexus and Luxury go hand in hand. The food never has a hair in it and the drinks are always wet and great at removing thirst from the sandiest of palates. Try the water, tastes like a mountain stream running down through a flower meadow. They serve with precision, always landing the plate on the table. Always wondered where half of Orleanians go to eat, now I know....they eat at Lexus.

Booked on Wednesday for 8 people for a birthday party on Sunday for a 90 year old mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Due to power outage we were denied the reservation that was booked 5 days earlier!! They had lots of customers already. Really sad that power was working but did not honor the booking. Guess where 8 people will never go again?? How do you put a negative star??

If I could give less than one star I would! I made a phone reservation for 8 people on Wednesday, May 19, 2022 for Brunch on Sunday, May 22, 2022. I called around 10:00 am on Sunday to ensure Lexus Resto-Bar in Orleans was open due to Saturdays power outage. I spoke to the owner who said that yes, his restaurant was open. He then said that he would not honor my reservation because of the power outage and the number of people already in line for brunch and then he hung up on me!!! How rude and obnoxious of him to do this to a customer!! I will not be giving him any more business for sure! Please join me in boycotting Lexus Resto-Bar in Orleans!

Diner-type food.

I love smoked meat and its very good here, thick slices fresh rye bread. Cosy bar and big dinning room. Its not in a very conspicuous location but thats ok too. Breakfast is also very good.

The food was great, reasonably priced, and the service was excellent!

The pizza was the worse ever, most was sick all night, the pepperoni taste like bologna.

Amazing experience all around. Staff are friendly and provided excellent service. The atmosphere is very classy, very welcoming. The bartender makes a excellent drink, had a nice long island ice tea. The food is incredible, great portions, great taste. And the desserts to die for. We will going back again very soon.

Food is OK. Appears to serve mostly older clientele 60+. Menu is too large, which is usually a red flag for restaurants. My partners steak was overcooked. Friendly wait staff. Not a bad experience but I wouldnt come back.

The food is edible but certainly not top quality. The steak was fatty, the onion soup was bland, the smoke meat was alright and the pizza was sauce less. The server had a chip on her shoulder when we tried to order the apps and drinks at the same time. It was a strange experience as she just walked away from us only to return 5 minutes later with water. Well for me this is certainly not a repeat. There is alot of seniors there.

This restaurant has been here for years, and it looks like it. The decor is tired and dated. The menu tries to cater to everyone, in my opinion it is 5 pages too long. My party of four each had something different, and none of us enjoyed our food. Bland, flavorless, and mediocre at best. Our server was an older lady, who wasnt in a hurry to do anything. When she added cutlery to the table she touched the tines of every fork, blade of every knife and each spoon. GROSS! She didnt return to the table once we had our food, and had to be flagged down when one of our party needed condiments. While the prices here might be cheap, it certainly reflects the quality of the product, service, and decor. None of my party of four will ever return based on our experience. If youre reading reviews wondering if you should dine here, Id highly recommend that you pass and find somewhere else.

Great family run diner

Very good restaurant with great staff. Amazing price and nice atmosphere. There are TVs playing football with a dedicated bar in a different section. Very good for kids and adults alike. Some cons are long wait times and a very long time until your food arrives (30+ minutes). Some cleanliness but could definitely be improved. Would recommend as a low cost restaurant! Vegetarian options: They have a dedicated menu for vegetarians althought it is quite small Dietary restrictions: Of you have an allergy or dont want certain food you can ask about the ingredients Parking: Around 15-20 dedicated parking spots on the property Kid-friendliness: They have a kid friendly atmosphere with a menu circling around kids food from 12 and under

12 of us had a lovely brunch today. Although the restaurant was full, our server Patty never missed a beat! She did a great job! The food was delicious with generous serving sizes and the atmosphere was very relaxing and nice! We will definitely be back!

Same menu for over 10 years. Had there smoked meat sandwiches and just recently had a small all dressed pizza. Both were amazing. Great friendly staff.

My teenaged son ordered their chicken club and ordered the rib steak, cooked medium. It was busier in the restaurant as it was a Friday evening. This is a place that is frequented by a mature crowd and is known for its grill. Their portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh. They follow all of the COVID 19 proticols under orange restrict. Service is warm and friendly. There are booths that are separated by tall panes of glass. This place is also known for their frozen drinks and cocktails. Its a cozy neighborhood grill ou on parle Français. Call ahead for reservations to avoid disappointment.

Tried this for the first time. Unfortunately they ran out of filet mignon. They happily changed the steak to my second choice. Everything tasted great. My only complaint was the steak lacked a little flavour. Otherwise it was really good. Ill definitely order from here again and try other things on the menu.

Ordered takeout dinner off their specials menu... The haddock and chips was unfortunately the worst piece of fish Ive ever tasted from a restaurant. If I hadnt paid $21 for the meal, I would have thrown the fish out. It was extremely hard and dry and I was unable to cut it with the plastic cutlery from the restaurant. Hard to believe thats what they sell. The rest of the meal was average at best. Salad ingredients lacked colour, vegetables seemed soggy and microwaved. Will go elsewhere next time.

We were in Ottawa for two nights and lucked upon Lexus because it was one of the two restaurants within walking distance from our hotel. Casual atmosphere with a large pub-ish feel. The menu is huge- something for everyone. That normally scares me as typically that means many things available but none of them done well. Not here. I had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly, as were the rice, roast potatoes and veggies. My son loved the spaghetti. We liked it so much we went back the next night. I had the chicken and shrimp, and again everything was excellent. Had we been there another night, Id have gone back to try one of the many steaks on the menu. The staff and the owner were great. When we showed up the second night about 45 minutes from closing, there was nobody else there (COVID delta wave), but they welcomed us in anyway and fed us well and there was no impression they would have preferred to just close up rather than stay open to serve one adult and one child. Great menu, great food, great staff. Highly recommended! We tried to convince them to move shop 4 hours west to Brooklin so we could enjoy the food some more, but couldnt convince them

Just not nearly as good as the other breakfast options in Orleans like broadways or delicious steak house. Lower quality food, worse atmosphere, but at least the same pricing. Not the worst place to go to but there are just a lot of better options.

Went for breakfast with my partner. Service was about as warm as an Alaskan Christmas morning. Found a hair in my meal, called the server over and then the manager, to which their answer to the hair was our cook doesn t have that colour hair . That tells you all you need to know about this place. Still paid for the food but I do regret it. Everybody else was getting good service except me and my partner, and I was the only coloured person in the restaurant. Make of that what you wish, I understood pretty quickly what kind of place this was.

Descent restaurant a little dated but clean. Food portions were reasonable and prices were fair. The 2 baskets of buns were dempsters style and mediocre at best. The smoked meat is OK, but for a restaurant that prides itself in deli style food like Montreal smoked meat it was surprisingly plain. Our waitress (Peggy?) was very nice but when one of the drinks (a margarita) arrived at our table and looked/tasted terrible I was astonished when it was not later deducted from the total bill. Note: we had a table of 8 having dinner and 2+ drinks each, and this drink was sent back immediately with our comments on the quality. No idea why a restaurant feels that it has to charge for such an inferior drink when their customers are spending a descent amount with apps, drinks and dinner.

Went here on New Years... Had a reservation for 6 .. but at the last minute had 8.. they were able to squeeze us in even though they were quite crowded ... The waitress was great and the food was amazing.

Food tasted fine. The place reminds me of Perkins. The low rating is directly related to the prices. I had a 6oz filet mignon which was about half an inch thick and 3 in diameter. No way the steak was anywhere close to 6oz. I asked for roasted potatoes, I got what appeared to be half of a boiled potato. To add to the insult, no free refills on the rather small glass of pop. My bill came to $50 after all said and done for my plate, pop and half an appetizer (shared). Nickel and diming on the pop for the amount of money one spends there is enough for me to scratch this place off of my list. The value is just not there.

No complaints, open late ish. Really nice smoked meet. Was very empty when I went in but food quality did not suffer.
