It was nice to see my buddy Dave again. As as always the service was beyond expectations. As always. Hope the wonderful staff in Orleans has a great Christmas!

Had wes as our server and he was very friendly and attentive! Will definitely be coming back and asking for him again!

This is are go to place for a good meal, never have had anything we didn t like. The wings are great, as are the fish & chips and any burger, can t go wrong here.

We brought our sons hockey team and were about 30 people in total. The Manager and server were absolutely amazing! Very patient and helpful. I would highly recommend. Food

Rib sandwich had a chunk of bone in it. Could have choked or broken a tooth on that. Beer came with 2 and a half inches of foam. Tipping starts at 18 %. No thank you. Not going there ever again.

Food was excellent, but one concern, the service was a bit low quality. We know the rush that could happen in restaurants but it was on a Saturday night and we were the only ones in the restaurant. With 3 waiters for an empty restaurant, we had to wait 40 minutes to receive the food. Other than that, great ambiance and food.

Brandon the server is a rockstar! We had a group of 10 for dinner and the service he provided was top notch. He served the kids first, made sure they had everything they needed, dealt with and resolved minor issues with ease, made the drinks and was super attentive to everyone throughout the entire meal. Food was all very good - special shout out to the BIG salads (Asian chicken salad was chefs kiss). The 2000 s pop playlist was a big hit with parents as well. Give Brandon a raise!

Amazing service!!! Amazing buger!!!! Ceasar salad was soooo tasty...they substitute croutons for hickory sticks and ITS BRILLIANT!!! Very reasonably priced, WILL BE BACK!!!

Ill get straight to the point. Service was friendly but slow. We arrived around 2pm so it was a dead time. I ordered a single nacho serving with no protein. She order A cheese tortelloni with a side fries and garlic bread. It took a strangely long time for the food to come out for such an empty restaurant. When we receive the food, my nachos had less than five pieces of beans on them. A couple slices of onion and some cheap plastic cheese. I get nachos everywhere I go and this has been by far the worst nachos Ive ever had. I went to the waiter and I said Im sorry I cannot in good conscious purchase these nachos and gave it back. The fries were warm and unseasoned and the garlic bread was just bread with cheese on it. No garlic. The cheese tortellini was good but not a lot of it. Very small portion. Service was good. Food was bad

The worst experience EVER - After receiving my 70$ bill and noticing I had been charged 1.99$ extra for a skewer (2 small olives, a tiny tomato, a piece of bacon - NO celery stick) for my Virgin Bloody Caesar, I requested that the charge be removed from my bill. A female manager came to my table and said she could not give away free hand outs. Furthermore, she was unapologetic for the confusion in pricing. (I had discussed the cost of the non-alcoholic beverage with the waitress before I ordered it since there was nothing on the menu re a Virgin Bloody Caesar nor extra cost for a skewer) The manager was rude and disrespectful and ended our conversation with I hope you wake up on the right side of your bed tomorrow . REALLY ? So let s get this straight. Even though I had just spent 70$ (without tip) and I had informed her that the 1.99$ would be taken out of the waitress s tip, she did not care. If you do not care about your staff or your clients, you do not care about your job or the restaurant! This place is 100 percent going down the tubes already close to the bottom! Don t waste your money going there! BTW, go instead to Crust and Crate on Ogilvie (10 mins away) and see what a Bloody Caesar, Virgin or not, looks like there is no extra hidden charge for a magnificent appetizer on a skewer in your cocktail and enjoy their great food, atmosphere and friendly professional staff!

Watching baseball blue jays vs Arizona diamondbacks they changed the channel 9th inning 2 outs, this is a sports bar. Hire people that have knowledge of sports or basic bar-side customer service. Service was slow because another customer and staff had an issue. Worst sports bar in Orleans.

The food we got delivered was not good. The Spinach and the cheese dips were certainly not worth the price. Lots of chips and stale naan bread for both types of dip but hardly any dip. The calamari was oily and the donuts had a bad oil after taste. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

I had the best time!! I went with some girl friends and the bar staff were phenomenal! I have no bad things to say I got chicken wings and the breading was DELICIOUS. Perfectly cooked and sauced. Will be going back for more 10/10

My team and I went in Monday after beer league to grab some wings and drinks, absolutely loved every moment of it, super friendly bar staff and was super efficient keeping our drinks filled and remembered what we were drinking. Had some good music on and lots of options of what to watch with all the TVs. Definitely going to be our new go to place post sports or to watch sports. Can t speak highly enough of the young lady bartender who was absolutely fantastic , recommending this place to anyone who hasn t been.

Went in understanding it would be busy due to the COPA finals, bar staff was absolutely magical , the two girls behind the bar were nonstop in making sure everyone had drinks and food. Way over delivered my expectations due to how busy it was and was a super atmosphere to watch a big sports event at due to the large 3x3 TV infront of the bar and TVs in every direction. Will be coming back for NFL Sundays every week!

Everytime I step foot Into this restaurant the atmosphere is amazing & never disappoints. Food & drinks are great, really brings out the sports bar vibe. Service is always on point which is the main reason that always brings me back. Most evenings there s a young lady that s always bartending she is the best & I recommend being served by her, you will not be disappointed. She s a fan favourite for a lot of people & always makes sure you leave satisfied.

The restaurant is great, the food is very good, and the service is good most of the time. However, it is always so cold! I believe they keep the temperature at 15°C, which is not normal for a restaurant. Last time, our kid was freezing the entire time. We asked them to adjust the temperature, but nothing happened. Our server said some of the staff prefer it this way. We decided to give it a last chance a few days ago, but as soon as we opened the door, the cold air drove us away. We immediately left. I don t find it welcoming for families.

Second time Ive been here. Service has always been great. I got a burger (forgot the name) its the only spicy one on the menu. That burger was gone within 2 minutes. Absolutely delicious, Ill ask for extra deep fried jalapeños next time. Highly recommend this place. Wheelchair accessibility: They were serving 3 people in wheelchairs and accommodating them very well. Great service, it was refreshing to see.

Food was so good..the burgers are made on an open flame..the service was fast and totally accomodating to my son turning 10yrs old .tvs in every booth..the pricing was so fair..the server ended up with a generous tip.. My dad had wings and they were subpar and my shrimp and noodles tasted weird too , the noodles tasted like spaghetti noddles and the sauce wasnt as good

Food was good but took too long to come out and not properly prepared ( uncut carrots in sandwich, with coleslaw). Also, issues with payment (gift card), poor waitress made a mistake and then waited for the manager to fix it, but the manager did not help (we watched him hangout at the bar, and then celebrated a birthday. BAD MANAGEMENT). We then waited 30mins for the waitress to tell us the problem (used the gift card on a different table). I wish that management would help his staff to better serve the customers. We left knowing we had more on the gift card then what was said. Lost out on money without a real resolve to the issue. Wont be dinning here again.

The atmosphere is a typical sports bar. The food is not consistent. If they re busy - you might not get you meal until you remind them an hour later but management is apologetic and attempted to make the situation better (which is very rare in Ottawa). I appreciate that, especially when the expectation is a tip of over 15% and food prices are in the sky! When it isn t very busy, the food is ok. I ve only encountered great service there.

Love all the TVs and private booths. Great place to have a few beers with the guys and enjoy the games. Would love a bit more options for food. Nothing on the menu yelled out to me. Had pasta and it was pretty good.

First time visiting this restaurant and we had heard a lot of reviews from family and friends and we were not disappointed! The food was delicious. The staff were friendly and made it feel like we were just hanging out! My only recommendation would be to offer wetnaps when people order wings or sandwiches that will be messy as it was but it was so good. I wanted to have more of my sandwich!

The TV s at the individual booths make it so nice to have dinner and watch a game that might not be on the big TV s. Server had no problem making sure we could get basketball on it. Food is great, servers are attentive and kind always checking if you need anything. It s my favourite place to grab dinner out.

1st timer. Had the Tenders and have to say they were the best Ive ever had. Attentive and friendly server ( young, handsome with Buddy Holly glasses). Will definitely be back. The funnel cake was a great share for the table.

Came here with my son and fiance, food was alright if that. Our calamari was very soggy not crisp whatsoever the nachos were okay but the cheese was more of a queso poured on rather than actual cheese? And the fries were undercooked not crispy, but the worst part was after my fiance finished his beer he noticed a fly in the bottom of his glass. Regarding the service it was amazing and the atmosphere was fun and family friendly! Not sure if we will return though as we weren t a fan of the food

Went to shoeless Joe s sport bar for lunch the food was excellent the chicken tender had lots of thick white meat and the batter was not too thick and had the half Ribs with it excellent I usually leave food on my plate but not this time will be coming back

The food is excellent, and their menu has a variety of options for different tastes. Great selection of beer and liquor, and the bar staff is very attentive and will not let your drink go empty before asking if you would like another one. The manager stops by to see if everything is to your satisfaction. You don t see that elsewhere!!! With their all-encompassing sports package and numerous tvs, this is the place to be for all your sports viewing in the Orleans/Ottawa region. Amazing atmosphere!!! Kuddos to all the staff and management (Jeff, Shawn and Tim) for making this place amazing on so many levels!!! A place where everyone knows your name.

So i must say Ive never had to change a review about a place. I had first posted a 5-star review. Our first experience was actually great. Tonight (valentines day) we had reservations for 5 people (2 adult 3 kids), when we get there we get there on time no table big enough is close to ready so we get seated in a small booth clearly not big enought for everyone. We see how hectic it is, so we just sit. Some guy was singing on a mic, way too loud. About 20 minutes later, we finally got our server, who rushed us to order, so half of what was ordered was wrong. Not to mention, it took 45 min for the food to come. Again, its Valentines Day, so we just took what they brought. Well, this chicken cordon bleu was way undercooked. Like dangerously under cooked. The portions were just ridiculous. We ended up packing up whatever kids could maybe salvage paid 100$ for too. This place is definitely not managed properly. Most of the staff was running around with no clue what was going on. We have seen nimerous orders going back. Its very scary to my opinion that a place like this is running. NOT RECOMMEND FOR FAMILIES NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY

We had planned to go out for StValentine on Saturday instead of mid-week. First time we went to a Shoeless Joe. The location we went was on Innes rd, Orleans. Service was ok, my chicken cordon bleu was disgusting. The meat was not a real breast but a mechanically formed. Was pinkish and bacon was raw. The breading was burnt at some places. I am not picky but this was just awful. I told the waitress and she said ok, you want something else? Our chicken fingers are very popular. The manager (dressed just in plain sweatshirt and jeans) came to say he checked and all was cooked through. I felt he was telling me I was wrong. I do believe their oil was too hot for cooking appropriately. I had time to eat all my veggies (and Im a slow eater) by the time I had the chicken. I wasnt even hungry anymore. My boyfriend had a phyllicheese steak and said he had better. We wont be going back. It just ruined out date night.

Love the big booths and relaxed atmosphere. Patio also a nice option! Menu has all the favorites and love the fresh bowls for variety. Great indoor air quality too with evening CO2 measurements in low 500s if you follow that sort of thing. Server (I think Brandon?) is always welcoming and friendly. Thanks Tim for always taking good care of your guests! First discovered Shoeless Joes in Cornwall, and so glad its now in Orleans.

Had dinner here today, well this was the most tasteless food I have ever experienced in my life and that is why I give it 1 out of 5. From the menu selection, to the ingredients used, and how it was prepared save yourself the awful experience and go somewhere else.

Service was TERRIBLE. we were seated and 25 minutes later our server came to take our drink order. By the time he took our food order we were seated for over an hour. My food order was totally wrong but I kept it because I didnt want to wait at that point for the correct plate. I ordered a beer and never even got it. I was very disappointed as I heard good thing about this restaurant but we wont be going again. By the time we left we were there almost 2.5 hours. With 2 young kids it was unacceptable. The place is rowdy. I get a sports bar should be loud but people shoving each other and not getting kicked out is not ok. I dont recommend at all

Food was great! We got chicken strip sliders and a pasta dish and both were very yummy and well made. The French fries are really good. Caesar was well made. Good service and clean dining area and bathroom. Parking: Large strip mall - parking everywhere.

This was our 3rd visit for our 3rd Anniversay. The food was excellent. Our waiter Zack had us for his 1st table. He made our night fun and he has a very nice and caring personality. We will definately go back and recommend Shoeless Joes to everyone. Tim the manager was also great. Offered us a piece of caramel cheese cake. Hummy. We WILL choose this place more often. Parking: Was very easy to pick a spot Kid-friendliness: There wasnt any when we went but they have high chairs and proper seating for any child.

Shawn is incredible! Ordered a few dinners through Skip the Dishes the other night and one of the dinners was missed when the food was packed. Before the driver even arrived, Shawn had called me, left me a voicemail and called me again, having realized before I did that that dinner had been missed. Shawn personally delivered the rest of our meal to our house and brought us complimentary desserts. Only amazing things to say about Shawn and Shoeless Joes! The food was delicious and the service, incredible. Thank you so much again Shawn !

Our new fav place for a casual dinner with the kids! My wife was working late so I brought the kids for dinner. We were seated at a booth by the GM who was super nice! It didn t take long and we were greeted by our server Wes! He was super friendly and was so patient while taking our order. My two younger kids ordered from the kids menu and my 13 yr old ordered from the adult menu but endless blue Kool aid all around! (Not for dad though) The atmosphere in the restaurant was great! Super chill and friendly. Both Wes and the GM checked in to see how we were doing on several occasions! Service was top notch! We used to be regulars of BP up the road but honestly their service and product isn t what it used to be. Time to make new memories! BP used to be my daughters fav restaurant but last night she told me that Shoesless Joes is her new favourite! Kuddos and high five!! Thanks Shoeless Joes Team!

We love this restaurant! Its been our go to this year for all family birthdays and our sons graduation. Meals are always plentiful, served hot and reasonably priced. At two of our most recent visits we had servers Brandon and Grace and both were top notch! Highly recommend! Great food, great vibe, great service.

Love this place. The staff are incredible and the food is amazing!! So much variety.

We were here with our 6 month old when the power went out and a tornado warning was issued. The manager immediately went into action making a plan for how people could pay and communicating clearly with all the customers. As soon as the power went on he again spoke to the whole restaurant with what the next steps are and he instructed his staff to serve the tables with children first, and then he himself followed up with us to make sure that happened. He was absolutely amazing all night, we were lucky enough to have gotten our food before the power went out and it was delicious. They made a mistake with one of our meals and noticed it before serving it to us, so corrected it and then offered us the mistaken meal to go if we wanted it as leftovers. Overall the best experience I have had at a restaurant ever.

Dining in experience was great over all. I would give a 4/5. BUT!!! I wouldn t recommend to order their take out. I spent 43 dollars for a Greek souvlaki bowl, and it was definitely not worth it. The chicken was over cooked and dry. I feel the food quality is very inconsistent compare to the previous dining experience.

Zach is an impeccable server. He went out of his way to make sure I enjoyed my meal even though it wasnt what I expected in taste (spice). He was gracious and outgoing. The servers are always friendly and kind and you can tell their manager actually cares about their well being. Being in the service industry is difficult and yet they all treat their customers with care. The chicken cordon Bleu is ridiculously good!

Went to Shoeless Joes 2 Aug 23. Our fantastic waitress Grace served us a great meal and we enjoyed the live music by Derek Martin playing in the background. Will definitely go again.

This was the first time trying this restaurant and the portions seemed great but unfortunately the take out meals werent a reflection of the positive dine in reviews. I really try not to leave poor reviews but this seemed like a lot of issues for a $65+ order. All the food and sauces were very bland. The chicken was overcooked and seemed as though it had been reheated multiple times. The Philly cheesestake had no cheese on it. The chocolate sauce for the cookie was a fruit sauce. First time enjoying this restaurant. We both had the Maple Bacon & Cheddar Burger and we upgraded the fries to the Supreme Cheese Fries. We both recommend coming and enjoying place to eat with great staff and an amazing atmosphere. The bacon were full strips and the patty was bigger than the bun it was on.

The food and atmosphere at SJ are great. The restaurant is well run by managers Tim & David who always take time to say hello and the staff especially Nick, Wesley and Kelsie are so welcoming.

Our 3rd visit, but 1st time eating ny hubbys fries. So good, as were my Strawberry Basil Mojito, and Honey Garlic Wings. Although messy, hubby loved the Souvlaki Chicken Wrap and what fries I left him. I got a fork full of his Salted Caramel Cake and highly recommend it. Gabrielle made our meal perfect in every way, including her sense of humour. A gentleman, I believe was the manager, checked on us off and on, and was just as nice as Gabrielle. The sound system kicked a bit too loud, at one point, and no attitude about our request to turn it down a bit, so we could have a decent conversation. Start a conversation with most people about loud restaurants or bars, and there is no age limit to comments about wanting a quiet meal with just low background music or muted sports channels. Nice clean freshly renovated location with great management and those hard working servers, who make you feel welcome, even though they might be working a double shift. Parking: Always nice to spend my money on food, rather than some of it on parking. Lots of free parking in a huge parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Large low area off the parking lot to the doors.

Nice place, barside service was ok but the nachos were the worst. Says it comes with corn, black beans and green onion toppings. Yeah... They were more like garnish. I counted SEVEN kernals of corn. The bartender asked me how they were and I did the so so motion. I ate 1/4 of them, no discussion, full bill. I need to add that I worked bar resto for many years and Im usually a 25% tipper. I have dined here three times now, and I have yet to have a great meal. I enjoy the family-friendly atmosphere, the ability to watch many different sports events, and the servers are always friendly. HOWEVER, on two occasions, I have ordered something and been given a completely different item, requiring it to be remade and Im stuck waiting while the rest of my party eats. One of these times, my re-ordered pasta was served to me completely undercooked and crunchy. My last time there with my family, I ordered fish and chips to share with my young daughter and we both ended up with food poisoning. Ive given Shoeless Joes a chance, but I cannot recommend it. Kid-friendliness: Excellent high chairs that are clean.

The food was delicious, the manager and waitress were equally exceptional, the atmosphere was perfect. I absolutely respected and appreciated that they saw us wearing masks and ate on the patio so they wore a mask whenever they came to our area. That alone made me a forever customer.

The server was very nice and very friendly. The food took long to Ben though the place was empty. The burgers were good the fries were over cooked. The beef taco ball was not great the rice very over cooked and the beef didn t taste great. The ribs were ok . The place is nice and lists of parking. Prices were ok.

My parents and I went for lunch on Thursday, September 21st, 2023. Jill, our waitress, was polite, knowledgeable, positive and professional. Chef Lucky Silva came out to meet us and chat. My Dad had the ribs. Mom had the fish and chips and I had the chicken cordon bleu. It was the best chicken cordon bleu I have ever had. The food is fresh, not frozen. You can taste Chef Lucky Silvas passion in his food. The table, floor and washrooms were very clean. We will definitely be going back.

The food was absolutely AMAZING. Everything was fresh and actually was seasoned and tasted really good. The manager even came and asked us if we need anything and if everything was to our liking. My only complaint is that the service was slow and the server barely came. I waited 20 minutes to get a water. Other then that it was amazing. The other servers looked like they checked in so could of just been the 1 server. Prices are really cheap for today s day and age!! 7$ beer and 18$ for wings.

It was my first time at Shoeless Joes on October 12, 2023. What a nice place, atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff so nice. But what made our night so perfect were two things. One our amazing Server Brandon, he was always smiling, a great sense of humor, joked with us the whole time. The second thing which you never see anymore today was the manager who walked around and talked to each table more than once in the night. Asking how our night was and how the food was. This is something rare you hardly ever see anymore. Because of these two people not only am I going back, I am telling everyone about this. It made our night perfect. Thanks so much.

The food was terrible we ordered the fish and chips, crispy salmon bowl and the shrimp bowl. The fish batter was over done and dry, the coleslaw had zero taste, the salmon bowl was served with 4 mini pieces of salmon for the price I d appreciate a decent piece of salmon. The shrimp bowl was served with 4 overcooked battered shrimp and shredded veggies nothing like the menu describes. The beer on tap is watered down we won t be back a real disappointment.

Good environment, terrible rushed and burned food. Ultimate game day nachos is just ranch with hot salad.. and my the dill pickles burned; not worth. The fish and chips soaked through 8 layers of napkins and still kept coming out, the dough/batter is raw... the nashville hot sauce just tastes like oil; don t keep oil containers in the fridge as it will set. No passion. I wouldn t serve this to myself let alone paying customers.

We went there as a big group of family and friends to celebrate a bday, we had a great time, the service was awesome specially Janna our waitress was so nice and helpful, smiling all the time! Even the owner was so nice specially with my 4 kids. As I always say the customer service is a big asset for any business, and this place has a really good one! I recommend it.

I ve always had a great experience at Shoeless Joe s. The food is delicious and customer service is next to none- and tonight wasn t any different! From being greeted and served by Gabby who was welcoming and attentive to Zach who delivered our meals and who was polite and friendly. The manager Tim is amazing- he greeted us and stopped by again to make sure we enjoyed our meal- I m pretty sure he went to every table and did the same. I took my Grandparents to Shoeless Joe s in Orleans for their 57th wedding anniversary on Sunday night and the service we received from the entire staff was absolutely outstanding, and the food was so delicious! The front of house manager - Tim, truly takes the time to ensure all guests are well looked after and happy. Tim goes the extra mile with all of the customers, and it certainly did not go unnoticed, my grandparents have never been happier and can t stop talking about when they ll get to return to this Shoeless Joe s. Thank you for making our evening so special, we will definitely be back! I would recommend dining here to anyone.

Another visit: Big booths with lots of table space. A varied menu so youll find something to suit your taste. I enjoyed delicious large wings with a spicy rub and hot fries. Added a spicy dip and was exactly the fire I was looking for. He had a burger and fries and was not disappointed. No room for dessert but did look enticing. Many t.v.s if you want to follow a sport. A clean bustling place, friendly service and plenty of free parking. There was an outdoor patio but it was a little chilly that day. First visit: My daughter and I had dinner here on a chilly Saturday evening. We were seated right away in a semi booth as requested but by the end of our meal, the place was full of people. We couldnt each decide on a dish for ourselves - toss up between Chicken Cordon Bleu ($20.99) and a one piece Fish and Chips ($18.99) so we ordered both and shared. The size of the fish piece was large and she had substituted the regular fries for garlic parmesan chips. The fish was well prepared with just enough crispy batter. The tartar sauce was more like mayonnaise with a bit of tang. The coleslaw was creamy and not too much vinegar taste. The chicken was rubbery and not tender. The delicious gravy helped with the taste. The mashed potatoes were creamy. The vegetables of zucchini (a lot of zucchini), yellow peppers and one piece of asparagus were not overcooked. Overall the servicing size was plentiful. We had a Coke and lemonade to drink but they also have an extensive drink list in youre in the mood for alcohol based. Service was excellent. Lots of free parking available. Several televisions are placed around the restaurant so even if you turn your head, you wont miss any of the sports action.

I have been there twice now and the food is awesome. I had chicken tenders with fries and the chicken was moist and tender. The manager is amazing. He helps to serve the customers. This is a true sports bar. Tvs at each table for all enthusiasts. Food is typical for a sports bar. Our visit turned into a comedy of errors for our table. But, the server and manager were gold standard in addressing this off night for dinner.
