Swiss Chalet in Orléans

Waited 10+ for our order to be taken. 25 more for the apps(garlic bread & seemingly chemically induced coleslaw). Bottomless drinks came but waitress never asked if we needed a refill(I did) Food finally came. Ordered the festive meals. My wife s came with seemingly freezer burned green beans. Sent back. Plate arrives back(same one) minus the beans. Food cold. Other meal had cold stuffing. New beans arrive ten mins later. Was a disaster. Wide was pissed off. Ruined the evening. Summary. Shitty cold food. Service was sloooooow and lacking sincerity. Event when asking for bill the waitress never lifted a finger to take anything off the table.

Faith was an awesome server. You could see how much she loved her job. We love the Swiss Chalet on Innes Rd in Orleans, ON. Kid-friendliness: Our little Joddy love the kids menu. He can wait for the surprise at the end of his meal and gets excited when the robot delivers meals to the table

We ordered a HUGE order for our office, and they were amazing, the order was on time, and of course delicious. highly recommend this location.

Tere was no atmosphere, just take-out

Faith is a resourceful lady. I had my 3 grandkids and she was patient with each of them. The food was perfect and the service was awesome. Very impressed with Faith. Kid-friendliness: They cater to kids with their treasure chest of goodies as well as the colouring crayons and colouring menu

Great Experience at Swiss Chalet Orléans! I had a wonderful time at Swiss Chalet in Orléans. The service was friendly, and the food was fantastic tender rotisserie chicken and delicious sides, all served quickly and fresh. The cozy atmosphere made it the perfect spot for a relaxed meal. We were on a tight timeline when we stopped for supper. The hostess made sure our server, Faith, knew we had limited time. Faith was amazing and made sure that we got our meals in record time. Faith was very attentive and understanding. Her service went above and beyond.

I love visiting Swiss Chalet for its cozy atmosphere and friendly service. As a vegetarian, I often go for the Vegetarian Wrap, which is packed with fresh veggies and a delicious sauce. The food is always tasty, and the portions are generous, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal.

For my friend Mike Today I stopped by at Harveys in Orleans as usual. This place is always pleasant to dine in. Both ladies at the front Reshma & Kalpana are always great to deal with. The service is great and I will continue going as a regular customer. I give this place Five Star!

Recent second visit to the Orleans location and I was quite pleased with the friendly service and the food was delicious. I was losing faith in Swiss Chalet as other locations were disappointing but this location was awesome. We were a table of 4 and we were all impressed. Thanks to the Orleans staff.

Weve been ordering takeout every couple of weeks for a few years now. Using the app for about a year. Everything is always exactly as ordered, never missing any items, sour cream and butter for my baked potato is on the outside so it doesnt get hot with the chicken. Portions are great, service always friendly. We will continue to love this place, and recommend.

We had festive dinners and they were great. Faith was a great server!

The food and service are OK but management at this location dont hire enough staff so the wait times can be long. Half the restaurant was empty when we arrived today and we still ended up waiting at least 30 minutes. This location would be better if they actually sat tables and werent short staffed all the time.

This is the second time we have come here to sit down and we sat without water or utensils or any staff member acknowledging our existence. We were there for 15 minutes before finally getting up to leave. The manager, to her credit, did try to make it right by offering a free meal and saying she would serve us herself. As I told her, fool me twice shame on me. I will not be taking my business here ever again as they have burned the bridge. Too bad, the food is good.
