Great service, the staff are friendly and well known in the community. This is by far the best shawarma in town. Fresh ingredients, great flavor. A little pricy but you get what you pay for.

Hardly any cheese in the cheese pie! What a rip off! Almost 5$ for a cheese pie with no cheese!! There are better middle eastern bakeries in Orleans! Would not recommend!

i used to come for a long time for the pies. But after tasting from other places that only make pies, or from places that only make shawarmas, i realized this place doesnt make the best of either.

This was recommended to me for their cheese pie chicken shawarma. Exactly what it says, a chicken shawarma in a cheese pie. Nice idea but it was just ok. AND shockingly it cost $17. I nearly choked when I saw the price.

Yalla Yalla is my FAVOURITE Lebanese place in Ottawa hands down. I make the trip to orleans at least a couple times a month from the west end just for their fattoush salad.. strongly recommend the shawarma and cheese pie as well.

My wife and I went in to order dinner, and we werent standing in the correct spot, I suppose. So they proceeded to take other peoples orders and completely disregard our presence. Never going back, and highly recommend not making the drive.

I ve been a customer for years and realized I ve never left a review. Our family has probably ordered 100 times from Yalla Yalla. Whether it be sandwiches, salads, or large platters for events, Ray and team never disappoint. The quality of the food is always top notch and the service is always great.

Best shawarma in ottawa

So bad what they offer compared to others. The rice is not cooked, less choice, too expensive. Its better to go to the palace a few steps away on Innes Rouad, too generous and very delicious. Not recommended and not recommended. McDonalds is much better

The salsa are fine. It would be better to make low carb dishes and ingredients on the salads. Chicken wrap is good.

Expensive for nothing just rubbish

Ordered family platter, the hummus was runny, the cucumber/tomato salad wasn t fresh, the chicken was extremely dry, pickled turnip was limp. The pita however, was outstanding! wouldn t recommend.

I have had my fair share of Shawarma, and this is no run of the mill shawarma place. Food was spectacular, they make an amazing spicy garlic sauce. I recommend this place 100 percent

This place has great beef shawarma, it is clear they work really hard. The online orders are a killer to guests walking in as you are next in line but 10 sandwiches get done ahead. Its the new reality, check these guys out, easier when expectations are tempered when you know it may take a bit of time. A 2nd serving station may be beneficial during peak hours but again, they are magicians at pumping out good tasting food.

My favorite shawarma restaurant in Ottawa :) That said, their potatoes arent my favorite so I generally skip that here.

This is the best shawarma place in the city! I know this is a bold statement, but Id argue its true. Everything is fresh. There are many salad options. The garlic potatoes are unbelievable! The staff is always friendly. Do yourself a favour and eat here.

Extremely expensive...I asked for some chicken on my cheese pie ..almost 15$ ..I dont think I will return again...however the food not bad.

Called and ordered a family sandwich platter to make sandwiches at home with the family, it was all bagged up when I arrived to pick it up, I asked them if everything was in there, when I got home I found there was no pita bread to make the sandwiches. It such a small part of the meal but this small part of the meal is the largest component of the meals without this you cannot make a sandwich lol. Anyways when I called and spoke with the owner ray, he wanted me to come drive 20 minutes to come pickup the pita bread or get the pita bread next time , he was very unsympathetic like this was not a big deal that we now cannot make our sandwiches, these solutions did not help us at. I said our meal is ruined without the bread and he said so youre going to throw the rest out now ??? Lol... well thanks alot ray, I can tell you Ive been ordering this platter every 2-3 weeks and this week will be my last because of the poor customer service. I would have been happy with a 10% off a future order which would have been 5$. Also onto of this and I didnt even mention it on the phone because he was being so unpleasant, the chicken and beef was so dried out you could almost not even swallow it.

Always always delicious and flavourful. And always amazingly friendly service. Yes, sometimes you have to wait a few minutes due to a short line but who wants to eat somewhere where its never busy? Not us! We would never eat shwarma anywhere else in Orleans.

Have been going here for nearly 10 years. Never disappoints, great quality ingredients, fresh salads and cheap prices. Ray and his team are always in a good mood, have never had a bad experience there, which cannot be said for most other shawarma places in Orleans. I bring all my friends from out of town to try their first shawarma here.

Found this place pretty weak... bland... and Im just shocked that they didnt press the shawarma in the panini press. I thought pressing it was standard so I didnt think to ask.... edible.. disapointing.

Havent had better shawarma in Orleans. The owner is always nice and remembers repeat customers and always says hello. Price is comparable to most shawarma places but portions are large enough and food good enough to make it my main spot.

Been here multiple times and the chicken is NEVER dry. Been to a few other places and there is nothing worse than dry chicken. Service is always friendly and courteous. If there is a lineup, dont worry, they are quick and efficient and there is not much wait time. Highly recomend

The manaeesh is ok, but the dough tends to be very tough, and hard to chew. But I do like that he typically had fresh bread.

By far the best shawarma in town! the beef is to die for! We drove to Orleans from downtown because its that good. The place is clean , the portions are generous and the freshness is unrivaled! Ottawa must have 100m of shawarma places, but this one has no rivals!

Ive tried all the various Family Platers from east end Shawarma Restaurants, and Yalla Yalla is by far the most generous! They always provide vegetables/toppings much more abundantly than any other shop.

Delicious and fresh. I love the garlic sauce and tabouleh. The family run business makes affordable and flavourful food. The cheese bread, freshly warmed is also fantastic. There is plenty of salads, sandwiches, platters and meals. The selection of drinks is quite varied and can accommodate most taste. The setting area is smallish (3 tables of 4 and a counter with 3 stools). It is clean and smells fresh. The co-ed toilet in the back is generally tidy.

Delicious meat and cheese pies. You can also get day old pies when available for $1. havent tried the chicken shawarma yet but will definitley order it next time I am there.

Great east-end shawarma spot.

This place was ok when it first opened. But now the owner has become super cheat and a Pennie pincher. A $15 salad, and he charges you if you ask for tomatoes. I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else. Shawarma chef 2 mins down the street is especially great and does not have the terrible service this place does! Do not go!!!
