Prices are reasonable considering the food is good. We always sit under the chandelier. Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice is great!

Used to come here regularly, but now it s gone downhill. Their service was not good. The food tasted like nothing, I used to love their potatoes that came with the eggs and it tasted so good back then but now it had no flavour. They messed up our order so many times. Above all, the food quality was not good at all. Save your money. Make food at home hahaha

Today we went as a large group of 14 for brunch , the service we got was absolutely outstanding I wish I got her name she had purple hair , she was a remarkable server and made our brunch a great experience !

Three of us went and we all decided we will not be going back. Coffee was bad (also took like 5 minutes for a coffee refill), smoothie wasnt even cold plus chocky so got chocolate milk instead, frozen home fries that werent fully cooked, cheese slices in the three cheese crepe and best part of my meal was the apple. Not worth the prices at all.

Absolutely horrible service. Went for a friends birthday and he asked to have another order as they order he had tasted odd, and the server proceeded to tell us we would be charged for both meals and took the meal away to throw out. Will not be coming back

Havent ate here in the 7 years of living in this area but I wanted something for breakfast before work. I got the bacon benedict and it wasnt bad! I was given 3 strips of bacon on the side with potatoes and 2 egg benedicts. Unfortunately there was hair on the bacon and my hair is tied back so its unlikely it was mine, especially since I didnt open my food until sitting down at home. It happens though, but I was a little disappointed for my first time coming and my meal was 27$ (dont get a smoothie, it raises the price a lot!! + tax). Besides that the potatoes were good and have seasoning, the bacon was crunchy and the benedict was good as well Im just not a huge fan of the hollandaise sauce so I will skip this option next time.

Everything is great

The food was terrible, cold, processed, expiring ingredients. Service was extremely slow despite them not being busy, and I was denied the lunch menu on a monday.. I got the BLT with no egg, they sent with egg and when I said I couldnt eat it they took it to the kitchen and scraped the egg off my sandwich and gave it back with remains of egg on it. The table was broken almost in half, leather booth was torn. Extremely disappointed.

Took considerably long to get our food. The food was poor quality. The eggs were rubbery and barely warm. The bacon seemed microwaved and was hard and tough to eat . I ordered a French toast combo I got one slice French toast 2 slices regular toast, i think that s ridiculous. Pretty sure the home fries are frozen French fries. The single slice of French toast and the fruit was the best part. But it wasn t worth the price. My boyfriend got an omelette he said it was overdone.

A nice, upscale breakfast place, especially for Oshawa. The food was very good, as usual. Our server was very professional and truly knew her business. A few of the younger employees came around, and didnt understand that syrup is something you might want on waffles. It seemed to boggle this one girls mind.

Definitely one of Oshawa s best breakfast joints! Large selection, generous portions, fresh food, and great service. They also have a solid vegetarian selection, and are consistently awesome when catering to my mom s gluten free and dairy free dietary needs.

This place is awesome. Served by Amanda. Food is cooked perfectly. Great selection, with lots of healthy options. Eggs were cooked precisely by the book and looked like they were out of a cooking show. Large dining area, very clean and modern. Bathrooms are brand new. Staff is very friendly. Place was filled up at 9am on a tuesday which says everything you need to know. Highly recommend.

Gemma was my waitress and she was phenomenal.... The food was delicious although my first ordered of eggs benny, they did come over cooked but the staff took care of it immediately and made me feel comfortable with sending it back because the last thing I wanted to be is that customer. The second go around was flawless... There is a great selection for the hardy to the healthy breakfast eater definitely two forks way up!!

Back in the day I raved about this place. The last 4-5 times weve been. The food wasnt even hot. Barely warm. :( The only thing that saves this place right now for me, are the few servers that work there. Whom are so delightful and Rock at their job. Its the only thing that makes me come back. Also, they got my order wrong today where they gave me sausage instead of bacon. ( I wouldnt expect a free meal for that or even a 10% discount on my next meal) No problem they said. Coming back with the bacon. But, wanted to take away the 2 little sausages they gave me in error. I said no. Lol. (Was an insult) Why would they want to take it away? Theyre just gonna chuck it anyways. Right? Let the customer keep it and do what they want with it. Its all little things....but little things add up. I said to my Son this AM. When you complain (Not every complaint - valid ones )about a service or food at a restaurant. They should give you at least a 10% coupon. It will get the customer back in the store for one more round. As a society we are cheap and will go back even for that 10%. When a customer is dissatisfied and not compensated. A company/restaurant risks the chance of losing that customer for good. My primary concern lately is the food hasnt even been hot. Its not just me complaining. My whole family goes there on seperate occasions with different ppl. and all agree. They need to take a complaint more seriously and serve hot food again!

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time this morning with no idea what to expect. We have never heard of this place before, and wanted to try something new for breakfast. We found a hidden gem! The inside is quite big, and the decor/atmosphere is beautiful! In my experience, breakfast restaurants seem to have a hard time maintaining their washroom s cleanliness. This is why I feel like it s worth noting that (at least the woman s washroom - can t speak for the men s, but I m sure it s the same) was clean, well stocked, and matched the overall decor of the restaurant. Now to the food it was fantastic! A large variety on the menu, and big portion sizes for the price you are paying. I got the 2014. I regret not taking any pictures, but it was delicious! I had requested a few modifications, and everything came out perfectly. Our server was Jennifer. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. We will definitely be back, and if we are we will request a table in her section! 5/5 all around!

The food wasnt bad and the portions were adequate for the price but the service me and my family had was horrendous. She never introduced herself so I dont have a name but we had the skinny girl with brown hair. She was weirdly condescending from the get go, being weird about our food choices, rushing us to order and visibly frustrated when wed ask for things SHE forgot to bring out. She forgot the toast for the meals and told us oh we were just making it still and then proceeded to bring out cold toast with butter slathered on, unmelted..because if was cold. Our meal came with desert which was not brought until I had to ask which was not a big deal in and of itself but she told me how it got her in trouble because shes not supposed to give it to us for takeout but I had to remind her when we were ready to pay the bill So to summarize, condescending comments, snappy remarks at questions, throwing us cold food when shed forget it and telling me how weve got her in trouble with the kitchen for things I was never made aware of.

Terrible doesn t even begin to describe this place. The waitress was absolutely awful. I ve never been treated so badly at an establishment in my life. She criticized the way that my MIL enjoys her eggs, my MIL had to ask for her toast that was so cold I could ve sworn they decided to put it in the freezer for the 3 minutes we waited for it. When we reminded her about something that we had ordered she snapped at us that it has to cook. I got a lunch special that came with a dessert she gave us our bill before giving me the cake so I proceeded to ask her for it, she then asked if I d like it to go after coming back with the cake said for future reference you need to it in the establishment when it was offered BY HER to go! On top of that my sandwich was as dry as the Sahara desert and my salad had so much dressing it looked like a soup. The pineapple was old and stringy. Don t waste your time or money on this place.

I am a weekly customer at Coco Frutti and I absolutely love the quality of their food and customer service. I tend to try different things and Ive become very addicted to their smoked meat egg benedicts as well as their Sweet and Salty egg benedicts. Highly recommend! The staff are always lovely and very welcoming. Gemma has served us multiple times with the brightest smile and the best recommendations. She is always making sure we are happy with our meals and have a full cup of coffee! The wait times are not long and Ive used the points card a couple times to save some money! Great experience, will continue to eat here :)

I am very sad to say we have noticed a steady decline in the quality of food. Im unsure if they have had a change in management or what exactly affected the quality. Looks like we will be looking for a new go-to for breakfast

I was so looking forward to coming here. I had heard good things. Boy, were they wrong. I was seated quickly and provided a menu. It took a considerably long time to get the food. I wasnt really concerned as I was having a conversation with friends. When the food arrived it had fresh fruit on the plate. Wow! The fruit was dried out. Gross. I asked the server if all the fruit looked that way. She took the plate and came back a few moments later. The food was cold. Not warm but actually room temperature. Gross. The people that accompanied me were also disappointed by their food. I had heard great things about this place. Im not sure if it was an off day but for the prices of the menu sand the quality control that was lacking I will not be back.

Terrible Service!! Waited 45 minutes to order. We were offered one cup of coffee in that time. The little toddler with us kept asking for food so I told our server we were ready to order but she told me she was busy. I requested another server after waiting so long but that didnt happen. The kitchen made some mistakes with our food which was corrected quickly and it tasted good. Our family goes there often because of the food. I wish the service was better.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We waited an hour and no one came to take our order. Not even to ask if we wanted water or coffee. They served everyone around us too and we would stare at them to try and get their attention but were ignored. People who were sat later than us were already getting their drinks and food. We ended up leaving and telling them we waited an hour and they barely cared. Horrible experience.

Love this place. Its out go to for brunch once every couple of months. Our favorites are the Niagara Falls and Joliette but you cant go wrong with pretty much anything in this place.

This place is huge and decorated perfectly. I recommend this place to everyone I know. The food is always cooked to perfection and they give huge portions. It is a bit pricey compared to other breakfast places but you get bigger quantities. The service is top tier.

My partner and I came for brunch on December 27th, around 12pm and the waitress with the tattoos did not welcome or seat us for 10 mins. Did not acknowledge us at all and walked past us several times. So we left and took our money to a better brunch spot. Dont know why we were ignored, maybe because were not Caucasian but will never return to this place that ignores customers. Non-existent service.

While you may wait a few minutes on a busy Sunday morning, the service & food are well worth the short wait.

Update: January 15, 2024 We visited again today. The service was excellent. Our server had a lot of patience with our table and she was totally nice. I tried this time the savoury crepe with spinach and cheddar. It was ok, the mix felt like a pancake mix for the crepe and it was way too thick for a crepe. The sweet crepe with this mix would be great. Again, keep up the wonderful service. We visited on January 9 and we enjoyed excellent service, and delicious meals. Portions are large, if you are a light eater, you can choose to have less by opting for 1 or 2 eggs, adding toast and fruit or home fries.

Had an amazing breakfast. Selection and options are superb and I liked the fact that you could order eggs Benedict on a crepe as well as English muffin. Its a very large location and our server was extremely efficient, prompt and cheerful. Dietary restrictions: Options for gluten-free items--something more restaurants should have.

My pancakes had hair in them and then when asked for new ones waitress said it can t be anyone in our kitchen

Amazing place and staff!

Let me start by saying the food is amazing- BUT- I ordered for pickup and there is zero system in place for it. Was told 10 mins on the phone and I ended up waiting 20 mins in the restaurant to get it, all the while being blatantly ignored (after asking about my order) and standing awkwardly at the desk where they seat people (very tight space). Food was ice cold as I saw it sitting for most of the time I was there-- just unable to get someone to help me. Really upsetting since we really love this place and have always had great experiences dining in.

Our first visit and we were there as part of a very large group and the service and staff and food were amazing. I would definitely recommend especially if you want to eat a very healthy portion of really great food. Breakfast there and you might not need to eat again until dinner.

I had the salty plate with 3 types of savory crepes and some fruit, and it looked nothing like the mountain of food shown on the menu. The food was alright, nothing spectacular, but I found the portion quite small for the price. $1 was charged for sharing, since I shared mine with my wife who ordered only a toast and coffee. I found this surcharge unreasonable. We wont be coming back.

Brunch get together with friends this morning. Atmosphere was so comfortable. Groups of people were there enjoying their Sunday Brunch. It was lively but not too noisy. Clean and spacious. The chandeliers, the chandeliers! You could swing from the chandeliers! Service was fast and our server,Jennifer,was amazing. She helped with choices. So many. Presentation was top notch! Everything was beautifully plated It makes you want do entire review in caps! The fruit was so fresh as though handpicked just before serving. I had the Salty Plate 3 types of crepes, hashbrowns and fruit. Absolutely Delish and filling is all I can say. First time there definitely not the last. Vegetarian options: There homestyle potatoes and toast and lots of fruit and smoothies. Quality seems to have gone down hill over the last year or so. Fruit crepe seemed like whatever fruit they had leftover rather than fruit that anyone would typically pair together, let alone with custard (grapes, pineapple, honeydew, raspberries, banana, and blueberries). Toast wasnt even toasted.

We sat at our table for 13 minutes waiting to place our order. Our waitress was too busy talking to guests for 10 minutes. This isn t the first time this has happened. This isn t how you run a business. And it wasn t even busy as it used to be. This use to be my favourite place as I was there once a week never again.

1st time here, the host (beautiful tatted one) was friendly and welcoming! However our waiter (chubby old lady) she was horrible! She didnt even refill the coffee, provide cream, she couldnt even come and check up on us, we had to constantly call someone especially since we took our baby too. We asked for apple juice and she didnt even bring it for him till we are all done our food and ready to go. & had the audacity to ask if we want the apple juice to go! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE They werent even busy Today and they didnt even have the TV on either.

This place is great for breakfast with both large or small groups. Their menu options are very customizable, and you can practically order anything you want. Their eggs Benedict and crepes were really good. Their fruit bowls were a bit lacking as the fruit wasnt the most fresh, but I find thats typical for breakfast restaurants in this area. Also, the waitress we had was stellar. Kid-friendliness: Offers colouring placemats and crayons

Tried this place for the first time today and honestly was mediocre. Service was horrible some of the worst I have ever experienced. Food was okay nothing spectacular. Overall was $120.00 for breakfast for 5ppl which is good pricing but won t be back due to service.

First time here. Was excited to see this since it is a Quebec company. However, FoH needs help, poor communication. More importantly, they made a Croque Monsieur wrong. Served basically an egg and cheese sandwich but not even close to being a Croque Monsieur. No melted cheese on top???

At first I was a bit thrown by the prices, seemd expensive but then I read the descriptions and realized these are just massive portions. If im ordering eggs and toast, I dont need a waffle. Id rather pay less. The food? TERRIBLE. My eggs benedict had nothing but a irritating floral taste.. which was quite off putting. The bacon I asked for extra crispy and was barely crispy. The fruit was not ripe and very hard. My mom ordered eggs, bacon and hash browns with similar experience, except hers had too much salt. The waitress was friendly and nice but kept calling us hun which got quite irritating when it was everyother word. Would not recommend and will not be back. Just sad I wasted a breakfast on this place

We were excited to try brunch at this place as a family. Service was very slow, orders came out slightly wrong (I got the wrong omelette and my daughter s crepe request was wrong). The icing on the cake was when my daughter found a piece of wood in her crepe. When we told our server, she took the piece of painted wood away. She came back with the bill and while they didn t charge us for the crepe meal (which was appreciated), there was no apology. In fact, she implied that maybe we had brought the wood in ourselves. The manager should have come over to discuss with us. We will never eat there again.

I don t know how this place still has business I have gone here a hand full of times always an issue. Either the waitresses forgot they have us as a table to take our orders or they just messed up on what I ordered . Never going back here again. Today they completely messed up my order and I just walked out. I m not the type of guy to write a bad review but today I had to. If I could give 0 zero stars I would.

It took a while to get seated. The service was slow. It took so long to get our food from the kitchen (and I just ordered a salad!) that we eventually had to get it packed up to go. The waitress was very apologetic. I doubt that we will go back.

I use to love this place, even when service got bad I vouged for this place because the food was delicious. After my last visit, waiting over 45 minutes for an orange juice and 1.5 hours for food and when the food came the whole order was wrong. I decided I would never go back. I decided to give them on last chance through Uber eats because the food was always good even when service was HORRIBLE. Horrible mistake, the food was ice cold and the order was wrong. Please don t waste your time going here.

The lady serving me was a real sweetheart. The food was great, except I would not recommend crepe, for some unknown reason, 1 large plain crepe with nothing else was price at 12$, which is crazy expensive and make no sense when compared to other item on the menu, which i would consider traditional competitive. Crepe taste was not authentic, like cora or tuiti fruiti restaurants breakfast chain. I would avoid the crepe if you are east Canadian. Overall, great food and really great people working there. A+

If I could rate this a complete 0 I would. Just received my order from this place which left me absolutely speechless especially after seeing all the good reviews. I ordered 2 Firestone meals to surprise my husband as a birthday breakfast at work. I m writing this as my stomach is in pain and my husband will not even touch the food. (That s how horrible it looked) $70 and an hour and a half later we received SUPER BLAND eggs, not even salt or pepper, with cold potatoes, burnt toast, never even received the coffee s I had also ordered. They came with crepes and this made me so mad because they were NOT crèpes, it was a mini PANCAKE wrapped over SPOILT FRUIT and a mask of sweetened condensed milk to try and cover it up!??? On top of that, our fresh fruit were 3 slices of melons WRAPPED IN TIN FOIL and just thrown in a bag. This whole order was disgusting, distasteful, and a full on rip off.

Terrible place for breakfast, will not return. Food is okay, service goes between garbage and non-existent. Waited 20 minutes after being seated to get a cup of coffee that never came, but other families that arrive get coffee and service immediately. This is not the first time this place has treated my family this poorly but its definitely the last time. We do not recommend and will gladly take our money to more deserving establishments.

Went in for a morning breakfast date with my husband. We first discovered this place in gananoque and happy to say everything is the same. Atmosphere, food and our waitress were amazing! Cant wait to come back Food
