The wings are tasty, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The service is quick, and the atmosphere is laid-back. Definitely a spot I ll visit again!

The food was excellent. The wings were good sized and tasty, as was the Angus burger. Service was great as well.

I went in tonight and was served by by Jessica, she was an amazing bartender and made me feel welcome. If her hospitality is company wide I definitely make this a regular place for food.

Wings and fries were overcooked. Long island iced tea mostly syrup, barely any cola or liquor. However, waitress was very friendly and held her own in a quarter filled bar. But wont be going to this place again due to food quality. Had the hot honey and hot Cajun wings on Tuesday 1/2 price.

The moment we walked it it was great we walked in joking with our son about sitting on the patio as on December 1 it started to snow and he thought it was just rain out server Josette went with it and played with it making the joke keep going she was super attentive made sure we new the specials and everything else never had to wait for anything she is definitely a keeper would come back just for her

I attended their grand reopening and had a great time. Our server managed our large group with incredible poise. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, with the owners personally greeting us upon entering the restaurant. Regarding the food, I ordered the garlic parmesan wings poutine, which came with a generous portion of boneless chicken. I also enjoyed a few drinks that were fairly priced. I recommend this spot for a fun, casual night out.

Best St Louis in Durham, for sure!! I love St Louis and have tried every one in the Durham Region, often depending on which one is closest to me at the time. I have to say, whenever I go to one other than this specific one, I have major regrets. The staff here are kind, friendly, and really do make the best food. I have sat in a few times, but typically order takeout and have always thoroughly enjoyed the simple process and yummy food. So thank you, keep doing what you do!

Beyond great service & was taken care of well. Wait time was very minimal and was treated with a water Bouije which was spectacular.

We ordered 4 lbs of wings that did.not have barely any sauce and they were dry and flavourless. The manager Courtney accomodated us with a.gift card. We used the card to get a replacement meal but result was the.same. The new owner decided to.cut back on the sauce and customers have to.pay. The other location we go to is much better. The GM said there is nothing more they can do.and to feel free to go back to our.usual location. Its sad because we go to St Louis weekly and they will be missing out on really good customers and our kids and friends that we bring with us. They could have benefited from our consistent visits and our loyalty to the brand. Courtney was fine with us not coming back. If she only new how much money we would have spent at her location, but I guess they can afford to lose us. Good luck to the new owners. Maybe cutting back and cutting corners may help with the rent but customers wont.be happy about it.

Sorry cant rate the food we never got to sit and eat. Arrived to just a few tables with customers. One person walked by said we will be back, walked by again and wouldnt even look at us. Another said we will be with you as soon as possible. Still we waited. They had time to chit chat with the regulars just not to seat us. So we went somewhere else. Wont be back again.

Showed up Monday this week for Ribsanity and they were out . Which is normal , I dont blame staff for their popularity of the Deal going on right now, it happens . I have been here multiple times and the past 3 times I have come and gone and I have felt completely underwhelmed after eating here and question why the hell do I keep coming back. The service is painfully slow , it has always been painfully slow , only 1 or 2 people working for an entire restaurant at peak hours this is a management issue. I dont blame the 2 staff members that were working ( which happens very occasionally ) due to them having to deal with multiple customers The food takes a decent amount of time to get out and the fries are rock hard , the nachos reminded me of nachos a kid coming home from school would make, wings were overcooked . It has been a pretty rough go the past couple of visits. What is remarkable is the other St Louis I frequent BLOWS this location out of the water, Same food , Same chain however the difference in quality and service isnt even close. I came to Wingsanity a couple months ago and it doesnt make sense at this location due to it being so slow you wont get the bang for your buck . I feel bad for the staff because I dont think this is their fault , they need additional people working because they cant handle the pace. Hopefully things improve.

Went in today, August 14, for lunch around 1. I waked in and there were two tables of customers seated already. There was no hosteas or waitress to be found, no employee came out to greet me when I walked in. I waited a little under 5 minutes before I left. As I was leaving, I see who is probably the waitress, outside having a smoke. While I realize people are entitled to breaks, if the hostess/server is not in the building, they should let kitcheb staff know so they can keep an eye out for customers coming in. Sadly, this isnt the first time this has happened. My husband and I enjoy coming here, but if this continues to be standard practice, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

On June 29 I had Lexy as my server for myself and a friend who was visiting. I didnt realize you could still get my favorite flavor Smoked Barbecue Heat as it is not listed on the menu but Lexy told me I could which made my day. She was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond in getting us what we needed. The service is always great at this restaurant and others were around to help that night as well.

Came for wingsanity! Great deal.. lots of flavours to choose from. Music was good and not too loud so could still hear each other. Jessica was a delight! Its okay, all of this was $78 which we got very little fries each and only 2 packs of dill sauce. Im not sure their standards but i was alittle disappointed with it. Overall was still delicious and the staff were friendly

We frequent this establishment on a weekly basis every Friday following our soccer event. The staff are most generous in accommodating our needs with 12+ players dining for food and drinks. The servers are most pleasant and efficient to deal with. Lexi has been our server lately and does a most proficient job. Her attention to detail does not go unnoticed. A big shout out to Becky whom we have come to know. She promptly welcomes you, is extremely efficient remembering our order and has a table ready every week. This St. Louis restaurant sets the example to others!

As someone who semi-frequents the location I can say with confidence the restaurant is in an incredible spot. All of the bartenders, servers and even chefs confidently bring a natural and easy-going dining experience. From remembering who you are, your favourites and some laughs along the way, it s one of the better St. Louis locations I ve ever been to. I REALLY like this place! SOMEHOW it never seems too busy when I go but everything about this St. Louis is great. The food was delicious and I wish I took a photo because it looked amazing too. On top of that, our server Kurly, was as nice as can be and a TOTAL smokeshow. Also, their various cheesecake and ice cream sandwiches are SO good. We will definitely be returning. Kid-friendliness: My daughter loved her food, drinks, music and especially her dessert.

Came in to the King and stevenson location for the all you can eat wing. The hostess told me I couldn t be seated one hour before closing time because the kitchen was closed. (It was 10pm, closing was 11pm)

Food is good but the service is beyond horrible. My friend and I went for AYCE wings and we were treated okay, but a few minutes later a group of three international students came to eat. The waitress was rude to them, demanding they tip her and she harassed them and berated them. I have never seen such a display from any waitress in real life, Ive seen it on TV and seen it on the news but never thought Id run into it in real life. I 100% believe the waitress was racially motivated to target that specific group as they were not Canadians. Totally ruined my mood, I didnt want to eat after that, Im definitely not coming back to this restaurant. If youre reading this and you choose to go to this restaurant keep an eye on the blonde waitress who wears two braids down her head. What a racist scumbag of a person. She should absolutely be fired for such behaviour. People tip when service is good, if your pay isnt enough for your lifestyle then get a different job instead of harassing people into paying you money. She was one step away from being a beggar, except instead of begging she was harassing and berating the customers to give her money. Food was good, waitress was disgusting, she ruined the atmosphere of the entire restaurant and even though I live next to this St Louis restaurant Im going out of my way to avoid ever giving my business to these racists.

Just love this place! Its our favorite weekend go-to. Relaxed atmosphere, great food and excellent service always. It sure has gotten pricier compared what it used to be even 6 months ago. Food : 5/5

The staff here are very friendly. Every time Ive been, Ive experienced great service. Sabrina is amazing! Shes super helpful and considerate. If you read this Sabrina, I appreciate your kindness! I usually get the St Louis poutine (honest garlic). Its a 10 out of 10!

With new management and now this location is corporate. Everything about this place is much better! Good happy staff, food taste and portions are better, and the atmosphere is all laughs and good vibes! Once more people know about this new hidden franchise gem, itll be good times all around.

Food was quick, fresh and delicious as always!

Sabrina was our server and her service was wonderful! We had a great time watching the season opener Raptors game. We will definitely be back to watch the future games this season. We split two pounds of wings with fries and vegetables, and Ben and Jerry s ice cream for dessert. Pictured is the berry smash and a devils pint of beer - it s a HUGE glass of beer. Great spot for apres pickleball

Trailer park atmosphere due to the bartenders kids bouncing around and the drunk baby daddy lingering around. Honey Cajun chicken was phenomenal but unless you re cool with disgusting bathrooms, horrible service and loud cussing then I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.
