Sisig was very good. I wish the temperature of the food was kept hotter. Overall 100% authentic! Will be back for the pork sisig!
Double check the price of what you order. Sometimes they charge you more than price in their menu. Be careful
The dessert platter was so good! I ordered it a few days in advance. So fresh!! So nice to have good Filipino food in Oshawa.
The lechon was great, so was so was the beef and rice with some tasty deserts. And the friendliest people around. A new regular.
Our go to place ag lunch time. Food is fresh and tasty. Drinks are always on point. Service is great.
As I entered Pasalubong 905 Filipino Restaurant, I must admit I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. From the restaurant's name, "Pasalubong," I had high expectations of finding a taste of home with Filipino delicacies that are hard to come by here in Canada. Unfortunately, the reality fell short of my hopes. The first thing that struck me was the tight and cramped space inside the restaurant. It made the dining atmosphere feel a bit uncomfortable and constrained. I would have preferred a more spacious and inviting setting to enjoy my meal. Additionally, the prices of the dishes were not reasonable in my opinion. Considering the lack of distinctive Filipino offerings and the relatively small portion sizes, the cost didn't seem justified. As someone who values authentic and flavourful Filipino cuisine, I felt disappointed with the value for money. Despite my disappointment, I want to emphasize that this review reflects my personal experience and opinion. It's not intended as hate towards the establishment but rather as constructive feedback. I believe there is potential for Pasalubong 905 to improve by focusing on bringing genuine Filipino flavors and creating a more comfortable dining space.
The place is noticeably clean and foods are well arrange on the display. However, The place is not large enough for indoor eating. It is best to come, order and take it home which Filipinos are used to at home. I ordered a crispy pata and it was so good and crispy. The pork hopia is so good and authentic.
Good to know that there is a Filipino cooked food caterer in my area. Pasalubong 905 serves familiar Filipino favorites. The isaw was very good. The longsilog takeout was okay. Walton was pleasant and attentive to us, the customers. We'll continue to support this place.
Ordered Lumpia sariwa the day before. When I picked it up, they told me they didn t have it. So unprofessional!
Great filipino takeout place.
Very friendly staff, authentic food. Highly recommend.
Loved the menudo and dinuguan we purchased for dinner. Siopao is very good too.
Filipino food place
Easily accessible via bus and offers a variety of options Parking: They have parking spots in front of the store for 2-3 vehicles Food : 4/5 |
the bopis doesnt taste like bopis. it lacks flavor.
Traditional home cook meals. Not cheap...
My sister ordered 30 turon dessert for a party. The taste was terrible. It tasted as though it was store bought and they just fried it themselves. The turon had no sugar glaze on them and the banana did not taste fresh and was not plantain. I can t say much about the other food, but since this experience was so bad, I don t plan to go back to try the other food. It cost $40, which I thought was expensive for the quality and they required my sister to put down a $20 deposit. Parking is also tricky in this location. I don t recommend.
Thank you for always preparing my order nicely. Good job, Pasalubong 905 and my lunch is delightful.
First time to come here, but if you want specific Filipino food, better call first.
Amazing food and service.

My 1st experience to pasalubong when i get the combo 1 with chicken apritada very little portion and also the dinuguan way too watery that is not the way the dinuguan cook lumpiang shanghai ok.fried fish over pricey like tilapia and daing na milk fish i also get the siopaw chicken asado with no sauce. Please dont take it personal its only my opinion no offense. Best good luck for new opening of your business in Oshawa.
I went there for the first time. The laing lacks gata and the rice tasted like old , frozen and microwaved.
Good prices. Good food. Excellent customer service.
Its the only filipino restaurant I know of in the area.. aside from all the bad reviews I ve read, i still ordered a delivery from this place. It is Not worth the money. They are overpriced and not even up to par with quality of their food compared to other filipino restaurants in Durham.. Food doesn t even taste good.. its too watery especially their Bicol Express.. the sisig looks unappetizing. The skewers are not properly cooked. Definitely, not recommending this place to anyone I know of..
The bbq skewers and the dinuguan were good. Nice to know you can get filipino food locally. I also enjoyed the achara.
Very clean friendly staff and food was very good highly recommend
A small place. Hardly a space where you can eat in. I hope this small eatery (its not a restaurant) will survive in the food industry business. Ordered 2 items. Very expensive! Paid $25+ for 2 small containers. I understand that prices of commodities have tremendously gone up but who would buy a medium fried fish (1 tilapia) for $10.00 or a broiled milkfish (1 bangus) for $21.00? The milkfish is not even a really large one.
First time ordering! The food was great. Will definitely go back.
Highly recommended! You can call ahead for orders and they make tasty Filipino dishes. Best Toron in town!
Their Halo-Halo is expensive. I bought one last week and the ingredients have very little portion. Its all ICE !
Genuinely really good food. Even my parents who are quite discerning and have just come back from the Philippines was super impressed. I ve gone back a few times now. The Bifstek and the Binagoonang is so legit!
Good selections of Filipino food. Had the pancit and pakbet it was both very good. The have all day breakfast serving my fave longasilog and tocilog. The only Pinoy place I know in Oshawa conveniently located along Bond St. Park free by the store. Limited eat in space inside but bench available outside.
Searched for filipino food whilst heading home, found this place and left feeling satisfied and full. Definitely would recommend if you re craving food that feels like home:)
Im leaving this honest feedback to let them know what to improve on. The foods taste isnt that good considering the price. Customer service though is commendable.
great delicious food, feels like being home...
