Great staff, great food, I like!

Everything is poor, saw a person come go try and use their washroom and they denied him because he wasn t a paying customer. Just piss poor performance from the manger and I m never going here again.

Delicious meals, excellent atmosphere, greasy spoon but so well done.

I order their Danforth Burger off of skip. The burger was amazing! best Ive had in awhile.

Absolutely LOVE their food. And any time I have gone in person, the service is always super friendly and efficient. We order once a week and I would like it more often!! Greek Salad and chicken is my go to and hubby gets the Chicken Souvlaki dinner. So so so so so goooood. I wish I could buy the dressing by the keg.

Delicious and Great portions!

I ordered 2 Souvlaki platters which included fries, coleslaw, and a pickle. We decided to ugrade our fries to two greek salads for an extra $3.00 each. When we received our order they had not provided the coleslaw or pickles. I called and asked them why - they said they dont include the coleslaw if you dont order fries. I explained to her that we upgraded from fries to salads at an additonal costs and the menu states it comes with it. At the end of the night we paid $52 for 2 souvlakis and two tiny salads.

Placed an order through Skip for delivery. I was wanting a steak on a kaiser, which I have not had in a long time, as it is are hard to find a place which has them and what are to my liking. The one I had todayfrom Mr As Quickflame has to have been the best one I have had since I was introduced to them when my husband and I were young. Would highly recommend the steak on a kaiser, but I have never been disappointed with anything I have had from thier menu. Thank-you for the great sandwich. Try this restaurant out, please, wont be disappointed

One of the best restaurants for regular, well made and tasty diner fare. Always fresh and tasty and prices are good, as well. Danforth Burger, Pork souvlaki pita, steak sandwich, poutine, Greek salad and, especially, garlic cheese bread...all awesome. Great for takeout as well.

Paid $50 for 2 burnt burgers and inedible fries that melted into the styrofoam container they used. Gross. Never coming back. Although the service was good. Wish the food was too, like it used to be. Bring back the old chef.

Foods are great, and the staff is awesome, Im a regular here they have a homemade burger that is huge and cheap, you cant go wrong with this place for any meal

Had a take out order , Burger was burnt , the gravy tasted burnt ( thank goodness I got it on the side) Fries were warm at best , coleslaw didn t look safe to eat , pickle looked and tasted old looked it was trimmed, maybe tried to take bad part off , Caesar Salad I only had a couple bites . 30$ later I won t go back there again , must be different owners or different cooks. I don t recommend.

Terrible Terrible Terrible !!! Do not recommend the breakfast here. !! The eggs are slimy and not cooked they contaminated the entire breakfast with meat. The potatoes were not good and had an terrible taste. My Breakfast ended up in the garbage as it was un edible. If youre hungry this is not the place to rely on. The server is extremely rude !!!!

Very impressed with quality of food amd service! Tastes like authentic Greek food, freshly made. Greek salad with chicken, souvlaki platter and gyros are my favorite. Waitress Rose is very friendly, experienced and professional. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Stopped in for lunch, cheeseburger has fresh grated cheddar, good bun/Patty ratio, really good poutine w/real curd cheese and the best gravy. Certainly worth a try.

My boyfriend and I often go to this very charming restaurant. We have become regulars and have made a good friendship with the amazing hostess. The food is unbeatable and the service is on point! My boyfriend absolutely loves the Greek Salad, I love their burgers!

We have dined in but also have had many deliveries. The burgers are the best Ive eaten. Their souvlaki is supreme. You will not go wrong eating from Mr. As.

FOOD WAS SO YUMMY AND THE LADY ON THE PHONE WAS SUCH A SWEET HEART... I EVEN HAD TO CALL BACK TO LET THEM KNOW AFTER RECEIVING MY FOOD HOW GOOD THEY ARE.

I ordered cheese loaded fries (fries with shredded cheese) and it barely had any cheese on it, that too for a quantity at ~$8/- which other restaurants can give you at half the rate, sheerly disappointing!

Excellent food, would highly recommend! Portions were generous, I got their burger and it was just the right amount of greasy. I would say that their fries were less crispy than I like (although I did show up early for my take out order so perhaps they were trying to rush it for me). I might ask for the fries to be cooked extra if you like them crisp

Incredible staff, you dont find customer service like this anymore! So friendly, so helpful, so kind, they chat with you as if you are an old friend, not to mention the food is INCREDIBLE and the portions are awesome, I order lunch from here and ALWAYS have leftovers for at least two lunches!

I ordered a club meal with some milkshakes for my father for Fathers day. I had requested in the notes if not too much trouble to write Happy Fathers Day Faja and they did!! With a cute smiley face! I cannot explain the excitement i felt when I seen my request was fufilled as well as the joy on my fathers face while opening his meal and reading! Thank you so much Mr. AS for providing such expecptional service and amazing food!

This restaurant is in the business to keep customers for life. The mix up with my order at pick up was quickly fixed, delivering my correct meal and insisting I keep the other 2 meals I had been given by mistake. The Greek salad was absolutely delicious, everything was! Thank you for the amazing service and meals! We ll be back again!

We had a very positive experience with this restaurant last night that I felt was worth sharing!! We went to our skip the dishes app to find somewhere new last night and came across Mr. As Quick Flame. I have always driven by and noticed it but never had a reason to go. I remembered seeing many positive reviews so decided to order from them. Sadly the food disappeared too fast so we didnt get pics!! Both myself and husband ordered burgers and fries and we ordered chicken fingers for our daughter. The burgers were massive, they were 8oz homemade patties and omg, probably the biggest, thickest burger Ive received to date. I couldnt eat it all and neither could my husband. Lots of fries to go with it too. Hubby ordered the banquet burger and I ordered the Quick Flame burger, hubbys is pretty self explanatory but mine had cheese, peameal bacon and what they call their quick flame sauce. I was pleasantly surprised by this secret sauce, it was a sweet homemade BBQ style with fried onions mixed in, gave the burger a very nice flavour. The burgers had that nice flame flavour and the meat was seasoned nicely too, cooked perfectly leaving them still juicy. The fries were slightly crispy which Im not sure we have experienced yet ordering takeout, they always get that steamed effect. Our daughters chicken fingers appeared homemade as well, thick chunks of chicken! There was so much more I wanted to try, we will definitely order again!!

Food is great but workers are rude and slow. took more than an hour for a sandwich on skip. Restaurant didnt call for a courier until 50 min mark. When I called the restaurant the lady yelled and berated me until she finally hung up. Terrible experience. I am guessing she is Mrs.A , i wonder what A stand for?

Breakfast and lunch is reasonable, but dinner was overpriced for what I got,I felt ripped off. I dont mind paying the price for a good meal, but this was very disappointing.

My husband and I were craving burgers. We couldn t decide where to go. So we looked on Skip The Dishes and came across Mr. A s Quick flame. I have lived in Oshawa all my life and driven past the restaurant I don t know how many times. The burger was massive. Cooked perfectly, fresh patty, not frozen. Taste was amazing. It was by far , the best burger I have had. The fries were crispy and not over cooked. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty fresh burger.

We try different greek joints in different areas but this 1 definitely stood out. Flavours were on point and just amazing. Had chicken souvlaki dinner and few other items. Best spot for greek food so far!

I started ordering from this place on a Skip The Dishes when I was craving Greek food and a hamburger. This place offered both and at pretty decent prices. When I first tried it I was blown away with how tasty it was. Every single time Ive ordered from them I have never been disappointed. Finally went to visit them in person and everything was just as tasty. Highly recommended. Their Greek food is top notch!

I had a 8oz quick flame burger, real Beef, with Pemeal bacon, and side of Soup, it was delicious, and the price was reasonable. It was great to be able to eat inside the restaurant, I will go back again

So many things on the menu look delicious but I settled on a chicken burger with a chocolate milkshake and my bf got the banquet burger with onion rings. Both meals were fantastic and reasonably priced. The server was super friendly and service was very quick. All in all a great dining experience.

food is always great, cozy service and quaint...we order all sorts of things here...generous serving of chicken fingers, the souvlaki on a pita is amazing, we also love the Mediterranean omelette and danforth burger!

No pre-made, or, warmed frozen meals, here. There is, also, a patio area for el fresco dining. This relaxed, friendly atmosphere with attentive, accomodating staff is of the finest fashion. The restarant is, also, L.C.B.O. licensed for those who may enjoy an alcoholic beverage with their meals. This independantly owned restaraunt has been in business for decades and remains a popular, very enjoyable experience. Five-star, high recommendations and commendations for Mr.As..!!

I ve eaten here quite a bit in the past since it s located so close to me. Great tasting food, good prices and nice staff. If I could give one criticism I d say it could be cleaner or use a little bit of renovation. I d definitely eat here again!

We decided to give this restaurant a try yesterday and we are so happy we did. We were shocked by how generous the portions were, the food was absolutely amazing and had so much flavour, the staff was so nice and friendly, and restaurant is gorgeous inside and very clean. We ordered to take out and the staff putting our large order together didnt forget anything and also put our food in bags and then a box so it was easy to carry out to the car. So happy we gave Quick Flame a try!! We will be back very soon!!

This family restaraunt is a beautiful space with very confortable seating and an el fresco patio, as well. The food is very good and the menu has a wide selection of dishes as well as an alcohol menu and wine list. This restaraunt has been in business for decades and remains a high standard, affordable restaraunt. Located across from a Tim Hortons and a short walk from the Oshawa Court house, the Oshawa Clinic as well as downtown Oshawa. This is a nicely decorated, bright family restaraunt which is not a franchise. Therefore, the service and atmosphere is more intimate with very good, not processed food. Coffee refills are always offered. I recommend this restaraunt to everyone who wants a pleasant dining experience with very good food and attentive service.

Server was very nice, however I got the worst burger Ive ever had. Burned to a crisp, I could barely eat half of it. The fries were good though.

Waited over 1 hour only 4 only tables in the place had patrons, 3 of them waited as well as just eats, uber eats and skip the dishes all jumped the line. Unbelievable customers dont come first. Finally got a salad after asking for at least that. One 1 table just gave up and left, apparently ours are being plated. I hope so or we are leaving too.

Ordered fish and chips from skip the dishes..came with chips,coleslaw and garlic bread with an option to order salad as an add on Nowhere did it say if we ordered salad.we wouldnt get chips and coleslaw We called and they were rude and refused to send the chips.. I would never order from them again and have contacted Skip the Dishes and they arent happy neither Fix your menu!!!

They don t listen when you order, even after they clarify. I wanted fries with my soggy burger which I had to request AGAIN. My sons fries were over cooked and the chocolate milk was less than pleasant. My mother ordered the teriyaki chicken and got uncle bens microwaved rice instead of the potatoes she wanted not like they asked. Will not return.

My friend was staying at a nearby shelter with her kids, she would go there practically on a daily basis, spending 100s of dollars there... yesterday on Canadas150th birthday.... a country that prides itself on cultural diversity my friend was a VICTIM of a racism!!!!! Not even being of African Canadian decent~ shes Italian.... patrons if this establishment told her not sit so close to them cause shes black, and they dont like black people... Because she defended herself, the reg witness, cook/manager told her to get out~ the same ppl who she tipped generously whenever she was there told her to leave!!!!
