It’s a great place to hang out at and have some amazing food with friends and family. Me and my husband came with our parents and they loved the food and reminded them of Indian food joints. The service by Ishani and the whole team was amazing and I would definitely recommend this place for people who would like to try Shawarma.

Shelby's is a wonderful addition to Oshawa. Lamb & Beef legendary Shawarma wrap is the best in my opinion. Chicken Shawarma wraps need some work but overall it's quite good. Tried the legendary bowl and it was filled to the top. Portions are good for the price but not great. I'd definitely go back for the lamb & beef mixed legendary Shawarma wrap.
Wow, the hostess was so friendly and welcoming! We decided to try the bacon halloumi wrap and two different shawarma bowls, and let me tell you, it was absolutely worth every penny. The food was incredibly delicious, bursting with flavor! Can't wait to go back for more.
probably the best shawarma and bowl rice I had in my life. their hummus and garlic sauce were absolutely amazing. Also get a spicy one if you like spicy. it's not that spicy and it adds extra flavor in my opinion.
Watching the staff make your food is such a mesmerising experience. The way they make saj bread right infront of you and start making your shawarma bit by bit, entire process looks very interesting. Staff works very swiftly. Food is amazing as always like all other shelby branches.
Awful Experience - Found Plastic in Shawarma I recently bought a shawarma from this location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Halfway through enjoying my meal, I discovered a large strand of transparent plastic embedded in the wrap. This completely ruined my meal and left me concerned about the overall quality and safety standards maintained at the location.
Shelby s has amazing food and friendly service. This is my 5th time being here since I really want to try each dish and I m always satisfied with the quality and taste of the food. The menu isn t too big and isn t too small, allows for comfortable customization while letting you know that they know what they re doing with the options. Ive been wanting to try Shelbys for the longest time and finally I did it and it didnt disappoint! Everything was fresh and flavourful. Ordering via their kiosk stations was fast and straightforward. Am definitely gonna return next time Im in the GTA.

Shelby s is amazing and so much better than the options available in the city. Ordered the beef and lamb Shawarma plate 50-50 and it was amazing! I would prefer it spicier, but unfortunately them doubling the max spice level wasnt enough for me.

Food is always consistent and super good, worth the hype! I love their Guava drink and my usual order is the legendary Shelbys, sometimes chicken sometimes beef both are excellent. I find myself craving it all the time.
Great shawarma
Update: I usually always order the traditional legendary beef&lamb. The shawarma wraps are getting inconsistent with the spice level causing us a lot of issues. I used to order many times when they first opened with spicy garlic and hot sauce, it was perfect. Now I order the same it s WAY too spicy! So I tried asking for spicy mayo and no hot sauce, and it completely lacks any spice altogether. So I tried asking for a little hot sauce and sometimes it s fine, other times it feels like they dump a crap load of hot sauce causing bad stomach issues and next day runs . Great customer service though but they really need to have consistency with the spicy level. Not everyone can have extremely spicy Shawarmas so there needs to be levels they can choose from and not all or nothing. Originally gave it a 5 star but now I give it a 3. Will update if this issue gets fixed.

Awesome food but cramped inside, only 3 tables for two and one of them may as well be outside. Plan on eating in your car or taking it home.
Wife and I ordered this to try it. Heard a lot of hype about the food. Listen, don t order the legendary wrap. The only thing legendary was the worst wrap I ve ever had. Tasteless meat, bland, picture on Uber does not reflect what arrived at my house.. They did push the food out fast. Uber arrived earlier than anticipated but it wasn t great food unfortunately. Wife rated the shawarma bowl 6/10 and said it doesn t taste as good as Osmows.
Tried shawarma biryani and it was soo delicious
The food was absolutely terrible cold, tasteless, and nowhere near what it used to be. The quality has plummeted, and it s clear they don t care about their customers anymore. This was a complete waste of money, and I ll never order from this store again. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.
We tried shawarma tikka masala which was really good, also other shawarmas were really good. Moreover the service provided by Heli was outstanding.

Best shawarma I ve had in Ontario so far! I travel a lot for work, so I ve tried plenty of places, and this one really stands out. The flavors and spices were incredible so much depth compared to most. I also asked for it spicy, and they actually delivered, which was a great surprise - if im not sweating im not happy! The restaurant was super clean, which I really appreciated. Ordering was easy, and Krisha provided amazing customer service. She knows the menu inside and out and was really friendly better service than I ve had at some sit-down restaurants. The menu itself is also hilarious; I love when businesses have a sense of humor. Definitely worth checking out if youre in the area!

First time here and got the bacon halloumi shawarma. It was very tasty and had the perfect amount of sauce. Please do not lower the amount of sauce just because one person complains about it. The majority of people want lots of sauce on their shawarmas, so that should be the standard. Great atmosphere and service, average price, amazing food. Cant get much better. Keep on listening to customer feedback and youll keep being the best shawarma place in the area.
